2005년 1사분기 9.5%의 경제성장률, 2008년 북경올림픽, 2010년 상하이 엑스포 등 연이은 경제성장 요인을 갖춘 중국은 최근 한국과 산업구조에서 더욱 치열한 경쟁양상을 보여주고 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 특히 전기·전자산업에 대한 고도화 전략으로 재편하여 한국시장을 공략하고 있어서 중국은 한국에게 가장 좋은 경제적 우호국이면서 가장 경쟁을 치열하게 하는 경쟁국이라고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 배경 하에서 중국이 WTO 가입 직전인 2000년의 산업구조에서 한국과의 경쟁관계가 어떤 양상을 보였는지를 살펴보고, WTO 가입 후 2002년에는 어떻게 경쟁관계가 형성되었는지를 보이기 위해 본고에서는 수출비중, 무역결합도, 무역특화도지수, 현시비교우위지수 등의 분석을 통해 양국 간 경쟁관계를 비교분석하였다. 특히 주요 산업 부문 중에서 최근에 더욱 치열해지고 있는 전기·전자산업에 대한 분석을 HS 코드 4단위를 중심으로 중국과의 경쟁관계를 세부 분석하였다. China with high potential of economic growth is in a bitter competition against Korea in most of the industries. China has been reorganizing the electronics and electronical industry through capital intensification strategy (고도화 전략) and changed to a strong competitor in this industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze competition status in the electronics and electronical industry between Korea and China, especially comparing this industry`s competing areas before and after China`s joining of WTO. HS 4 unit code in the electronics and electronical industry was used to analyze. The result of the study shows little difference before and after China`s joining of WTO in competing degree. Korea still takes competitive advantage in most of the electronics and electronical industry areas. This status is expected to sustain for the time being. However, China`s government will reform economic policies more intensively to meet WTO`s standard. China`s corporations will also be equipped to increase efficiency and compete in free economic market (시장경제). China`s major industries will be transformed to heavy industries from labor intensified industries by the government`s efforts and this will threaten Korea`s competitive advantage in the electronics and electronical industry.
중국의 WTO 가입 후 한국,중국 간 품목별 수출경쟁력 비교분석

Import and export size of China has been constantly increased after China`s economic reform and open policy. Korea`s trade balance to China was deficit before 1993, however, it turned to surplus in 1993. The reason to make surplus was change of import and export items. High value added item has been increased in export list while the items of the agricultural products and raw materials were in import list from China. The total value of export from Korea passed that of import from China after 1993. Competition between China and Korea in world markets has been more intense after China`s joining of WTO in 2001. Markets in steel and metal products, electric appliance, machinery, and fine appliance have been intense in competition during the 2000s. China is catching up Korea in automobile and ship building industries. In this context Korea needs to specify high value added manufacturing as national strategic export items, and develop industrial government policy not to be overtaken.

Incheon and Busan have steadily submitted development policies to be the central city of northeast Asia. Especially, both Incheon and Busan are located most close to China. And as they are logistics cities, the competitive relationship is unavoidable. Therefore, in this study the location quotient analysis was enforced around the main basic industries and the knowledge-based manufacturing business of Incheon and Busan. As a result, they were developed from mutually different items into specialized industries. Also to examine competition of two cities in the Chinese market, it has analyzed export ratio, trade specification, and revealed comparative advantage, classifying into MTI2 unit and HS3 unit around the main basic industry and the knowledge-based manufacturing business. As a result, the two cities are showed that they have items with some competition in the Chinese market, but the similarity isn`t large, and have competition in good faith at each other items. In the future, this study is to do competitiveness analysis related to the competitive relationship of the two cities and the complimentary relationship achieved win-win development.
단일 안테나를 사용하는 W-대역 호모다인 FMCW 레이더의 누설신호에 의한 IF 잡음에 관한 연구

본 논문은 단일 안테나를 사용한 호모다인 방식의 W-대역 주파수 변조 연속파형 (FMCW) 레이더 송수신장치의 송수신단간의 신호 결합에 의해서 발생하는 누설에 의한 IF 잡음의 특성을 분석하여 이를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 송수신장치에서 발생하는 누설은 LO 신호의 지연시간을 안테나 입력단의 부정합으로 인해서 발생하는 반사전력의 지연시간과 일치시켜 그 크기를 줄일 수 있다. 또한, 중간주퐈수(IF) 잡음은 주기적인 특이점을 가진 신호로써 VCO의 삼각파변조신호와 매우 유사한 스펙트럼 형태를 가짐을 확인하였다. 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 W-대역 호모다인 FMCW레이더 센서를 구현 하였으며, 표적감지 및 비트신호 검출 시험을 성공적으로 수행하였다. 본 분석 결과는 단일 안테나를 사용하는 호모다인 FMCW 레이더의 설계에 유용하게 적용될 것이다. In this paper, we describe a solution to improve the effects of the transmitter leakage signals on the frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar with a single antenna configuration. We analyze characteristics of the IF noise caused by insufficient isolation between transmitter and receiver. The magnitude of the intermediate frequency (IF) noise from a front-end can be reduced by matching the LO signal delay time with that of the largest leakage source. Because the IF noise has periodic singularities at nT$_{m}$/2, t=0,1,2$\cdots$, we find that spectrum of the IF noise due to the leakage signals is very similar to that of the VCO moduation signal except low frequency elements in the vicinity of DC. Based on the studies, we fabricated a W-band homodyne FMCW radar sensor and verified the proposed solution. The results are applicable to design of the homodyne FMCW radar with a single antenna configuration.
지면 클러터 환경에서 금속표적감지를 위한 W-대역 FMCW 레이더의 설계 및 제작

In this paper, we describe the design, fabrication, and test results of a W-band FMCW radar for the metal target detection under the ground clutter environment. In order to detect metal targets on the ground, we used a single cassegrain antenna with the beamwidth of $1.45^{\circ}$ which forms pencil-beam footprint on the ground. A log envelope detector was applied to improve radar performance in the severe ground clutter known as Weibull and log normal clutter. The designed FMCW radar can acquire altitude information from the ground clutter with $\sigma_0=-23dB$ at the height of 160m. The fabricated W-band FMCW radar transmits 11 dBm power and the dynamic range of the receiver is from -106dBm to -30dBm. The performances of the fabricated sensors were tested out in the fields and detected a car target of 200m apart on the grass.
