관광지 재방문의사결정에 대한 친숙도와 진기성의 조절효과에 관한 연구

This study investigated the role of familiarity and novelty for a tourism place in the decision-making a revisit. The main purpose of this study was to identify moderating effects of the familiarity and novelty on the relationship among perceived quality, satisfaction, and revisit intention. To accomplish the objectives, data were collected by tourists who visited in Japan from October 30 to November 5, 2012, and were analyzed such statistical tests as descriptive analysis, reliability test, confirmatory factor analysis, and two-way analysis of variance, ANOVA. The study results showed that travelers, who have a higher level of familiarity with a tourism place, are lowly satisfied with the place if the quality of tourism is perceived as a low level, but highly satisfied in a high level of tourism quality perceived. This findings imply that the impact of tourism quality on travelers` satisfaction is moderated by the familiarity. The analysis about role of familiarity between satisfaction and revisit intention revealed that travelers seeking a higher level of familiarity is more positive about revisit intention regardless the level of their tourism satisfaction. Also, travelers seeking a high level of novelty for a tourism place, are more satisfied in their travel than travelers seeking a low level of novelty. If travelers are being with a low satisfaction, a higher level of novelty seeking among travelers are more positive about revisit intention than travelers being with a low level of novelty. However, when travelers are being with a high satisfaction, they are more negative about revisit intention than travelers being with a low level of novelty. In this context, the impact of satisfaction on the revisit intention could be moderated by the novelty. The study results, eventually, identified that tourists who have a high level of familiarity with and novelty for a tourism place, are associated with more polarized responses compared to tourists who have a low level of novelty and familiarity

Recently, the incidence of thyroid cancer has been increasing gradually. According to these trends, this paper examines whether there is a relationship between thyroid cancer and age. Public data related to the incidence of thyroid cancer is used in experiments. Experiments were performed by the data mining tool. Analysis of the data by age was able to confirm a certain relationship between the age and thyroid cancer.
저분자 알긴산의 효소적 생산과 지방세포 분화 억제 효과

다시마로부터 알긴산의 효율적인 추출, 침전, 회수조건은 1% Na₂CO₃ , 80℃, 에탄올 침전 회수법이였고, 알긴산분해효소(Flavobacterium sp. 유래 alginate lyase)를 이용한 저분자화 효소 반응 시 최적 초기 알긴산 농도는 3%였다. 알긴산 분해효소 농도에 따른 알긴산의 저분자화 정도에는 큰 차이가 없고, 경제적인 생산 비용을 고려하면 최적의 알긴산 분해효소 농도는 5 unit/ml였으며, 5 unit/ml의 알긴산 분해효소 농도로 37℃에서 3시간 반응하여 저분자화한 알긴산의 점도는 4.5 cp, 분자량은 307,008 Da였다. 3T3-L1 지방전구세포에 저분자화 알긴산을 125 μg/ml, 250 μg/ml 농도로 처리하였을 때 지방과립 형성과 triglyceride 중성지방 축적이 감소됨을 확인하였다. 따라서, alginate lyase로 저분자화된 알긴산은 지방세포 분화억제 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. In this study, we investigated the extraction condition of alginate from Laminaria japonica, the enzymatic degradation of the extracted alginate, and the inhibitory activity of the degraded alginate on the differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. The optimal conditions for the efficient extraction, precipitation, and recovery of alginate from the brown seaweed L. japonica were 1% for Na₂CO₃ concentration, 80℃ for extraction temperature, and ethanol for precipitation solvent. In the enzymatic reaction for the production of low-molecular-weight alginate (LMWA) by using alginate lyase from Flavobacterium sp., the initial concentration of Laminaria alginate was 3%. The low-molecular-weight degree from alginate was independent with the enzyme concentration, and the optimal concentration of alginate lyase was found to be 5 unit/ml. Through the enzymatic reaction with 5 unit/ml of alginate lyase at 37℃ for 3 hr, the viscosity and molecular weight of LMWA were 4.5 cp and 307 kDa, respectively. Treatment with LMWA significantly suppressed the accumulation of lipid droplet and triglyceride in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes with a dose-dependent manner. Therefore, it seems that LMWA treatment could inhibit the differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. These results indicate that LMWA or the degraded alginate produced by alginate lyase enzyme can be useful for the development of anti-obesity biosubstances.

Bilateral simultaneous facial nerve palsy is facial paralysis that occurs on both sides of the face. It is a rare problem and only occurs for about 0.3% of the entire facial paralysis cases. Therefore, there have not been many clinical studies carried out particularly in the oriental medicine sector. This study has demonstrated that oriental medical treatment has a marked effect on bilateral facial palsy. The patients with bilateral simultaneous facial nerve palsy were treated through acupuncture, herbal medicine and physiotherapy and we continucd to check the degree of paralysis and progress through the treatment based on House-Brackmann scale(H-B scale). It took 24days to improve from grade VI to grade I on the H-B scale for the left face and 28 days for the right face.

During the serial attempts to identify the chemical and biological characteristics of Ailanthi Cortex Radicis, the root bark of Ailanthus altissima (Simaroubaceae), we find out the serious toxic effect on kidney by chloroform fraction of the methanolic extract of the herb drug. The toxicities were revealed as the increase of urea nitrogen amount in blood and lactate dehydrogenase and ${\gamma}-glutamyltransferase$ activities in urine and the decrease of the concentration of glutathione and both of protein bound and non-protein bound -SH in kidney tissue.

Predicting where and when a crime may occur in an area of interest is one of many strategies of predictive policing. Multidimensional analysis, including CCTV, can overcome the limitations of hotspot prediction, especially of violent crimes. In order to identify the precursors of a crime, it is necessary to analyze dynamic data such as attributes and activities of people, social information, environmental information, traffic flows, and weather. These parameters can be recognized by CCTV. In addition, it provides accurate analysis of the circumstances of a crime in a dynamic situation, calculates the risk, and predicts the probability of a crime occurring in the near future. Additionally, it provides ways to gather historical criminal datasets, including sensitive personal information.
