        정자형성 과정에서 Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor 및 Endothelin-1 발현의 면역조직화학적 연구

        Objective: The effects on spermatogenesis by expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) were investigated. Materials and Methods: Testicular specimens were obtained from 40 infertile males due to primary testicular failure and from 10 fertile males with other urologic problems. The specimens of infertile males were devided into 4 groups according to histologic findings; Sertoli cell only syndrome (A), maturation arrest (B), hypospermatogenesis (C) and sloughing and disorganization (D). VEGF and ET-1 expression were detected with immunohistochemical stain. Results: VEGF expression on Leydig cell was detected in all cases. But, VEGF expression rates on germ cell were significantly higher in infertile group B, C, D compared to that of the control group (p<0.05). ET-1 expression rates on Leydig cell was significantly lower in all infertile group compared to that of the control group (p<0.05). But, ET-1 expression rates on Sertoli cell was significantly higher in all infertile group compared to that of the control group (p>0.05). In germ cell of infertile group, LH, FSH and prolactin were significantly decreased, and estradiol is increased in positive stain group on ET-1 immunohistochemical stain (p<0.05). VEGF and ET-1 expression were not correlated mean seminiferous tubule diameter (p>0.05). Conclusions: Abnormal spermatogenesis would be reflected in VEGF expression in germ cell.

        o-Chlorobenzylidenemalononitrile의 가수분해 및 분석에 관한 연구

        o-Chlorobenzylidenemalononitrile(CS), chloroacetophenone 및 bromophenylacetonitrile의 이성질체와 같은 최루 자극성 물질들의 가수분해, 산화, 환원, 열분해 및 대사에 의한 화합물의 분석은 법과학적 측면에서 주요한 의미가 있다. 본 실험에서는 10% MeOH-$H_2O$ 및 10% dioxane-$H_2O$ 용액에서 pH 1.0~11.0과 온도 변화에 따른 CS의 가수분해 조건을 검토하고 가수분해 생성물이 o-chlorobenzaldehyde와 malononitrile임을 분광학적 방법 및 전기화학적 방법에 의해 확인하였다. The analysis, hydrolysis mechanism, oxidation, reduction, thermal decomposition and metabolism of irritant materials such as chloroacetophenone isomers, bromophenylacetonitrile isomers, o-chlorobenzylidenemalononitrile(CS), and ethylisothiocyanate, etc. are interested in forensic science. We had studied hydrolysis of CS in 10% MeOH-$H_2O$ and 10% dioxane-$H_2O$ at pH 1.0~11.0 and various temperatures. As a result, we identified o-chlorobenzaldehyde and malononitrile that were formed by hydrolysis of CS by using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, UV/Vis spectrometry, and polarographic method.

        빅데이터 분석을 통한 코로나 이전과 이후 메타버스에 대한 소비자의 인식에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to find out consumers' perceptions of "metaverse," a newly spotlighted technology, through big data analysis as a non-face-to-face society continues after the outbreak of COVID-19. This study conducted a big data analysis using text mining to analyze consumers' perceptions of metaverse before and after COVID-19. The top 30 keywords were extracted through word purification, and visualization was performed through network analysis and concor analysis between each keyword based on this. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the non-face-to-face society continued and metaverse emerged as a trend. Previously, metaverse was focused on textual data such as SNS as a part of life logging, but after that, it began to pay attention to virtual reality space, creating many platforms and expanding industries. The limitation of this study is that since data was collected through the search frequency of portal sites, anonymity was guaranteed, so demographic characteristics were not reflected when data was collected.

        Electric Heat Tracing을 위한 Zigbee 기반 통합 감시제어 시스템의 개발 및 검증

        Electric heat tracing 시스템은 플랜트 내 각종 배관의 온도를 관리하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 electric heat tracing 시스템을 통합적으로 감시하고 제어하기 위한 TESCON(: TEmperature Sensing and CONtrol) 시스템을 제안한다. TESCON 시스템에서 디바이스간의 정보 교환은 Zigbee 네트워크 기반의 무선 방식으로 이루어진다. TESCON 시스템의 성능 분석을 위해 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 테스트베드를 통해서도 비슷한 결과를 얻음으로써 TESCON 시스템의 유효성을 입증하였다. 또한, 계층적 트리 토폴로지를 기반으로 하는 네트워크 분할, 채널 재사용, 프레임 집약 기법 등을 적용한 시스템 확장 방안도 제시하였다. An electric heat tracing system manages the temperature of pipes used in a plant. We propose a Zigbee-based wireless system so called the TESCON(: TEmperature Sensing and CONtrol) to monitor and control the electric heat tracing system in an integrated way. Simulations have been done to analyze the performance of the TESCON system. The performance of the TESCON system is validated by obtaining similar results via testbed operation. We also suggest an extension method of the TESCON system based on the hierarchical tree topology by adopting techniques such as network partition, channel reuse and frame aggregation.

        $\beta$-glucan을 접종한 한국산 메기(Silurus asotus)의 호중구와 리소자임 활성 증강

        한국산 메기(Silurus asotus)에 $\beta$-glucan을 복강내에 접종한 후, 경시적으로 말초혈액중의 호중구의 수와 PAS반응의 변화, 호중구의 탐식능 및 혈청중의 리소자임의 활성변화를 지표로 비특이적방어능력의 증강유무를 조사하였다. 글루칸의 투여후 말초혈액중의 호중구수를 증가시켰으며 투여회수에 따라 2회 접종한 경우 호중구의 증가가 지속되는 기간이 1회 접종어보다 길게 나타났다. 그러나 호중구의 PAS반응에는 변화가 없었다. 또 탐식율도 현저하게 증가하였지만 탐식지수는 변화가 없었다. 리소자임의 활성은 2회 접종시만이 현저히 증가하였으나 1회 접종시에는 활성의 증가가 없었다. 그러므로 $\beta$-glucan의 투여는 말초혈액중의 호중구수와 탐식능의 증가 및 리소자임 활성의 증가등 비특이적방어인자의 활성을 증가시켜 어체를 방어하는 능력을 증강시키는 것임을 알 수 있다. To examine the effectiveness of $\beta$-glucan in non-specific defence mecanisms of Korean catfish(Silurus asotus), the activities of peripheral neutrophils and serum lysozyme were evaluated after once or twice $\beta$-glucan injections. The number of peripheral neutrophils increased after the injection. The increased number in neutrophils in twice $\beta$-glucan injections maintained longer than in single glucan injecton. But the neutrophils did not showed any remarkable changes in PAS-positive reaction. Peripheral neutrophils from fish injected glucan had enhanced phagocytic activities but there was no significant difference in phagocytic index for the glucan and control groups. An elevation of lysozome activity was also observed in the fish received twice glucan but neither single glucan or physiological saline injection could not evoked an increase of lysozyme activity. These results suggest that $\beta$-glucan can enhance the resistance of Korean catfish against to bacteria infection through the activation of peripheral neutrophils and lysozyme.

        세척제를 이용한 아연오염 철도토양의 정화 타당성 연구

        본 연구에서는 철도 아연유래 토염토양을 정화하기 위해 토양세척과 토양세정의 타당성은 연구하였다. 무기산인 HCI및 $H_3PO_4$와 유기산인 citric acid및 ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA)을 이용하여 토양세척을 수행하였다. 일반적으로 중금속 오염토양에 대하여 세척효율이 우수하다고 알려진 DETA는 본 오염 토양의 세척에는 효과적이지 않았다. 무기산 중에는 HCI이 34%의 아연 제거율로 가장 우수한 효과를 보였으며, 0.1 M HCI이상을 사용하는 것은 효과적이지 않았다. 또한 연속세척을 통하여 아연의 제거율을 향상시킬수 있었다. 칼럽실험에서 아연의 평균제거율은 27% 이였으며, 토양 내 아연 잔류농도는 기준치 이하인 662mg/kg까지 감소하였다.이와 같은 실험 결과를 바탕으로 HCI을 이용한 토양 세척 및 토양 세정을 이용하여 철도유래 아연 모염토양 정화가 충분히 가능한 것으로 판단된다. In this study, the feasibility of soil washing and soil flushing was investigated to treat Zn-contaminated railroad soil. Various organic acids including ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) and citric acid as well as inorganic acids such as hydrochloric acid (HCl) and phosphoric acid were tested to evaluate washing efficiency. Generally, inorganic acid showed higher removal efficiency compared to organic acids. Particularly, EDTA, well known as the most effective washing agent for removal of heavy metals from soil, was not efficient to remove zinc in this study. Among washing agents tested in this study, HCl was the most effective. However, it is not effective to use HCl solution over 0.1 M concentration. Sequential process using HCl was effective to enhance the removal efficiency of zinc. In column test, the removal efficiency of Zn was 27%. Accordingly, it is feasible to treat Zn-contaminated railroad soil using soil washing or flushing with HCI.

        Triethylgermyldiphenylphosphine과 Phenylisocyanate의 반응

        Triethylgermyldiphenylphosphine과 phenylisocyanate를 1:10 mole 비로 ampoule 속에서 혼합하여 여러 온도에서 반응시켰다. 그 결과 $0^{\circ}C$에서는 phenylisocyanate의 고리화 2합체인 N, N-diphenyluretidine-2,4-dione만이, $20^{\circ}C$에서는 phenylisocyanate의 고리화 3합체인 triphenylisocyanurate가 함께 생성되었으며, $50^{\circ}C$에서는 위의 생성물 이외에 diphenylcarbodiimide가 생성되었다. 또한 $100^{\circ}C$이상에서는 2합체는 생성되지 않고, diphenylcarbodiimide와 1,3,5-triphenyl-2,4,6-tris(phenylimino) hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine이 주로 생성되었다. 그리고 Triethylgermyldiphenylphosphine은 상기 고리 화합물들의 생성에 촉매로 작용하였다. Triethylgermyldiphenylphosphine was reacted with phenylisocyanate at various temperatures for three days in sealed ampoules. At $0^{\circ}C$, only N, N-diphenyluretidine-2,4-dione, a cyclic dimer of phenylisocyanate (35%), was formed. But at $20^{\circ}C$, phenylisocyanutrate, a cyclic trimer of phenylisocyanate (30%), was formed along with the dimer. At $50^{\circ}C$, diphenylcarbodiimide (55%) was given together with the compounds described above. At the higher reaction temperatures than $100^{\circ}C$, instead of the dimer and trimer of phenylisocyanate, 1,3,5-triphenyl-2,4,6-tris(phenylimino) hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine, a cyclic trimer of diphenylcarbodiimide (30%) and diphenylcarbodiimide (70%) were mainly produced. Triethylgermyldiphenylphosphine appears to act as a catalyst for the formation of the above cyclic compounds.
