        The Effects of Online Product Reviews on Sales Performance: Focusing on Number, Extremity, and Length

        Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of customer 's communication on sales performance in the online market. Research design, data, and methodology - This study uses linear regression analysis to examine the effects of product review characteristics which are the result of customer 's communication, on sales performance by using product reviews of online marketplace Amazon. Result - The increase in the number of product reviews positively affected sales performance. An increase in extreme opinions in the product review has a positive effect on sales performance. The product review length has a negative effect on sales performance. Conclusions - This study has shown the online marketplace customers' communication can influence sales performance using product review big data. This study contributed to the theoretical completeness by analyzing all the products of the book category in Amazon online market. This research will complement the theories regard to the customer behavior affecting sales performance. We expect the empirical analysis result will provide empirical help to sellers, online marketplace operators, and customers. In particular, the number of letters in the product may negatively affect sales performance, so sellers need to consider this effect carefully when exposing product reviews.

        초등학생의 스마트폰 사용실태가 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향

        본 논문은 초등학생의 스마트폰 사용실태가 창의적인성 요인에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위해 초 등학교 4, 6학년을 대상으로 스마트폰 중독 자가진단과 초등학생용 창의적 인성 검사도구를 사용하여 설문을 실 시한 후 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 6학년은 스마트폰 보유 여부와 스마트폰 중독 정도가 창의적인성에 영향을 미쳤으나, 스마트폰 이용기간은 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 4학년은 스마트폰 사용실태 변인 모두 영향을 미치지 않았다. 특히 스마트폰 중독 정도와 창의적인성 사이에는 음의 상관성이 있는 것으로 파악되었으며, 스 마트폰을 이용하는 기간의 길이보다는 스마트폰의 보유 여부가 중요한 요소임을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 21세기 핵심역량인 창의인성 역량을 향상시키기 위해 학생들이 스마트폰 사용방법과 스마트폰 중독 예방을 위한 지속 적인 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다. This paper is about an analysis of the result of the survey which is how the use of smartphone affects the creative personality, focused on 4th and 6th grade in Elementary school, by smartphone addiction self- diagnosis and creative personality test. As a result of the analysis, 6th graders were influenced by their possession of smartphone and the degree of one’s smartphone addiction on their creative personality. However, the usage period of smartphone did not turn out to affect their creative personality. In addition, none of the factors above, related to students’ smartphone usage, influenced the creative personality of 4th graders. Particularly, there was a negative correlation between the level of students’ smartphone addiction and the creative personality and it was found that whether the students own a smartphone or not played a crucial role in creative personality rather than the usage period of smartphone. Therefore, students should be properly educated how to use smartphone appropriately and to prevent them from smartphone addiction in order to improve creative personality which is one of the core competences in 21st century.

        미용실의 입지특성과 서비스품질이 고객만족과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 - 대학생의 성별조절효과 중심으로 -

        This study examined the effect of beauty service location characteristics and service quality on customer satisfaction and revisit intention, and analyzed the gender control effect of location characteristics and service quality in the relationship with customer satisfaction. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was employed and analysis was conducted to investigate how location characteristics and service quality in beauty service encounters effects customer satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows. First, visibility, which is a location characteristic, was found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, professionalism and convenience, which are service qualities, were found to have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Third, customer satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on the intention to revisit. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the gender control effect in the relationship between location characteristics and service quality with customer satisfaction, the gender control effect was found in all factors.

        탈서구적 세계문학에 대한 구상: 세계문학론과 번역이론 함께 읽기

        The purpose of this article is to conceive ‘world literature’ using translation theory to understand the world and literature in a broader context in the age of globalization. Translation is key concept to figure out the nature and the form of ‘world literature’ that we need to re-imagine our world outside of the dominant narrative of ‘universality’ which the West has produced and spread all over the world. Translation opens up a possibility where another type of ‘world,’ another type of ‘modernity,’ and another type of ‘other’-in other words, a perspective which could be critical and independent of Eurocentrism-can be articulated, with its constant mobility, disconnectivity, and negativity. The unique mechanism of translation in both linguistic and epistemological terms makes the easy assimilation of the idea of ‘world’ into the Eurocentric universality quite hard. Translation inscribes mobility and relationality on the idea of ‘world literature,’ making it tentative, insecure, incommensurable. It presents the world as hopelessly fragmented, disconnected, and doomed to fail, not only to reveal the failure of the entire system of signification of Eurocentric nationalism and universalism, but also to anticipate a birth of new terrain of ‘world literature.’

        농산어촌 수학 ⋅ 과학 ICT 콘텐츠 설계 및 개발

        본 연구는 2009 개정 교육과정 중심의 정규교과에 활용 가능한 수학⋅과학 스마트 교육용 콘텐츠 410개와 콘텐츠 활용가이드북 및 이를 서비스할 수 있는 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 수학⋅과학 관련 콘텐츠 분석 및 농산어촌 수학⋅과학교사 사전 설문조사⋅분석, 2009 개정 교육과정 분석을 기반으로 학년별/과목별 20개 주제를 선정하여 수학 210개, 과학 200개 총 410개 개발주제 및 내용 등을 선정하였다. 선정된 주제목록 및 구현방안은 교과별 관련 전문가 검토를 통해 타당도 검증을 실시하였으며, 검토의견을 반영하여 최종 수정 후 스토리보드 및 콘텐츠를 설계 및 개발하였다. 이를 창의과학교실 및 농산어촌 학교를 선정하여 시범 적용한 후 적용 결과를 분석하여 콘텐츠 개발 방향을 정립하였으며, 전문가 검토를 실시하여 수정 보완 후 최종 플랫폼에 탑재하여 오픈하였다. 도⋅농간 학력격차가 큰 수학⋅과학 학습에 ICT를 활용할 수 있도록 스마트 교육용 콘텐츠를 개발, 보급함으로써 농산어촌 학습 환경개선 및 농산어촌 학생들의 자기주도적 학습력 신장에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. In this study, we developed 410 smart learning contents for mathematics and science that can be used in 2009 revised curriculum with its guidebook on the utilization of the contents and the platform to provide the service. For this, 410 development topics and contents were selected based on the analysis of contents related to mathematics and science, the pre-investigation and analysis of mathematics and science teachers in agricultural, mountain and fishing villages and the analysis of the 2009 revised curriculum. The validity verification of the selected subject list and implementation plan was implemented through the reviews by experts in each subject and the storyboard was designed by reflecting the examination opinion after the final revision. Development directions of the contents were set after analyzing the application result of contents from classroom for creativity and science and selected schools in agricultural, mountain and fishing villages for demonstration, and opened the platform after the revision and supplement of the expert. It is expected to elevate students’ self-directed learning abilities in agricultural, mountain and fishing villages by developing and extending smart learning contents to use ICT in Mathematics and science education, which are high in urbanrural academic disparity.

        QR 코드를 활용한 스마트폰 기반 출석체크 시스템

        교수자가 학생들의 출결을 신속, 정확하게 체크하기 위한 자동화된 출결시스템 구축을 위해 RFID 리더기, 지문인식기, 클리커 등 별도의 장비가 요구되어 비용 및 관리의 문제점을 지니고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 별도의 시스템 구축 및 추가 장비 사용없이 이미 구축된 무선 인터넷과 수강생들의 스마트폰을 활용하여 스마트폰 기반 출석체크시스템을 개발하였다. 수강생들이 출석체크앱을 로그인하면 날짜, 시간, 위치, 강의실 좌석을 인식하며, 강의와 관련된 퀴즈나 설문조사를 통해 강의 피드백 및 수시로 출석점검이 가능하도록 하였다. 적용결과 강사는 많은 학생들의 출결을 손쉽고 빠르게 확인할 수 있으며, 퀴즈와 설문을 통해 학생들과 상호작용할 수 있고, 특히, 출석, 퀴즈, 설문결과를 엑셀파일로 다운로드 받을 수 있어서 편리하다고 하였다. There are management and price problems that have been caused by requirement of RFID reader, Fingerprint Identification System and Clicker for the construct of automatic attendance system to check the students’ attendance accurately and quickly. Therefore, in the thesis, we developed smartphone based attendance check system by utilizing Wi-Fi and the smartphones that has been already built without using additional equipments and establishing construction of system additionally. It recognizes date, time, location and the seat number in classroom if a student logs the attendance checking application in and it also allows students to get lecture feedback and check attendance by taking quizzes and questionnaires that are related to the lecture. As a result, by applying the attendance check system, instructors state that it is convenient since the app allows instructors to communicate with students though the quizzes and questionnaires. Especially, the instructors state that it is convenient because the results of the quizzes, questionnaires and attendance can be downloaded it the form of Excel files.

        학령전기 소아비만에 영향을 주는 영유아기 인자

        Purpose:Childhood obesity is a problem that places a child at great risk for becoming an obese adult. To prevent obesity, it is important to focus on early life risk factors that may contribute to childhood obesity. The aim of this study is to find obesity-causing infantile risk factors in preschool children. Methods:A total of 223 children aged 3 to 5 years old from Busan were the subjects of this study. We calculated their body mass index (BMI) and classified them into two groups (normal weight and overweight/obese children). Information regarding parental weight and height, mother's educational level and employment status, birth weight, feeding patterns, start time of weaning, duration of night feeding, and fosterer was obtained by using questionnaires. Results:There were 68 (30.5%) overweight/obese children and 155 (69.5%) normal weight children. Overweight/obese children were significantly associated with formula milk feeding, rapid weight gain during the first 6 months, and maternal obesity (P<0.05). There were no statistical differences in paternal obesity, mothers educational level and employment status, birth weight, start time of weaning, duration of night feeding, and fosterer between the normal and overweight/obese children. Conclusion:Although healthy diet and regular exercise will remain the cornerstones of weight management in obese children, our data supports the view that education about maintaining a normal weight could be introduced much earlier in families with high-risk children.         교육정보화를 통한 초·중등 녹색학교(GS) 만들기 모델 개발

        환경문제가 부각되고 글로벌 환경위기에 대응한 저탄소 녹색성장 정책에 따라 초·중등학교도 저탄소 녹색성장 구현을 위한 방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 교육정보화를 통한 초·중등 녹색학교를 만들기 위해 ‘IT 정보자원의 그린화’와 ‘교육정보화를 통한 교육환경의 그린화’로 구분하여 추진과제를 제시한다. ‘IT 정보자원의 그린화’는 그린 IT 제품 도입시 필요한 가이드라인과 IT 제품 재활용을 고려한 폐기 방안을 제안하고, 친환경 정보 인프라 모델을 제안한다. ‘교육정보화를 통한 교육환경의 그린화’는 학교 구성원들인 교사․학생들이 지켜야할 그린 IT 실천방안 및 교육활동을 제안하고. IT를 활용한 저탄소 교육환경으로 전환을 추구하는 다양한 교육정보화 서비스 활용을 제시한다. 앞으로 이러한 제안이 학교현장에 실현되면 녹색학교 구현에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. Elementary/secondary school must make the scheme for the Low Carbon Green Growth embodiment because of the environmental problems and the Low Carbon Green Growth Policy for responding to global environmental crisis. This paper proposes a plan to make green elementary/secondary school model through the educational information. It divides into 'Greening of IT Information Resources' and 'Greening of Education Environment' through the educational information'. It is expected to embody Green School if these projects are realized to the elementary/secondary school. 'Greening of IT Information Resources' suggests the guideline necessary to the introduction of IT products, the method to abandon considering recycling IT products and environmental information infrastructure model. 'Greening of Education Environment' proposes the IT green practice method for teachers and students to keep and shows the practice of various educational information service to seek a conversion to low carbon education environment. It is expected to embody Green School if these projects are realized to the elementary/secondary school.
