        저압화학증착공정에서의 텅스텐 박막의 층덮힘에 관한 실험 및 이론적 연구

        As the feature size of trench or via hole decreases below 1 ㎛, a void formation caused by nonconformal step coverage leads to serious problems in the reliability of integrated circuits. In this study, theoretical study and experiment for tungsten film deposition were conducted to find a way to improve the step coverage. In the theoretical part, a microscopic shape evolution model(MSEM) considering adsorption, re-emission, and surface diffusion was proposed and numerical simulation based on string algorithm and Monte Carlo method was performed to examine the effect of various mechanisms. The step coverage was better for lower sticking coefficient(η), smaller aspect ratio, and larger surface diffusion. In addition, the dependence of step coverage on the trench shape and various re-emission mechanisms for various η was investigated. Experimental results from SiH₄-reduced LPCVD of tungsten films were compared with simulation results for various substrate temperatures and types of carrier gas. The activation energy of η was 13.0 ㎉/㏖. η for Ar, H₂, He at 275℃, 0.3 mbar, WF_6/SiH₄/carrier gas=10/10/200 sccm were 0.04, 0.10, and 0.29, respectively, implying that a low temperature process using Ar carrier gas is preferred for better step coverage.

        컬러 정지화 코덱 구현 연구

        ISO/IEC JTC1/SC29/WG10 JPEG(Joint Photographic Expert Group)에서는 5년여의 활동 결과로서 지난해 Grey/Color 정지화 코딩 방식에 대한 규격 (DIS 10918) 을 완성하였다. 이 규격에 포함된 코딩 방식중에서 Baseline DCT 코딩 방식은 Mandatory 코딩 방식으로서 규격을 따르는 모든 인코더/디코더가 갖추고 있어야 할 기능이다. 본 고에서는 Baseline DCT 코딩 방식을 개인용 컴퓨터에서 범용 DSP를 이용하여 구현할 수 있는 코덱 시스팀을 제시하고, 그에 따른 성능을 분석하였다.

        배양된 사람 치주인대세포와 골수유래간엽줄기세포의 분화에 미치는 법랑기질유도체 (Enamel Matrix Derivative, EMD)의 영향

        Introduction: Enamel matrix derivative (EMD) is a protein which is secreted by Hertwig root sheath and plays a major role in the formation of cementum and attachment of peridontium. Several studies have shown that EMD promoted the proliferation and differentiation of preosteoblasts, osteoblasts and periodontal ligament cells in vitro: however, reports showing the inhibition of osteogenic differentiation by EMD also existed. This study was designed to simultaneously evaluate the effect of EMD on the two cell lines (human mesenchymal stem cells: hMSC, human periodontal ligament derived fibroblasts: hPDLCs) by means of quantitative analysis of some bone related matrices (Alkaline phosphatase : ALP, osteopontin ; OPN, osteocalcin ; OC). Materials and Methods: hMSCs and hPDLCs were expanded and cells in the 4${\sim}$6 passages were adopted to use. hMSc and hPDLCs were cultured during 1,2,7, and 14 days with 0, 50 and 100 ${\mu}g/ml$ of EMD, respectively. ALP activity was assessed by SensoLyte ALP kit and expressed as values of the relative optical density. Among the matrix proteins of the bony tissue, OC and OPN were assessed and quantification of these proteins was evaluated by means of human OC immunoassay kit and human OPN assay kit, respectively. Results: ALP activity maintained without EMD at $1,2^{nd}$ day. The activity increased at $7^{th}$ day but decreased at $14^{th}$ day. EMD increased the activity at $14^{th}$ day in the hPDLCs culture. In the hMSCs, rapid decrease was noted in $7^{th}$ and $14^{th}$ days without regard to EMD concentrations. Regarding the OPN synthesis in hPDLCs, marked decrease of OPN was noted after EMD application. Gradual decrease tendency of OPN was shown over time. In hMSCs, marked decrease of OPN was also noted after EMD application. Overall concentration of OPN was relatively consistent over time than that in hPDLCs. Regarding the OC synthesis, in both of hPDLCs and hMSCs, inhibition of OC formation was noted after EMD application in the early stages but EMD exerted minimal effect at the later stages. Conclusion: In this experimental condition, EMD seemed to play an inhibitory role during the differentiation of hMSCs and hPDLCs in the context of OC and OPN formation. In the periodontium, there are many kinds of cells contributing to the regeneration of oral tissue. EMD enhanced ALP activity in hPDLCs rather than in hMSCs and this may imply that EMD has a positive effect on the differentiation of cementoblasts compared with the effect on hMSCs. The result of our research was consistent with recent studies in which the authors showed the inhibitory effect of EMD in terms of the differentiation of mineral colony forming cells in vitro. This in vitro study may not stand for all the charateristics of EMD; thus, further studies involving many other bone matrices and cellular attachment will be necessary.

        $3{\times}2$ 교차설계법에서 생물학적 동등성 시험의 통계분석

        A $3{\times}2$ crossover design is considered for the bioequivalence of two test formulations with a control. It could be considered as a better choice over $3{\times}3$ crossover design because of the cost and experimental duration. Oh et al.(1998) derived $3{\times}2$ crossover design and discussed its benefits over the typical crossover designs. We consider here the statistical models for $3{\times}2$ crossover design and show its statistical properties. The statistical procedures for the bioequivalence in $3{\times}2$ crossover design are shown through an example and the results are summarized by satisfying the 3 standards that proposed by the Korea Food and Drug Administration Guidelines for Bioequivalence.

        한국 IT 벤처기업의 국제화 학습: 유니데이타커뮤니케이션(주) 사례

        본 사례에서는 국내 IT 벤처기업인 유니데이타커뮤니케이션(주)의 단계적인 국제화 경험이 학습역량 강화를 통해 경영성과에 기여하는 일련의 국제화 과정을 조직학습이론으로 설명하였다. 이는 조직의 국제화 경험이 국제화 성과의 중요한 결정요인이며 조직학습을 통해 배양된 학습역량은 경영성과에 기여한다는 기존 연구결과를 기반으로 하고 있다. 더불어, 창업기부터 꾸준히 국제화를 추진한 IT 벤처기업의 국제화학습 특성을 기존지식 활용(Exploitation)과 새로운 지식 탐색(Exploration)으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대기업에 비해 내부자원이 취약한 벤처기업은 파트너 네트워크를 활용한 탐색과 활용을 통해 새로운 국제화 경험을 축적하였다. 축적된 국제화 경험은 학습 역량 강화를 통해 기업의 내부역량으로 배태(embedded)되어 궁극적으로 경영성과에 유의미하게 작용함을 사례를 통해 확인 할 수 있었다. This paper explains the contribution of international learning to the business performance through strengthening the international learning capability of the organization. This is consistent with the previous literature that the organization's international experience is an important determinant of the international performance and the learning capability, strengthened through organizational learning, contributes to the business performance. In addition, this paper analyzes the characteristics of international learning of a venture business, which has actively pursued internationalization, by categorizing exploitation and exploration. An important result is that the small-sized venture firm, which is weak in internal resources compared with large firms, utilizes partner network more actively to accumulate international experience by exploration. We can then confirm that this international experience strengthens learning capability and gives positive effects on the business performance.

        근재교육훈련이 급성안면신경마비 환자의 안면마비 회복정도와 기능에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of study was to determine the effects of muscle reeducation training in patients with acute facial nerve paralysis. Methods: Thirty patients were randomly assigned to either the experimental group (n=15) or the control group (n=15). The experimental group received muscle reeducation training for 20 minutes after electrotherapy and the control group received conventional electrotherapy for only 40 minutes. Therapeutic intervention for each group was performed four times per week for four weeks. The patients were measured for recovery of paralysis using the House-Brackmann Grading System (H-B grade), the Movement Distance of Mouth, Nasolabial Angle (NA), and Facial Disability Index (FDI). Results: In within group comparison, the experimental group showed significant improvements for all variables (p<0.01). In comparison between two groups, the experimental group showed relatively greater significant improvements for all variables (p<0.01). Conclusion: These findings suggest that muscle reeducation training is more effective than conventional therapy in improving the condition of patients with facial nerve paralysis. In particular, the results of this study indicate that muscle reeducation training can be recommended by clinicians since it provides more benefits.

        The 4<sup>th.</sup>industrial revolution and Korean university's role change

        최근 각 언론, 기업계, 정부 유관기관 및 학계 등 많은 분야에서 4차 산업에 대한 관심이 폭발적으로 증가하였다. 특히 우리가 피부로 느낄 수 있는 분야인 인공지능이 인간능력을 이미 크게 앞서고 있다는 것을 깨닫고 나서 많은 사람들은 4차산업혁명이 실제로 우리 코 앞에 와있다는 것을 실감할 수 있었다. 이렇게 대부분 사람들의 생각보다 빠르게 다가온 4차산업을 어떻게 효율적으로 대응해야 할까? 특히 최근의 인공지능, 빅데이터, 무인자동차 및 유전자가위 등에 대한 상반된 견해들을 비교분석하는 방식으로 연구를 진행해 본다. 이러한 분석과 연구를 통하여 교육적, 정치적, 사회적, 윤리적 그리고 과학적 영향들을 파악해 본 결과, 현재까지 뚜렷하게 정립되어 있는 개념이나 체계, 시스템이 존재하지 않는다는 것을 이해할 수 있었고 오히려 4차산업혁명의 개념, 체계를 앞서서 정의하고 정립하는 국가나 기업, 개인들이 산업의 주도권을 확보할 수 있다는 것을 알게 되었다. 그러나 한국사회와 대학은 오히려 현재 2차산업혁명의 체계와 문화에서 머물러있는 듯한 모습을 보이고 있는데, 이러한 현실인식 위에서 새로운 산업혁명의 트렌드를 맞추어 따라갈 수 있는 방안들을 찾아 보고자 한다. The interest about 4th Industrial Revolution was impressively increased from newspapers, iindustry, government and academic sectors. Especially AI what could be felt by the skin of many peoples, already overpassed the ability of the human's even in creative areas. Namely, now many people start fo feel that the effect of the revolution is just infront of themselves. There were several issues in this trend, the ability of deep learning by machine, the identity of the human, the change of job environment and the concern about the social change etc. Recently many studies have been made about the 4th industrial revolution in many fields like as AI(artificial intelligence), CRISPR, big data and driverless car etc. As many positive effects and pessimistic effects are existed at the same time and many preventing actions are being suggested recently, these opinions will be compared and analyzed and better solutions will be found eventually. Several educational, political, scientific, social and ethical effects and solutions were studied and suggested in this study. Clear implication from the study is that the world we will live from now on is changing faster than ever in the social, industrial, political and educational environment. If it will reform the social systems according to those changes, a society (nation or government) will grasp the chance of its development or take-off, otherwise, it will consume the resources ineffectively and lose the competition as a whole society. But the method of that reform is not that apparent in many aspects as the revolution is progressing currently and its definition should be made whether in industrial or scientific aspect. The person or nation who will define it will have the advantage of leading the future of that business or society.
