As tunnel ventilation has recently been playing a major role in the tunnel construction and maintenance, longitudinal ventilation systems with jet fans have been utilized a great deal because they are economical and effective. However, due to the length of tunnels and heavy traffic, it is hard to take the field measurements. In this study, therefore, the computer simulation and the model experiment of producing a wind tunnel were carried out simultaneously and the results were compared. The ultimate objective of this research was to interpret the air flow pattern inside the tunnel with a jet-fan was set up, and to offer the useful data for jet-fan installation and operation. The experiment was carried out with varying the jet-fan diameters, location of installation, the discharge velocity. Result showed that as the initial static pressure came up with the negative pressure, the tunnel air flowed into the inside of tunnel from outside due to the entrainment-effect and the backflow-phenomenon by separation-effect was observed in the lower half part of the tunnel. As the jet-fan was getting closer to the tunnel wall, the entrainment-effect caused by the interaction with the wall was increased; however, the mixing distance and irregular flow section became longer, and also the air pressure loss generated by wall friction was large.
u-Transportation 적용 상황인지 차량용 게이트웨이 설계 및 구현

본 논문은 USN 융합기술을 활용하여 u-city 또는 u-bike 등과 같은 시스템을 구축함에 있어서, 필수 구성요소인 USN 기반 센서 네트워크 게이트웨이를 설계하고 구현한다. 따라서 게이트웨이는 관리 대상인 사물에 대한 상황 인지 기능을 수행하기 위하여 상황 인지 처리 하드웨어를 포함하는 게이트웨이 제어부(MPU)와 상황인지 처리 Sink-Node간의 상호 연동 기능, IP 코어망을 통한 센서망 관리 운용 시스템 연동 기능 등을 포함한다. 개발된 게이트웨이는 현재 자전거 공용 시스템에 적용하여 운용되고 있다.

국내 플랜트 산업은 유가 하락과 유럽 및 중국 등의 기술·가격 경쟁력 강화로 인해 수주 현황이 낮아지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 분위기를 극복할 수 있는 방법으로 플랜트 산업기술에 ICT (information communications technology, 정보통신기술)를 적용하는 방법들이 제안되고 있으며, 이와 같은 기술 중 3D 프린팅, 홀로그래픽, 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 빅데이터 등의 ICT 기술이 플랜트 산업과 접목하여 사업화 진행이 해외에서 이루어지고 있다. 따라서, 본 총론에서는 고부가가치의 신시장 개척 및 플랜트 산업의 부흥을 이끌 수 있는 ICT 기술로 빅데이터를 선정하였으며 이 기술을 활용한 연구 사례를 소개하였다.

Cloud computing allows users to access software or specific programs that support the cloud platform through an information communicating device that can connect to the internet anywhere or anytime. Also, the cloud architecture not only reduces the expenses of IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, but also speeds up processing and mobility, which leads to a significant ease of use. In spite of the advantages of cloud computing, previous studies have been centered on case studies of the execution, advantages, and problems of cloud computing. In contrast, empirical research on individual cloud computing up till now is very insufficient. Thus, the research aims to create a model of an individual user's perspective and verify validation. This study reveals types of influence that characteristics can have on an individual user's intention to use, by searching the characteristics that the individual user recognizes on cloud computing services. The results are as follows : first, the characteristics of cloud computing indicates a significant influence on usage intention. Second, all characteristics in cloud computing, accessibility, reliability, perceived ease of use, and fusibility, are confirmed in providing significant influences in shaping social influence forms. Third, social influence has a significant influence on usage intention.
고농도 메탄의 합성천연가스 생산을 위한 상업용 촉매의 반응특성; 운전조건에 대한 영향

In this work, we performed the methanation reaction using synthesis gas ($H_2/CO_2$) for the process to produce synthetic natural gas (SNG) for $4^{th}$ methanation reactor in SNG process proposed by RIST-IAE. Experimental conditions were changed with temperature, pressure and space velocity. At this time, $CO_2$ conversion, $CH_4$ selectivity and $H_2$ concentration after reaction were investigated. As a result, $CH_4$ selectivity by the $CO_2$ methanation increased with lower space velocity and higher pressure. On the other hand, in the case of temperature, the maximum value was shown at $320^{\circ}C$. From these results, it was found that the optimum condition of the fourth reactor suitable for the SNG process was obtained. 본 연구에서는 합성천연가스(synthetic natural gas, SNG)를 생산하기 위한 공정 개발을 위해 RIST-IAE에서 제안한 공정의 4차 반응기에 대하여 합성가스($H_2/CO_2$)를 이용하여 메탄화 반응을 수행하였다. 실험의 조건은 온도, 압력, 공간속도 등을 변화시켰으며, 이때 $CO_2$ 전환율, $CH_4$ 선택도, 반응 후 $H_2$의 농도에 대해 고찰하였다. 그 결과 $CO_2$ 메탄화반응에 의한 $CH_4$의 선택도는 공간속도가 낮을수록, 그리고 압력이 높을수록 증가하였다. 한편, 온도의 경우에는 $320^{\circ}C$에서 최대 값을 보였다. 이러한 결과로부터 SNG 공정에 적합한 4차반응기의 최적 조건을 얻을 수 있었다.
