지하상가와 같은 지하구내에 설치된 전기설비는 침수피해의 가능성이 상존한다. 그러므로 침수상황에서 재난복구를 위해 투입되는 인력에게 미칠 수 있는 2차 재해에 대한 안전성을 평가하고, 생명과 재산의 피해를 최소화 할 수 있는 적절한 대책이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 지하구내 침수사고사례 조사를 통해 사고의 패턴을 분류하고 전기적 위해요소를 도출한다. 그리고 그것을 바탕으로 퍼지추론을 적용해서 침수상황을 통제하고 안전성을 평가하는 알고리즘과 시스템을 제안한다.

The spatial distribution characteristics of damaged trees by the pine wilt disease appear scattered spots spreading from single dead trees. That is the reason why it is difficult to early detect damage and to prevent from extensive damage. Thus, it is very important to forecast and analyze the damage occurrences, to establish strategies for prevention, and to supervise them. However, conventional survey which observes around roads or residential areas by naked eyes was impossible to investigate completely, missing target areas and dangerous areas. Therefore, aerial forecasting techniques on the damaged area were developed using GIS, GPS, and helicopters for an accurate observation of systematic and scientific approach in this study. Moreover, advantages of the techniques application were confirmed to survey 972 dead tree samples at 349 position-coordinates in 32 cities (about 28, 810 k㎡), 2005. This study is expected to apply widely to find dead trees and the causes, particularly by pine wilt disease.

Recently in order to more effectively and scientifically process forest official tasks, which have been focused on documents and inventories, they should be applied with the up-to-date spatial information technologies. Especially, the forest resource information management based on GIS (geographic information system) and aerial orthophoto is expected not only to play an important role as DSS (decision support system) for domestic forest conservation policy and forestry development industry but also to service forest resource information toward people such as the owners of a mountain rapidly. In this study, the important forest information such as digital topography map, digital forest type map, digital forest cadastral map, digital aerial photographs and attribute data were first reprocessed and constructed in DBMS (data base management system). In addition, forest officials could analyze and retrieve forest information by using detail sub-application systems such as forest cadastral retrieval, forest land development information management, reserved forest information management and forest resource information retrieval. For this, the user interface is developed by using Visual Basic 6.0 and MapObjects 2. 1 of ESRI based on CBD (component based development) technology. The result of developing this system will not only perform constructing economical forest and better environment but also be the foundation of domestic spatial technology for forest resource management.

Pine wilt disease caused by pine wood nematode, Bursaphelenchus xylophihus (Steiner et Buhrer) Nickle, has become the most serious threat to pine trees in Korea since 1988. Pine wood nematode is transferred to healthy trees by Monochamus alternatus(Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) during its maturation feeding and female oviposition. A typical control method against insect vectors in Korea is fumigation of the dead trees by using metam-sodium SL (25%). However, this method is not environment friendly because of the forest contamination by chemical application and destrorying landscape by plastic cover. Portable Bark Remover (PBR) was invented to reduce these environmental problems. The vectors oviposit under the bark of the newly dead trees only. Debarking infested trees prevents the vectors from laying eggs and eventually, they can not complete their life cycle. The PBR is a modified debarking of the infested trees. The new method by PBR is expected to be more economic and effective than other conventional methods such as “burning” and “fumigation”.

Background: Desmogleins are calcium-dependent transmembrane glycoproteins of the desmosome that form an import component of the junction complexes of epithelial cells. Desmogleins are involved in maintaining the structural integrity of tissues. So far, four different desmogleins (Dsg1, Dsg2, Dsg3 and Dsg4) have been identified. Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the distribution pattern of desmoglein-3 in the fetal skin during development. Methods: Skin was obtained from the sole, scalp and lip of 34 fetuses that ranged in age from 10 to 39 weeks of gestational age. Immunohistochemical staining was performed on the paraffin embedded tissue using anti-human monoclonal antibody against the desmoglein-3. Results: The expression of desmoglein-3 in the epidermis appeared in the basal layer of the sole at the 10th week of gestation age. Thereafter, a stronger expression was noted in the middle layer of the sole and scalp epidermis. The basal layer had a stronger expression than did the other layers of the epidermis, followed by the middle and superficial layers. A stronger expression of desmoglein-3 in hair was noted in the outer root sheath, the bulge cells and the eccrine duct cells. The expression of desmoglein-3 in the lip mucosa was strong in both the basal and middle layers, while the skin side of the mucosa showed a stronger expression in basal layer. Conclusion: These results suggested that desmoglein-3 plays an important role in the development and differentiation of the epidermis and skin adnexa in the fetal stage, and especially in basal and suprabasal layers. 정보화 시대가 도래함에 따라 세계 각국이 전자정부 구현에 많은 관심을 갖고 있으며, 이미 몇몇 선도 국가들은 다양한 민원서비스 및 행정서비스를 인터넷을 통해 국민들에게 편리하게 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미 국방성의 종심방어전략(Defense-In-Depth Strategy)과 한국의 전자정부 정보보호전략을 비교$\cdot$평가함으로써 더욱 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 전자정부 구현에 이바지 할 수 있는 기반을 제공하고자 한다. Advanced countries overhaul government workflows using IT, which not only enhances efficiency and productivity, but paves the way to a 'e-Government' offering prompt, quality service for citizens. This research analyzes the DiD(Defense-in-Depth Strategy) and compares the information protection strategy of Korean e-Government with DiD for reliable and safe e-Government's build.
