        구강 편평세포암종에서 p53 단백과 Cyclin D1발현에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Oral cancer is a common neoplasm in humans and etiologic mechanism is not well known, so treatment and evaluation of oral cancer is difficult problem. Traditional TNM classification between prognosis of tumors and classification of histopathologic differentiation has problem like lack of objectivity through operators. In molecular biology, cancer is developed by alteration of activation of oncogene and/or inactivation of tumor suppressor gene. The p53 gene, one of the tumor suppresor genes, is believed to play an important role through mutation and overexpression in the progression of human cancers. The p53 mutation is most frequent genetic disorder in humans. The Cyclin D1 has tumor suppresion activity by regulation of cell cycle. The Cyclin D1 regulate activity of Rb tumor suppresor gene by stimulation of CDK4 The purpose of this study was to observe the expression of p53 protein and Cyclin D1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma, and to get expectation of the malignancy and prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Using the 15 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and the microscopic H&E and immunohistochemical stain. We divided it into 3 groups according to the stain extent, clinical stage and histologic differentiation. The results were as follows1.In the features of immunohistochemical stain of 15 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, positive reaction of p53 was identified in 8 cases (53.3%) and positive reaction of cyclin D1 was identified in 3 cases (20%). Both positive reaction of p53 protein and Cyclin D1 was show in only one case. 2.8 of p53 positive cases were linked in 87.5% of the end stage tumor, 62.5% of neck node involvement, 87.5% of poorly and moderately histopathplogic differentiation. 3. All 3 of Cyclin D1 positive cases were linked in the end stage tumor, neck node involvement, poorly and moderately histopathologic differentiation. From above results, expression of p53 protein was identified in 53.3% of 15 cases and these results mean oral squamous cell carcinoma was drived by mutation of p53 protein. Especially, highly positive reaction of p53 protein and Cyclin D1 was identified in cases that involvement of neck lymph node and the end stage tumors and it means that the evaluation of p53 protein and Cyclin D1 was useful for evaluation of malignant tumor as specific tumor marker.

        심미의 기준은 시대와 문화 그리고 개개인의 주관적인 관점에 따라 각기 다를 수 있다. 하지만 심미적인 부위를 수복하는 치과의사로서 일반적으로 따라야 할 원칙과 기준들이 있으며 수복물의 형태와 주변치아와의 조화 등을 위해 캐드캠의 몇몇 기능들은 아주 유용한 것으로 보이며, 전통적인 작업 방식에 비해 효율성도 높은 것으로 보인다. 또한 전치부 임플란트에서 치은이 얇은 경우 기계적인 문제를 줄이면서도 지르코니아 등의 도재를 사용하기 위한 한 방법인 링크 지대주에 대해 함께 알아보려 한다. Aesthetics means differ from cultures and times and also differ from each person's own thinking. But as a restorative dentist who works for esthetic areas, we need to have certain principles and rationale. Some functions in CAD/CAM looks very useful to match harmonious shape to adjacent teeth and also very effective and efficient when compare to the traditional laboratory technics. Also we will discuss about link abutment (Titanium-Zirconia abutment) which we need for dental implant placed anterior area where the soft tissue is thin.

        웹 기반의 공동주택 에너지 정보시스템 개발 및 시험평가

        건물운용단계의 에너지사용량은 우리나라 전체에너지 사용량의 약 25%이다. 지금까지 건물의 에너지사용량을 줄이기 위해서는 주로 설계단계에서 단열을 강화하고 고효율 기기를 사용해왔다. 이러한 노력들은 에너지절약 측면에서 그 한계가 있으며, 사용단계에서의 에너지절약생활이 큰 비중을 차지함에 따라 입주자들의 자발적인 참여로 인한 에너지절약 방법이 보다 효과적이라 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 에너지사용자에게 보다 적극적으로 에너지절약 프로그램에 동참시키기 위해 본인들이 사용한 에너지실적 정보를 웹상에서 서로 공유할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 또한 프로그램의 필요성 및 사용의지를 조사하고 시범 적용하여 유효데이터의 수집가능성과 프로그램의 사용 용이성에 대하여 평가하였다. The energy use of building operational stage is about 25% of total energy supply in Korea. The intensification of insulation at the design stage and the efficient instruments were used to reduce energy use of the buildings. These efforts are limited at the energy saving side, the residents voluntarily participation in the energy-conservation is more effective. To achieve this purpose, energy use information program (of the individual users) has been developed to lead the energy users actively participating in the energy-conservation program to share at the web. Also, by investigating the necessity and the will of usage of the program and applying a pilot program, the collectability of valid data and the usability have been evaluated.

        구강위생상태의 개선을 위한 자가검사법의 효과

        The purpose of this study was to approve the possibility of clinical application of selftesting technique to confirm the cleanness status of the tooth surface after mechanical toothbrushing. Thirty-two periodontal patients who did not compromise any other systemic diseases were divided into two groups. Control group was instructed only the Bass method for toothbrushing, and then experimental group was demonstrated the Bass method and self-testing technique respectively for plaque control during this experiment. Selftesting technique is composed the comparison of roughness of the labial surface of maxillary central incisor and other toothsurface with touch sense using the tip of tongue. Plaque score and Gingival index were measured as clinical parameters at baseline and 1, 2 and 4 weeks after scaling and root planing. The results were as follows ; 1. Plaque scores and gingival index of 1, 2, and 4 weeks of two groups were statistically significant differences when compared with baseline value (p<0.05). 2. Plaque scores and gingival index of baseline and 1 week between two groups were not significant differences (p<0.05). 3. Plaque scores and gingival index of 2 and 4 weeks of test group were statistically significant difference when compared with control group (p<0.05). From the above results, self-testing technique which decides necessity of additional toothbrushing when tongue tip of subjects touch the maxillary molar buccal surfaces and mandibular molar lingual surfaces nd compares with maxillary anterior labial surfaces after toothbrushing appeared to effect the motivation of subjects. This study suggests that self-testing technique for cleanness after toothbrushing should be effect on the maintenance of oral hygiene when it is applied to clinical practice.

        공동주택 친환경인증단지의 에너지성능지표 비교분석 연구

        Although many certification works have been carried out since Green Building Certification was enforced in 2002, analyses of the effects and efforts to improve this system are still poor. In the certification system, the energy performance was usually assessed by Energy Performance Index(EPI) of the Energy Saving Design Standards for Buildings. However, due to the inadequacy of analyses on current situation of the Index, there are difficulties to reform it. In this research of green-certified apartments, the author examined correlations between energy performance indexes and aimed to improve the Index by analyzing the scores based on point distribution of respective fields. The average EPI score of green-certified apartments was 74.68, and there was wide variations in min 63.4 and max 90. Furthermore, the average score of energy consumption, which was allotted the most points, was 7.04 out of 12. Therefore, betterments in the Index such as reinforcement in grade ranges and adjustment of the calculation method are necessary. 2002년에 친환경건축물인증제도가 시행된 이후 많은 인증 수행에도 불구하고 이 제도의 효과분석이나 개선방안 노력이 저조하다. 특히 인증제도에서 에너지성능은 에너지절약설계기준에 있는 에너지성능지표(EPI)로 평가되지만 지금까지 지표에 대한 현황분석이 미비하여 개선에 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 친환경 공동주택 인증단지를 대상으로 에너지성능지표간의 상관관계를 살펴보고 에너지성능지표의 각 부문별 에너지 기본 배점에 따른 점수 현황을 분석하여 지표 개선을 도모하였다. 친환경 공동주택 인증단지의 EPI 평균득점은 약 74.68점, 최소 63.40점, 최대 90점으로 편차가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인증지표 중에서 최고의 배점으로 편성된 에너지소비량의 경우, 최대 12점 배점에서 평균 7.04점으로 평균 수준에 머물고 있었다. 향후 에너지소비량 인증지표에서 등급구간의 강화 또는 산출식의 조정 등의 지표 개선이 필요하였다.

      • Multirate를 위한 이동국 Rake Finger의 성능 개선에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we proposed the new structure of the Rake Finger using Walsh Switch, the shared accumulator, and the pipeline FWHT(Fast Walsh Hadamard Transform) algorithm for reducing the signal processing complexity resulting from the increase of the number of data correlators. The function simulation of the proposed architecture is performed by Synopsys tool and the timing simulation is performed by Compass tool. The number of computational operation in the proposed data correlators is 160 additions and the conventional ones is 512 additions when the number of walsh code channels is 4. As a result, it is reduced about 3.2 times other than the number of computational operation of the conventional ones. Also, the result shows that the data processing time of the proposed Rake Finger architecture is 90,496[ns] and the conventional ones is 110,696[ns]. It is 18.3% faster than the data processing time of the conventional Rake Finger architecture. IMT-2000의 무선접속 기술 요소 중 multirate을 위한 Multi-Code(MC) CDMA 시스템의 이동국 Rake 수신기는 다수의 채널로 전송된 신호들을 동시에 복조해야 하므로 Rake Finger에서 트래픽 채널을 복조하는 데이터 상관기의 수가 왈쉬 코드 채널의 수만큼 증가하게 되어 신호처리의 복잡도가 증가되는 단점을 갖게 된다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 상관기들의 증가로 인한 데이터 처리시간 지연을 감소시키기 위해 Walsh Switch, 공유 accumulator, 그리고 파이프라인 FWHT(Fast Walsh Hadamard Transform) 알고리즘을 적용한 새로운 Rake Finger 구조를 제안했다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 결과 왈쉬 코드 채널의 수 에 대한 데이터 상관기의 연산 동작 수는 512 additions에서 160 additions로 약 3.2배 감소하였고, Rake Finger의 데이터 처리시간은 110,696[ns]에서 90,496[ns]로 18.3% 감소하였음을 확인하였다.
