보중익기탕이 알레르기 비염 유발 白鼠의 과립구 및 조직학적 변화에 미치는 효과

Allergic rhinitis is an allergic reaction characterized by sneezing, coughing, itchy nose, mouth and throat, congestion and/or nasal discharge. The offending allergens are usually pollens, molds, dust mites and animal allergens. We aimed to observe inhibitory effects of Bojungikgi-tang on incerase of the number of eosinophil and neutrophil, and protective effects of nasal mucosal tissue in the allergic rhinitis. 1. In Inhibitory Effect of Bojungikgi-tang on Increase of the number of Eosinophil in Serum, Bojungikgi-tang showed significant effects.(p〈0.05) 2. In Inhibitory Effect of Bojungikgi-tang on Increase of the number of Neutrophil in Serum, Bojungikgi-tang showed significant effects.(p〈0.05) 3. In histopathologic change of nasal mucosal tissue, Bojungikgi-tang showed significant protective effects. Depending upon above results, it is considered that Bojungikgi-tang has the inhibitory effects on the process of allergic rhinitis and that it could be used in reliving patients of the symptoms caused by allergic rhinitis.

문헌정보학 분야 어린이서비스 연구의 현황과 과제

이 연구는 우리나라 문헌정보학분야의 어린이서비스 연구의 경향을 분석하고 연구의 발전적인 방향을 모색하기 위해 한국문헌정보학회지, 한국도서관 정보학회지, 한국비블리아학회지, 정보관리학회지에 창간호부터 2012년까지 게재된 학술논문 113편을 분석하였다. 연도, 학회지, 연구자, 주제, 연구방법, 연구비 등을 기준으로 논문현황을 분석하였고 연구에서 나타나는 내용과 방법론을 중심으로 개선과제를 살펴보았다. 연구 논문 분석을 토대로 어린이서비스의 발전을 위한 과제로 어린이 도서 연구의 활성화, 어린이서비스 연구 전반의 실효성 제고, 연구의 현장 근접성 강화 등을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of children's services research in Korea. A total of 113 research articles were selected from 4 journals in Library and Information Science. Articles were analyzed in the aspects of research subjects, research methods, author types, and research funds. The writer discussed the problems shown in the articles and suggested some recommendations for the development of research.

VTS관제사의 최소안전거리에 관한 기초 연구

본 연구에서는 우리나라 각 항만 VTS에서 근무하고 있는 현직 관제사들을 대상으로 관제 구역 내에서 선박의 안전한 운항을 위해 선박과 선박 사이 및 선박과 육지(장애물)와의 최소 안전거리를 조사하여 VTS 관제의 효율성을 제고하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 안전한 선박 통항을 위한 기초 자료를 제시하기 위해 우리나라 각 항만 VTS 관제사들이 관제하는 안전이격거리를 각 VTS 센터별, 개인별로 설문 조사 및 분석을 하고 실습선을 이용하여 선박 통항이 밀집되어 있는 싱가포르와 말라카 해협에서의 관제 거리를 서로 비교하여 VTS 관제사간의 최소안전거리에 어떠한 차이점이 있는지를 조사하였다. 설문조사 결과 같은 VTS 소속임에도 불구하고 개인별로 관제하는 최소안전거리에는 많은 차이가 있고 전체적으로 해안선이 완만한 동해항의 경우 관제 안전거리가 타 항만보다 컸으며 해안선이 복잡하고 어선 및 여객선의 입출항이 잦은 목포항이 관제 안전거리가 가장 짧음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 동일한 VTS에 근무하는 관제사들이 정형화된 관제 방법에 따라 관제를 할 수 있도록 항만의 자연조건이나 교통량에 적합한 모듈(Module)을 개발할 필요성이 필요하며 향후에는 표준관제절차 수립을 위한 전문가 집단의 충분한 논의가 있어야 할 것으로 사료된다. This study aims to enhance the effectivity of VTS(Vessel Traffic Service) control by investigating the minimum safe distance between vessel and vessel, vessel and land(obstacle) for the vessel's safe navigation within the VTS control area. In addition, to suggest basic data for the safe navigation, this study has done survey and analysis to each VTS center, and individual on the minimum safe distance to VTS operators of each ports of korea. Through ocean voyage by training ship, Singapore and Malacca strait's congested vessel traffic zone's control distance was compared and investigated the difference on safe distance by the different VTS operators. As a result, there was huge difference of minimum safe distance between the VTS operators belong to the same center. Over all, the port with gentle coastline, like donghae, the safe distance was wider than the other port. On the other hand, port with complex coastline and frequent entry and departure of the vessel, like mokpo, the safe distance was the shortest of all. Therefore, development of module suitable to port's natural conditions and traffic volume's necessity is required, for the operators affiliated to the same VTS center control according to formal method. Lastly, the full discussion by the expert group about establishment of standard control procedure in the future should be considered as well.

1960년대 한국 학교도서관 운동의 전개에 관한 연구

이 연구는 1960년대 한국 학교도서관 운동의 전개 양상을 조명하고 있다. 1960년대 학교도서관 운동이 크게 확대되는 양상을 지역별 강습회와 전국학교도서관대회를 중심으로 설명하고 학교도서관계에서 기울인 학교도서관의 제도화 노력과 그 성과에 주목한다. 그리고 교육 영역에서 학교도서관의 입지를 강화하기 위한 노력으로서 전국학교도서관 연구대회와 학교 경영자를 위한 도서관 교육의 의의를 탐색한다. The purpose of this paper is to review the modern school library movement in Korea with a special reference to the 1960's. The writer keeps an eye on the legal and administrative improvements for school library activities.

학교도서관 비정규직 인력 문제의 상황과 맥락

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the problem of irregular position school librarians in Korea. The backgrounds and momenta of the problem are searched and the major sufferings of irregular position librarians are presented. To identify characteristics and substantial complications of the problem, it's surface and reverse structure are discussed. Through the discussion, solutions for the problem are scrutinized and reflective attitude which the librarian should keep in their mind are proposed. 이 연구는 우리나라 학교도서관 비정규직 인력 문제에 대해 구조적인 관점으로 살펴보고 정리하였다. 비정규적 인력이 확대된 배경과 계기를 살펴보고 비정규직 인력의 직무상 주요 문제점들을 검토하였다. 그리고 비정규직 인력 문제의 표면과 이면의 내용과 구조를 체계적으로 탐구하여 문제의 성격과 내적 갈등 양상을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 현재 제안되거나 진행되고 있는 비정규직 인력 문제의 해결 방안에 대해 점검하고 문제 해결을 위해 요청되는 기본적인 자세를 제안하였다.

한글 수화용 동적 손 제스처의 실시간 인식 시스템의 구현에 관한 연구

Human-hand gestures have been used a means of communication among people for a long time, being interpreted as streams of tokens for a language. The signed language is a method of communication for hearing impaired person. Articulated gestures and postures of hands and fingers are commonly used for the signed language. This paper presents a system which recognizes the korean sign language (KSL) and translates the recognition results into a normal korean text and sound. A pair of data-gloves are used a sthe sensing device for detecting motions of hands and fingers. In this paper, we propose a dynamic gesture recognition mehtod by employing a fuzzy feature analysis method for efficient classification of hand motions, and applying a fuzzy min-max neural network to on-line pattern recognition.

공공도서관 청소년 프로그램의 유형별 특성과 발전 방안 연구

The purpose of this study is to seek the solutions for development of young adults programs in the public libraries in Korea. The reasons for the problems and limitations of the young adults programs are the absence of personnel in charge of young adult service, the shortage in book stock and space, the low participation due to the educational environment pursuing only entrance examination, the poor system in public relations and the cooperation with young adult related organization etc. As the result of seeking solutions for the development of young adults programs in the public libraries based on these problems, followings are required: the establishment of young adults service system, placement of personnel in charge, the development of integrated young adult programs, strengthening of education for librarians in charge, and the establishment of young adult service network. 이 연구는 공공도서관 청소년 프로그램의 현황을 조사하여 문제점을 분석하고 개선 과제를 탐색하였다. 1개 특별시와 6개 광역시의 공공도서관 중 2009년 8월 31부터 9월 4일까지 청소년 프로그램이 실시된 86개관을 대상으로 조사하였다. 이 연구에서는 청소년프로그램을 참여형, 체험형, 강좌형, 콘테스트형, 기관협력형 등 5가지 유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별 특성과 문제점을 분석하였다. 그리고 공공도서관의 청소년 프로그램의 활성화를 저해하는 제반 환경적 문제를 점검하고 발전 방안을 제안하였다.

동적 시간이력 탄소성 지진 해석을 위한 레일레이 감쇠계수 결정방법 고찰

This paper investigates how to determine the Rayleigh damping coefficients for dynamic time history seismic analysis of piping systems. Three methods are applied. The first one is a conventional method to use the natural frequencies of the mode 1 and 2, derived from dynamic analysis. The second method is to determine the Rayleigh damping coefficients based on frequency range of the acceleration histories. The last one is a iterative transient response analysis method using the transient analysis results without and with damping. It is found that the conventional method and the iterative transient response method yield the same results whereas the acceleration frequency-basis method provides more conservative result than the other methods. In addition, it is concluded that the iterative transient response method is recommended.

사서교사 양성을 위한 문헌정보학 교과목의 내용과 교육의 전략적 강조점에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to study the instructional contents and strategies for school library media specialist education in Korean Library and Information Science. The writer insist several aspects of instructional contents should be emphasized for relevant school library media specialist education. Instructional contents for philosophical and conceptual aspect of school library and media specialist, knowledge and experience for literature for children and young adult, and knowledge and technique for teaching and instruction at field are those. And the writer suggests LIS education for media specialist should be able to let the students stand on the strong professional sprit, help adapt themselves to school practice, and make them a professor of literature.

마이크로스트립 라인의 폭방향 전역함수를 이용한 마이크로스트립 구조의 해석

본 논문에서는 마이크로스트립 개방선로와 선형공진기에 대해서 라인의 측방향 전역함수를 이용하여 모멘트법으로 해석하였다. 마이크로스트립 라인의 기판의 유전율 두께와 라인을 폭을 포함하는 측방향의 상관함수를 유도하였다. 제안된 방법을 검증하기 위하여 몇가지의 수치해석 예제에 대하여 제안 방법과 다른 방법에 대하여 해석하여 그 결과를 비교하였다 이 방식이 기존의 방법에 대해서 보다 더 정확한 결과를 얻을 수 있음이 관측되었다. Microstrip open-end and linear resonator are analyzed by method of moment (MoM) taking the entire-domain current distribution, found in literature, along the transverse direction of microstrip line. A transverse correlation function which incorporates permittivity, thickness and width of the line is derived. Numerical examples are investigated and compared with the available other data and methods in order to give the validity of the proposed method. It is found that the proposed method can generate more accurate results than the conventional methods.
