In the sheet metal forming using a high speed press machine, driving device, such as crank, link, and knuckle mechanism, has to be designed in consideration of impact at a moment when press die contact with material, because the impact affects a dimensional accuracy of products and a life span of press die. In this study, dynamic analysis was performed using numerical simulation in order to verify the impact reduction effect for proposed double knuckle mechanism by estimating rolling and pitching moment of slide.
홍예교 성능저하 원인에 따른 보수방안 고찰 - 선암사 승선교·송광사 극락교를 중심으로 -

This study considers the proper repair techniques by examining the most representative repair cases of the Korean arch bridges and proposes the constructional manual which can apply similar occasions. The cases are Seonamsa Seungseongyo and Songgwangsa Geukrockgyo where this researcher had taken part in the repair works. This Study proposes the maintenance construction manual about the performance degradation drew by performance degradation of the both Korean arch bridges in the maintenance process. First, arch bridge maintenance should be carried out in the dry season, when water is impermeable in the bottom surface of the bridge. Moreover, risk factors of the maintenance should be excluded to secure the water vally flow, the bypass and the temporary bridge. Second, prior to repair, it has to precede (1)3D shooting (2)formal examination (3)structure safety test (4)geological and lithic surveys (5)arch curvature establishment and makeshift frame settlement before transformation (6)relationship expert comments. Third, if the baduk and the foundation stones are inevitable to replace due to performance degradation on the foundation, it should use the high quality stones and secure greater stress by extending the standard range. The foundation on irregular rock needs to be flattened and underside on the replaced materials require Grengyijil to deliver the equal loads. Fourth, In the process of dismantling the stones of the arched bridge, it could make heavy weathering degree and not reuse the materials. Charge should converge the expert advices to choose the reuseable, the conservate and the alternative materials, and increase the reutilization of the raw materials by preservation and reinforcement treatments. Fifth, the side wall should be repaired by the rubble work technique which is not able to pile compost satiety, so it must use long depth of masonary stones for reinforcement. It is considered to reinforce the stone wall in shore as much as possible and protect the abutment and the side wall on the upstream for the arch bridge maintenance works.

본 연구는 1980~2009년 기간 시계열자료를 이용해 우리나라 연구개발투자의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다. 이때, 총연구개발투자 뿐만 아니라 정부와 민간연구개발투자를 이용해 분석을 실시하였고, 연구개발투자의 생산성경로와 교역을 통한 경로까지 고려해 승수효과를 추정하였다. 실증분석 결과, 첫째, 연구개발투자가 GDP와 고용에 미치는 영향은 연구개발투자의 구분에 관계없이 노동생산성과 수출경로를 통해 영향을 받으며, 민간연구개발투자가 정부연구개발투자보다 GDP와 고용에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구개발투자의 승수효과는 상당히 큰 것으로 해석할 수 있고, 정부에 비해 민간연구개발투자의 승수효과는 상대적으로 크고, 그 효과가 지속적인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 정부연구개발투자가 장기적인 관점에서 민간연구개발투자를 촉진시켜 상호간 보완 관계를 유지하도록 계획하는 것이 매우 중요하다는 점을 시사한다. This paper examines the macroeconomic effects of R&D investment, using time-series data for the 1980~2009 period. For this, we analyze the effect of whole R&D investment, as well as public and private R&D investment on the GDP and the employment. In addition, we estimate the multiplier effects based on the productivity and trade path of R&D investment. The estimates indicate that R&D investment affects the GDP and the employment through the path of labor productivity and export weight. Besides, the effect of private R&D investment is far bigger than that of public R&D investment. The multiplier effects are considerably large, and the effect of the private is far bigger and more persistent than the public. Based on the findings, we can infer that public R&D investment promote the private. Thus, government`s R&D investment should be envisioned as keeping the complementing between the public and the private section.

본 연구는 도림사 보제루(普濟樓)를 중심으로 현존 유구와 고증자료가 존재함에도 불구하고 과거 잘못 복원된 도림사 진입공간의 원형 고찰에 대한 연구이다. 도림사 보제루는 “康熙十六年季夏…大樓上樑”의 기록으로 1677년(숙종 3)에 중건되었으나 한국전쟁으로 오도문(悟道門)과 함께 소실되었다. 보제루의 원래 위치에 1987년 석조계단과 오도문을 통해 중정에 도달하는 형식으로 복원되었으나, 보제루는 누하진입(樓下進入) 방식이 아닌 우회하여 본 마당에 진입하는 형태로 인근의 화엄사ㆍ태안사와 같이 주불전과 대면하고 있는 사찰문루의 전형적인 형태였음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 「조선고적도보」, 현존하는 초석 유구조사, 중수상량문 등의 정확한 고증자료를 바탕으로 복원정비 계획을 수립하고 관계전문가의 검증과 수년 동안의 복원공사를 통해 보제루를 중심으로 진입공간을 명확히 복원한 매우 의미 있는 일이라 할 수 있다. 물론 전통건축물의 원형복원시 기준시점에 따라 건축형식이 변할 수 있는 한계점도 있겠지만, 본 연구는 과거 정확한 검증과정과 원형 고찰에 대한 충분한 고려를 하지 못한 사례에 대해 척도설정을 해나가는 기초적인 자료가 되기를 기대한다. The aim of this study is to survey on original figures of the processional space in Dorim Temple, which was inappropriately restored in the past despite the existence remains and historical research data. Booje-roo of Dorim Temple was built in 1677 according to “Emperor Ganghee sixteen years old in late summer…Daeroo sangryang”, but it was demolished with O-domun due to Korean War. Boje-roo was first restored by approaching to the courtyard through the stone stairs and O-domun in 1987. However, it was found that Boje-roo did not have the system of Nuha-jinip, but had the system of Uhoe-jinip that is to approach the inner court through the both sides of the building, which means it had typical features of Sachalmunru that was located against Central Hall as Hwaeom Temple and Taean Temple. This study is extremely meaningful as we tried to restore the processional space of Boje-roo by developing the restoration maintenance plan based on the historical research data of Chosun-gojeokdobo, footstone remains investigation, and reconstruction sang-ryangmun etc. and through professionals` close inspection and years of restoration construction. Although the architectural characteristics could be altered according to the times of the original figures restoration, this study can be a valuable data in case of restoring buildings when it is done without the proper investigation and deep consideration of survey on original figures.
