        The effects of protein 3nd onion extracts or the absorbed cadmium concentration in kidney andliver of mouse was stvdied by differential poise stripping polarography. The obtained results were as follows, 1. The absorbed cadmium concentration was decreased as the protein diet was increased. 2. Where as the onion ertracts diet was increased, tile absorbed cadmium concentration was decreased. 3. As the coeffects of protein and onion extracts, absorbed cadmium concentration was drantaticallydecrcased. 4. Generally, the absorbed concentration In kidney in higher than in liver while the absorbed concentration in liver is peculiarly higher than kidney in above case.

        평생전자건강진료기록을 위한 진료문서 등록저장소 시스템

        Objective: The needs of sharing clinical documents in order for health professionals to provide better diagnosis and treatment have been tremendously increasing. However, when a patient visits the hospital, current hospital information system doesn't allow for physicians to obtain patient's medical history even though she has some records in different hospital, because the lack of the standardization to overcome the incompatibility among heterogeneous systems. CDA(Clinical Document Architecture) of HL7(Health Level 7) is standardized technology in purpose of creating and exchanging various clinical documents. In this article, we discuss the method of exchanging, storing, and utilizing CDA and present the work of development and implementation based on CDR(Clinical Document Repository) framework reported earlier9). Methods: We convert paper-based discharge summary from each health institutions into CDA format. And in order to exchange, manage, and utilize those CDA, Registry structure of ebXML is introduced and applied. Results: The relationship among patients, physicians, clinical organizations, and clinical documents is well-organized and modeled. Because transfered CDA document can be easily registered and managed by complying with RIM structure of ebXML, this system can effectively exchange and share patient's CDA document when patient move to other area or among heterogenous systems. Conclusion: This system can be utilized to categorize and store various clinical documents such as, ECG and Radiology reading report. In addition, this system suggests the potential of Electronic Health Record system that is able to communicate among heterogenous systems and manage the CDA documents via this CDR system.

        해상보험계약상 선박금융 위험과 선박저당권자이익보험의 관계에 관한 연구

        The risks faced by the ship investment company are not independent of each other but are linked to each other, and it is necessary to take these risks into account when investing in vessels. In the legal structure of ship finance, insurance contracts have an important meaning in that they guarantee the risk of loss or damage to the ship. As a finance institution, the ship is the only collateral object, so the risk of loss or damage to the ship must be considered. Therefore, finance institutions usually set up collateral for claims based on marine insurance contracts, such as hull insurance and P & I insurance, insured to the ship. The safeguards that the finance institution can take after the delivery of the vessel are to construct a mortgage on the vessel. There is also a way to set up collateral for chartered accounts receivable from charterers and to acquire claims for collaterals based on marine insurance contracts set up for the vessel. In addition, the maritime company secures the safety device for the financial institution by insuring the mortgagees interest insurance(MII) with the insured as the finance institution at the own expense. This is the most important insurance that a maritime company can insure. This is the most important insurance that a maritime company can insure. It is distinguished from other marine insurance that insure in case of loss or damage to the ship. The purpose of this study is to analyze MII which is one of the risk management methods, focusing on exposed risks in ship finance. 선박투자회사의 위험들은 각각 독립적이지 않고 서로 연계되어 있으며 선박 투자 시에 이러한 위험들을 고려할 필요가 있다. 선박금융의 법적 구조에서 보험계약은 선박의 멸실·훼손 등의 위험을 담보한다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 가진다. 금융기관 입장에서는 선박이 유일한 담보목적물이기 때문에 선박의 멸실․훼손 등이 발생할 수 있는 위험을 고려해야만 한다. 그러므로 금융기관은 대상 선박에 부보된 선박(체)보험 및 선주상호보험과 같은 해상보험 계약에 기초한 보험금 청구권에 대하여 담보를 설정하는 것이 보통이다. 선박인도 후 금융기관이 취할 수 있는 안전장치는 선박이 건조되어 실질을 갖추고 있으므로 일반적으로 대상 선박에 저당권을 설정하는 것이다. 또한 용선자로부터 받는 용선료 채권에 담보를 설정하는 방법이 있으며, 대상 선박에 설정된 해상보험계약에 기초한 보험금 청구권을 담보로 취득하는 방법이 있다. 해상기업이 금융기관을 위하여 자신의 비용으로 피보험자를 금융기관으로 하여 부보하는 것으로서 ‘선박저당권자이익보험’이 있는데, 이 보험을 통하여 안전장치를 확보하게 된다. 이는 해상기업이 부보할 수 있는 중요한 보험으로 선박의 멸실·훼손이 발생할 경우에 대비해 부보하는 다른 선박보험 등과는 구별된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선박금융상 노출되어 있는 위험을 중심으로 분석한 후, 이에 대한 위험관리 방안의 하나인 선박저당권자이익보험에 대한 검토 과제를 분석하는 것에 목적이 있다.

        우리나라 수출의 품목 및 국가별 집중도 분석과 다변화 전략에 관한 연구

        Recently, as Korea's exports and economic growth have decreased, concerns over the economy are growing. The main reason for the slump of export is the concentration of export countries and export products. In fact, the proportion of exports to China was 26.8% and that of semiconductors was 20.1% among the total exports of Korea in 2018. In the first half of 2019, exports to China and semiconductors declined by -16.9% and -24.0% respectively. As a result, domestic economic growth in the first quarter was -0.4%. So, in this paper examine the recent export trends and calculate the degree of concentration by item and country using the indicators of HHI and CR. And, analyze the effects of such concentration on export and economy of Korea. Then, the necessity of export diversification by item and region and detailed export expansion methods are presented. This paper is timely in the face of sluggish exports in Korea. And differs from previous studies in that it proposes the necessity of diversification of exports and proposes expansion strategy of export portfolio. It is expected to contribute to the export expansion strategies and export policies of individual companies and governments.

        한국과 우즈베키스탄 교역 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        Trade between Korea and Uzbekistan has been steadily increasing since the establishment of diplomatic ties. The two countries have a high degree of concentration on export items and target countries. For stable economic growth, it is necessary to alleviate this phenomenon. Therefore, in this paper, the export concentration phenomenon of both countries is analyzed and export diversification strategies are presented. It is effective for Korea to increase exports in automobiles and parts, rubber, plastics and electrical equipment. Uzbekistan needs to export silk, cotton, wood/pulp, grain, etc. in an additionally processed form to expand exports and increase added value. It has presented export-promising items for revitalizing trade between the two countries, and it is expected that export growth and export diversification can be achieved if the methodology is expanded to more detailed items and applied to all countries. As the next research topic, export diversification strategies by item unit and service industry export expansion are needed.

        유리질 탄소전극에서 양극벗김 네모파 전압-전류법에 의한 생체내 미량 수은의 정량

        The trace-level mercury in bio-materials has been determinated by the anodic stripping square wave voltammetry (ASSWV)-technique at glassy carbon electrode. Prior to the analysis, the bio-materials were digested with $HNO_3/H_2SO_4$ mixture and KMnO4 was added to complete an oxidation process of the mixture. The detection limit of the mercury varied greatly with deposition time, deposition potential, pH and stirring rate. When the deposition was carried out for 240 sec on 400 rpm stirring at -1.0 volts vs. Ag/AgCl, the detection limit was below 0.5 ppb ($2.5{\times}10^{-9}M$). The accumulated mercury was high in the kidney and liver, and low in the brain according to the determination of mercury accumulation for a white rat by this method. 생체시료에 함유된 미량수은을 유리질 탄소전극을 사용하는 양극 벗김 네모파 전압-전류법으로 정량하였다. 생체시료는 HNO3/H2SO4 산혼합용액으로 삭히고, KMnO4를 가하여 산화시켰다. 수은의 검출한계는 석출전위, 시 간, pH, 그리고 용액을 저어주는 속도 등에 크게 영향을 받았다. 1.0 volts vs. Ag/AgCl에서 400rpm으로 저어주면서 240 sec 동안 석출시켰을 경우, 검출한계는 0.5 ppb 이하였다. 흰쥐에 대한 수은의 생체 축적량은 신장과 간에서 높았고, 뇌에서는 매우 낮았다.
