Objectives: We investigated the physical effects of the cosmetics containing Ginkgo biloba. with meridian massage on human skin by using non-invasive instruments. Methods: We made cosmetics containing the extract of Ginkgo biloba. and measured physiological effects such as skin moisturization, blood flow, skin color, sebum secretion, skin evenness of volunteers applied the cosmetic products with meridian massage for 2 weeks. Results: Topical applications of w/o cream that 1 % Ginkgo biloba. was emulsified, showed significant improvement of blood flow, water contents and $L{\ast}$ value of the face skin. And the skin evenness, sebum contents and skin surface smoothness were improved after 2 weeks. Conclusions: The combination of cosmetics containing the extract of Ginkgo biloba. with meridian massage improved the physical properties of human skin during a treatment. Especially the meridian massage played a role of enhancing the effect of the cosmetics containing Ginkgo biloba.

마이크로니들 시술에 의한 발효제품의 피부 재생 및 항상성 강화 기술

Fermented materials have been used for long time around the world and have been researched according to the excellent effect in the part of medical and food industry. However, when such materials are applied on skin, because of the skin barrier, the most effective ingredients are poorly absorbed. The absorption of the skin is exceedingly limited and the method of increasing skin absorption needs special procedures. The micro-needle therapy is a method used to improve the absorption of drug (solution) in the skin which is called “natural skin rejuvenation therapy”. This therapy uses micro-needle which is equipped with very thin, delicate needles smaller than a 0.07 mm thick hair. During this therapy, the micro-needle makes small holes and helps absorb the solution into the skin. This is a very excellent therapy in skin absorption. It can be used in wide regions of the skin without any side effects and no recovery time. In 2007, the micro-needle is permitted to personal care. However, the solutions have not yet been developed professionally, and such skill is needed.

근,현대 올림픽 포스터 디자인의 의미와 이데올로기 표현

올림픽 포스터디자인의 시각적 텍스트는 국가나 지역에 있어서 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화에 대한 의미와 가치가 함축되어 복합적인 의미구조를 형성하고있다. 올림픽포스터는 개최국가에 있어 대내외적 주변정서와 정치적 협력그리고 방해와 갈등, 대립의 관계를 통해서 외시의미(표층적 의미)와 공시의미(함축적 의미)를 생성하고 상호작용하여 상징적 의미를 내포하고 있다. 포스터디자인에 대한 의미생성은 올림픽 기본정신에 충실히 이행하는 융합형 그리고 올림픽 기본정신으로 가장하여 사상이나 정치적 이념을 의도적으로 은폐하여 이접하는 충돌형, 각각의 이념을 분리하여 이미지를 상징하는 독립적 유형으로 나타난다. 포스터디자인의 의미작용에 따른 이데올로기표현은 현 디지털시대 들어서면서 점점 복잡한 양상을 보이고 있다. ``국제사회에서 국가들은 국제적 서열 이라든가 권력적 계급을 규명 한다든가`` 하는 문제는 오늘날 그리 쉽게 표명하지 못하기 때문에 더욱더 올림픽경기를통해서 개최국가의 문화, 예술, 전통에 대한 우열을 강조하고자 한다. 포스터디자인은 이러한 이미지를 시각화하고 이를 해명하는 매체로서 역할을 하고 있다. 문화기호로써 포스터디자인은 시각적 텍스트를 통해서 보편형이데올로기, 권력형 이데올로기, 문화형 이데올로기 경향이 엿 보이고 있다. 포스터디자인의 커뮤니케이션 방법은 시각적 텍스트인 그림이나 사진, 타이포그래피, 색상, 그리고 이것들을 표현하는 방법과 화면을 구성하는 레이아웃 스타일에 의해서 영향을 주고 있다. 포스터디자인은 2차원적 표현이지만 그 양상은 다양한 의미를 표시하며 함축하고 있기 때문에 현 미디어시대의 문화기호체로서 중요한 역할과 기능을 재인식하여 교육적 측면과 제작에서 노력, 그리고 진정한 문화기호체로서 확장이 필요하다. The visual text of poster designs of Olympics forms structure layers of various meanings as it contains meanings and values of politics, economics, society, and culture of the country or areas. As an action subject, Olympics posters forms official meanings (implicating meanings) and external meanings (surface meanings) through thecooperation between factors that symbolize the host country and factors that symbolize the Olympics as well as the relationship among internal and external sentiment and political cooperation, the obstruction, confrontation, and the conflict of the host country. Those layers can be divided into inter-combined fusion type, conflicttype that connects implicating and surface meanings, and separated and independent type that delivers the meaning independently and directly. The poster designs that are made by those meanings can imply amalgamative ideology, conflict ideology, and separated ideology by fusion, conflict, or hiding the basic spirit of the Olympics.

오늘날, 유희적 인간(Homo Ludens)에 대한 인류관이 부각되고, 감성적·창의적 사고에 대한 가치로 패러다임이 변화하면서, 유희적 경향은 매체의 주요한 구성원리가 되고 있다. 따라서 흥미나 관심을 유발하는 `Fun`은 현시대의 다양한 매체에 없어서는 안 될 중요한 키워드이다. 그중에서도 다양한 디지털 디바이스 기기와 기술 발달 덕분에 급부상하고 있는 앱북(Appbook)은 종이책이 갖고 있는 아날로그 텍스트성을 기반으로 디지털 미디어가 융합되는 새로운 미디어 형태이며, `Fun`의 개념을 잘 구현한 매체이다. 앱북의 기능은 퍼놀로지(Funology)를 구성하고 있는 요소들을 적극적으로 활용하며, 퍼놀로지는 유·아동 시기의 인지발달과정에 적용가능하고 반드시 필요한 요인으로 작용한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 앱북에서 활용된 퍼놀로지 요소를 토대로 인지요소의 상호작용성에 천착한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 퍼놀로지를 구성하고 있는 감각적, 유희적, 경험적 표현 요소를 파악하여 인터페이스 디자인 구조와 그래픽요소의 표현을 살펴본다. 분석대상은 아동용 앱북으로써 가장 먼저 주목을 받았던 아이패드(iPad) 디바이스용 <이상한 나라의 앨리스>이다. <이상한 나라의 앨리스>는 대부분 문자 텍스트만으로 서술되는 내용에서 벗어나 그림이 갖는 의미를 강조하며 사용자인 즉 아동의 흥미를 유발한다. 즉 문자로 서술된 내용을 보다 쉽게 전달하기 위해 그림기능을 강화하여 내용전달을 통해 아동의 인지작용에 영향을 끼치고 있다. 특히 다양한 인터페이스 구조와 그래픽 인지요소를 통해 놀이를 제공하여 흥미, 재미, 즐거움이 상호작용하여 아동 인지발달의 매개도구로서 활용된다. Today in which the thought about human being as Homo Ludens is clearly brought out, a `Ludens`-tendency constitutes a crucial principle, changing paradigm of emotional and creative thought. Thus the Fun provoking an interest and attention is an indispensable keyword to various modern media. Of those, the app-book is a new media form that fuses the digital mode and the analogue textuality which generally features in paper books. The way AppBook operate highly applies components of Funology in it, and the Funology interacts with essential factors applicable in the inevitable process of developing perception of childhood. Thus this study focuses on interaction of cognitive components, analysing Funology applied in app books. Examining the structure of interfacial design in app books and the graphic mode of its expression, the study tries to grasp emotional, experiential and playful expression components Funology is constituted. The research mainly deals with the e-book Alice in Wonderland that is the first thing has brought its name to the public in ipad store. The AppBook Alice in Wonderland passed the bounds of the common text-narrative way the most is adopted, and arouse interest of the user, that is children, stressing meaning the illustration shows. In other words, it reinforces the function of illustration-description than the text-narration for easily addressing its content, and has a decisive effect in perception of children. Especially, it gives them plays by a different structure of its interface, while it is used for an agency of development of children`s perception, interacting its interest, fun and amusement.

Objectives: The aim of the present study is to investigate the hypotensive effect of Samhwangsasim-tang (SHSST), Samigangap-tang (SMGAT) and Bangtan-tang (BTT) in stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR-SP). Methods: SHR-SP rats were treated with SHSST, SMGAT and BTT at dose of 200 mg/kg/day orally for 5 weeks, respectively. Results: Treatment SHR-SP rats with SMGAT significantly lowered blood pressure but not in the SHSST or BTT treat groups. On the other hand, SHSST, SMGAT and BTT ameliorated endothelium-dependent and independent vascular relaxation in the phenylephrine-precontracted aorta and carotid artery, respectively. Conclusions: These results indicated that SMGAT has an antihypertensive effect and SHSST, SMGAT and BTT improve vascular function in stroke-prone hypertensive rat model, respectively.

대두 발효물을 이용한 마이크로니들 두피케어에 관한 최신 동향

최근 몇 년 동안 탈모로 인해 우울증을 경험하는 인구가 증가하고 탈모 관련 치료법도 임상의학이나 외과적인 수술법과 같이 전문화되고 있다. 탈모 방지와 발모를 촉진하기 위한 시술법과 소재들이 있으나 그 효능, 효과가 뛰어나지 못하고 일부는 부작용을 동반하는 경우가 있다. 본 총설의 마이크로니들 시술법은 약물의 흡수를 촉진시켜주는 매우 작고 섬세한 니들을 이용한 시술법이다. 이 시술을 하는 동안 마이크로니들이 두피 내부로 약물의 흡수를 도와주는 마이크로 홀을 만들어 준다. 마이크로니들 시술 약물의 주요성분으로 대두 발효물질을 분석하였으며 대두 발효 소재는 탈모증에 항산화, 항안드로겐, 항혈전의 기능을 가진다. 대두 발효물의 흡수를 증가시켜주는 마이크로니들의 우수한 약물전달시스템으로 인하여 대두 발효물이 마이크로니들과 함께 사용될 때 복잡한 탈모기전에 더욱 효과적이다. 이 시술법은 탈모증을 방지하고 관리하며 개선시켜줄 수 있는 매우 유용한 두피케어법이며 일반적인 두피관리법 보다 더 빠른 효과를 나타낼 수 있어 차별화된다. 대두 발효물을 이용한 마이크로니들 시술법은 두피케어를 위한 진일보한 기술이다. In recent years, the number of people suffering from depression due to hair loss has been increasing. The treatment methods such as clinical pathology and vanity surgery have been developed. There are therapies and materials for hair growth promotion and hair loss prevention. But the effectiveness of such therapies and materials is not fully evaluated and some side-effects have been reported. In this study, microneedle therapy using very thin and delicate needles promotes absorption of drug. During this therapy, the microneedle makes micro holes that help absorbion of drugs into the scalp. In this study, absorbion of fermented soybean were evaluated. The ingredient has anti- oxidant, anti-androgen, and anti-thrombosis effect for alopecia. The fermented soybean is more effective for complex hair loss when used with microneedle. It is because of the microneedle’s excellent drug delivery system (DDS). This therapy that increases the absorption of fermented soybean is a very useful scalp care method which prevents, treats and controls alopecia. This microneedle therapy using fermented soybean is an advanced technology for scalp care.

인터넷게임장애 환자에서 자기상에 대한 양가감정의 특성

Objective : This study aimed to evaluate the characteristics of ambivalence of self-image and its relationship with other characteristics in patients with an internet gaming disorder (IGD). Methods : The level of ambivalence of actual and ideal self-image was evaluated numerically in 20 patients diagnosed with IGD as well as 22 normal controls. The ambivalence scores of the two groups were compared, and their correlations with psychometric scales were counted in each group. Results : Patients with IGD showed a significantly higher level in ambivalence of ideal self-image than did the controls, but not in their ambivalence of actual self-image. Both the actual and ideal ambivalence scores in the IGD group did not have a significant correlation with each other or other scales. In the control group, however, there were significant correlations of the actual ambivalence score and the ideal ambivalence score with the scales representing the level of self-esteem, self-concept clarity, impulsivity, basic psychological needs (autonomy, competence, relatedness), and of the ideal ambivalence score with the scales representing the level of impulsivity, situational motivation (amotivation, external regulation) and basic psychological needs (competence). Conclusion : This study suggested that patients with IGD might feel more intense ambivalence of ideal self-image and patients with IGD independently possess ambivalence of self-image.
