        동의보감에 수재된 방제의 현대 산업화를 위한 분류 연구

        We re-classified traditional medicinal prescriptions in Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam for the modern application using Tradimed database. They could be devided into 6 categories by the definitions of the related laws. Herbal ethical drugs are the majority, 3926 items, account for 60.21% of total items. Herbal Health Functional Foods stands second, 1480 items, 22.70%, Herbal over the counter drugs are 893 items, 13.69%. These three categories are about 83% of total items. Herbal medical supplies are 158 items, 2.42%, Herbal medical tools are 44 items, 0.67%, Herbal cosmetics are 20 items, occupied 0.31 %. Therefore we have known that traditional medicinal prescriptions can be used not only as drugs, but also as funtional foods, cosmetics, and tools. So they should be developed as modern products to make best use of them. And we suggested that we need official criteria of herbs of careful use and higher standards for herbs which can be used as foods.

        정적분석을 이용한 자바 언어의 권한검사 시각화 시스템

        Java 2에서 자원에 대한 접근 권한관리를 위하여 프로그래머는 프로그램 실행에 필요한 권한들을 정책파일(polic file)에 기술하고, 보안관 리자(Security Manager)를 설치하여 프로그램을 수행시킨다. 프로그램 실행 중에 자원에 대한 접근을 시도할 때마다. 보안관리자는 스택 인스펙션을 통해 접근 권한이 있는지 검사한다. 본 논문에서는 프로그래머가 안전한 보안정책을 세우는데 편의를 제공하고자 권한검사 관련 정보를 정적으로 분석하여 시각적으로 보여주는 시스템을 구현하였다. 권한김사 시각화 시스템은 정적 권한검사 분석에 기반하여, 각 메소드 별로 항상 성공하거나 항상 실패하는 권한검사를 계산한다. 프로그래머는 프로그램을 실행시켜보기 전에 권한검사와 스택 인스펙션이 어떻게 수행되는지 시각적으로 확인해 볼 수 있다. 이러한 정보를 토대로 안전한 보안정책을 세우기 위해 프로그램이나 정책파일을 수정할 수 있다. In Jana 2, to enforce a suity policy of a program, programmer writes permission sets required by the code at the policy file, sets Security Manager on system and executes the program. Then Security Manager checks by stack inspection whether an access request to resource should be granted or denied whenever code tries to access critical resource. In this paper, we develop a visualization tool which helps programmers enforce security policy effectively into programs. This system is based on the static permission check analysis which analyzes permission checks which must succeed or fail at each method. Based on this analysis information, programmer can examine visually how permission checks and their stack inspection are performed. By modifying program or policy file if necessary and examining analysis information repeatedly, programmer can enforce security policy correctly.

        The discussion of intellectual property protection with TK, GR in WIPO begin Herbal medicines get a important basis in a development of modern new medicine. For the protection of intellectual property, we set up this study. For the protection of intellectual property with herbal medicines, We analyze as follows. First, we analyze the specific theory and character of traditional herbal medicines. Second, we analyze the existing system on protecting them in Korea. The intellectual property protection with herbal medicines must maintain the specific character of that. We must select the basic traditional herbal medicines. The next, we must protect from intellectual property on add and subtract, combine, create of the traditional herbal medicines. In order that we must construct database on the Herbal medicines.

        임상투여용량에서 초오전탕액의 흰쥐에 대한 간독성연구

        Objective : This study was carried out to evaluate the liver toxicities of Wild Aconiti Tuber decoction. Methods : The amounts of aconitine in the methanol extract of Wild Aconiti Tuber was measured by HPLC. Safeties was studied by LD50 in mice. Liver toxicities were evaluated histologically and by CBC, blood chemistry after 2 weeks of 0.4g/kg/day clinical dosage oral administrations in rat. Results : 1. The amounts of aconitine in the methanol extract of Wild Aconiti Tuber is $1.697{\pm}0.052mg/g$. But aconitine was not detected in the water decoction of Wild Aconiti Tuber. 2. To evaluate LD50 and safeties of Wild Aconiti Tuber decoction, ICR mice were given high dose of 2, 5, 10g/kg for single time and were observed for 2 weeks. There were no dead animal and abnormal clinical sign and no abnormalities at the autopsy. So, LD50 was admitted to higher than 10g/kg. 3. After 2 weeks of 0.4g/kg/day clinical dosage oral administrations in rat, there was no significant change in the CBC and blood chemistry. 4. In the liver tissues of clinical dosage, mitotic figures, apoptosis and individual cell death were observed, but clear liver toxicities like fatty liver or necrosis were not observed. the liver tissues of high dose in mice, hydropic changes were getting severe as dose grows. Conclusions : According to the results, though aconitine was not detected in the Wild Aconiti Tuber decoction, 0.4g/kg/day 2 weeks p. o (clinical dosage) group showed weak changes in the liver tissues and high dose group showed liver toxicities like hydropic changes.

      • 전통적인 한약의 전탕법과 복용법에 대한 현대적 고찰

        The decocting method of herbal medicines is various with a prescription or herbal medicine's characteristics. But it has common principles by which effective elements can be easily extracted with synergistic actions of herbs and which the therapeutic effect of a medicine is amplified. When decocting a herbal medicine, the volume of water is an important factor. Fire for decocting drugs and decocting time are also important factors. The excessive water and unproper decocting time and temperature can reduce the effect of the decoction. Besides a better decoction can be obtained by squeeze. According to herbal medicine's characteristics and prescription, there are herbs that should be treated after a specific method. For example, decoct first and decoct later. It also affects the therapeutic if a right taking method is not carried out. Methods of taking drugs include both the time and the method. We can confirm these decocting and taking methods in the ancient medical literatures of herbal medicine. This article deals with these things in detail.

        Group B β-hemolytic Streptococcus에 의한 소아 감염증의 임상상

        목 적 : 이전까지는 국내에서 발생 증례가 적었던 GBS 감염증이 최근에는 자주 접하게 되었다. 이에 최근 수년간의 발생 증례에 대한 고찰을 하여 그 임상적, 역학적 특성을 고찰하고자 하였다. 방 법 : 1985년 6월부터 1999년 6월까지 서울대학교 병원 소아과에서 균이 증명된 GBS 감염증 환아들을 대상으로 하였다. 이들의 의무 기록을 후향적으로 검토하였고, 분려된 일부 균주의 혈청형과 항균제 감수성을 경시하였다. 결 과 : 기간 별 증례 수를 비교해 보면, 1990년대 후반에 그 이전보다 증례가 많았다. 총 27례중 25례가 신생아 감염증이었고, 지발형이면서 뇌막염인 증례가 많았다. 혈청형은 III(6균주), Ib(6), Ia(1)와 II(1)였다. 검사된 10개의 항균제에 대하여 모든 균주가 감수성을 보였다. 결 론 : 국내에서 신생아 GBS 감염증은 증가하고 있는 추세이므로, 신생아 패혈증 또는 뇌막염의 원인균으로서 GBS의 가능성을 고려하여야 하며, 향후 빈도가 더욱 증가하면 산모에게 산전 검사와 예방적 항생제 요법 등을 고려해야 할 것으로 사료된다. Background : Group B ${\beta}$-hemolytic Streptococcus(GBS) has been the major pathogen of neonatal sepsis in western country. In contrast, GBS has played little role in neonatal sepsis in Korea. But recently, neonatal GBS infections are encountered more frequently. It is important to characterize the clinical and epidemiological features of GBS infection in Korean children. Methods: We reviewed retrospectively the medical records of twenty-seven infants and children with GBS infection experienced at the Seoul National University Children's Hospital during 14 year-period from June, 1985 to June, 1999. Fourteen strains isolated from blood and cerebrospinal fluid were serotyped. Minimum inhibitory concentrations of 10 strains were determined by agar dilution method for penicillin, ampicillin, ampicillin with sulbactam, cefarolin, cefuroxime, and cefuiaxone. Results: The numbers of cases with GBS infection increased in 1990s. Among twenty seven cases, twenty-five cases were under three months of age and both of two cases with underlying disease occurred at three years of age. All neonatal infections were late-onset type and meningitis predominated. Serotypes were III(6 strain), Ib(4), Ia(l) and V(2). All of the strain were susceptible to all of the antibiotics tested. Conclusion: GBS infections in infants were increasingly recognized. GBS should be considered as an etiological agent of neonatal sepsis or meningitis in Korea. Maternal screening and prophylactic antibiotic therapy may be considered.

        생약제제의 의미 변천과 정책적 문제 검토

        Objectives : The aim of this study is reviewing the past legal definition and regulations, to provide basis for the future desirable direction of Korean herbal pharmaceutical industry and national herbal drug policies. Methods : We reviewed how concept of herbal medicinal preparation has been utilized and changed along with various national laws and regulations. And this study also reviewed problems related herbal medicinal preparation policies. Results : Since 1990s, especially inauguration of Korea Food & Drug Administration (KFDA) at 1998, the concept of crude drug preparation has constantly expanded and distorted the scope of herbal medicinal preparations. This resulted in decline of herbal medicinal preparation industry. Conclusions : It means policies related herbal medicinal preparation which was driven steadily during this decade have lost their consistency. Also, it restricted the various medical options which can guarantee people's health rights.

        태극권 운동이 여성의 신체건강과 웰빙 및 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of a Tai Chi exercise program for the women. The program was composed of strategies to modify Tai Chi exercise and to increase self-efficacy. The subjects were 19 women, and the program was implemented 16 sessions for eight weeks from July 5 to August 24, 2010. After the program, physical health status(t=-5.29 p=.000) of the subjects increased more significantly than before the program. The levels of well-being(t=2.124, p=.041) and self-efficacy(t=4.885 p=.000) of the subjects increased more significantly than before the program. Therefore, a Tai Chi exercise program positively influenced the physical health status, well-being and self-efficacy of the women.

        가속도 센서를 이용한 보행 횟수 검출 알고리즘과 활동량 모니터링 시스템

        본 논문에서는 3축 가속도 센서를 이용하여 사람이 보행 시 발생하는 센서 데이터를 획득하여 실시간 걸음 수 검출과 활동량으로 변환 가능한 웨어러블 디바이스를 개발하였다. 피험자 59명을 대상으로 트레드밀에서 호흡가스대사분석기(K4B2), Actical 그리고 본 연구에서 개발된 디바이스를 착용 후 36분 동안 테스트 프로토콜에 따라 느리게 걷기, 걷기, 빠르게 걷기, 천천히 뛰기, 뛰기, 빠르게 뛰기 등의 다양한 걸음 속력에서 테스트를 진행하였다. 3축 가속도 센서의 X, Y, Z축 출력 값을 하나의 대표 값으로 처리하는 신호벡터크기(Signal Vector Magnitude :SVM)를 사용하였다. 또한 정확한 걸음 수를 검출하기 위해 휴리스틱 알고리즘(Heuristic Algorithm :HA)을 제안하고 적응적인 임계값 알고리즘(Adaptive Threshold Algorithm :ATA), 적응적인 잠금 구간 알고리즘(Adaptive Locking Period Algorithm :ALPA)을 제안한다. 그리고 인체 활동량 측정을 위하여 가속도 센서 출력 데이터와 피험자 정보를 이용하여 에너지소비량(Energy Expenditure :EE)을 추정하는 회귀식을 도출하였다. 실험결과 제안하는 알고리즘의 걸음 수 인식률은 97.34%를 보였으며 활동량 변환 알고리즘도 Actical의 성능보다 1.61% 향상되었다. We have developed a wearable device that can convert sensor data into real-time step counts and activity levels. Sensor data on gait were acquired using a triaxial accelerometer. A test was performed according to a test protocol for different walking speeds, e.g., slow walking, walking, fast walking, slow running, running, and fast running. Each test was carried out for 36 min on a treadmill with the participant wearing a portable gas analyzer (K4B2), an Actical device, and the device developed in this study. The signal vector magnitude (SVM) was used to process the X, Y, and Z values output by the triaxial accelerometer into one representative value. In addition, for accurate step-count detection, we used three algorithms: an heuristic algorithm (HA), the adaptive threshold algorithm (ATA), and the adaptive locking period algorithm (ALPA). A regression equation estimating the energy expenditure (EE) was derived by using data from the accelerometer and information on the participants. The recognition rate of our algorithm was 97.34%, and the performance of the activity conversion algorithm was better than that of the Actical device by 1.61%.

        빅데이터 분석을 통한 G-STAR 2015 전시회의 평가: 텍스트 마이닝 기법의 활용

        The purpose of this study was to understand people``s interest and feelings regarding G-STAR 2015 international game exhibition by using social Big data text mining technique. To do that the data set of SNS(social network services) for one month duration(2015.10.19.~11.18) regarding G-STAR exhibition was collected by using ``Social Matrix`` service. Findings of the study indicate that people``s interests about the exhibition rapidly increased from 10days before the exhibition and decreased rapidly right after the closing of the exhibition. Identified People``s main concerns through SNS analysis were the information related to the exhibition contents. In addition, people``s emotion related to the exhibition were found to be mainly positive or positive before the event while negative emotions rapidly increased during the exhibition period. This results refer that people expressed their emotions on certain political and social issues during the exhibition through SNS
