최근 인터넷의 정보가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 사용자들은 인터넷상의 수 많은 정보중에서 자신이 원하는 정보를 찾기 원하지만 유용한 정보를 찾기란 쉬운 일이 아니다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 효율적으로 해결하기 위하여 사례기반 학습을 이용한 웹가이드인 개인형 웹 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 웹가이드는 인터페이스 시스템과 학습 시스템의 두 개의 부시스템으로 이루어져 있으며, 다른 웹 브라우저와 같은 작업을 수행하며 사용자를 시스템에 연결시켜 준다. 또한 인터페이스 시스템은 현재 페이지에 있는 데이터를 학습 큐에 전달한다. 학습 시스템은 학습 큐에 있는 각 페이지를 평가함수를 이용하며, 가중치는 HTML 문서의 문자로 사용된 태그를 분석하여 결정된다. 실험 결과 일바 사용자와 전문 사용자 모두 자신이 원하는 정보를 웹가이드를 이용하였을 경우가 그렇지 않았을 경우 보다 빠르게 얻을 수 있었다. Recently, massive amount of infonnation is provided for the internet users. So users want to search information on Internet, but it is difficult to search information what you want. In this paper, we propose a personal Web-agent system using Case-based learning, Web-Guide. Web-Guide consists of two sub-system, interface-system and learning-system. Interface-system operates other web-browser nearly the same and connects user to system. And interface-system transfer datas of current page to learning-queue. Learning-system visit and evaluate the value of each page in learning-queue using evaluation-function that gave weight values occupied by analyzing tag used the character of HTML document. After all users who are known about artificial intelligence well and not made experiments by using Web-Guide, they reached their desired sites faster than before.
음식물찌꺼기 소멸효율 재고를 위한 발효균 및 발효 공정 최적화 연구

186종의 후보미생물을 대상으로 우수발효(소멸)균 선발시험을 실시한 결과, Rhizopus sp., Galactomyecs sp., Pichia sp., Hyphopichia sp.로 구성되는 4종의 발효균을 선발하였다. 이들 발효균을 이용한 발효(소멸)공정 시험결과, 내용적 50L의 발효조에 대해서, BIO-CHIP Volume 25-30L, BIO CHIP입도 2.0-6.0mm, 송풍량 200-280L/min, 교반강도 24 rpm, 온도 $30-45^{\circ}C$가 최저 발효조건인 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 조건에서 1일 1kg의 음식물을 30일간 투입하면서 소멸기를 가동한 결과, 93%의 소멸율을 나타내었다. 소멸기 배출물의 재활용 가치를 평가하기 위하여, 발아율 시험을 실시한 결과, 배출물을 적절하게 희석하여 사용하면, 퇴비로서의 가치가 매우 양호한 것으로 나타났다. For the effective disposal of organic food wastes, we seleted 4 strains of microorganism from 186 microbial candidate via enzyme activity test, salt tolerance, food decomposition rate, stability and safety of strains. The identity of these 4 strains are as follows : Fungi is Rhizopus sp., yeasts are Galactomyces sp., Pichia sp. and Hyphopichia sp., In the 50L fermenter scale, we tested various fermenting factor for the optimization of conditions of food waste decomposition using 4 selected strains. The optimum fomenting conditions were as follows : BIO-CHIP Volume 25-30 L, BIO CHIP size 2.0-6.0mm, air flow 200-280L/min, mixing intensity 2-4rpm, temperature $30-45^{\circ}C$. In these fermenting conditions, the efficiency of decomposition(rate of weight loss of food wastes) were 93%. Also the quality of fermenting output were assayed at the basis of fertilizer, and the results were as good as general compost.

Waste generation was generally expected to steadily rise due to a rapid increase in population and economic growth. However, regulations on disposable goods and a volume-based waste fee system have led to a gradual reduction in the amount of waste. In the case of food waste, separation of food waste from other waste has been put in place since direct landfilling was banned in January 2005. The predicted generation amounts of food waste and wastewater in the model city were 54 ton/d and 127.3 ton/d by year 2020, respectively. However, appropriate treatment technologies for food waste and wastewater discharged from food waste treatment processes are yet to be established. In this study, the food waste and wastewater discharged from food waste treatment process in the model city were characterized by literal and field investigation.
전방 병원에서의 요통치료 - 4주 일정 요통학교의 효용성

Objectives; To manage patients with low back pain, multi-modal approach, including physical therapy is necessary. To achieve generalization of this concept of therapy on military, we started the low back pain school program focused on physical therapy. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the low back pain school program on military personnel. Methods; Patients of low back pain in outpatent of neurosurgery at Il-dong armed force hospital during 2015 12 ~ 2016 04 was included in the study. Physical therapy of the low back pain school program is progressed as 4 weeks of schedule. Data were obtained by survey of VAS(Visual analogue scale) & ODI(Oswestry Disability Index) at 3 different times (at admission day, discharge, and 1 month after discharge) Results; All 22 patients were male in his twenties (median age : 22, range : 21-29). As answer to survey at admission day, median score of VAS-LBP was 1 (range,1-5) and VAS-RP was 1 (range,0-5) and ODI was 29% (range, 12-49%). At comparison of three group of VAS-LBP, VAS-RP, and ODI, there is statistical significant difference from admission day to discharge and 1 month after discharge. (p-value: <0.001, 0.022, and 0.022 respectively) At comparison of two group of VAS-LBP & ODI, there is statistical significance between discharge and 1 month after discharge. (p-value: 0.001, and 0.001 respectively) Conclusions; The low back pain school program of 4 weeks programme to military personnel is effective. It is desirable to apply division medical corps as well as military hospital.

Background: Pulse wave velocity (PWV) reflects arterial stiffness and may represents an integrated index of vascular function. PWV may be useful to assess arterial dysfunction in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Using an automatic wave form analyzer, we measured heart-femoral (hf), femoral-ankle (fa) and brachial-ankle PWVs in 348 subjects aged 40~79 (174 healthy subjects and 174 type 2 diabetic patients). We analyzed the relations of diabetes and its complications (retinopathy, albuminuria, peripheral neuropathy) to PWVs. Results: In both healthy subjects and diabetic patients without complications, hfPWV and baPWV, but not faPWV, showed strong positive correlations with age and systolic blood pressure. In diabetic patients of the age group of 50s, but not the age group of 40s, hfPWV, faPWV and baPWV as percentage relative to the corresponding mean values of healthy subjects of the same age group differed significantly between patients with and without complications (p<0.05 for all). The difference in the magnitude of the percent increase was greater in hfPWV and baPWV compared with faPWV. Increased hfPWV and baPWV (p<0.05 for both), but not faPWV (p=NS), were associated with the presence of complications. Increased hfPWV was significantly associated with retinopathy and albuminuria (p<0.05 for both), while increased baPWV was significantly associated with retinopathy, albuminuria and peripheral neuropathy (p<0.05 for all). Conclusion: The impact of diabetes and complications on PWV is different among the arterial regions. When evaluating arterial dysfunction in type 2 diabetic patients, baPWV could be useful, which is comparable to aortic PWV. (Korean J Med 69:293-302, 2005)

Author practised total 14,993 cases of AFB stain for five years from Jan. 1, 1979 to Dec. 31, 1983 at clinical laboratory of seoul Paik Hospital, Inje medical col1ege. Author obtained 1,474 cases of AFB positive among a total 14,993 clinical specimens. Author have studied (1) Numbers of AFB stain from various specimen sources (2) AFB positive rate by different specimen sources (3) Age and sex distribution of AFB positive patients The results are summarized as fol1ows 1. Numbers of specimen sources requested for AFB stain are; sputum 12,498 cases (83.7%), urine 1,051 cases (7.0%), CSF 457 cases (3.0%) etc. among total 14, 993 cases 2. AFB positive rste is 9.9% (1, 474/14, 993 cases) AFB positive rate in different spesimen sources are; pus 12.8%, sputum 11.1%, stool 4.0%, urine 3.6%, others 3.4% respectively. 3. AFB positivity in sexes are 61.19 in male, 38.96 in female 4. Age distribution of AFB positivity are; 25~29 age groups 2.10, 30~34 age groups 0.82, 20~24 age groups 1.93%.
