This research is conducted to develop automatic steering system for unmanned agricultural machine developing, and performance of the system was evaluated by parallel parking of conventional vehicle. The automatic steering system consist MDPS (motor drivven power steering) to control steering, ESC (electronic stability control) to acquire wheel speed, ultrasonic sensor to recognize parking space, and controller to communicate and handle data. Parallel parking process using automatic steering control consist parking space recognition, backward path generation, and steering control for path tracking. To recognize parking space length and width of parking space were measured using ultrasonic sensor and calculated traveling distance. The path for parallel parking was generated based on kinematic model of conventional vehicle, and PI controller was used to control steering angle for path tracking. Parallel parking simulation was conducted to determine minimum speed of steering angle control, because too low speed of steering angle control increase error of vehicle position and too high speed of steering angle control has cause MDPS slip. The result of the simulation was that 500 °/s of control speed was selected as minimum speed of steering angle. In order to evaluate performance of the automatic steering system tests for performance evaluation of parking space recognition, position control of steering angle, parallel parking were conducted. The results of performance evaluation test were that measured area of parking space using ultrasonic sensor was smaller than the actual are in every case and standard error became larger when the speed of the car was faster. The performance of the position control of steering angle was that maximum overshoot increased if the speed and steering angle increased when checking at angles of 60, 120 and 180. Delay time was 0.3 seconds with fix time of 2 seconds was measure and the rate of error was mostly below 1% which showed outstanding performance. However, when measuring at 240 degree, the slip of MDPS occurred which caused no result to show. Parallel parking using automatic steering control was conducted by vehicle speed condition, the results show that the errors on x-axis and y-axis were below 0.54 m and 0.14 m, respectively, and error on steering angle was less than 1°; therefore it is possible that parallel parking using automatic steering control system for conventional vehicle.
아미노산의 첨가가 돼지 체외수정란의 후기배의 발달에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 아미노산의 첨가가 돼지 수정란의 체외 발달율에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 PEF가 함유된 NCSU-23을 기본배지로 체외성숙 및 체외배양액을 조성한 후 EA(Essential amino acid), NA(Non-essential amino acid) 및 EANA(EA+ NA)를 첨가하여 체외성숙, 체외수정 및 체외발달에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 체외성숙 배지에 아미노산을 첨가한 결과 MH 단계까지의 체외성숙율은 NA 첨가군이 $83.3\%$로 대조구 $70.0\%$에 비하여 유의적으로(p<0.05) 높았다. 그러나 체외 수정 이후의 배 발달율과 수정율에서는 아미노산 첨가군과 무첨가군 사이에 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 체외배양액에 아미노산을 첨가한 후 배반포의 내부세포괴(ICM) 세포와 영양배엽(TE) 세포의 발달에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, ICM에서는 유의차를 발견할 수 없었으나 TE 세포는 EANA 처리구가 $18.0{\pm}0.5$개로 대조구 $16.09{\pm}0.56$개에 비해 유의적(p<0.05)으로 많았다. 총세포수에서도 EANA 처리구가 $50.0{\pm}1.0$개로 대조구 $44.2{\pm}1.1$개보다 유의적(p<0.05)으로 많았다. 이상의 결과를 종합할 때, 돼지의 체외수정란 생상에 있어서 아미노산의 첨가는 배반포로의 발달율에는 영향을 미치지 못하였으나 체외성숙율을 높이고 배반포의 세포수 향상에 도움을 주는 것으로 판단된다. 특히, 영양배엽(W) 세포의 발달율이 높은 것으로 보아 아미노산의 첨가는 돼지수정란의 착상에 도움을 줄 것이라 기대된다. The objective of this study was to investigative the effects of amino acids supplementation on maturation, fertilization and embryo development of pig oocytes. Essential amino acids (EA), non-essential amino acids (NA) or both amino acids (EA + NA) were supple-mented to North Carolina State University (NCSU) 23 medium containing porcine follicular fluid (pFF). When the amino acids were supplemented to the maturation medium, the maturation rates were higher (p<0.05) in the NA group than control ($83.3{\pm}0.04\%\;versus\;70.0{\pm}0.05\%$, but the subsequent cleavage rates and development to morula and blstocyst stage between aminoacid supplement groups and control were not different. The developmental rates to morula and blastocysts stage were not significantly different regardless of amino acid supplementation to culture medium. In addition, supplementation of amino acids did not significantly affect the rate of fertilization and polyspermy. When the amino acids were supplement to culture medium, the number of trophectodermal (TE) cells was significantly (p<0.05) higher in amino acid supplement group than that of control ($18.6{\pm}0.5\;versus\;16.1{\pm}0.6$), whereas the numbers of inner cell mass (ICM) cells were not different among the treaonent groups and control ($29.0{\pm}0.9\~31.5{\pm}1.2$). Total cell number was also significantly (p<0.05) higher in EANA group ($50.0{\pm}1.0$) than that of control group ($44.2{\pm}1.1$). These results indicate that the amino acid supplementation to maturation and culture medium may not significantly stimulate early embryo development, but may improve the TE cell number of blastocyst stage in the pig.

Castlemam's disease is an asymptomatic and benign lymph node hyperplasia which is frequently manifested as mediastinal mass in over 70% of cases. Amyloidosis is rarely associated with Castleman's disease. Recently we experienced a patient with nephrotic syndrome due to renal amyloidosis who had been previously diagnosed as Castleman's disease of retroperitoneal lymph node enlargement. A 47-year old woman was admitted because of generalized edema and chest tightness. Five months ago she diagnosed as Castlman's disease-plasma cell type, of retroperitoneal lymph node enlargement. The patient was followed up through outpatient department without any specific medication. Physical examination showed pale conjunctivae, palpable mass on epigastric area and pretibial pitting edema. The hemoglobin, leukocyte count and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were 96 g/L, 5.9×109/L and 127 mm/hour, respectively. The blood urea nitogen was 3.6 mmol/L and creatinine was 88 umol/L. The urinalysis showed 3 positive for albumin. Twentyfour hour urine contained 16.6 grams of protein. A computerized tomographic (CT) scan of the abdomen disclosed multiple lymph node enlargement at mesentery. Percutaneous needle biopsy of kidney showed massive infiltration of pale pinkish amorphous material in the glomerular tuft forming large nodules. Ultrastructural examination exhibited heavy deposition of amyloid fibrils in the mesangium and perpendicular to glomerular basement membrane. Polarizing microscopy with Congo-red stain revealed prominent yellow green birefringence in glomeruli, tubules and interstitium.

HBsAg이 음성일지라도 Antii-HBc가 양성인 경우 간조직이나 말초단핵구에서 HBV DNA가 고빈도로 검출되며, 급성 B형 간염으로부터 회복되어 Anti-HBs가 혈청내에 존재하는 경우에도 혈청이나 말초단핵구로부터 장기간 HBV DNA가 검출될 수 있다. 따라서 급성 B형 간염으로부터 완전히 회복된 후에도 일부에서는 저농도의 바이러스 혈중이 지속됨을 의미하며 이는 면역억제제등을 투여시 바이러스 증식이 재활성될 수 있는 잠재성이 있는 상태라 할 수
