        한국산 고등균류의 성분 연구 (제31보) : 잣버섯의 지방산 Fatty Acids of Lentinus lepideus

        Attempts were made to investigate on the fatty acids of Lentinus lepideus Fr. Fats were extracted from its carpophores and saponified with alcoholic potassium hydroxide. Isolated fatty acids were methylated and were subjected to column chromatography and GLC. Six saturated fatty acids, i.e., dodecanoic, tridecanoic, tetradecanoic, pentadecanoic, hexadecanoic and octadecanoic acids were identified. Especially myristic acid was abundant. Four unsaturated fatty acids, i.e., hexadecadienoic, oleic, linoleic, linolenic acids, were identified. Especially oleic and linoleic acid were abundant.

        한국인 무치악환자의 인공치아선택방법에 관한 연구

        An esthetically pleasing result in denture service is dependent upon several consideration. Esthetic considerations for the edentulous patient include tooth size, shape, arrangement, positioning, gingival contour, age, sex, personality differences, and ethnic type. Especially, the form of anterior artificial teeth is an important factor on the esthetics. The selection of artificaial teeth requires understanding and knowledge on physical and biologic factors and has to meet the indivisul esthetics and functional needs of each patient. However, the selection of artificial teeth is based on the large degree of subjective judgement of the dentist, Therefore, this is one of the most unscientific processes. Many attempts have been made to find a guideline for the selection of artificial teeth. Temperamental theory by White and Hall utillized with the physical characteristics such as body size, body form, color of eyes and hair, and disposition. SPA theory by Frush and Fisher utilized with the basis of sex, personalities, and age of the indivisual. There has not been provided for a guideline and study on the selection of artificial teeth for Koreans yet. This study was aimed to evaluate the William's typal matching theory in Koreans. 1. The facial forms of korean adult were ovoid(46.3%), square(36.7%) and tapered(17.0%) form. 2. The anatomic forms of natural maxillary incisors were ovoid(45.3%), tapered(31.3%), square(23.3%) form. 3. The forms of face and natural maxillary incisors were ovoid(21.9%), squared(11%), tapered(6.3%). 4. The natural maxillary incisors were similar in form to the facial form only in 39%. There was no correlation between the form of the face and the form of natural maxillary central inisors in Koreans. 5. Artificaial teeth which was selected according to the typal matching theory did not represent the form of the natural teeth in 61 per cents of the fatal, but it felt that they harmonized with the form of the patient's face and produced good results.

        Indentation 기법을 이용한 원자로 압력용기용 저합금강의 미소영역 물성 및 미세조직 특성 분석

        Low alloy steels for nuclear reactor are degraded progressively through microstructural changes due to high operation temperature and irradiation. Strength properties are the most important factors for the selection of materials and the determination of degradation degree. Interfacial properties affected by strengthening particles with the range of nm size and strength distribution in microstructures could not be tested by the conventional mechanical testing methods. Microindentation and nanoindentation technique have been studied as a alternative of conventional methods. Specially, nanoindentation technique with a μN load range and a nm residual indent size range has been highlightened as a tool which is very useful to determine those properties. Since each phase composing microstructure of steels has a characteristic hardness value, it is possible to characterize phase on the basis of that character. In this study, by using of microindentation and nanoindentation technique can be evaluated microstructural mechanical properties of low alloy steels manufactured under 7 different kinds of processes. Through the study, we verified potentialities whether or not indentation technique can be used as a method to determine degree of degradation.

        Reactions of Thianthrene Cation Radical Perchlorate with N-Arylbenzene- and N-Aryl-p-toluenesulfonamides. Synthesis of 5-(p-N-Arylbenzenesulfonamidephenyl)- and 5-(p-N-Aryl-p-toluenesulfonamidophenyl)thianthrenium Perchlorate

        티안트렌 양이온 자유라디칼 과염소산염은 p-톨루엔술포아니리드, 벤젠술폰아니리드, N-(2-메틸페닐)벤젠술폰아미드, N-페닐-p-톨루엔술폰아닐리드와 같은 N-아릴술폰아미드와 반응하여 각각 5-(p-N-p-톨루엔술폰아미도페닐)티안트렌이움 과염소산염(1a), 5-(p-N-벤젠술폰아미도페닐)티안트렌이움 과연소산염(1b), 5-(4-N-벤젠술폰아미도-3-메틸페닐)티안트렌이움 과염소산염(1c), 5-(p-N-페닐-N-p-톨루엔술폰아미도페닐)티안트렌이움 과염소산염(1d)을 준다. 한편 1d는 티안트렌 양이온 자유라디칼과 다시 반응하여 이과염소산염(1e)을 생성한다. 1a∼1e의 구조는 아세트아니리드와의 반응생성물인 5-(p-아세트아미도페닐)티안트렌이움 과염소산염과 매우 비슷하다. 그러나 두 반응의 양 관계에서 상이한 점은 술폰아미드와의 반응이 단일 메카니즘으로 진행되지 않음을 암시한다. Thianthrene cation radical perchlorate reacts with N-arylsulfonamides such as p-toluenesulfonanilide, benzenesulfonanilide, N-(2-methylphenyl)benzenesulfonamide, and N-phenyl-p-toluenesulfonanilide to give 5-(p-N-p-toluenesulfonamidophenyl)-(1a), 5-(p-N-benzenesulfonamidophenyl)-(1b), 5-(4-N-benzenesulfonamido-3-methylphenyl)-(1c), and 5-(p-N-phenyl-N-p-toluenesulfonamidophenyl thianthrenium perchlorate (1d), respectively. In the meantime, 1d reacts further with thiathrene cation ratical to form diperchlorate(1e). The structure of 1a~1e is very similar to 5-(p-acetamidophenyl) thianthrenium perchlorate which has been obtained from the reaction with acetanilide. However, the discrepancy in the stoichiometry between two reactions indicates that the reaction with sulfonamide appears not to proceed with a single mechanism.

        레일강의 샬피거동 및 피로균열 성장거동에 관한 파괴역학적 고찰

        Since fatigue cracks in rail can be the source of fractures and subsequent derailments, quantitative evaluation of the fatigue behavior and fracture properities due to the analysis results of laboratory test are drawn on the basis for predicting fatigue life and making a decision of safe inspection interval. Charpy V-notch and fracture toughness behavior were evaluated from the results of Charpy impact test. Fatigue test was performed by using CT type specimen under constant amplitude loading, and finally the effects of the following parameters; crack orientation, temperature, and stress ratio, on the fatigue crack growth behavior were studied. 레일강에 있어서 피로균열은 레일의 파괴와 그에 따른 열차탈선의 근본적인 요인으로서 실험실시험의 분석 결과에 의한 피로거동 및 파괴특성의 정량적 평가는 피로수명 추정 및 안전조사 주기설정의 기본이 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 살피충격시험의 결과로부터 레일강의 샬피거동 및 파괴인성거동을 평가하고 일정진폭하중하에서 피로시험의 분석 결과로부터 피로균열성장거동에 미치는 균열의 방향성, 온도, 그리고 응력비 R의 효과를 파괴역학적 수법을 도입하여 평가하였다.

        금궤요략에 나타난 黃疸의 病理, 辨證 및 治療에 關한 考察

        우리나라에서 現在 肝膽系疾患 患者가 세계적으로 많이 保有하고 있으며 증가되는 趨勢에 있는데 이들 疾患中 黃疸의 韓醫學的 槪念을 보다 명확히 파악하기 위해서 우선 금궤요약中에 나타난 《금궤요약·黃疸病脈證井治篇》을 중심으로 黃疸의 分類, 辨證, 病理, 治法 및 豫後 등에 관하여 文獻的 考察을 하였다. In order to confirm the general concept of jaundice in oriental medicine, the bibliographical study was done by comparison and discussion of oriental scholar's comments on the paragraph on jaundice. The resultd were obtained as follows: 1. The jaundice in Keumkweyoyak(KKYY) can be calssified as grain-jaundice, alcohol jaundice and sexual jaundice and also jaundice by wrong treatment. 2. The causes of jaundice were mixed humidity and heat, cold and humidity, clotted blood, weaknes of kidney, deficiency of Qi and blood and hepatic and biliary diseases. 3. In treatment, with the principle of removing heat and humidity, in case of more heat, yinjinhotang, in case of humidity, yinjinohryungsan, in case of constipation with heat and humidity, daehwangchoseoktang, noxious air in blood field, chijadaehwangtang and in case of degenerated jaundice, sokekjungtang. 4. Black jaundice that can be induced by wrong treatment is similar to liver cirrhosis and hepatic cancer with jaundice

        과개교합을 갖는 부분무치악환자의 전악수복

        과도한 수직피개를 가진 과개교합 환자에서 안정적인 유지접촉이 없는 경우 연조직 외상, 치질 파괴, 대합치 정출의 문제가 일어날 수 있고 이는 결과적으로 교합평면의 붕괴와 기능적, 심미적 문제로 이어진다. 치아의 상실과 마모가 발생된 환자에 대한 치료계획 수립 시 올바른 교합수직고경 설정을 통해 환자의 안정적인 악간관계를 회복시켜야 한다. 본 증례는 중심위에서 극심한 면 대 면 접촉이 발생된, 편측 구치부가 상실된 과개교합 환자에게 수직고경 증가를 동반한 완전구강회복술을 시행한 증례를 보고하였다. 보철수복 공간 확보를 위해 수직고경증가를 동반한 완전구강회복술로 안정적인 교합관계와 조화로운 전방, 측방유도를 얻어 환자의 기능적, 심미적 문제를 해결할 수 있었다. Deep overbite patients who do not have proper occlusal relationship may cause problems such as teeth wear and antagonist extrusion. These lead to the collapse of occlusal plane and esthetic problem. Increasing vertical dimension is frequently essential to resolve those problems. This case report demonstrates a full-mouth rehabilitation for a patient with severe deep bite that contacts surface to surface by increasing vertical dimension. Treatment procedures included diagnosis, treatment planning, implant surgery, and prosthodontic rehabilitation. Satisfactory results were obtained in functional and esthetic aspects.

        간헐외사시에서 단안차폐 후 측정한 사시각의 변화

        Purpose: To measure the amount of increased angle of strabismus at far and near distance after 1 hour of monocular occlusion in intermittent exotropia and to evaluate the surgical outcome. Methods: Fifty-five patients operated on for intermittent exotropia from May 2002 to February 2003 and followed for at least 6 months postoperatively were prospectively studied. In all patients, the angle of deviation was measured at 6 m and 33 cm before and 1 hour after monocular occlusion. Patients with an increase of exodeviation less than 5PD after occlusion were defined as non-responders, and were operated for the pre-occlusion angle (Group 1). Patients with an increased angle more than 5PD after occlusion were defined as responders, and were operated according to the pre-occlusion (Group 2) or post-occlusion (Group 3) angle. Results: Thirty (54.5%) of the 55 patients were responders of distant deviation with an increase of 6.20±2.96 PD after occlusion. Forty-three (78.2%) of the 55 patients were responders of near deviation with an increase of 13.4±7.12PD after occlusion. Group 3 who underwent surgery for the increased angle after occlusion had a higher frequency of satisfactory surgical outcome (71.4%) than group 1 (68.0%) and group 2 (62.5%). However, these differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05, Chi-square test). Conclusions: The angle of strabismus in patients with intermittent exotropia who undergo surgery should be measured at 1 hour after monocular occlusion to improve the surgical outcome.

        변동하중하의 잔류응력을 고려한 십자형 용접부의 잔존 수명 예측에 관한 연구

        This paper deals with the crack propagation life assessment of T-joint welded structure where typical fatigue cracks have been frequently initiated when the marine vessels experience the storm load. Welding residual stresses are calculated to investigate its effects on the fatigue life. Thereafter the residual stress distribution was applied to the AFGROW life prediction program, which incorporated the loading, the welding residual stress, and the geometric shape of the structure. The fatigue tests of the T-joint welded specimen under storm loading show the beach mark clearly generated on the fractured section of the weldment. The crack propagation life estimated based on the beach mark is compared with that of AFGROW to validate the life prediction. Based on the results, the evaluation method of the remaining fatigue life for T-joint fillet weldment of marine vessel's cargo hold with random load or storm load was established.
