1990년대 말 본격화된 인터넷 서비스는 일반 개인들의 라이프스타일은 물론 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화적 측면에서 많은 변화를 야기시켰을 뿐만 아니라 텔레비전의 출현만큼이나 우리 생활양식을 크게 변화시켜 왔다. 나아가 통신망의 광대역화 및 방송의 디지털화에 따라 One phone, VoIP, WiBro, HSDPA, DMB, IPTV 등 유. 무선 통합, 음성. 데이터 통합 및 통신. 방송 융합이 발현되는 신규 서비스들이 속속 선보이면서 서비스, 사업자, 단말기 등이 융합되는 컨버전스 패러다임이 본격화되고 있는 양상이다. 이중 인터넷과 TV가 만나는 IPTV는 통신과 방송이라는 이종산업간의 대표적 융합서비스로서 VoIP, 초고속인터넷, TV 서비스를 동시에 제공하려는 통신사업자들의 TPS 사업전략의 일환으로 현재 전세계 280여 개 이상의 사업자에 의해 추진되고 있다. 이에최근 급부상하고 있는 IPTV 서비스에 관한 개념, 발전과정, 기술 배경, 국내. 외 사업자 추진 현황 및 향후 시장전망을 살펴봄으로써 IPTV 서비스의 발전가능성을 가늠해보고자 한다.

As the COVID-19 crisis continues, working environments and lifestyles have been changed unexpectedly, therefore the importance of mental health in the working environments has been highlighted. When the workers' mental health deteriorates, there will be personal losses but also human resources losses caused productivity decrements of the company or the organization. Many researchers have been tried to solve these issues with the help of ICT technologies such as wearable devices. Most wearable healthcare devices have been designed to detect the physiological status of users and collect the physical activities of users, and their applications are gradually expanding. Those devices may be good candidates to prevent loss of human resources from working environments especially under the COVID-19 situation by continuously monitoring mental health status in connection with mobile devices and managing the mental health on their own by combining mental well-being with support solutions. In this paper, the development trend of mental health measurement and mental well-being support technologies is analyzed, and development prospects are examined.
알루미나 분산 2Y-TZP 세라믹스에서 알루미나 입자크기가 파괴인성에 미치는 영향

20vol% Al2O3-dispersed 2Y-TZP ceramics was prepared by mixing of 2Y-TZP and Al2O3 powder with different particle sizes, and investigated the influence of Al2O3 particle size and sintering condition on the microstructure and fracture toughness. Sintering conditions of the Al2O3-dispersed 2Y-TZP specimens showed high density at sintering condition of 1350℃ and 1500℃ for 1∼5h, and homogeneous microstructure. The grain size of tetragonal zirconia and the fracture toughness increased with the size of dispersed Al2O3 particle. The highest fracture toughness (∼17.2MPa·m1/2) of all specimens was obtained in the specimens with dispersed Al2O3 particle size of 1.0㎛ and sintered at 1500℃ for 2h.

Accurate measurements of the microwave surface resistance (Rs) of high temperature superconductor (HTS) films are important with regard to applications of HTS materials for wireless communications. As the surface resistance values of HTS films are usually extracted from the measured unloaded quality factor ($Q_0$) of resonators made of HTS films, it is essential to measure the resonator $Q_0$ with accuracy. The $TE_{011}\;mode\;Q_0$ of sapphire resonators with the endplates made of $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-{\delta}}$(YBCO) film on $LaAlO_3$ is measured by using the S-parameter circle-fit method at a frequency of about 19.6 GHz and temperatures of 30 K to 90 K, which is compared with the measured values by using the Lorentzian-fit method. Good agreements are found between the two sets of $Q_0$ values measured by using the two different methods whether the resonator is used in a weak-coupling scheme or a strong-coupling scheme, showing reliability of both methods fur measuring the resonator $Q_0$ accurately. The $Q_0$ of sapphire resonators with a gap between the top plate and the rest of the resonator is also discussed.

In the hydraulic power steering system, It is often mentioned that steering gear' oil pump and pressure hose are main source of power steering system noise, and we get result that the noise is isolated or reduced by the improvement of these parts. In this study. It is investigated to two types of the noise that occurs in hydraulic power steering system when the steering wheel is rotated to the opposite direction quickly after it is rotated fully to one side. Also we are going to evaluate characteristics in the hydraulic power steering system and improve noise and self excited vibration.
