유아교사의 임파워먼트와 행복의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개 및 조절효과

본 연구는 유아교사의 임파워먼트와 행복 간의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개 및 조절효과를 알아보기 위해 유아교사 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 유아교사의 임파워먼트를 측정하기 위해 이철수(2007)가 개발하고 황해익, 김미진, 탁정화(2013)가 수정한 척도를, 셀프리더십을 측정하기 위해 Houghton과 Neck(2002)이 개발한 RSLQ를 신용국, 김명소, 한영석(2009)이 번안하여 타당화한 척도를, 행복을 측정하기 위해 Kern과 Butler(2014)가 개발하여 김미진(20115)이 번안한 다차원적 행복척도를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사가 인식하는 임파워먼트, 셀프리더십, 행복의 정도는 보통 이상으로 나타났고, 모든 변인 간의 관계는 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 임파워먼트와 셀프리더십은 행복에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 임파워먼트와 행복의 관계에서 셀프리더십은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 임파워먼트와 행복의 관계에서 셀프리더십은 조절변수로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 유아교사의 행복 증진을 위한 연수. 교사교육 프로그램 개발 시 임파워먼트와 셀프리더십을 함양할 수 있는 내용과 방법적 측면을 포함해야 할 필요성이 있음을 시사한다.

In 2008, South Korea introduced an electronic monitoring system to prevent sex offenders from reoffending, and since then, it has gradually expanded its use to include offenders on post-release and parole supervision. As a result, the number of people under electronic monitoring supervision in South Korea has significantly increased, including those on pre-trial release. This study aims to provide an overview of electronic monitoring supervision in the United States, which has a longer history of using electronic supervision for both adult and juvenile offenders than South Korea. In the United States, electronic supervision is used as a means of reducing recidivism and closely monitoring the behavior of juvenile offenders. South Korea, on the other hand, does not currently use electronic monitoring for juveniles, despite facing issues such as correctional overcrowding and staff shortages in community corrections. Given the potential effectiveness of electronic supervision in addressing these issues, introducing electronic monitoring for juveniles in South Korea could be a valuable option to consider. However, it is important to carefully plan and individualize supervision conditions in order to effectively meet the needs and circumstances of each juvenile before implementing this approach. It is also essential to increase public awareness of the importance of these measures for the rehabilitation and successful reintegration of juveniles into society.

소셜 네트워크 게임 플레이어의 행동속성 분석 : 경영·시뮬레이션 장르를 중심으로

소셜 네트워크 게임은 비동기식 접속방식을 통하여 플레이어간의 지속적인 참여를 유도한다. 이러한 특징은 SNG 플레이어간의 적극적인 사회적 연결성을 요구하며, SNG의 주된 목적에 속한다. SNG의 사회적 연결성은 플레이어의 게임 내 행동속성을 공간 개념으로 구분할 수 있다. 본 논문은 SNG 플레이어의 행동을 Social Connectedness(SC)와 Non-Social Connectedness(NC)로 나누고 세부행동을 분류, 탐색하였으며, 실험을 통하여 각 행동을 비교하고 재미성과의 관계를 분석하였다. 이러한 결과는 SNG 개발에 적용할 수 있는 모델을 설계하는 데 있어 그 범위를 제안하며, SNG 플레이경험을 통한 플레이어의 행동을 단순화하여 대규모 플레이어의 행동을 빠르게 확인하기 위한 가이드라인을 제시하고 있다. Social network game induces to continue participation among the players through asynchronous connection mode. This characteristic of SNG that is required active social connectedness and that is the main purpose of SNG. The player's behavior attributes related with social connectedness can be divided by the environmental conception. In this paper, the player's behavior is divided into two types : Social Connectedness(SC) and Non-Social Connectedness(NC). Each type is categorized in specific actions of players that is explored. Also, experimental data collected from player's playing-game is analyzed in the comparison of each behavior and the relation of playfulness. Those results have suggested the scope for designing a appliable model on SNG development and represented the guideline to verify speedy the massive player's behavior through simplifying the player's behavior derived in SNG play experiences.

언어네트워크 분석을 활용한 미술품 구독 리뷰 분석 - 오픈갤러리 이용자의 체험소비 유형을 중심으로

본 연구는 미술품 구독 서비스의 소비자 특성을 홀트(Holt, 1995)의 체험소비 유형 이론을 기반으로 분석하여 이해하고자 했다. 이를 위해 미술품 대여 서비스 플랫폼인 ‘오픈갤러리’의 소비자가 네이버 블로그에 작성한 이용 후기(1,140건)를 수집하였다. 정제과정을 거친 수집된 자료는 출현 빈도수 상위 50개 단어로 정렬 후 언어네트워크 분석(Concor, 관계밀도, 중심성) 되었다. 분석 결과, 언어네트워크에서 표상하는 군집 내 ‘느낌’, ‘온라인집들이’, ‘합리’, ‘큐레이터’, ‘취향’ 등의 단어 빈도수 및 빈도수 대비중심성 지수 변화에 주목하였다. 본 논문은 미술품 구독 소비가 홀트의 소비유형 중 ‘경험으로서의 소비’, ‘자기확장으로서의 소비’, ‘유희로서의 소비’란 세 가지 소비 유형을 포함하고 있음을 논하였다. 또한, 본고는 이 같은 소비유형을 기반으로 한 ‘분류로서의 소비’가 미술품 구독 소비에 내재되어 있다고 해석한다. 본 연구의 학술적 의의는 주로 소비연구에 적용된 홀트의 개념적 논의를 미술품 구독 환경에서 다루었다는 점이다. 나아가 본 논문의 연구 결과는 새로운 미술 소비방식인 구독과 기존 미술 소비방식(구매)은 구독 소비자의 효용적 가치 추구 외에는 유사한 형태를 띠고 있음을 시사한다. This study aims to analyze and understand the consumer characteristics of art subscription services based on Holt s(1995) typology of consumption practices. To do so, we collected 1,140 user reviews on NAVER blog by consumers of Opengallery - an art rental service platform – using TEXTOM program. The collected data through the refinement process were sorted into the top 50 words of the frequency of appearance, which were analyzed using semantic network analysis (Concor, density matrix, centrality). This paper noted changes in the frequency and centrality index of the words such as ‘feeling’, ‘online housewarming’,‘reasonable’, ‘curator’, ‘taste’ in the word clusters of semantic networks. According to the analysis, art subscription consumption includes three types of consumption among Holt s typology of consumption practices: “consuming as experience,” “consuming as integration,” and “consuming as play.” This paper also interprets that ‘consuming as classification’ based on the aforementioned types is inherent in art subscription consumption. Our theoretical implication is that Holt s conceptual discussion which has been applied primarily to consumption was addressed in the art subscription. Furthermore, the results of this paper suggest that the subscription (a new type of consuming art) and existing art consumption (purchase) take a similar form of consumption excluding the pursuit of the effective value for subscribed consumers.

The purposes of this research are to examine the effects of dance major students`` perfectionism with self-efficacy, dance satisfaction which are verified by SEM. This research was conducted based on the data of 361 dance major students who are attending art high schools. After the verification of reliability and validity of questionnaires about perfectionism, self-efficacy and dance satisfaction, data was analyzed for the purposes of this research. As the result, goodness of fit for this model was verified and self-efficacy mediated perfectionism and dance satisfaction. Self-efficacy was an important mediate variable both perfectionism and dance satisfaction.

Effects of the sintering conditions of dental zirconia ceramics on the grain size and translucency

PURPOSE. This study aimed to identify the effects of the sintering conditions of dental zirconia on the grain size and translucency. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Ten specimens of each of two commercial brands of zirconia (Lava and KaVo) were made and sintered under five different conditions. Microwave sintering (MS) and conventional sintering (CS) methods were used to fabricate zirconia specimens. The dwelling time was 20 minutes for MS and 20 minutes, 2, 10, and 40 hours for CS. The density and the grain size of the sintered zirconia blocks were measured. Total transmission measurements were taken using a spectrophotometer. Twoway analysis of variance model was used for the analysis and performed at a type-one error rate of 0.05. RESULTS. There was no significant difference in density between brands and sintering conditions. The mean grain size increased according to sintering conditions as follows: MS-20 min, CS-20 min, CS-2 hr, CS-10 hr, and CS-40 hr for both brands. The mean grain size ranged from 347-1,512 nm for Lava and 373-1,481 nm for KaVo. The mean light transmittance values of Lava and KaVo were 28.39-34.48% and 28.09-30.50%, respectively. CONCLUSION. Different sintering conditions resulted in differences in grain size and light transmittance. To obtain more translucent dental zirconia restorations, shorter sintering times should be considered.

Infliximab Therapy for Children with Moderate to Severe Ulcerative Colitis: A Step-Up versus a Top-Down Strategy

Purpose: We aimed to investigate clinical outcomes between top-down (TD) and conventional step-up (SU) therapies in pediatricpatients with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC). Materials and Methods: All patients underwent clinical and endoscopic evaluation at diagnosis and 4 months and 1 year aftertreatment. Patients who started treatment with corticosteroid were grouped in the SU group, while those that initiated early infliximab(IFX) were grouped in the TD group. Among the SU group, patients who eventually changed to IFX treatment due to steroidresistance or dependency were included in the SU(R) group. Results: In total, 44 children with moderate to severe UC were included for analysis. Twenty-one patients were included in the SUgroup, 23 were included in the TD group, and 10 were enrolled in the SU(R) group. Relapse rates were 47.6% (10/21) in the SUgroup and 17.4% (4/23) in the TD group (p=0.033). Among relapsed patients, the durations from remission to relapse were 17.3months (0.9–46.9) in the SU group and 24.3 months (1.8–44.9) in the TD group. There was no statistically significant difference inthe sustained durations of remission after IFX administration between the SU(R) and TD groups [3.9 (1.4–6.3) and 2.3 (0.3–5.2)years, respectively (p>0.05)]. Conclusion: According to our study, early use of IFX without corticosteroid treatment for children with moderate to severe UChelps to lower relapse rates. We also found that IFX was a very effective treatment for pediatric UC, with a sustained duration ofremission similar between TD and SU(R) groups.

일본 근세시대 읽을거리로써의 문양집(文樣集)―산토 교덴(山東京伝)의 『고몬신포(小紋新法)』를 중심으로―

일본 근세시대(1603-1868)에는 고소데(小袖), 손수건(手拭い) 등에 활용하기 위한 디자인북인 히나가타본(雛形本)이 활발히 간행 되었다. 다른 한편으로는 디자인북의 형식을 갖추고 있으나, 읽고 해독하는 즐거움을 담고 있는 문양집(文樣集)도 간행되게 된다. 본고는 게사쿠샤(戯作者) 산토 교덴(山東京伝)의 고몬신포(小紋新法)』를 통해서 읽을거리로써의 문양집의 특징을 분석한 것이다. 산토 교덴이 문양집에 관심을 가지게 된 계기는 우키요에(浮世絵) 화공들과 맺은 문예 교류 ‘다카라아와세 모임(宝合の会)’과 ‘다나구이아와세 모임(手拭合の会)’에 의해서 이다. 도안에 관심을 가지게 된 교덴은 게사쿠샤로서의 유희와 위트를 접목시킨 자신만의 문양집을 간행하게 된다. 고몬신포에는 그의 이전 문양집에서는 확인할 수 없는 도안을 어떤 용도로 사용하면 좋을지를 의미하는 ○■△등의 기호가 표시되어 있다. 하지만 기호의 통일성이 없으며, 이는 단지 문양집에 가깝게 보이기 위한 장치라고 볼 수 있다. 즉, 고몬신포는 형식적으로는 문양집과 같은 특징을 가지고 있지만, 내용적인 측면에는 골계미를 가득 담은 희문(戯文)에 초점이 맞춰진 읽을거리인 것이다.
