Purpose : When liver cirrhosis patients accompanying ascites need renal replacement therapy because of chronic renal failure (CRF), peritoneal dialysis (PD) can allow direct removal of ascites and prevent anticoagulants use. However, since PD might aggravate hypoalbuminemia and increase chances of peritonitis, clinicians tend to hesitate to apply it to those patients. The aim of the present study is to assess the outcome and stability of PD for the treatment of CRF patient with cirrhosis accompanying ascites. Methods : A retrospective study based on the clinical records was performed in cirrhotic patients with ascites in whom PD was performed for the treatment of CRF and who were followed up at Samsung Medical Center unit, between January 1995 and July 2005. Results : In our study, 15 patients were enrolled. Child-pugh class was worse in non-survival group than survival group (p<0.01). One-year patient survival was 40% in Class C and 75% in Class B, and patient survival differed between Class C and Class B (p=0.0014). Causes of death were terminal liver failure (n=6) and sepsis due to pneumonia (n=1). Total 27 episodes of peritonitis occurred, and the peritonitis rates were 0.91 episodes/patients-year. Conclusion : Although the peritonitis rates turned out somewhat high, the use of PD for the treatment of CRF in patients with liver cirrhosis accompanying ascites seems to be safe and effective. Main cause of death in our study seems to be related to liver disease.
외란관측기를 이용한 트랙터 반능동 캐빈 현가장치용 비례제어밸브의 강인 전류 제어

농업용 트랙터는 주로 부하 변동이 심한 농작업에 사용되므로 높은 수준의 승차진동을 유발하며 장시간 작업 시 작업자의 건강을 위협한다. 트랙터는 차륜 현가장치가 없기 때문에 승차진동 저감을 위한 방안으로 캐빈에 현가장치를 장착하며, 국내 트랙터에는 대부분 수동 캐빈 현가장치인 고무마운트가 사용된다. 하지만 고무마운트는 승차진동을 효과적으로 저감시키지 못하며, 반능동 캐빈 현가장치를 장착하면 승차진동 저감 효과가 최대 90% 이상 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 반능동 캐빈 현가장치의 경우, 비례제어밸브의 전류를 제어함으로써 주행 중 감쇠력을 제어하여 승차진동을 최적으로 저감시킬 수 있다. 이 때 비례제어밸브는 작업 조건에 따라 온도가 크게 변화하고 이에 따라 특성이 변화하기 때문에 최적 제어 시 어려움이 존재한다. 따라서 밸브 시스템의 불확실성에도 강인한 성능을 보이는 제어 알고리즘의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 외란관측기(DOB)를 이용한 비례제어밸브 전류 제어 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 또한 온도 조건에 따라 변하는 비례제어밸브의 특성값을 측정하고 시뮬레이션 모델을 이용하여 PI 제어 알고리즘만을 이용한 전류 제어 결과와 외란관측기가 추가된 제어 알고리즘에 의한 전류 제어 결과를 비교하여 알고리즘의 효과를 검증하였다.

본 논문은 기계시스템의 하중추정 기법 및 적용사례 소개가 목적이다. 이를 위해 진동기반 하중추정 기법의 이론적 배경 및 하중정량화 절차를 구체적으로 설명하였다. 또한 충격하중 및 진동이 발생하는 천공장비에 적용하여 진동기반 하중추정 기법의 적용성과 한계점을 분석하고 이에 대한 대응책에 대해 논의하였다. 마지막으로, 하중추정 기술의 추가 연구의 필요성을 토의하고, 새로운 충격하중 측정기술 개발을 위한 방법론을 제안하였다. This paper introduced a impact load estimation method by examining vibration transfer path analysis (TPA). The theoretical background and the load quantification procedure are explained, and a case study of hydraulic breaker is reported. We explained the merits and limitations of the load estimation method of TPA, and improvement method was suggested through case analyses of drilling equipment. The necessity of R&D of load-estimation technology was discussed. A new strategy for developing new techniques for impact load measurement was proposed.

2015년 8월 3일부터 5일까지 한국거미연구회 회원들은 강원도 삼척시 육백산을 채집 조사한 결과 22과 49속 63종이 채집 조사되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. The authors investigated the spiders of the Mt. Yukbaek from August 3th to August 5th, 2015. In the present paper 63 species of 49 genera belong to 22 families were identified. These specimens are deposited at the Joo-Pil Spider Museum, Namyangju-Si, Gyeonggi-Do.

Purpose: Foreign body aspiration in children is emergent and can cause serious complications. This study aims to show the clinical characteristics of foreign body aspiration and to analyze the clinical cases of delayed diagnosis to predict and prevent complications. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 63 children (48 in Inha University Hospital and 15 in Gachon University Gil Medical Center) who were diagnosed with foreign body aspiration through bronchoscopy from 1996 to 2017 in Incheon City, and analyzed clinical characteristics. Patients were divided into 3 groups: those were diagnosed within 24 hours, delayed after 24 hours, or delayed more than 7 days according to time elapse from the time of foreign body aspiration, and clinical characteristics of each group were compared. Results: Aspiration occurred in 58.7% at 1 year and 15.9% at 2 years. Cough (65.1%) and coarse breathing sound (41.3%) were most common, and radiologic findings were commonly presented as emphysema on the affected side (41.3%). Nuts were most common (42.9%), and there was no difference in the frequency between the right and left main bronchi. The documented history of foreign body aspiration was more frequently found in the early diagnosed group; however, sputum, fever, and complications were more frequent in the delayed diagnosed group. Conclusion: If a patient with respiratory disease has persistent fever or sputum, foreign body aspiration should be suspected. (Allergy Asthma Respir Dis 2018;6:303-309)

우리나라는 2015년 7월 "자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률"이 통과됨으로써 다양한 형태의 모금개설과 투자가 이루어져 크라우드펀딩이 활성화될 것으로 전망되므로 본 논문은 성공적인 크라우드펀딩을 위해 펀딩에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾아내고자 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기대 수익, 인지된 위험, 촉진조건, 사회적 영향력과 같은 통합기술수용 모델 핵심변수들과 인지된 위험이 크라우드펀딩 참여의도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였으며, 태도의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 검증결과, 성과기대, 사회적 영향력, 촉진조건은 참여의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 노력기대와 인지된 위험은 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 태도에 의한 매개효과 검증에서는 성과기대와 사회적 영향이 참여의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서만 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. In July, 2015, the Korean national assembly passed "Act on Caitpal Markets and Financial Investments," and therefore, it waes xpected that the crowd funding would be activated owing to a variety of fundraisings and investments. Hence, for the success of the crowd funding, this paper tried to identify the factors affecting th efunding. In this study we analyzed the core variables of then Uified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT) and their perceived risks on the crowd funding participants" intentions as well as the mediating effects of the attitudes; the core variables of UTAUT were performance expectancy, perceived risk, facilitating conditions, social influence, and the like. As a result, it was found that such facilitating conditions as performance expectancy and social influence would affect crowd funding participants" intention positively, but that effort expectancy and perceived risk would not significantly affect their intention. On the other hand, as a result of testing the mediating effects of the attitudes, it was found that performance expectancy and social influence would have significant mediating effects on participants" intention.
불소계 플라즈마에 노출된 YAG 세라믹스의 식각거동 및 XPS 분석

Chemical composition and status of chemical bonding of the YAG($Y_3Al_5O_{12}$) ceramics after the exposure to fluorine plasma have been investigated using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, with the analysis on its erosion behavior. On the surface, F showed the maximum content, decreasing with depth, meanwhile the cation composition remained almost constant, irrespective of the position. The peaks due to Y in the reaction layer consisted of two kinds, showing the Y-O and Y-F bonds. These surface modifications under fluorine plasma seem to promote the erosion of the YAG ceramics. Excess addition of $Al_2O_3$ or $Y_2O_3$ into stoichiometric YAG produced 2nd phases of $Al_2O_3$ and $YAlO_3$, respectively, resulting in the slight difference in the local erosion rates. But, the overall average erosion rate was not sensitive to such excess additions of $Al_2O_3$ or $Y_2O_3$.
