Objectives The objective of this study is to investigate differences of clinical characteristics between a healthy female control group and female panic disorder (PD) patients with early sexual abuse history (PD+S) and without early sexual abuse history (PD-S). Methods We examined data from 83 patients diagnosed with PD and 20 healthy control subjects. We divided the patients with PD into PD+S (32 patients) and PD-S (51 patients) to compare demographic and clinical characteristics. The following instruments were applied: the Stress coping strategies, the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), the Panic Disorder Severity Scale, the Anxiety Sensitivity Index-Revised (ASI-R), the Albany Panic and Phobia Questionnaire (APPQ) and the NEO-neuroticism. Results Compared to the PD-S, the PD+S group showed higher scores in neuroticism and the APPQ. And, in the PD+S group, the scores of neuroticism were correlated with the ASI-R and APPQ subscale scores and the APPQ total scores were associated with the scores of BDI. Conclusions This study shows that female PD+S patients have higher scores in neuroticism and the APPQ than the PD-S group, and these factors are associated with the panic-related symptoms severity. It emphasizes the need of specific strategies considering the childhood abuse history such as early sexual abuse in clinical approach among patients with PD.
증강현실 기술의 소부대 야외 전술훈련 활용 방안 및 법제도에 관한 고찰

증강현실 기술은 실제공간에 가상정보를 실시간으로 증강하여 사용자가 증강된 가상정보와 상호작용함으로써 작업의 효율성을 향상시키는 기술이다. 최근 증강현실 기술이 발달함에 따라 군사훈련에 적용하기 위한 연구도 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 훈련 중 대민피해, 소음 등으로 인한 민원이나 안전사고 등으로 인해 실전적인 훈련이 제한되어 증강현실 기술 기반의 훈련체계 도입이 불가피하나 현재 개발되고 있는 증강현실 기술을 이용한 군사훈련 시스템들은 대부분 실내 훈련 시스템으로 별도의 설치공간이 필요하고 고비용으로 인해 특수훈련 위주로 개발이 진행되고 있어 우리 군의 소대 이하 규모의 소부대 훈련 시스템으로 활용하기에는 제한사항이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 증강현실 기술을 소대 이하의 소부대가 주둔지의 야외 훈련장에서 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 이를 통해 얻을 수 있는 효과와 법제도적 측면에서의 고려사항을 제시한다. According to the dictionary definition Augmented Reality Technology is "an enhanced version of reality where live direct or indirect views of physical real-world environments are augmented with superimposed computer-generated images over a user's view of the real-world, thus enhancing one's current perception of reality". Since civilian property damages, noise and accidents during the field exercise by military or drills so that AR technology are indispensible with small units drills in Army. However because AR technology which Army has adopted are usually use for special units or need separate spaces which costs lots of budgets, those are not fit for small unit drills or tactics in regular Army. In this regards this paper suggests the AR technology which can apply small unit drill field and the efficiency and legal concerns thereof as well.

Anxiety disorders are characterized by dysregulation of neuroendocrine, neurotransmitter and neuroanatomical functions. Substantial advances in research method offered new insights into the neurobiologic mechanisms in anxiety disorders. Advances in molecular biology have enabled illumination of hormone and neurotransmitters that have important roles in anxiety. The neuroanatomic circuits related to anxiety are also being elucidated by improvements in neuroimaging technology such as structural and functional magnetic resonance imaging. This article reviews the research data in relation to the neurobiology underlying fear and pathologic anxiety and discusses their implications for development of biological treatments for anxiety disorders.

Purpose: The butterfly-shaped pigment dystrophy is an extremely rare autosomal dominant retinal disorder. The authors present a case of butterfly-shaped pigment dsytrophy not reported previously in Korea. Case summary: A 45-year-old man had bilateral blurred vision for 2 years. His visual acuity was 0.2 in the right eye, and 0.3 in the left and was uncorrected. Funduscopically, yellow pigment deposits were present at the level of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) in the central macula of both eyes. Fluorescein angiography (FA) revealed a central, dark, butterfly- shaped lesion surrounded by a region of hyperfluorescence, Spectral domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) showed thick elevation of the RPE with hyperreflectivity and disruption of the inner and outer segment (IS/OS) interface of the photoreceptors. The patient had normal color vision, visual field and electroretinograms and reduced electrooculograms. Conclusions: In general, butterfly-shaped pigment dystrophy is known to have good visual prognosis. However, in some cases the disease can be a chronic progressive disorder with secondary involvement of the photoreceptors, as exemplified this patient. The authors anticipate more detail regarding the natural course of this disease will be obtained through spectral domain OCT.

N/A The effects of fluid flow on the purification of aluminum were studied. As the revolution rate(N) increased, the size of columnar grain decreased gradually. The concentration of solidified crystal was decreased with increasing distance from chill and revolution rate(N). Distribution boundary layer thickness(δ) was calculated from the solute distribution obtained in solid experimentally and by use of BPS equation. The value of δ changed from about 60㎛ at N value of 27rpm to about 15㎛ at N value of 1000rpm. From this result, high purification was obtained by decreasing the diffusion boundary layer under forced convection.

N/A The effect of forced convention on the solute redistribution of the Al ingot was studied quantitatively in an effort to fabricate high purity aluminum using a segregation method. Based on the experimental results, the solute concentration in the solid phase tended to decrease at the early state of solidification, and then increased gradually as solidification proceeded. Fe and Si concentrations decreased as growth rate decreased and as revolution speed increased. The solute redistribution obtained from the BPS model incorporated with the tangential flow component as well as the axial flow component within the melt, agreed well with the measurements.

시뮬레이션은 건설관리를 위한 도구로써 많은 잠재력을 가지고 있으나, 국내의 경우 대단히 제한된 범위에서 마이크로 프로세스의 공정 평가에 적용을 시도하고 있는 단계에 있다. 시뮬레이션을 건설 공정에 적용하기 위해서는 현장 특성을 반영한 입력 데이터 수집과 모델 구축에 상당한 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션 모델 구축을 위한 장비 운영 데이터 활용과 시뮬레이션 모델 구축 방법론을 소개하고, 현장 측정 데이터와의 검증을 수행하였다. 그리고 버력 처리 시스템의 전체 운행 주기(Cycle Times)를 결정하는 주요 요인을 분석하고 장비운영 계획을 수립하기 위한 시뮬레이션 활용 방안을 제시하였다. Simulation has considerable potential as the tool of construction management, but in the case of domestic, it is at an early stage applying simulation to micro-process assesment. For applying simulation to the construction process, much effort is needed to collect input data and to build the model including the characteristics of site. This study introduces the methodology to collect operation data of construction equipment and build the simulation model, then verifies the model with the operation data. In addition, this study identifies main factors to determine the cycle time of the muck hauling system so that it suggests the method of construction process planning through operation and combination of construction equipments.
부분 암호화를 위한 해쉬 트리 체인 기반 키 생성 및 관리 알고리즘

본 논문에서는 부분 암호화를 위한 키 생성 및 관리 알고리즘의 연구한다. 제안하는 알고리즘에서는 해쉬 트리 구조를 이용하여 적은 양의 해쉬키로부터 다양한 암호화 키를 생성하는 기능을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 키 생성 알고리즘을 이용하여 부분 암호화 및 부분 복호화하는 방법을 제시하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 그 성능을 분석한다. A new key generation scheme is proposed to support partial encryption and partial decryption of data in cloud computing environment with a minimal key-related traffic overhead. Our proposed scheme employs a concept of hash tree chain to reduce the number of keys that need to be delivered to the decryption node. The performance of the proposed scheme is evaluated through simulation.

In this paper we suggest a development of surface defect inspection algorithms for cold mill strip. The defects which exist in a surface of cold mill strip have a scattering or singular distribution. This paper consists of preprocessing, feature extraction and defect classification. By preprocessing, the binarized defect image is achieved. In this procedure, Top-hit transform, adaptive thresholding, thinning and noise rejection are used. Especially, Top-hit transform using local min/max operation diminishes the effect of bad lighting. In feature extraction, geometric, moment and co-occurrence matrix features are calculated. For the defect classification, multilayer neural network is used. The proposed algorithm showed 15% error rate.
