Comparative Analysis between Zirconia Implant and Titanium Implant

Various ceramic implant systems made of yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycystal (Y-TZP) have become commercially available in recent years. A search of the literature was performed to assess the clinical success of dental Y-TZP implants and whether the osseointegration of Y-TZP is comparable to that of titanium, the standard implant material. No controlled clinical studies in humans regarding clinical outcomes or osseointegration could be identified. Clinical data were restricted to case studies and case series. Only 7 animal studies were found. Osseointegration was evaluated at 4 weeks to 24 months after placement in different animal models, sites and under different loading conditions. The mean bone-implant contact percentage was above 60% in almost all experimental groups. In studies that used titanium implants as a control, Y-TZP implants were comparable to or even better than titanium implants. Surface modifi cations may further improve initial bone healing and resistance to removal torque. Y-TZP implants may have the potential to become an alternative to titanium implants but cannot currently be recommended for routine clinical use, as no long-term clinical data are available.

The I²L-Ringoscillator can be monolithically integrated, together with the piezoresistive resistor, on a silicon wafer. Using this combination, it was possible to fabricate microprocessor-compatible frequency-analog pressure sensors. One of the most serious problem in the practical using is the temperature dependency of the offset-frequency. The temperature compensation of the monolithic-integrated frequency-analog pressure sensors can be achieved by using of the optimal injection current in the series connection, and/or by subtraction of the two oscillator frequencies.

This paper will examine the key points of the journal selection process employed by ISI.

본 논문은 경흥의 현존 저술 가운데 하나인 술문찬 을 중심으로 그 의 정토관을 고찰하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 술문찬 은 무량수경 과 관련한 주석서 중 가장 방대한 양의 저술로서, 기존의 학설들을 소개하 고 비판하는 형식을 취하고 있다. 방대한 분량인 만큼 짧은 지면에 경흥 의 모든 사상을 담아내기는 어렵다. 그래서 본고에서는 술문찬 의 구 조를 분석함으로써 경흥의 저술의도를 파악하고, 가장 논란되고 있는 무 량수경 제18원의 ‘逆謗除取說’과 ‘十念論’을 중심으로 경흥의 정토관을 고찰하는 방향으로 진행하였다. 먼저 ‘逆謗除取說’과 관련한 무량수경 제18원과 관무량수경 「하하품」의 차이에 대해 경흥은 근기에 따른 방편이라는 차원에서 회통하 고 있다. 즉 제18원은 上品을 위한 서원이기 때문에 오역죄의 왕생을 제 외한 것이며, 관무량수경 은 하품하생을 위한 교설이기 때문에 그것을 허용했다는 입장이다. 다음 ‘十念’과 관련해서는 무량수경 제18원과 관무량수경 「하하품」을 모두 十聲稱佛로서 파악하고 있다. 그러면서도 善導계통의 오직 十聲에 의한 왕생에 대해서는 경계하고 있는데, 이것은 타력중심의 칭 명염불이 지나치게 강조됨으로써 자칫 불교의 자력적인 측면이 부정될 수 있다는 우려 때문이다. 이상, 경흥은 기존의 무량수경 및 정토교 관련 해석상의 문제들을 다양한 근거를 들어 비판하면서 그 본질을 규명함과 동시에 정토교에 대한 자신의 입장을 표명하고 있다. 그러나 이런 일들은 자신의 사상적 입장에서 정토교를 부정하기 위한 것은 아니었다. 오히려 타력과 자력 의 균형 나아가 정토교와 여타 불교사상과의 조화를 이루려는 시도로 서, 이러한 노력의 결과물이 이른바 술문찬 이었다고 할 것이다. この論文は、憬興の現存する著作の一つである述文贊を中心にして、彼の淨土思想を考察するという目的を持っている。述文贊は無量壽經の注釋書の中で最も多くの分量の著述として、以前の學說を紹介して批判する形式をとっている。その分量と內容が多いだけに、短い文章の中に憬興のすべての思想を迂めて賭け難しい。そこで、この論文では、述文贊の構造を分析して憬興の執筆意圖を把握し、最も論難の多い無量壽經第18願の‘逆謗除取說’と‘十念論’を中心にして憬興の淨土思想を考察する方向で行った。まず、‘逆謗除取說’と關連して、無量壽經第18願と觀無量壽經「下下品」の違いについて憬興は、根機に應じた方便という次元で會通している。すなわち、第18願は上品の人のための誓願であるため、五逆罪を犯した者の往生を除いたものであり、觀無量壽經は下品下生のための敎說であるため、それを許容したのだ。次に、‘十念’と關連して無量壽經第18願と觀無量壽經「下下品」をすべて‘十聲稱佛’として捉えている。その一方で、善導系の‘ただ十聲による往生’には警戒しているが、これは他力中心の稱名念佛が過度に强調されることで、ややもする佛敎の自力的な側面が否定されることが憂慮のためだ。以上で、憬興は、以前の無量壽經と淨土敎に關する解釋上の問題を樣樣な根據を擧げて批判しながら、その本質を究明すると同時に、淨土敎のために自分の立場を表明している。しかし、これらのことは、自分の思想的立場から淨土敎を否定するものではなかった。むしろ他力と自力の調和、さらには淨土敎と他の佛敎思想との調和を成そうとする試みとして、このような努力の産物ではいわゆる述文贊だったといえるだろう。
Molecular Dynamics Modeling of Electromechanical Nanotube Memory

A Classical molecular dynamics method combined with continuum electric models could be applied to a carbon-nanotube nanoelectromechanical memory device that could be characterized by the carbon-nanotube bending performance caused by atomistic capacitive and interatomic forces. The capacitance of the carbon atom changed with the height of the carbon atom. We performed MD simulations for a suspended (5,5) carbon-nanotube-bridge with a length of 11.567 nm (LCNT ) and a depth of the trench of 0.9 1.5 nm (H). After carbon-nanotubes collided on the gold surface, a carbon-nanotube bridge oscillated on the gold surface with an amplitude of 1 °A, and the amplitude gradually decreased. For H 1.3 nm, the carbon-nanotube bridge was in continual contact with the gold surface after the first collision. For H 1.4 nm, the carbon-nanotube bridge was in stable contact with the gold surface after several rebounds. As H was increased, the threshold voltage linearly increased. As the applied bias was increased, the transition time exponentially decreased at each trench depth. When H/LCNT was below 0.13, the carbon-nanotube nanoelectromechanical memories were permanent nonvolatile memory devices whereas the carbon-nanotube nanoelectromechanical memories were volatile memory or switching devices when H/LCNT was above 0.14. The turn-on voltages and the tunneling resistances obtained from our simulations were compatible to those obtained from previous experimental and theoretical results.
Molecular Dynamics Simulations of Thermally Driven Carbon Nanotube Oscillator

We used classical molecular dynamics simulations to investigate a carbon nanotube (CNT) oscillator controlled by the thermal gas expansion. When the temperature rapidly increased, the force on the CNT oscillator induced by the thermal gas expansion rapidly increased and pushed out the CNT oscillator. As the CNT oscillator extruded from the outer nanotube, the suction force on the CNT oscillator increased due to the excess van der Waals (vdW) energy. When the CNT oscillator reached the maximum extrusion point, the CNT oscillator was encapsulated into the outer nanotube by the suction force. Therefore, the CNT oscillator could be oscillated by both the gas expansion and the excess vdW interaction. As the temperature was increased, the amplitude of the CNT oscillator increased. At high temperatures, the CNT oscillator escaped from the outer nanotube because the force on the CNT oscillator due to the thermal gas expansion was higher than the suction force due to the excess vdW energy. The CNT oscillator could be operated by using appropriate temperature controls, such as the maximum temperature, the heating rate, and the cooling rate.

We investigated the internal dynamics of an electro-uid shuttle memory element, consisting of K+@C 60 and F. @C 60 encapsu-lated in a C640 nanocapsule. Energetics and operating responses of bipolarendo-fullerenes shuttle memory device, (K+@C 60F. @C 60)@C 640, were examined by classical molecular dynamics simulations under the external force flelds..
