4차 산업혁명의 대표라고 할 수 있는 자율주행차량의 안전한 운행을 위해서는 센서 기술, 소프트웨어 기술, 차량 기술 등 다양한 기술 조합이 필요하다. 자율주행차량은 차량 내에 탑재된 다양한 센서를 통해서 현재의 위치정보와 주변 상황을 인지하여 운전자에게 의존하지 않고 스스로 판단하고 주행하는 차량이다. 완전자율주행을 위해서는 완벽한 인지기술이 필요하고 정밀도로지도는 차선, 정지선, 신호등, 횡단보도 등에 대한 정보를 정밀하게 제공하고 있기 때문에 자율주행 차량에서 발생하는 인지 오차를 최소화시킬 수 있음으로, 신뢰성 있는 자율주행차량을 위해서는 도로위 다양한 시설물들의 위치정보를 차량에 입력한 정밀지도 정보가 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 정밀도로지도의 정의 및 필요성 국내외 동향을 분석하고 실제 운영되고 있는 대구광역시 자율주행 특화지역(수성의료지구, 약 24㎞)과 세종특별자치시 행복도시(약 33㎞), 서울대학교 시흥캠퍼스 FMTC(Future Mobility Technical Center) PG(Proving Ground)를 대상으로 국토지리정보원 MMS(Mobile Mapping System) 측량 성과물을 활용하여 정밀도로지도 서비스인 Web GIS 기반 HD(High Definition) Map 프로토타입을 구축하였다. 추후 연구에서는 본 연구에서 구축한 정밀도로지도 서비스를 자율주행차량 및 관제 시스템에 탑재 시켜 실시간 위치검증 및 위치보정 알고리즘의 성능 검증을 진행하고자 한다. For the safe operation of autonomous vehicles, the representative technology of the 4<sup>th</sup> industrial revolution era, a combination of various technologies such as sensor technology, software technology and car technology is required. An autonomous vehicle is a vehicle that recognizes current location and situation by using the various sensors, and makes its own decisions without depending on the driver. Perfect recognition technology is required for fully autonomous driving. Since the precise road maps provide various road information including lanes, stop lines, traffic lights and crosswalks, it is possible to minimize the cognitive errors that occur in autonomous vehicles by using the precise road maps with location information of the road facilities. In this study, the definition, necessity and technical trends of the precise road map have been analyzed, and the HD(High Definition) map prototype based on the web GIS has been built in the autonomous driving-specialized areas of Daegu Metropolitan City(Suseong Medical District, about 24㎞), the Happy City of Sejong Special Self-Governing City(about 33㎞), and the FMTC(Future Mobility Technical Center) PG(Proving Ground) of Seoul National University Siheung Campus using the MMS(Mobile Mapping System) surveying results given by the National Geographic Information Institute. In future research, the built-in precise road map service will be installed in the autonomous vehicles and control systems to verify the real-time locations and its location correction algorithm.

This Coldbox has been designed for cooling HTS cable. It consists of heat exchanger, liquid-gas separator, liquified nitrogen chamber and pump. This paper dealt with the design of coldbox. This paper will be applied to development of commercial HTS cable.
네트워크 이동성 지원을 위한 이동경로 예측 기반의 끊김없는 핸드오버 방안

본 논문은 철도와 같은 이동 네트워크 환경에서 핸드오버로 인한 서비스 중단 시간 및 패킷 손실을 최소화하기 위하여 이동경로 예측 기반의 끊김없는 핸드오버 방안을 제안한다. 정해진 경로를 따라 이동하는 철도차량의 고유한 특징을 이용하여, 2계층 핸드오버를 수행하기 전에 미리 3 계층 핸드오버를 수행함으로써 핸드오버로 인한 서비스 단절과 패킷 손실을 최소화 시킬 수 있다. 성능평가 결과 제안된 방안은 기존 NEMO 방안에 비해 핸드오버 수행에 있어 우수한 성능을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. This paper proposes a path prediction-based seamless handover scheme to minimize service disruption and packet loss due to handovers for mobile networks such as Dams. This scheme exploits a peculiar characteristics of trains which move on a predetermined path. The mobile router on the train can predict a handover point and then perform network-layer handover before link-layer handover occurs. This leads to the reduction of handover latency and packet loss during handovers. The performance evaluation showed that the proposed scheme could provide excellent performance, compared with the NEMO basic support scheme.
열전도성 플라스틱을 이용한 김치냉장고용 열교환기에 관한 연구

The kimchi refrigerator is the electric home appliance which is used for the maturing and preserving of the kimchi in domestic and foreign market. The kimchi refrigerator is composed in 3 main parts as insulation. kimchi container, machinery room. The heat exchanger of kimchi refrigerator is made of aluminum and the other parts are made of steel and polymer. Also, kimchi refrigerator is expensive and heavy as compared with same class of refrigerator until now. In the present study, the possibility to replace heat exchanger from aluminum to thermal conductive plastic was analyzed and experimented. The thermal conductive plastic has $10{\sim}100$ times heat conductivity than that of normal plastic. It is known that heat transfer process is dependent not only conduction but convection or radiation. Thermal conductivity of the applied material in this research is over than 2 W/mK, thermal conductivity doesn't play a vital role on heat transfer. In this study, temperature is the most important parameter on the kimchi refrigerator and the temperature of kimchi refrigerator's heat exchanger was measured and compared with the temperature calibrated by CFD analysis on the inside wall of the kimchi refrigerator. It is important to keep constantly the inside temperature of the Kimchi refrigerator. Besides numerical analyses for the new thermal conductive plastic for heat exchanger were executed with the various height of evaporation tube. A series of experiments were conducted to compare the performance of the two heat exchanger made of aluminum and thermal conductive plastic at the same condition and certified the possibility of the thermal conductive plastic. According to these results, it was confirmed that the conventional aluminium heat exchanger can be replaced by thermal conductive plastic successfully.
도시열섬 완화를 위한 나무심기운동에 따른 지표면 온도 변화 분석 - 구미시를 사례로 -

Due to climate change, temperature is rising worldwide. Since rapid growth has been achieved focused on cities, South Korea is experiencing serious environmental problems such as heat island and air pollution in urban areas. To solve this problem, the central and each local government are actively promoting tree planting campaigns. This study quantitatively calculated changes in green areas and vegetation of Gumi by the tree planting campaign, and analyzed the temperature changes accordingly. For the target area, the green area, vegetation index, and ground temperature were calculated for 4 different time periods using the given Landsat satellite images. As a result of the study, the green area of was increased by 7.24km<sup>2</sup> and 4.93km<sup>2</sup> for two regions, respectively. Accordingly, the vegetation index increased by 0.14 to 0.16, and the temperature decreased by 0.8 to 1.2℃. The Tree planting campaign not only plays a role in lowering the temperature of the city but also does various roles such as air purification, carbon absorption, and providing green rest areas to citizens. Therefore the campaign should be carried out continuously.
