        Simple Global Carbon Model(SGCM) is utilized to examine the effect of the rising global surface air temperature on the global carbon cycle and atmospheric CO₂concentration. Also examined is the effectiveness of the options being able to reduce the rising atmospheric CO₂concentrations. If CO₂emissions from fossil fuel combustion continue at the present increasing rate of ∼1.5% per year, a CO₂doubling(to 560ppm) will appear in year 2060. The effect of the rising temperature by then would be responsible for a 10ppm increase in atmospheric CO₂, 40Gt as carbon(Gt C) accumulation in the land biota, and 70Gt C depletion in soil carbon. The forest management is more effective option than the cutting of fossil fuel combustion to reduce the rising atmospheric CO₂.

        경찰 신상정보등록대상자 관리의 문제점과 개선방안 연구 : 법제도상 문제를 중심으로

        The sex offenders' personal information registration system aims to prevent sex crimes by recognizing that their personal information is registered in a national institution and informing the general public of their personal information. In order to achieve this purpose, the accuracy of registered personal information is important. Therefore, the core of this system is the "management of sexual crime personal information registered by the police" that receives personal information from registered persons and checks the authenticity of it. However, the current management of sex offenders' personal information registration has several problems under the legal system. First, the vehicle information registration standard is not reasonable. Second, the authenticity of the submission of personal information is poor. Third, the effectiveness of checking the person subject to personal information registration is insufficient. The solution to the problem raised is as follows. First, it is necessary to include 'actual operation' in the vehicle information registration standard so that there are no missing vehicles. Second, when receiving personal information, the head of the competent police station should directly check the actual residence. Third, the person subject to personal information registration shall be obligated to accept inspection to confirm the authenticity of registered information.

        군 상담의 개념적,조직적 체계 구축 방안 연구

        In order to establish a conceptual and organizational system of military counseling, efficient methods to advance military counseling were considered based on delphi surveys. The results of the 1st and the 2nd delphi surveys were put together to give the average, the most frequent value and the ratio and the content validity ratio(CVR) of each relevant factor. The research includes clarifying the definition, function and role, targets and scopes, and types of problems in military counseling. In the conceptual level, the definition includes purpose, targets, methods, and anticipated result of the counseling. The function and role were subdivided into problem solving, prevention of accident, development counseling and human resource development. The research showed that expanding the targets of military counseling is advisable, from enlisted men only to officers, military families and friends of opposite sex. The problem areas were divided into personal, family related, barrack life related and others. In the organizational level, to evaluate the performance of military counseling system, military counseling personnels and their performance, control system of military counseling and utilization of non military resources were investigated. In addition to military workforce competencies, presented a study of the professional positions and social resource utilization.

        고추 약배양 후대식물체의 다양성

        고추 교잡계통의 약배양 후대를 재료로 하여 배상체 발생률과 주요 농업형질에 대한 다양성을 조사하였다. 교배조합간 약배양 효율이 16.4%부터 43.4%까지 분포하였고 교배조합중 약배양 호율이 높은 계통 DGSH와 교배된 DGSH$\times$C-NH 조합에서 배 발생율이 43.4%로 가장 높았다. 3개 교배조합에서 얻은 약배양 후대 275개 $A_2$계통 중 계통내 개체별 분리를 보이는 계통은 총 6계통으로 2.1%를 차지하였다. $A_2$ 계통들의 형태적 다양성을 보면 청과색은 양친이 녹색과인 것이 교배된 조합에서는 녹색과만, 그리고 녹색과와 농녹과가 교배된 조합의 후대에서는 녹색과와 농녹과 계통만 출현하였다. 엽색에서도 조합에 따라 출현 빈도는 다르지만 녹색잎과 농녹색 잎의 발현 현상은 청과색과 비슷하였지만 모친에 없는 엽색도 소수 나타났다. 과장, 과경, 1과중은 C-HC $\times$DGSH, DGSH $\times$C-NH조합에서 얻어진 $A_2$ 약배양 계통들에서 양친보다 다양한 변이양상을 보인 계통들이 많이 출현하였으나 과장, 과경, 1과중이 현저하게 큰 적조 1호가 교배된 적조 1호$\times$C-HC 조합에서 얻어진 약배양 후대 계통들은 다양성이 낮았다. 1차 분지점까지의 줄기 길이는 3개 조합 공히 양친과 비슷한 것들이 많이 출현하였고 양친보다 긴 것도 다수 출현하였다. 주경의 굵기는 양친들의 주경 굵기보다 적거나 큰 것들이 다수 출현하여 큰 다양성을 보였다. 1차 분지점까지 마디수는 C-HC$\times$DGSH 조합에서 양친과 비슷한 것이 가장 많았으나, DGSH$\times$C-NH 조합과 적조 1호$\times$C-NH 조합에서는 양친의 마디수 보다 적거나 많은 것들도 많이 출현하여 큰 다양성을 보였다. Anthers of three cross combinations of hot-pepper(Capsicum annuum L.) were cultured on Dumas De Vaulx medium supplemented with some growth regulators. The embryo production efficiency and the diversity for agronomic traits in $A_2$ lines were investigated. The embryo production frequencies of hybrid combinations were ranged from 16.4% to 43.4%, the highest embryo induction combination was DGSH $\times$ C-NH with 43.4% embryogenic efficiency. Among total 275 $A_2$ lines, phenotypic variants were found in six lines, 2.1% variant frequency. The diversity of $A_2$ lines derived from anther culture was different according to the cross combinations. Fruit color was within parental range, no transgressive variation was observed. However leaf color showed transgressive variation. In fruit length, fruit width and fruit weight, one C-HC $\times$ DGSH and DGSH $\times$ C-NH showed great diversity compared with doner parents while Cheokjo 1 $\times$ C-NH crossed with Cheokjo 1 with big fruit shape showed small diversity. Stem length to 1st branch was relatively similer to or longer than donor parents. Stem thick exhibited remarkable diversity. Node number to 1st branch distributed alomost within the range of donor parents in C-HC $\times$ DGSH combination, however great transgressive variations were observed in DGSH $\times$ C-NH and Cheokjo 1 $\times$ C-NH combinations.

      • 석촌 호수의 수질 모델링

        The Lake Sok-Chon was model-studied to investigate the effective way to control the eutrophication process which was being developed recently. The model, constructed with the water quality simulation program WASP5 and calibrated with the field data, was simulated for a variety of the River Han water flow rates into the Lake ranging 2000∼ 5000m³/day in parallel with the treatment option of total nitrogen or/and total phosphorous. Model results show that more than 5000m³/day flow rate with near perfect treatment of nitrogen and phosphorous in the River Han water is required to avoid eutrophication in viewpoint of phosphorous level But several ways are possible by varying flow rate as well as treatment option in viewpoint of chlorophyll-a. Needed are more field data and more study of model input data to refine the model study of the Lake Sok-Chon.

        도로 주변의 PM10, NOx 및 O3의 시공간적 농도 분포 연구

        PM10, NOx, and O3 were measured at six locations, of which each three is horizontally and vertically distributedtwo hours interval starting from 8 o’clock in the morning for 15 days during May 2005~ September 2005.PM10 and NOx showed high concentrations in rush hours while low concentrations in midday due to the directemissions from automobiles in operation. Temporal variations of O3 showed very much similar trend appeared innormal urban atmospheres.The spatial distributions of PM10, NOx and O3 Roadside¤ Surface at 130 m apart from the road¤ Surface at 230 m apart from the road¤ 3rd floor of apartmentbuilding¤ 15th floor of apartment building¤ 27th floor of apartment building.Model equations, which can project spatial concentration distributions, were constructed by combining themeasuring locations. According to inter-comparison of PM10, NOx, and O3 with the constructed model equations, concentrationgradients were higher in a row of Vertical direction of NOx¤ Vertical direction of PM10¤ Horizontal direction ofNOx¤ Horizontal direction of PM10¤ 3¤ Horizontal direction of O3. Why concentrationgradient of particulate PM10 is lower than that of gaseous NOx is in question, and should be studied.
