        UCC 음원분류를 위한 연주악기 분류에 대한 연구

        사용자가 직접 연주하여 제작한 콘텐츠에서 많이 사용되는 악기는 기타, 피아노, 그리고 바이올린 이다. 이중 기타와 피아노가 만들어 내는 오디오 신호의 특성이 비슷하여 구분하기가 어렵다. 하지만 시간에 따른 신호의 에너지 변화가 피크(Peak)들을 중심으로 서로 다른 패턴을 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 누적 히스토그램을 이용하여 피크 존재 가능성의 확률적 분포를 구한 후, 피크를 중심으로 그 주변의 주파수 대역 별에너지 변화 패턴을 통계적 방법으로 모델링하여 실험한 결과 피아노와 기타의 구분 성공률이 최고 14% 정도의 향상을 보였다. A guitar, a piano, and a violin are popular musical instruments for User Created Contents(UCC). However the patterns of audio signal generated by a guitar and a piano are too similar to differentiate. The difference between two musical instruments can be found by analyzing the frequency variation per each band near signal peaks. The distribution of probability on the existence of signal peaks based on Cumulative Histogram were applied to musical instrument recognition. Experiments with statistical models of the frequency variation per each band near signal peaks showed the 14% improvement of musical instrument recognition.

        한국어 발화음성에서 중점단어 탐색을 위한 기본주파수에 대한 연구

        각 문장 별 중점단어는 발화음성을 인식하고 그 의미를 이해하는데 도움을 준다. 발화된 음성신호로부터 중점단어를 탐색할 수 있는 방법을 찾기 위한 노력의 일환으로 실험을 통하여 문장 내에서 중점단어와 그 외의 단어들의 기본주파수의 평균과 분산, 그리고 평균 에너지를 분석해 보았다. 한국어로 된 100개의 발화문장의 음성데이터를 가지고 실험을 한 결과 중점단어는 그 외의 단어들에 비해 대부분 상대적으로 높은 기본주파수의 평균값을 나타내거나 상대적으로 높은 기본주파수의 분산 값을 나타냈다. 이 연구 결과를 이용하면 한국어의 구어문장에서 운율적 특성을 알 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 자연어 처리를 이용한 핵심어를 추출하는 데에도 도움이 될 것이다. The focused word of each sentence is a help in recognizing and understanding spoken Korean. To find the method of focused word spotting at spoken speech signal, we made an analysis of the average and variance of Fundamental Frequency and the average energy extracted from a focused word and the other words in a sentence by experiments with the speech data from 100 spoken sentences. The result showed that focused words have either higher relative average F0 or higher relative variances of F0 than other words. Our findings are to make a contribution to getting prosodic characteristics of spoken Korean and keyword extraction based on natural language processing.

        기판 바이어스 전압을 이용한 태양전지용 GZO 박막의 전기적, 광학적 특성

        In this paper we report upon an investigation into the effect of DC bias voltage on the electrical and optical properties of Gallium doped zinc oxide (GZO) film. GZO films were deposited on glass substrate without substrate temperature by RF magnetron sputtering from a ZnO target mixed with 5 wt% $Ga_{2}O_{3}$. we investigated sample properties of bias voltage change in 0 to -60 V. We were able to achieve as low as $5.89{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}cm$ and transmittance over 88 %. without substrate heating.

        기내배양 사과 대목의 기외 삽목 시 발근과 순화에 미치는 배양조건 및 생장조절물질의 효과

        본 연구는 사과 왜성대목 M.9와 M.26 조직 배양묘를 통기성 마개와 비통기성 마개의 MS배지에서 생장 특성을 비교하기 위해 시험되었다. 또한 배양묘의 생육 변화와 이 배양묘를 발근촉진제 침지 처리 후 기외 삽목을 하여 발근 및 순화를 동시에 시키기 위해 실시하였다. 배양병내의 $CO_2$와 에틸렌의 농도는 통기성 마개 배양병이 비통기성마개 배양병 보다 낮았다. 통기성 마개 배양병내의 온$.$습도 변화는 광조건에 따라 일정하게 반복되었다. 통기성 마개 배양묘의 기공은 외기에서 즉시 관찰 시 닫혀 있었으나 비통기성마개 배양묘의 기공은 외기에서 20분 후 관찰 시에도 열려 있었다. 통기성 마개 배양묘의 엽록체 지수와 잎 면적은 모두 비통기성 마개의 것 보다 높았다. 기외 삽목시 발근율은 M.9와 M.26 모두 300 mg/L IBA+ 3% sucrose 침지 처리 구에서 각각 86.5%와 85.4%로 가장 높았으며 순화율은 각각 71.7%와 70.0%로 가장 높았다. 통기성 마개 배양묘의 순화율은 비통기성마개 배양묘 보다 모든 침지 처리구에서 순화율이 비슷하거나 높았다. Growth of M.9 (Malus domestica Bark. cv) and M.26 (Malus domestica Bark. cv) of dwarf apple rootstock, cultured on MS agar medium in a vessel with ventilating stopper (VS) and then in vivo rooting and acclimatization under combined-treatment by some materials with IBA, were investigated. Concentration of $CO_2$ and ethylene in the vessel with VS was lower then in the vessel with non-VS. Change of temperature and humidity in the vessel with VS was repeated by light condition. Stomatal pares of tissue in the vessel with VS were immediately closed after plantlets were exposed to room humidity but those in the vessel with non-VS were opened after 20 minutes exposure to room humidity. Leaf area and chloroplast index of tissue in the vessel with VS was higher then in the vessel with non-VS. In vivo rooting ratio and acclimatization ratio of M.9 and M.26 was highest in 300mg/L IBA+3% sucrose dip-treatment among other combined- treatments.

        한국에서의 소아 류마티스관절염에서 발생한 포도막염의 임상양상

        Purpose: To investigate the incidence and clinical characteristics of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA)-associated uveitis in Korea and to identify the risk factors for developing uveitis and poor visual outcome.<br /> Methods: We performed a retrospective chart review of 149 patients who were diagnosed as JIA between January 2001 and December 2012. Patients were classified based on the International League of Associations for Rheumatology (ILAR) criteria and the incidence and clinical course of uveitis according to each subtype was investigated. We also evaluated the risk factors for poor prognostic outcomes.<br /> Results: The present study included 79 males and 70 females and the mean age was 7.42 ± 3.82 years. In 13 patients (8.6%), uveitis manifested evenly among JIA subtypes, including 5 patients with oligoarthritis type, 4 patients with polyarthritis rheumatoid negative type, and 4 patients with systemic type. Anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) was detected more in the uveitic group (46.13%). The characteristics of uveitis were acute (85%), bilateral (85%), and anterior uveitis (92%). Chronic uveitis occurred in only 2 patients who had uveitis at an early age (mean age of 5 years) and had severe anterior chamber reaction at presentation. Poor visual outcome was associated with band keratopathy and posterior synechiae preceded by the chronic uveitis.<br /> Conclusions: JIA-associated uveitis occurred evenly in each subtype. Uveitis was increased in the presence of ANA. Most uveitis showed good visual outcomes but in cases of early uveitis onset and with severe anterior chamber reaction at presentation the risk of chronic uveitis increased resulting in poor visual outcomes. <br /> J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2013;54(12):1838-1843

        기내 배양 사과 대목 M.9의 순화 후 휘묻이 번식 시 발근 관련 생리적 특성 변화

        본 실험은 사과 왜성대목 M.9 조직배양묘를 12회 이상 계대배양 시켜 발근, 순화 후 포장에서 휘묻이에 의해 번식을 할 경우, 복토된 발근 예정 부위의 호르몬, 무기성분 등의 변화와 발근에 미치는 영향을 보고자 실시하였다. 휘묻이 후 첫 부정근 출현 일수는 기내유래 M.9는 25일, 일반 M.9는 30일이었다. 발근율은 기내유래 M.9는 100%였으며 일반 M.9는 83%였다. 휘묻이 할 줄기 부분의 IAA 함량은 기내유래 M.9가 일반 M.9에 비해 높았으나 휘묻이 20일 및 30일 후에는 일반 M.9가 더 높았다. 그러나 ABA 함량은 일반 M.9가 휘묻이 직전, 10일 후 및 20일 후의 기내유래 M.9에 비해 훨씬 더 많았다. 기내 유래 대목의 질소, 붕소, 망간, 아연의 함량은 모두 일반 M.9 보다 유의하게 많았다. 기내유래 대목의 sucrose, glucose, fructose, maltose 함량과 일반 기외대목의 함량 간에는 유의성이 인정되지 않았다. 기내 유래 및 일반 M.9 대목의 리그닌 변화는 휘묻이 전, 10일 후, 30일 후에는 고도의 유의성이 인정되었다. 그러므로 기내유래 대목의 발근력의 증가는 당류와 호르몬의 함량 변화 보다는 무기성분과 리그닌 함량 변화에 더 많이 기인하는 것으로 보인다. This work was conducted to evaluate the effects of rooting on tissue cultured M.9 (Malus domestica Bork. cv, tcM.9) after layering in field. We investigated an appearance period of first root in shoot, rooting ratio, contents of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), abscisic acid (ABA), inorganic matters, sugars, and lignin in rooting areas of stems by layering. First root in shoot of tcM.9 and natural M.9 appeared 25 and 30 days after layering (DAL), respectively. Rooting ratio was much higher in tcM.9 than in natural M.9. The content of IAA was higher in tcM.9 than in natural M.9 before layering, but it was reversed at 20 and 30 DAL. In contrast, the content of ABA was much higher in natural M.9 than in tcM.9 in case of both before and 10 and 20 DAL. The contents of N, B, Mn, and Zn were significantly higher in tcM.9 than in natural M.9 both before and 10 and 20 DAL. The contents of sugars in tcM.9 had the similar pattern of the contents of inorganic materials. There were statistically significant differences in the contents of sucrose and glucose at 30 DAL as well as the content of maltose at 20 and 30 DAL. The content of lignin was significantly higher in tcM.9 than in natural M.9 before layering and 10 and 30 DAL while there was no difference 20 DAL. Therefore, improvement of rooting ability in the tissue cultured root stock M.9 might be due to the changes of inorganic matters or lignin rather than that of sugars and hormones.

        Si 기판에 제작된 AAO 박막의 기공 형성 최적화에 관한 연구

        AAO films were fabricated on two kinds of substrates such as $Al/SiO_2/Si$ and Al/Ni/Ti/Si. To obtain well-aligned AAO film, we optimized process condition for buffer layer, electrolyte and voltage. In the case of oxalic acid, the AAO film with pore size of approximately 45 nm was obtained at voltage of 40 V, temperature of $10^{\circ}C$, oxalic acid of 0.3 M and widening time of 60 min. Then the thickness of barrier is less than 600 nm. In the case of sulfuric acid, the AAO film has pore size of 40 nm and barrier thickness of 400 nm with optimum conditions such as voltage of 25 V, temperature of $8^{\circ}C$, sulfuric acid of 0.3 M and widening time of 60 min.

        AZ91 합금 용탕내 Mn과 Fe의 상호용해도 측정 및 AZ91D 재생지금의 성분조정에의 활용

        This paper describes a method to control Mn and Fe contents in recycled AZ91D ingots, based on the mutual solubility of Mn and Fe in AZ91 alloy melts. For this purpose, Fe solubility with the change of Mn content and temperature was investigated in the homogenized and re-precipitated liquid AZ91 alloy. The increase of the amount of Mn added to the melt resulted in the decrease of Fe content. The data obtained in this study was adopted to the pilot plant for recycling of the scrap. As a result, Mn and Fe contents measured in the recycled ingot were in good agreement with ASTM B93 standard.

        시야결손 전 녹내장 환자의 광간섭단층촬영, 단파장시야측정, 주파수배가시야검사계 결과

        Purpose: To evaluate the peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness with optical coherence tomography (OCT) in normal subjects and preperimetric glaucoma patients, as well as compare the results of OCT, short wavelength automated perimetry (SWAP), frequency doubling technology perimetry (FDT) in preperimetric glaucoma patients. Methods: Thirty-six eyes of 36 preperimetric glaucoma patients who have definitive localized RNFL defects in disc photograph and normal standard visual field, as well as 35 eyes of 35 normal subjects, were enrolled in this study. We compared the peripapillary RNFL thickness between the two groups using Stratus OCT. Stratus OCT, FDT, and SWAP results in preperimetric glaucoma group were also compared. Results: Compared with normal controls, peripapillary RNFL thickness, including the average, superior, and inferior quadrant, was significantly low (P<0.05) in the preperimetric glaucoma group, 93.40±11.16 ?m, 118.33±21.17 ?m, and 108.72±16.76 ?m respectively. In preperimetric glaucoma group, functional and structural abnormalities were found in 55.6% with Stratus OCT, 31.4% with SWAP, and 79.4% with Matrix FDT. Conclusions: Statistically significant reduction of RNFL thickness was revealed in the preperimetric glaucoma group, and Matrix FDT was the most sensitive test for detecting early glaucomatous change, followed by Stratus OCT, and SWAP.

        인적행위개선 포스터 개발과 활용

        As many as 111 reactor trips have occurred for recent 5 years('01-'05), and 26 cases of them have occurred due to human error. The trend of human error rate didn't decrease in 2004, so KHNP started to make efforts to decrease human errors. In 2006 KHNP bench marked excellent foreign nuclear power plants and introduced human error prevention tools. In addition, KHNP created as many as 40 posters for human performance improvement. The posters are based on the about 500 real incident reports collected through K-HPES from 1995. Therror preventive tols for the poster. This paper explains design of the posters and their application.
