We investigated the In-based ohmic contacts on Nitrogen-face (N-face) n-type GaN, as well as Gaface n-type GaN, for InGaN-based vertical Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs). For this purpose, we fabricated Circular Transfer Length Method (CTLM) patterns on the N-face n-GaN that were prepared by using a laserlift off method, as well as on the Ga-face n-GaN that were prepared by using a dry etching method. Then, In/transparent conducting oxide (TCO) and In/TiW schemes were deposited on the CTLM in order for low resistance ohmic contacts to form. The In/TCO scheme on the Ga-face n-GaN showed high specific contact resistance, while the minimum specific contact resistance was only 3×10(-2) Ω-cm2 after annealing at 300℃, which can be attributed to the high sheet resistance of the TCO layer. In contrast, the In/TiW scheme on the Ga-face n-GaN produced low specific contact resistance of 2.1×10(5) Ω-cm2 after annealing at 500℃ for 1 min. In addition, the In/TiW scheme on the N-face n-GaN also resulted in a low specific contact resistance of 2.2×10(-4) Ω-cm2 after annealing at 300℃. These results suggest that both the Ga-face n-GaN and N-face n-GaN.
유경 나사를 이용한 견갑골 관절와 횡골절의 관절경적 정복 밑 내고정

저 자들은 관절와의 전위 된 횡골절에 대해 관절경 을 이 용하여 골절된 관절면을 확인하면서 골절의 정복을 유지 하고, 견관절경술식에 일 반적으로 사용되는 견봉 바로 외측에 위 치 한 외 측 삽입 구나 또는 견갑상와의 상부 삽입구 (Nevlaser porial)에서 피부를 통해 직경4 mm 타이타늄 유관 해면골 나사를 이 용하여 고정하였다. 관절경을 이 용한 골절 내고정술은 좋은 시 야를 확보할 수 있었고, 최소 침습 수술이므로 작은 연부조직 절개 , 적은 출혈량, 수술후 재활 기간의 단축 및 조기 관절 운동 힌용 등의 여러 장점 을 가지므로 이에 수술 방법과 증례를 보고하는 바이다 We describe in this report the accurate reduction of a transverse displaced glenoid fracture through arthroscopic control . We used the lateral and superior (Neviaser portal) portal of the arthroscopic surgery in the shoulder joint for the U 4.0-mm titanium cannulated cancellous screw fixation. The advantages of this treatment are excellent intra-articular visualiBation, decreased soft tissue dissection ,less blood loss, shortened postoperative recovery and early ROM exercise. Danis-Weber B형 족근 관절 골절에 있어 유경 나사를 이용한 비골 외 과 골절의 치료

Purpose: To evaluate the radiographic results of the treatment for Danis-Weber type B lateral malleolar fracture with 2 cannulated screws. Materials and Methods: Thirty-four cases of Danis-Weber type B lateral malleolar fracture were available. Follow-up averaged 8 months (6-25 months). The medial clear space for lateral displacement of talus, talo-crural angle for lateral malleolar shortening, and malunion evidence of lateral malleolar fracture were observed. Results: Medial clear space was from 2mm to 4mm in 34 cases. Talo-crural angle was from $73^{\circ}$ to $82.5^{\circ}$ in 33 cases. One case was complicated with malunion of lateral malleolus. But, we found the same condition in the immediate post- operative radiographic film. Conclusion: We believe that the 2 cannulated screws fixation for Danis-Weber type B lateral malleolar simple fractures is an excellent treatment method.
