        남원 세계허부산업엑스포 방문객의 만족과 재참가의도간의 관계

        This study was conducted to find the important factors which co uld International Herb Expo 2004. In addition, in this study, we tr ied to extract the representative features from customer groups. To these purposes, we conducted Factor Analysis, Cluster sis, and Multiple Regression. The major fi ndings and marketing implicati ons could be summarized as follows: First, finally 5 factors Learning, Subjective Norms, , Usefulness, and Experience were extracted as the influential factors. Second, the 5 factors were revealed to hav e very strong relations with the Customer Satis on within the significance level of 0.01. Experience was revealed as an impor tant factor improving the Customer Satisfaction and Intention to Re-attend. T h i r d , cluster analysis identifi Belonger, Achiever, and Player. Then the Player was found to be the Opinion Leader.       • Rambus DRAM실장용 ${mu}!$BGA (Ball Grid Array) 및 ${mu}!$Spring 패키지와 전기적 특성

        본 논문에서는 μspring 패키지의 구조와 제조공정을 소개하고, 전기적 특성을 μBGA와 비교 분석한 결과를 제시하였다. μBGA에서와 같이 μSpring 패키지의 연결선 인덕턴스 값은 기존의 TSOP 패키지의 반 이하로서 월등한 고속 신호 전달 특성을 제공하게 된다. 또한 μSpring CSP 패키지의 경우 가장 열악한 substrate trace를 가진 핀에서도 2.9nH로 평가되어, Rambus DRAM module의 인덕턴스 규격 상한 값 4nH에 비하여, 약 25% 정도의 margin을 제공한다. μSpring CSP패키지는 μBGA의 약 50%의 제조 비용으로서 μBGA가 만족시키지 못하는 JEDEC Level 1 규격을 충족시킬 뿐만 아니라, thermal cycle 1000회를 통과하는 높은 신뢰성을 제공하여 강력한 경쟁력을 가진다. This paper presents the structure of a $\mu$Spring package, its fabrication process and an analysis of its electrical characteristics compared to that of a $\mu$BGA. It was found that both $\mu$BGA and $\mu$Spring packages provide with outstanding high speed signal transmission characteristics due to their lower inductance of package interconnection lines, smaller than half of inductance of TSOP package lines. Even the worst case substrate trace of a Rambus DRAM $\mu$Spring package yields the line inductance of 2.9nH, which provides with 25% margin compared to the Rambus DRAM specification of 4nH. The fabrication cost of $\mu$Spring package is lower than that of $\mu$BGA by 50%, passes 1000 thermal cycles, meets JEDEC Level 1 specification whereas $\mu$BGA does not, and thereby yields high reliability and strong competing power.

        인터넷 기반의 정보시스템이 경영과학 교육성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구- 수정된 정보기술수용모형과 자기효능을 중심으로 -

        This study suggests a revised TAM(Technology Acceptance Model)-based performance evaluation model in MS(management science) education. Recently, many MS education programs are developed on the basis of computer and Internet communication technology. Previous researchers used TAM as an individual performance evaluation model, and proved that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are the substantive successful factors. This study provides a revised TAM-based conceptual framework for understanding what is involved in improving university MS education and what might be implied by conducting research on its improvement. It is argued in this research that three sets of forces and conditions have a direct and indirect impact on MS education:first, each student has self efficacy and it is a critical determinant of behavior;next, the use of Internet-based information system at MS education affects on the renewal of MS education;and finally, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have impacts on behavioral intention and actual system usage. This research concludes with suggestions for which direction this framework provides for future research on the promise and limits of efforts to renew MS education in university.

      • 궤양성대장염의 관장치료

        늘어나는 추세에 있는 궤양성 대장염의 국소요법으로서 관장치료의 효용성에 대하여 알아보고자 본 고찰를 시행하였다. 1995-96년 사이에 간행된 최근의 중국저널에 실려있는 "保留灌腸" 이란 궤양성 대장엽의 국소요법에 대한 내용과 서양의학의 관장요법에 대한 내용을 함께 분석하였다. 관장치료는 기존의 내과적 치료에 반응을 보이지 않는 원위부의 궤양성 대장염에 대하여 지속적인 임상적 효능을 나타내며 안전하며,특히 직장내 출혈의 경우에 즉시형의 효과를 나타낸다. 保留灌腸은 주로 淸熱, 利濕, 解毒, 澁腸, 止血 등의 효과가 있는 한약 전탕액을 항문내로 주입하여 직장내에 국한된 병소에 직접적으로 약물을 투여하는 방법으로서 직장내 주입량은 100-150㎖ 정도이며 15-20일을 기본 치료기간으로 한다. 관장액의 구성 약물로는 주로 淸熱利濕, 澁腸止血의 효능이 있는 白頭翁, 地楡, 白급, 苦蔘, 敗ㅁ草, 五倍子 등이 사용되었다. Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory disorder of the mucosa of the rectum and colon. The rectum is virtually always involved, and if any portion of the remaining colon is involved, it is in a continuous manner extending proximally from the rectum. Patients with ulcerative colitis typically complain of bloody stool, diarrhea and lower abdominal pain. 5-ASA enemas are safe and effective in maintaining remission in patients with distal ulcerative colitis. Specially, the efficacy is shown by a reduction in rectal bleeding. Retention enema(保留灌腸) is local therapy that the manufactured herbs are administered into the rectum of patients with distal ulcerative colitis, Thp. administered volume is 100-150㎖, and treatment period is 15-20days. The enema-fluid consist of Pulsatillae Radix(白頭翁), Sanguisorbae Radix(地楡), Bletillae Tuber(白급), Sophorae Radix(苦蔘), Patriniae Radix(敗醬草), Chinensis Galla(五倍子) that have effects of clearing away pathogenic heat and dampness(淸熱利濕), astringing intestine to correct diarrhea(澁腸), arresting bleeding(止血). This retention enema is effective, but it needs to be compared with efficacy of 5-ASA enemas. Also, we should investigate about the safety and toxicity of the herbal medicines.

        수종 한약제의 위암세포에 대한 항암작용 효능 검색 및 약리작용에 관한 분자생물학적 연구

        Traditional oriental medicines have been used for treatment of various kinds of human cancers for long times and some of them proven to be effective clinically. However, the pharmacological actions and mechanisms related to cancer treatment are generally unknown. In an effort to clarify the action mechanisms of several oriental medicines used for cancer treatments, we planned this experimental procedures. We selected Cordyceps sinensis (冬蟲下草), Punellae Herba (夏枯草), Rehmanniae Radix (熟地黃), Paeoniae Radix (白芍藥), Oldenlandiae Herba (白花蛇舌草), Partulaceae Herba (馬齒? ), Scdopendra subspinipes mutilans (蜈蚣), Mylabris Phalerara (班蟄), Phellinus igniarius(桑黃), Ganodermae Lignum(靈芝) for evaluation, which have been used for patients of gastric cancers. The twenty grams of medicines were boiled in 100ml of water for 1 hour and filtered with $0.2\;{\mu}m$ pore-sized filter unit to remove insoluble particles. Initially we evaluated the effects oriental medicines on growth inhibition in stomach cancer cells. The gastric cancer cell line, AGS, was cultured in RPMI 1640 supplemented with l0% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum and treated with $10{\mu}l$ oriental medicines per 1ml of medium up to 48 hours. The specimens were subjected to MTT assay for evaluation of growth inhibition. We found mat Mylabris phalerata (班蟄) markedly suppressed the growth of cancer cells as shown in results. Next, we checked the effects of oriental medicines on cancer on cell cycles and apptosis. Mylabrls phalerata (班蟄) inhibited cell cycle progression of cancer cells a compared with control cells and cells treated with other medicines. In addition, Mylabri phalerata (班蟄) induced apoptosis in 30-40% of stomch cancer cells within 24 hours. Other oriental medicines used for this experiments did not show apoptosis-inducing effects on cancer cells. Finally, we determined the expression levels of genes associated with cell cycle and apoptosis. The expressions of Bcl-2 and bcl-XL were downregulated by the treatment of Mylabris phalerata (班蟄). However, the expression levels of genes related to cell cycles were not altered significantly. In conclusion, we found that Mylabris phalerata (班蟄) has in vivo gowth-inhibiting and apptosis-inducing effects on stomach cancer cells. However, we think that at least animal experiments are necessay for evduations.

        P2P 클라우드 스토리지에서 비디오 스트리밍을 위한 하이브리드 데이터 중복 기법

        기존의 클라이언트/서버 구조 기반 클라우드 시스템에서의 높은 설치 및 유지비용 문제를 해결하기 위해 P2P 클라 우드 스토리지가 등장하게 되었다. 하지만 현재까지 P2P 클라우드 스토리지에 대한 연구는 주로 데이터 가용성을 보장하는 기술에 초점을 맞추었고 실시간 제약 조건이 있는 비디오의 안정적인 재생에 대한 연구는 거의 진행되지 않았다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 P2P 클라우드 스토리지에서 데이터 가용성뿐만 아니라 효율적인 비디오 전송을 지 원할 수 있도록 복제 기법과 erasure coding 기법의 장점을 동시에 활용하는 하이브리드 데이터 중복 기법을 제안 한다. To solve the problems caused by such high installation and maintenance cost in the conventional cloud 1)systems based on client/server architectures, P2P cloud storages have been emerged. However, recent research on P2P cloud storages has focused on the technology to guarantee data availability but there have been little research on supporting stable playback of video data with real-time constraints. In this paper, we therefore propose a hybrid data redundancy scheme that takes advantages of both replication and erasure coding simultaneously to support efficient video transmission as well as data availability in P2P cloud storages.

        반모가 대장암세포에 미치는 영향

        The study examines the anti-cancer effects of the hot water extract of Mylabris phalerata(MP) using SNU-C5 cell lines. Microscopic analysis showed that 12 hours after MP treatment, the number of dead cells increased prominently. Significant cell death was observed 12, 24, and 48 hours after MP treatment through trypan blue exclusion testing. This suggests that MP is time-dependently cytotoxic. Mitotracker Red CMXRos staining and flowcytometry revealed that MP decreased mitochondrial membrane potentials. The absence of peaks on PI staining showed that DNA damage occurred in MP treated cells. Taken together, measurements suggest that MP has a strong anti-cancer effect on SNU-5 cell lines, and that this is likely to be due to the destruction of mitochondria and DNA damage.

        하이브리드 데이터마이닝 메커니즘에 기반한 전문가 지식 추출

        This paper presents a hybrid data mining mechanism to extract expert knowledge from historical data and extend expert systems reasoning capabilities by using fuzzy neural network (FNN)-based learning & rule extraction algorithm. Our hybrid data mining mechanism is based on association rule extraction mechanism, FNN learning and fuzzy rule extraction algorithm. Most of traditional data mining mechanisms are depended on association rule extraction algorithm. However, the basic association rule-based data mining systems has not the learning ability. Therefore, there is a problem to extend the knowledge base adaptively. In addition, sequential patterns of association rules cant represent the complicate fuzzy logic in real-world. To resolve these problems, we suggest the hybrid data mining mechanism based on association rule-based data mining, FNN learning and fuzzy rule extraction algorithm. Our hybrid data mining mechanism is consisted of four phases. First, we use general association rule mining mechanism to develop an initial rule base. Then, in the second phase, we adopt the FNN learning algorithm to extract the hidden relationships or patterns embedded in the historical data. Third, after the learning of FNN, the fuzzy rule extraction algorithm will be used to extract the implicit knowledge from the FNN. Fourth, we will combine the association rules (initial rule base) and fuzzy rules. Implementation results show that the hybrid data mining mechanism can reflect both association rule-based knowledge extraction and FNN-based knowledge extension.
