        베트남인 학부생의 자기결정성 동기 분석 - 전공 진입 후 학습자를 중심으로

        The goal of this study is to analyze the correlation among six types of self-determination motivation, overall self-determination motivation and academic achievement in 21 Vietnamese undergraduate learners. Firstly, results show that the highest average for the sub-components of self-determination motivation was identified regulation (m=4.750), followed by integrated regulation (m=4.512), internal regulation(m=4.131), and external regulation (m=3.458). Secondly, analysis of the correlation among the sub-components of self-determination motivation revealed a positive correlation for all of them, with the exception of a negative correlation between a motivation and identified regulation. Thirdly, the analysis of the correlation between overall self-determination motivation and achievement, and between the sub-components of self-determination motivation and achievement did not show any statistically meaningful result. However, there was a negative meaningful correlation between a motivation and achievement(-0.618) and a positive correlation between identified regulation and achievement(0.574). Considering that the highest type of motivation correlating with achievement was a motivation, results of this study show the importance of fostering at least external motivation in Vietnamese learners. The contribution of this study lies in being the first attempt to investigate self-determination motivation in Vietnamese learners.( .

        음악 SW 학습을 활용한 아츠 프로펠 학습 프로그램 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develop an effective music learning program by using software, as reinforcement of software education that was included in 2015 Revised National Curriculum would have significant influence on music learning in the future. Arts PROPEL, which was developed by Project Zero, a Harvard University research team, was applied to develop an effective program for improving problem-solving skills and SW operation. First, Domain Project and Process-folio proposed by Arts PROPEL were discussed and restructured so that they could be used in the educational environment of South Korea. As a result, a software education program and evaluation scheme for third-year middle school students were developed. This researcher, I hereby hope to contribute to improve students' creativity and give them a motivation of learning by music course with SW learning program. 본 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정에서 고시한 미래사회의 기초소양으로서의 SW(Software)학습의 강화는 미래의 음악교육에도 지대한 영향을 미칠 것이라고 보며 SW를 활용한 효과적인 음악학습 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 앞으로의 시대에서 요구되는 문제해결력 증진 및 SW능력 향상 등을 고려한 효과적인 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 효과성을 검증받은 하버드 대학의 프로젝트 제로 연구팀에서 제시한 아츠 프로펠을 적용하였다. 먼저 아츠 프로펠에서 제시한 도메인 프로젝트와 프로세스-폴리오에 대하여 고찰하고, 이를 우리나라 교육현장에서 활용할 수 있도록 재구성하여 중학교 3학년 대상으로 9차시의 SW교육 프로그램 및 평가안을 개발하였다. 본 연구자는 음악교과에서 SW을 활용한 음악학습이 시대의 흐름에 맞는 교육으로 학생들의 동기유발 및 창의성 증진 등에 도움이 되길 희망하는 바이다.

        Growth and Yield of Double Cropping Potatoes Produced Using Seed Tubers of Different Types and Sizes

        For stable cultivation in double cropping, it is important to use potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) cultivars with a short dormancy period of 50–70 days and plant seed tubers of appropriate type and size. An experiment was conducted during 2018 –2019 to investigate the effects of seed tuber type and size on growth and yield performance in double cropping. Whole tubers of three sizes (10–20 g, 30–40 g, and 50–60 g) and conventional cut tubers weighing 30–40 g from three cultivars with different dormancy periods, namely ‘Daeji’ (40–60 days), ‘Eunsun’ (50–60 days), and ‘Saebong’ (50–80 days), were planted, and their field performance was compared. Regardless of the cultivar, the increase in the whole tuber weight up to 30–40 g led to fast emergence, thereby increasing ground cover rate, shoot growth rate, and tuber growth rate, which ultimately improved tuber yield by 33–54%. Comparing the whole and cut tubers, ‘Daeji’ and ‘Eunsun’ showed similar growth and yield performance; as such, the performance of whole tubers weighing 10–20 g was comparable to that of cut tubers weighing 30–40 g. However, ‘Saebong’, a cultivar with relatively long dormancy period, performed better with cut tuber than with whole tubers. Based on these results, we recommend the use of whole tubers weighing over 30 g for double cropping. Further studies to break tuber dormancy are warranted in cultivars with relatively long dormancy periods (50–80 days), such as ‘Saebong’.

        건설업 근로자의 유해요인노출과 근골격계통증

        Objective: This study aims to systematically analyze the factors influencing subjective musculoskeletal pains by comprehensively considering the exposure duration of physical, biochemical, and ergonomic hazards among construction workers. Background: Construction workers are exposed to a variety of hazard factors, including not only chemical and biological hazards but also physical and ergonomic hazards. Method: The study analyzed survey data of 910 construction workers in South Korea from the 6th Korean Working Conditions Survey (KWCS) using binary logistic regression analysis, with worker characteristics and levels of exposure to hazard factors as independent variables and musculoskeletal pains, specifically back pain, upper limb pain, and lower limb pain as dependent variables. Results: The prevalence of upper limb pain complaints among workers was high at 43.5%, followed by 34.5% for back pain and 22.3% for lower limb pain. According to the results of binary logistic regression analysis, the worker characteristics influencing musculoskeletal pains were age, temporary employment status, and weekly working hours. Temporary employment status had an impact on all types of musculoskeletal pains, while increasing age was a factor for both back pain and upper limb pain. On the other hand, lower limb pain was influenced by weekly working hours. As for the hazard factors, exposure to ergonomic hazards such as manual heavy loads handling, awkward posture, and repetitive motion were found to affect the musculoskeletal pains. And among physical hazards, exposure to vibrations was identified as an influencing factor. The exposure to manual heavy loads handling affected all types of musculoskeletal pains, while the exposure to awkward posture affected back pain and lower limb pain. The exposure to repetitive motion affected lower limb pain and upper limb pain. In contrast, the exposure to vibration was associated with upper limb pain. Conclusion: Musculoskeletal pains among construction workers were influenced by ergonomic hazards such as exposures to manual heavy loads handling, awkward posture, and repetitive motion. Additionally, exposure to vibrations was found to affect upper limb pain. Application: This study can be applied to derive preventive policies by identifying the factors on musculoskeletal pains among construction workers through comprehensive consideration of hazard factors.

        Multiclass Method for the Determination of Anthelmintic and Antiprotozoal Drugs in Livestock Products by Ultra-High-Performance Liquid Chromatography–Tandem Mass Spectrometry

        The objective of this study was to establish a multi-residue quantitative method for the analysis of anthelmintic and antiprotozoal drugs in various livestock products (beef, pork, and chicken) using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. Each compound performed validation at three different levels i.e., 0.5, 1, and 2× the maximum residue limit according to the CODEX guidelines (CAC/GL 71- 2009). This study was conducted according to the modified quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe procedure. The matrix-matched calibrations gave correlation coefficients >0.98, and the obtained recoveries were in the range of 60.2%–119.9%, with coefficients of variation ≤32.0%. Furthermore, the detection and quantification limits of the method were in the ranges of 0.03–3.2 and 0.1–9.7 μg/kg, respectively. Moreover, a survey of residual anthelmintic and antiprotozoal drugs was also carried out in 30 samples of beef, pork, and chicken collected in Korea. Toltrazuril sulfone was detected in all three samples. Thus, our results indicated that the developed method is suitable for determining the anthelmintic and antiprotozoal drug contents in livestock products.

        학문 목적 한국어 읽기 교재에서의 읽기 전 활동에 대한 연구

        This study aims to analyse pre-reading material in Academic Korean as a foreign language textbooks and to understand shortcomings of such material, in order to suggest alternative activities. In academic reading, pre-reading activities are necessary to finally reach the reading goal, however in many cases they do not reflect any characteristics of academic language setting or are similar to pre-reading activities for reading for general purposes. Thus the need to suggest pre-reading activities that better reflect the context of academic language use. In order to make appropriate suggestions, pre-reading activities are divided first into knowledge-building activities and guessing activities. The activity content is then further categorized into content knowledge, language system knowledge and context knowledge. By applying this taxonomy, reading activities of five textbook of Korean for academic purpose were analysed and organized into 6 types. Results show that guessing activities are number is double compared to knowledge building ones and that the focus of the guessing activity is always on the text. On overall activities, those focused on language knowledge were overall quite limited. Moreover, in each text pre-reading activities were found to be not balanced. Lastly based on these findings, we suggest a guessing content more structurally balanced and show an activity sample where guessing of context and language are integrated. 이 논문은 학문 목적 한국어 읽기 교재의 읽기 전 활동의 유형을 분석하고 읽기 전 활동에서 보완해야 할 점을 파악하여 그 특성이 반영된 읽기 전 활동을 제안하는 데에 목적이 있다. 학문 목적 읽기에서의 읽기 전에는 학문 목적 읽기 기능 중 사실적 이해와 추론적 이해 기능을 통해 읽기 본 단계를 준비할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 기존의 교재들에는 읽기 전 활동이 일반 목적 읽기 교재와 크게 다르지 않고 소략되어 있는 경우가 많다. 따라서 학문 목적 읽기 교재에 적합한 읽기 전 활동을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 논의를 바탕으로 읽기 전 활동을 지식 쌓기 활동과 추측하기 활동으로 크게 나누고, 활동의 대상을 내용 지식, 언어 지식, 맥락 지식으로 구분하였다. 이러한 기준을 가지고 읽기 전 활동을 6개의 유형으로 분류하여 제시하였다. 6개의 유형으로 분류한 유형 분류 틀을 가지고 기존의 학문 목적 읽기 교재 다섯 권을 분석하였다. 그 결과 추측하는 활동이 지식을 쌓는 활동보다 많았으며, 대부분의 추측 대상이 내용에 치중되어 있었다. 또한 전체 활동 중 언어 지식과 관련된 활동이 매우 적었다. 교재별로 보았을 때도 교재의 특성에 따라 읽기 전 활동의 비중이 크게 달랐다. 마지막으로는 교재 분석 결과를 토대로 추측 대상이 균형적으로 계획되며, 언어 추측 활동과 맥락 추측 활동을 통합하여 보완하고, 언어 지식 관련 활동이 보강된 읽기 전 활동의 실제를 제시하였다. 이 논문에서 제안하는 읽기 전 활동의 유형이 앞으로의 읽기 교재 개발 시 반영될 수 있을 것이라고 본다.
