The incidence of chemothrapy related among pediatric cancer patient was 90.1%. Adequate oral intake and nutrition have been shown to be important. These consideration prompted the decision to survey by means of a questionaire. The questionaire were included nausea-vomiting peak time, causing factor, coping method, education need, diet pattern change and food preference. Results are fellow 1. Almost(90.1%) pediatric cancer patient experienced nausea-vomiting during chemotherapy and required coping method or reducing method. 2 . The food preference form were Identified. Those were fluid form, cold and small amout and frequentry eating form. The patients preferred noodles, chickens, soap, juice. The results of the survey indicate that nasea-vomiting relief nursing intervention are required pediatric cancer patient received chemotherapy. Health care personnels recognize the pediatric cancer patient's diet pattern and encourage the nutritional counselling. The care of patient should be multidisciplinary team approach and the nurse occupies a key position with in this team, which includes the pediatrician, nutrionist.

Since the middle of the 20th century, the continent of Africa has greeted many “returnees,” the diasporic descendants who moved in or visited in search of their “root.” As the number of returnees increased, marriages between Ghanaians and immigrants increased as well. The Dilemma of a Ghost (1965), written by Ama Ata Aidoo from Ghana, presents one of the rather unsuccessful marriages between a Ghanaian man and an African American woman. This paper analyzes Aidoo’s text based on the social and cultural understanding of Ghanaian society in the 1960s. I draw on early and later writings of W. E. B DuBois’s writing to bring in critical perspectives. Showing how Ato, Eulalie, and Ato’s family deal with the conflicts, Aidoo questions the conceptual “root” of the returnees and the dilemma of both Ghanaians and the diasporic Blacks. Through the portrayal of Ato and Eulalie’s failure to settle in, the play spotlights the easily neglected gap between Africans and diasporic Africans under the vague cover of Black solidarity; further, it suggests a potential solution by letting the uneducated, indigenous, and feminine—rather than the empowered masculine elite—offer hope by facing and embracing the problems.

Twenty eight compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Euphorbia jolkinii and evaluated for inhibitory effect on 5α-reductase activity. Among the tested compounds, 1-desgalloyl eugeniin, hippomanin A, euphorbin D, exocoecarianin, rugosin E, and pentagalloyl glucose showed potent inhibitory effect on the enzyme activity. The inhibitory potency of rugosin E and euphorbin D, which are dimeric ellagitannins on 5α-reductase activity, was 7- to 8-fold stronger than that of γ-linolenic acid.

스포츠 바우처 이용자의 관계혜택, 신뢰, 고객만족 및 지속이용의도 간의 관계

본 연구는 스포츠 바우처 이용자의 관계혜택, 지도자 신뢰, 고객만족 및 지속이용의도 간의 관계를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 스포츠 바우처를 이용한 경험이 있는 수강생의 부모 및 이에 준하는 법적 보호자를 연구의 모집단으로 선정한 후, 편의표본추출법을 통해 268부의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터를 통해 본 연구의 가설을 검정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠 바우처 이용자의 관계혜택 요인 중 사회적 혜택, 경제적 혜택, 고객화 혜택은 지도자 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 심리적 혜택은 지도자 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠 바우처 이용자의 관계혜택 요인 중 심리적 혜택은 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 사회적 혜택, 경제적 혜택, 고객화 혜택은 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠 바우처 이용자의 지도자 신뢰는 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 스포츠 바우처 이용자의 지도자 신뢰는 지속이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 스포츠 바우처 이용자의 고객만족은 지속이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 연구결과에 따른 실무적 시사점 및 현장 적용 방안이 제시되었다.

텍스트와 콘텍스트의 越境과 再生 -『藤野先生』과 『惜別』을 중심으로-

仙臺의 醫學專門學校에서 魯迅이 유학한 사실로 부터, 魯迅은 『藤野先生』을 썼고, 太宰治는 『惜別』을 남겼고, 藤野岩九郞는 『周樹人君을 회상하여』를 남겼다. 이들 텍스트는 상호 컨텍스트의 역할을 담당하며 中日關係 속 정치와 문학을 마름질해간다. 太宰治는 蘭醫學의 공로를 아주 높이 평가하고, 근대 일본의 개혁이 성공적이었음을 자부하고 있었던 듯하다. 『惜別』에는 이런 근대 초기 성공한 일본의 의학 유입 및 번역의 공로, 위생 도시에 대한 의지가 거듭 서술되고 있다. 『藤野先生』에서의 젊은 시절 만난 친절한 노교수를 추억한다는 일종의 身邊小說이고 단편적인 표현에 비해, 『惜別』에서 드러나는 유학처의 모습은 일본에 대한 동경과 차별적 시각이 일관되게 드러나고 있다. 中野重治가 평한 魯迅 작품의 강직함은, 『惜別』에서는 찾아보기 어렵다. 『惜別』은 작가가, 周君의 마음이나 미개 중국 상황을 필요이상 설명하고 있어, 역시 국책수행 작품의 진부함과 세련되지 못한 면을 드러낸다. 가끔씩 한편의 문학작품보다 회화 한 점이 많은 시사점과 해석을 내포할 때가 있다. 본고를 통해 魯迅의 많은 작품 중에서 그림에 관한 두 비평을 찾을 수 있었는데, 「陶元慶君의 繪畵 展覽會를 둘러보고」와 「司徒喬君의 그림을 보고」가 그것이다. 이들 비평문 속에서도 역시 魯迅은 「새로운 세계 사조를 따르지만 중국의 민족성을 잃지 말 것」, 「아직도 구태의연하고 허식주의인 중국 지식인에 대한 비판」과 「거친 자연환경에 굴하지 않는 중국 민중에 대한 사랑」, 「침략자에 대한 민중 나름의 저항」등을 강하게 피력하고 있다. 반면 太宰治는 문학과 미술 양쪽에 모두 소질이 있었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 미술가들과도 교류가 많았고 그들의 아틀리에에서 직접 작업도 하였다. 특히 太田靜子의 초상화는 작가 太宰治의 복잡하고 허무적이고 다소 퇴폐적 생활상을 그대로 담고 있었다. 이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 『藤野先生』과 『惜別』은 개별 텍스트로서도 중요하지만 상호 보완하여 콘텍스트 역할을 강화할 때 그 특징과 차이를 명확히 드러냄을 확인할 수 있었다. With an experience of his medical study in medical college of Sendai, Lu Xun wrote 『Mr. Fujino 』while Dazai Osamu wrote 『Farewell』 and Fujino Genkuro wrote a work 『Remembering Zhou Shuren』. Those texts play a mutual context in progressing politics and literature in the China and Japan relation. Dazai Osamu weighed high on the contribution of Netherlands medicine being proud of modern Japan`s successful reform. In 『Farewell 』intention of successful medical introduction, contribution of translation and hygiene city were repeatedly described. While 『Mr. Fujino』 is a short and personal novel to recollect a generous old professor whom the author met in his youth, the feature of study abroad in 『Farewell』 consistently shows a longing and discriminating view toward Japan. Nakano Shigeharu`s appreciation of the determination of Lu Xun`s works cannot be found in 『Farewell 』. In 『Farewell 』, the author explains the uncivilized situation in China or the mind of Mr. Zhou redundantly demonstrating stale and unrefined aspects of national policy work. Sometimes, a piece of painting may provide more suggestions and interpretations than a literary work. This study enabled to find two critics on painting by Lu Xun: 「On painting exhibition of Tao Yuanqing」 and 「On paintings of Si Tuqiao」. On the other hand, Osamu Dazai had shown his talent both in literature and arts. He had an active communication with artists and took works in their atelier. In particular, portrait of Oda Shizuko contains complicated, empty and decadent life of Dazai Osamu as it stands. As shown above, though 『Mr. Fujino』 and 『Farewell』 are important as individual text, the characteristics and differences could be clearly shown when the role of context was intensified by mutual complement.
