기반시설 민원 자료 분석을 통한 목표 서비스 수준 결정

One of the most important requirements in the asset management system of infrastructure facilities is to manage the level of service. After the facilities were built, many parts of the replacement or repair items will be occurred by the requests of the users on the way of operation and management. Many advanced asset management agencies are setting and developing the target service level for managing the quality of service provided by themselves, and also establish annual repair and replacement plan and a long-term plan, based on their target aim. In this study, the complaints related with the sewage of S-area were analyzed, in which is progressed the domestic asset management development for the facilities and pipes related to wastewater. Based on these complaints data, the S-area's service performance of odor, damage and back flow, etc. were analyzed and compared with service level management strategies of advanced asset management agency. Through the steps, response times of complaints having the unclear standards or guidelines developed into the more clearly establishment making the target level of service. The establishment of target LOS will constitute a standard that allows to manage the future service level of S-area. 기반시설 자산관리체계 구축에서 가장 중요한 요건중의 하나는 서비스 수준을 관리하는 것이다. 관련 시설이 건설되고 나면 운영단계에서 발생하는 개·대체 항목의 많은 부분들이 민원이나 사용자의 요구에 의해 이루어지게 된다. 이러한 서비스 수준을 관리하기 위해서 선진 자산관리 수행기관들에서는 목표 서비스 수준을 개발하고 이를 실천하면서 개·대체 연차별, 장기적인 계획을 수립하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 점을 반영하여 국내 자산관리 수행이 진행되고 있는 S지역의 하수 민원대장을 분석하였으며 이를 토대로 악취, 파손, 역류 등에 대한 S지역의 서비스 수행 내용을 분석하고 선진 자산관리 수행기관과의 비교 분석을 통해 하수시설 민원 처리시간및 목표 서비스 수준을 개발하는 단계를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 S지역의 향후 서비스 목표 수준을 관리할 수 있는 기준을 제시해 주었다.

The object of study is to find out the optimal points of design variables in order to minimize each of object functions on he roof deck and the open web steel joist, using the numerical analysis program 'ADS'. In so doing, design variables are thickness, diameter, and angle. Constraint functions are involved in stress, deflection, and geometric conditions, etc. In case of Roof Deck, it attemps to minimize the weight and search the change of angle connected to each of load cases. In Open Web Steel Joist, this study survey ratio of the length of the unit module and depth(a/d), minimize the weight of OWSJ in the method of grouping about the compression members, tension members, and web members. The algorithms used to this study are ALM method, BFGS method, and Golden Section method.
초등학교 6학년 학생이 분수 계산문제에서 보이는 오류의 학업성취수준별 분석

본 연구에서 초등학교에서 분수에 대한 사칙연산의 학습을 마친 시점에 있는 6학년 학생들을 대상으로 학업성취수준에 따라 분수의 사칙연산 과정에서 발생하는 오류는 어떤 것들이 있는지 분수의 사칙연산 유형별로 오답률을 분석하였고, 학업성취수준에 따라 각각의 분수의 오류유형에는 어떤 차이가 있는지 알아보았다. 분수의 사칙연산에서 진분수 사이의 계산보다는 대분수가 같이 있는 계산에서 가장 높은 오답률을 보이고 있다. 특히 동분모 분수의 계산보다는 이분모 분수에서의 계산에서 높은 오답률을 보이고 있는데 학생들이 이분모 분수에서 통분을 하는 것을 어려워하는 것으로 나타났다. 분수의 곱셈에서는 상 수준과 중 수준의 학생들은 계산오류에서 가장 높은 오답률을 보이고 있으며, 하수준의 학생들은 역수오류가 가장 높은 오답률을 보이고 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the types of errors that may occur in the four arithmetic operations of the fractions after classified according to the level of academic achievement for sixth-grade elementary school student who Learning of the four arithmetic operations of the fountain has been completed. The study was proceed to get the information how change teaching content and method in accordance with the level of academic achievement by looking at the types of errors that can occur in the four arithmetic operations of the fractions. The test paper for checking the type of errors caused by calculation of fractional was developed and gave it to students to test. And we saw the result by error rate and correct rate of fraction that is displayed in accordance with the level of academic achievement. We investigated the characteristics of the type of error in the calculation of the arithmetic operations of fractional that is displayed in accordance with the level of academic achievement. First, in the addition of the fractions, all levels of students showing the highest error rate in the calculation error. Specially, error rate in the calculation of different denominator was higher than the error rate in the calculation of same denominator Second, in the subtraction of the fractions, the high level of students have the highest rate in the calculation error and middle and low level of students have the highest rate in the conceptual error. Third, in the multiplication of the fractions, the high and middle level of students have the highest rate in the calculation error and low level of students have the highest rate in the a reciprocal error. Fourth, in the division of the fractions, all levels of students have the highest r rate in the calculation error.

Bsckground : CO laser emiis energy in the mid portion of the infrared spectrum at a wavelengt,h of 10,600nm. The CO laser is the workhorse laser in the treatment of cuianeous disease. With water as the chromophore(light-absorbing compound), CO laser light is highy absorbed in biologic tissue. Human body tissue comprises between 75% to 90% of water. The CO laser is superficially absorbed by tissue water, with little scat ter, limiting penetration into the skin to less than 0.1 mm. The beam can be delivered with a large spot size and low power density(defocus mode) or focused tightly with great power density(focused mode). As a result : the CO laser may be used both to vaporize and to cut tissue while coagulating blood vessels, providing a relatively bloodless su gical field. Objective : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the therapeutie effect of the CO laser on benign cutaneous tumors. Methods : 114 cases of benign cutaneous tumors treated with the CO laser between October 1987 and September 1992 were subjected to detailed analysis, The CO later is Pizer Laser system(U.S.A., Ca) Model 20-C CO. The laser produces power output that ranges from 0 to 25 W of continuous wave. Spot size is variable, between 0.3mm and 2mm. Results : 1. Angiofibromas and seborcheic keratoses showed very good response(95.3%, 92.8% ). 2. Syringomas showed a good esponse(82.8%). 3. Epidermal nevus and trichovpitheliomas showed a fair response(58.5%, 60%). 4. There were hypertrophic scars(10.5%) and transient hypopigmentation. Conclusion : The Co laser was a very effective modality for the treatment of benign cutaneous tumors such as angiofibromas, seborrheic keratosis and syringomas. (Kor J Dermatol 1993; (31):502-507)
