유아교육기관 평가는 유아교육의 질과 관련된 다양한 요인들을 평가함으로써 프로그램의 교육목표, 효과검증 및 수정·보완의 역할을 수행하는 것이다. 한국의 경우 2005년 시작된 평가와 관련하여 어린이집 평가인증제는 도입 이후 3주기, 유치원 평가 2주기 등을 맞고 있다. 이러한 현실에서 본 연구는 한국의 평가제도와 미국의 NAEYC의 평가인증 제도, 호주의 ACECQA를 비교 분석하여 한국의 평가제도의 개선의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 비교 분석에 따른 결과는 첫째, 한국의 평가제도가 평가 결과의 성패나 등급에 초점이 맞춰지는 것은 바람직하지 않다. 둘째, 평가의 결과가 주로 유아교육 보육의 전문가에 의해 결정되므로 학보모의 참여를 적극적으로 유도 할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 평가제도는 보육의 질 향상에 목적을 두고 있기 때문에 이를 지원하기 위해 기관 장학제도의 지원체제가 필요하다. The Evaluation of early childhood education institutes is to assess educational objectives of program, verify effect and perform a role of correct·supplement by evaluating a variety of factors related to the quality of early childhood education. Regarding evaluation that started in 2005, child care center accreditation system of Korea is reaching its 3rd year and kindergarten evaluation h as been on the second year. In this reality, this study aims to provide preliminary data for improvement of Korean evaluation system by comparing and analyzing evaluation system of Korea, accreditation system of the U.S NAEYC and NCAC, ACECQA of Australia. Results of comparative analysis are First, it is undesirable for Korean evaluation system to focus on the success or failure of evaluation results or grade. Second, results of evaluation are mainly decided by early childhood education professionals, so it is considered necessary to induce parents’ participation actively. Third, evaluation system is aimed at improvement of the quality of childcare, so the support system for organizational scholarship is necessary to support the aforementioned.

With the thousands of Heat Recovery Steam Generators(HRSGs) delivered worldwide over the last decade or so, it is operating the peak load on daily start-stop, weakly start-stop, taking advantage of various startup-shutdown types such as Cold ambient start, Cold start, Warm start, Hot start. But, these operating process bring on thermal deformation caused by heat transfer efficiency decrease, high temperature exhausted gas leakage, fatigue damage, etc. So, through this study, we tried to offer the preventive measure toward performance deterioration by such sectional heat duty calculation, structural observation, performance valuation of HRSGs in operation, and contribute to life extension for existing facilities.

How does the youth feel the sea affairs\ulcorner Concerning this question, this paper aims to measure the images of the youth toward the sea affairs - the sea, the ship and the seafarer and to examined the above subject. As sample 3, 250 students of middle and high school were selected by considering geographical environment. The data obtained using Semantic Differential Method were analyzed by principal component analysis, and the obtained factor scores were examined the significance of difference between sex, age and geographical environment. By introducing the principal component analysis, the authors extracted from each of the images, that is, factors of dynamics and affection to the image on these a and the former the factors and pleasure on the ship, and also the former two factors and factor of professional evaluation on the seafarer, The following results are obtained. 1) In the image of the sea, dynamic image of the student in high school were higher than the of the student in middle school in spite of geographic environment and affective image were opposite. 2) In the images of the ship, affective image of the student in middle school and high school in inland were high than the of the male and female student in near the sea. And also, male female students in middle school and male student s in high school of inland showed the highest score to the pleasure image. 3) In the image of the seafare, professional evaluation of the female student in middle school were higher than the others, but the students in high school showed the highest score to dynamic image. Especially, in the case of the majority of students in high school living in the city or town near the, their images of the seafarer were not so good in spite of their explorative experiences about the sea affairs.

Pityriasis rotunda is characterized by asymptomatic, multiple, brownish, round or oval shaped, isolated or confluent, fine scaly patches. It has been associated with a variety of underlying systemic diseases. We report a case of pityriasis rotunda occurring in a 15-year-old female patient with nephrotic syndrome and pulmonary tuberculosis. (Korean J Dermatol 2008;46(2):255∼258)

In cases of HRSG heat transfer tubes established in combined cycle power plant, corrosion conditions of IP/LP areas are serious than HP areas. Thin fin thickness by damage and deadlock between fins by dropouted fin caused excessive corrosion makes power efficiency decrease. This scattered rust powder by dropout fin may cause environmental pollution and a civil appeal. So, through this study, we made comparative analysis of lifetime of Zinced tubes, Aluminum coated tubes and Enamel coated tubes, have researched about coating methods for high corrosion resistance in composite corrosion environment like Sulfur Corrosion, Acid Corrosion, Thermal Stress, etc.
휘발성 원소들의 원자흡수 분광분석을 위한 매트릭스 개선에 관한 연구 (제 1 보). 흑연로 원자화에 의한 흔적량 납의 정량

매트릭스 개선제를 이용하여 물시료중 흔적량 납의 흑연로 원자흡수 분광분석에 관하여 검토하였다. 이 때 시료의 매트릭스를 개선시킬 수 있는 개선제의 종류를 찾고 그것의 사용량을 최적화시켰다. 쉽게 휘발하는 성질을 가진 납은 개선제가 없으면 희화 및 원자화 온도가 많이 낮으며 측정되는 흡광도도 낮고, 재현성도 좋지 않다. 따라서 개선제를 사용할 필요가 있는데, 납 50 ${\mu}g/mL$ 용액에 팔라듐을 5 ng/mL되게 첨가하면 희화온도를 400$^{\circ}C$에서 1,000$^{\circ}C$로, 원자화 온도를 1800$^{\circ}C$에서 2,000$^{\circ}C$로 증가시킬 수 있었다. 또, 보조 개선제로 알루미늄을 1.5 ${\mu}g/mL$ 혼합하여 사용하면 희화온도를 150$^{\circ}C$ 더 증가시킬 수 있다. 개선제로 팔라듐을 사용했을 경우가 개선제를 사용하지 않았을 경우보다 감도를 5배 이상 증가시킬 수 있었고, 상대 표준편차도 5% 이내가 될 정도로 좋은 재현성을 나타내었다. 그리고 본 실험방법의 유용성을 알아보기 위하여 학교 폐수와 파이프 세정 작업중의 수돗물을 실제 시료로 선택하여 정량하였는데 재현성이 좋은 결과를 얻었고. 이들 시료에 일정량의 납을 첨가하여 회수율을 얻었는데 89% 이상으로 정량적이었다. The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometric determination of trace lead in water samples was studied using matrix modifiers. In order to modify the sample matrix, the type and optimum amount of the modifier were investigated with a given concentration of Pb solution. In fact, if the matrix is not modified, lead has low ashing and atomization temperatures as to give a low absorbance with bad reproducibility because of its volatility. Therefore, optimum modifiers should be used to stabilize the atomization. In this work, the ashing and atomization temperatures were raised from 400 and $1800^{\circ}C$, to 1,000 and $2000^{\circ}C$, by the addition of palladium to 50 ng/mL lead solution as a modifier. The concentration of palladium was 5.0 ${\mu}g/mL$ in the modified solution. Furthermore, if 1.5 ${\mu}g/mL$ of aluminum was mixed with the palladium modifier as an auxiliary modifier, the ashing temperature could be increased $150^{\circ}C$ additionally. With such a treatment, the sensitivity was improved more than 5 times of the solution unmodified and the reproducible results of less than 5% RSD were obtained in the samples of university's waste water and pipe-washing tap water. It could be concluded that this procedure was quantitative in the determination of trace lead from the recoveries of more than 88% obtained in the samples in which a given amount of lead was spiked.
