IAEA, FT-04-020, and ANS 16.1, standard leaching test methods, were evaluated comparatively with their test results. Leaching index of $^{60}$ Co and $^{137}$ Cs by ANS 16.1 method for waste forms of paraffin and cement were above 6.0. Their leaching behavior were depending on the type of matrix and leachant. Leachability of $^{60}$ Co for cement waste form was higher in simulated seawater than do-mineralized water, and was higher in de-mineralized water for paraffin waste form. leachability of $^{60}$ Co was contrary to $^{137}$ Cs. Cumulative fraction leached of $^{60}$ Co was higher in order or IAEA > ANS > FT in a cement waste form.
광선각화증, 보웬병, 편평상피세포암에서 Ki-67, Cyclin A, p53, p16의 발현 양상

Background: Actinic keratosis (AK) and bowen`s disease (BD) are pre-cancerous diseases, and are regarded as an early squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). AK and BD can be progressed into SCC. In this process, tumor suppressor and cell proliferative proteins may play important roles. Objective: To investigate the differences of expression patterns of the immunohistochemical (IHC) staining and useful markers for differential diagnosis in AK, BD and SCC. Methods: Biopsy had proven 17 cases of AK, 20 cases of BD and 17 cases of SCC, which were all selected. IHC staining for Ki-67 and cyclin-A, as cell proliferative markers, p53 and p16 as tumor suppressor markers, were performed. Labeling index (LI) and distribution pattern of IHC expressions were measured. Results: LI of Ki-67 in AK, BD and SCC were 30.6%, 60.2% and 54.8%, respectively. LI of cyclin-A in AK, BD and SCC were 9.2%, 24.4% and 24.1%, respectively. LI of p53 in AK, BD and SCC were 20.7%, 37.9%, and 39.9%, respectively. LI of p16 in AK, BD and SCC were 10.6%, 38.3% and 39.9%, respectively. Lower 1/3 was the most frequent distribution pattern in AK in all IHC stains, full thickness lower 2/3 were the most frequent distribution pattern in BD and SCC in all IHC stains. Conclusion: LI and distribution pattern of Ki-67, cyclin-A, and p16, as well as the distribution pattern of p53 may be useful markers to differentiate AK from BD and SCC. Higher degree and full-thickness distribution pattern IHC expressions in all stains may be helpful in the diagnosis of BD, rather than AK. (Korean J Dermatol 2012;50(4):290∼298)

Statement of problem: It is difficult about assessing the loosening tendency of conical connection type implant after cyclic loading with diamond like carbon coating one-piece abutments, and also about the retightening effect. Purpose: This study was performed to investigate the influence of one-piece abutment screw retightening after $5.0{\times}10^{4}$ cyclic loading and Diamond like coating Material and methods: Thirty two ITI implant were divided to 4 groups. Group 1,3-titanium abutment, group 2,4 - diamond like carbon coated abutment. Group 1,2 - $20.0{\times}10^{4}$ cyclic loading after $5.0{\times}10^{4}$ cyclic loading, Group 3,4- after $20.0{\times}10^{4}$ Cyclic loading. After cyclic loading, periotest values were taken and removal torque values of abutments were measured with a digital torque gauge. Results: 1. The removal torque of group 2 after $5.0{\times}10^{4}$ cyclic loading is slightly greater than the other groups but not significantly higher than others (P>0.05). 2. The final removal torque values after $20.0{\times}10^{4}$ cyclic loading of group 1 is bigger than group 3, and group 2 is bigger than group 4, but not significantly higher (P>0.05). 3. The final removal torque values after $20.0{\times}10^{4}$ cyclic loading of all groups are not significantly different (P>0.05).
한국산(韓國産) 야조(野鳥)에 기생(寄生)하는 선충류(線蟲類)에 관한 연구(硏究)(제1보(第一報))

한국산 야조에 기생하는 윤충류에 관한 연구는 주들(1973)에 의해 흡충류 일부만이 기록되어 있을 뿐 그 외에는 거의 분류학적인 연구가 되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 저자 등은 1990년 1월부터 1990년 3월에 걸쳐 경기도, 강원도 및 경북등지에서 채집한 야조 5종으로부터 기생윤충류를 조사하였으며, 수집된 윤충류중 일단 선충류 3종을 분류, 기재하였다. 채집된 야조의 종류는 Garrulus glandarius brandtii, Cyanopica cyanus koreensis, Otus scops stictonotus, Asia flammeus flammeus, Buteo buteo japonicus 등이다. 동정된 선충류의 종류는 Acuariidae과의 Dispharynx nasuta(male & female), Spiruridae과의 Excisa excisa(male & female), Fillariidae과의 Diplotriaena manipoli(male & female) 등 3종이며, 이들 3종은 모두 우리 나라에서의 처음 기록되는 종들이다. From five species of wild birds which were collected in the period of January, 1990~March, 1990, three species of nematodes were identified. The three species were Dispharynx nasuta(Rudolphi, 1819) in Spiruridae and Diplotriaena manipoli Chu, 1931 in Fillaridae. They are the first recording species in Korea and the morphological characters of each species(male & female) are described.

Abnormal distribution of enteric nerves such as adrenergic, cholinergic and non-adrenergic non-cholinergic nerves (NANC) may cause the failure of relaxation at the involved bowel segment in Hirschsprung's disease (HD). Nitric oxide (NO) is a major inhibitory NANC neurotransmitter in the gastrointestinal tract. NO is synthesized by activation of nNOS (neuronal nitric oxide synthase) in the intramural ganglion cells and regulates bowel movement. To assess the distribution of nNOS in HD, immunohistochemical staining to nNOS was utilized on paraffin embedded specimens. Ten control colon specimens were tested for feasibility of staining. Immunohistochemisrty was done on ganglionic colon as well as aganglionic segment of 15 patients with HD. nNOS immunoreactivity was observed in the neuronal cells, small cells and nerve fibers in the muscle layer and submucosal neuronal cells of control specimens. This finding was also observed in the ganglionic segments of HD. But, there was no nNOS immunoreactivity in aganglionic segments of HD. In conclusion nNOS immunohistochemical staining of paraffin embedded specimen is feasible and reliable. And the results suggest that the relaxation failure of the aganglionic bowel in HD is related to the absence of nNOS containing cells and nerve fibers.
AlAs 에피층 위에 성장된 InAs 양자점의 Photoluminescence 특성연구

The optical characterization of self-assembled InAs/AlAs Quantum Dots(QD) grown by MBE(Molecular Beam Epitaxy) was investigated by using Photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy. The influence of thin AlAs barrier on QDs were carried out by utilizing a pumping beam that has lower energy than that of the AlAs barrier. This provides the evidence for the tunneling of carriers from the GaAs layer, which results in a strong QD intensity compared to the GaAs at the 16 K PL spectrum. The presence of two QDs signals were found to be associated with the ground-states transitions from QDs with a bimodal size distribution made by the excitation power-dependent PL. From the temperature-dependent PL, the rapid red shift of the peak emission that was related to the QD2 from the increasing temperature was attributed to the coherence between the QDs of bimodal size distribution. A red shift of the PL peak of QDs emission and the reduction of the FWHM(Full Width at Half Maximum) were observed when the annealing temperatures ranged from 500 $^{\circ}C$ to 750 $^{\circ}C$, which indicates that the interdiffusion between the dots and the capping layer was caused by an improvement in the uniformity size of the QDs.

The Purpose of cost Planning at the early Phase of construction Projects is to provide the clients with the appropriate cost information during the design decision-making process. Therefore, the cost planning process is expected not only to predict projects' cost accurately but also closely to coordinate with the design decision-making activities. This paper proposes a new cost planning method for the effective and efficient directions relating a design decision-making process. Strategies for this method are i ) to utilize elemental cost breakdown system, and ii ) to apply probabilistic distribution theories. Based on these strategic direction, this paper proposed a probabilistic cost planning model for high-rise office building projects. The suggested model provides appropriate cost information to meet clients limited budget and various project' requirements during the design decision-making process. This study is based on probabilistic distribution variables theories and the range estimating technique. This study also develops a web-based software program in order to apply the proposed cost planning model effectively in high-rise of office building construction practices.
가공식품 설비의 재질별 베이스 프레임에 관한 변형 및 하중 구조해석

In this paper, structural analysis was conducted on the base frame for materials of the conveyor system that automatically produces nurungji. The materials of the base frame were selected as SS400, STS304, Al6063-5. Structural analysis performed Von-Mises stress and maximum displacement for 38 hot plates in real situation, and performed weight of distribution force for yield strength, and calculated safety factor. SS400 and STS304 have little displacement, but Al6063-5 is deformed to 0.149mm, which is 2.6 times greater than other materials. However, since the safety factor was calculated as 8.5, it can be applied to the applicable food processing equipment. The weight of the distributed force for the yield strength of the materials was 17.7kN for SS400, 14.7kN for STS304, and 10.2kN for Al6063-T5. When manufacturing other processed foods with a base frame of the same size, a material suitable for the corresponding weight should be selected.

Surface photovoltage spectroscopy was used to study $In_{0.5}(Ga_{1-x}Al_x)_{0.5}P/GaAs$ grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD). Energy gap related transition in GaAs and $In_{0.5}(Ga_{1-x}Al_x)_{0.5}P$ were observed. By measuring the frequency dependence of $In_{0.5}(Ga_{1-x}Al_x)_{0.5}P/GaAs$, we observed that SPV line shape does not chance, whereas the amplitude change. This results is due to the difference in the lifetimes of the photocarriers in GaAs and in $In_{0.5}(Ga_{1-x}Al_x)_{0.5}P$. We also have evaluated the parameters that describe the temperature dependences of the band gap.
