This study was designed to clarify the mechanism of the inhibitory effect of forskolin on contraction, cytosolic Ca<sup>2+</sup> level ([Ca<sup>2+</sup>]<sub>i</sub>), and Ca<sup>2+</sup> sensitivity in guinea pig ileum. Forskolin (0.1 nM∼10ՌM) inhibited high K<sup>+</sup> (25 mM and 40 mM)- or histamine (3ՌM)-evoked contractions in a concentration- dependent manner. Histamine-evoked contractions were more sensitive to forskolin than high K<sup>+</sup>- evoked contractions. Spontaneous changes in [Ca<sup>2+</sup>]<sub>i</sub> and contractions were inhibited by forskolin (1ՌM) without changing the resting [Ca<sup>2+</sup>]<sub>i</sub>. Forskoln (10ՌM) inhibited muscle tension more strongly than [Ca<sup>2+</sup>]<sub>i</sub> stimulated by high K<sup>+</sup>, and thus shifted the [Ca<sup>2+</sup>]<sub>i</sub>-tension relationship to the lower-right. In histamine-stimulated contractions, forskolin (1ՌM) inhibited both [Ca<sup>2+</sup>]<sub>i</sub> and muscle tension without changing the [Ca<sup>2+</sup>]<sub>i</sub>-tension relationship. In Ձ-toxin-permeabilized tissues, forskolin (10ՌM) inhibited the 0.3ՌM Ca<sup>2+</sup>-evoked contractions in the presence of 0.1 mM GTP, but showed no effect on the Ca<sup>2+</sup>-tension relationship. We conclude that forskolin inhibits smooth muscle contractions by the following two mechanisms: a decrease in Ca<sup>2+</sup> sensitivity of contractile elements in high K<sup>+</sup>- stimulated muscle and a decrease in [Ca<sup>2+</sup>]<sub>i</sub> in histamine-stimulated muscle.

간접방식 디지털 검출기에 적용하기 위한 Bendable 형광체 스크린 제작 및 광학 특성 평가

영상의학 분야는 IT 산업의 발전에 힘입어 평판형 디지털 검출기를 널리 활용하고 있으나, 이는 인체의 기하학적 형태 를 고려하지 못하여 영상에 왜곡이 발생되는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기존 문제점의 저감을 위한 기초연구로써 Bendable 특성을 가지는 형광체 Screen를 통한 디지털 검출기의 일종인 간접방식 검출기의 개선가능성 평가를 수행하였 다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 적·녹·청색의 형광을 발하는 3가지 형광체를 활용하여 Bendable 형광체 스크린으로 제작하여 X-ray 선량에 따른 형광 발생량 및 민감도를 평가한 후 분석하였다. 실험 결과, CaWO4는 형광 발생량 및 민감도는 상대 적으로 낮아 개선이 필요할 것으로 평가하였으며, Gd2O2S:Tb는 타 형광체에 비하여 월등히 높은 형광 발생량 및 민감도 를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, Gd2O2S:Tb로 제작된 Bendable 형광체 스크린은 Bendable 특성이 구현된 검출 기 개발의 기반이 될 것으로 기대된다. The flat panel detector which is supported by IT technology is widely used for Radiology field. However, these detectors have a problem with distortions on the image because they can’t consider the curves on human body. Therefore, in this study, the improvement possibility of indirect detector which is kind of digital detector was conducted with phosphor screens which have bendable properties for decrement of image distortion as a primary research. The 3 kind of phosphors which have red, green, blue colors were used for this research were fabricated to bendable phosphor screens and analysed about change of luminescent properties and sensitivities by X-ray dose. As the results of this research, CaWO4 was considered to be improved its characteristics because it showed very low value of luminescent property and sensitivity. The Gd2O2S:Tb, However, showed highly superior characteristics on luminescent property and sensitivity. According to these results, additional experiments about bendable phosphor screen with Gd2O2S:Tb is considered to be able to the groundwork for development of indirect detectors with bendable property
