Alloy 600 Components Inspection Prioritization Using the Normalized PWSCC Susceptibility Index

Alloy 600 widely used in nuclear power plant is susceptible to primary water stress corrosion cracking (PWSCC). It is important to prioritize the inspection of Alloy 600 components using PWSCC susceptibility index. Plant-specific model for the susceptibility index was reviewed. The normalized PWSCC susceptibility index to a reference value is suggested and applied. The result was found to be reasonable.

Global warming is regarded as one of the most critical issues that should be taken care of by the entire global community as it threatens the survival of mankind. South Korea, in particular, undergoes faster warming than the average rate of global warming. South Korea has revealed various warming rates and trends being surrounded by sea on three sides and having complex terrains dominated by mountains. The rates vary according to regions and their urbanization and industrialization. Differences also derive from seasons and weather elements. Changes to the highest, mean, and lowest temperature are also different according to the characteristics of regions and observatories, which is more apparent where the force of artificial weather applies. In an urban area, temperature gaps tend to decrease as the lowest temperature rises more than the highest temperature. Meanwhile, temperature gaps grow further in a coastal or country region where the force of artificial weather is small and the force of natural weather prevails. In this study, the investigator analyzed the changes to the weather elements of 11 observation spots that had gone through no changes in terms of observation environment since 1961, were consecutively observed, and had the quality of their observation data monitored on an ongoing basis. Using the results, I tried to identify natural and artificial causes affecting certain spots. Located on the east coast of the Asian Continent, South Korea sees weather changing very dynamically. Having huge influences on our weather, China has achieved very rapid industrialization for the last 30 years and produced more and more greenhouse gases and air pollution due to large-size development projects. All those phenomena affect our weather system in significant ways. Global warming continues due to various reasons with regional change differences. Thus the analysis results of the study will hopefully serve as basic data of weather statistics with which to set up countermeasures against climate changes.

뮤직비디오에 구현된 헤테로토피아의 유형과 그 의미

헤테로토피아는 프랑스의 철학자 미셸 푸코가 제시한 공간개념으로 실제 장소를 갖는 유토피아를 말한다. 그가 논한 헤테로토피아의 여러 유형들의 특징을 종합하면 ‘이질성을 갖고 있어 인간에게 불안과 기묘함과 몽상을 제공하여 매혹시키는 공간’으로 정의할 수 있다. 특히 뮤직비디오는 음악적 형식과 메시지에 부합하는 환상적 공간들로 구축된다. 상당수의 뮤직비디오가 음악의 형식과 메시지를 수렴하여 현실 공간의 이미지를 창조적으로 해체한 후, 이질적인 의미를 주문하는 장소들의 집합으로 존재하는 것이다. 여타 영상콘텐츠와 비교해보아도 뮤직비디오의 이질성의 정도는 확연한 편이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본고는 뮤직비디오에 창조적으로 구현될 수 있는 헤테로토피아의 유형을 고려하여 세계적인 조명을 받은 일련의 뮤직비디오에 묘사된 이질적 공간들의 성격과 상징적 함의를 분석하고자 한다. 연구대상은 핑크 플로이드의 <벽 속의 또 다른 벽돌 2>(1979), 마이클잭슨의 <스릴러>(1982), 마돈나의 <내 사랑을 정당화해요>(1990), 브리트니 스피어스 <톡식>(2003), 레이디 가가의 <텔레폰>(2009)으로 제한했다. 본 연구는 지금까지 국내에서 진행된 헤테로토피아 관련 연구와는 달리, 영상콘텐츠에 나타나는 공간을 다루었다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 후속연구에서는 단순히 분석의 방법론으로서가 아니라, 콘텐츠 기획에 있어서의 전략으로 헤테로토피아 이론을 세공해 가도록 하겠다. Heterotopias, the spatial concept presented by the French philosopher Micell Foucault, is referred to as the utopia with the actual location. It can be defined as the space that provides anxiety, queerness and fantasy for human beings and enthralls them because of its heterogeneity when synthesizing the characteristics of its several types. This heterotopias finds expression in video contents. In particular, it manifests itself more vividly in music videos. This study adopted the works for its object such as Pink Floyd"s <Another brick in the wall, part 2> (1979), Michael Jackson"s <Thriller> (1982), Madonna"s <Justify my love> (1990), Britney Spears"s <Toxic> (2003), and Lady Gaga"s <Telephone> (2009). It attempted to shed light on the spaces foound in these works from a heterotopias perspective and to elicit the meanings contained in it. It discussed the usefulness of applying the concept of heterotopias in analyzing spaces in video contents.

일반논문 : 조직구조와 조직효과성: 관계와 재해석

본 연구의 목적은 조직구조와 조직효과성 간의 관계 분석을 통해, 비교론적 관점에서 조직효과성에 미치는 조직구조의 영향력을 재해석하고자 하는데 있다. 또한 간접적이기는 하지만 조직구조론적 관점에서 정부의 성과를 제고할 수 있는 대안을 모색하고자하는 데도 목적이 있다. 다시 말해 신자유주의에 기초한 신공공관리론적 행정개혁이 지닌 한계를 극복하기 위해, 조직구조론적 관점에서 정부의 성과를 높일 수 있는 대안을 모색해 보고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 조직구조와 조직효과성 간의 관계를 둘러싼 이론적 논의를 바탕으로 기초자치단체를 대상으로 한 분석의 결과, 조직구조와 조직효과성 간에는 상관성이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 조직구조를 구성하는 요인 가운데 공식화의 영향력이 집권화나 전문화에 비해 월등하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 반해 한국의 기초자치단체의 경우 빈번한 인사이동으로 의해 전문화가 미치는 영향력은 상당히 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 정부의 성과를 제고하기 위한 조직구조적 차원의 대안으로, 집권화의 역기능을 방지하기 위한 과감한 권한위임이 이루어져야 하고, 직무모호성을 제거하기 위한 공식화에 노력을 기울일 필요가 있다. 아울러 전문화를 배양하기 위해서는 빈번한 인사이동에 따른 폐해를 극복할 수 있는 대안의 모색이 이루어져야 할 것이다. The science of organizational analysis has developed to the stage where numerous research studies that have examined the relation of organizational structure to the behavior of organization members. Nonetheless, the discussion of organizational structure as a crucial part in organizational theory has not been generalized and its studies are less understood. Therefore, this study examines the literature addressing the empirical relationships, if any, between organizational structure and organizational effectiveness and provides how to improve performance at the level of government. As a result, organizational structure influences organizational effectiveness. In particular, the effect of formalization as one of the components of organizational structure is far higher than centralization and specialization. Accordingly, the delegation of authority to prevent the dysfunctions of centralization and formalization to remove the ambiguity of duty are necessary to improve government performance. Concluding recommendations for future research are offered to expand the subjects of study and develop measuring indicators.

<쇼미더머니>를 통해 본 한국힙합의 계승과 변화

본 논문의 목적은 한국힙합에 내재되어 있는 욕망과 저항의 양상을 고찰하여 오늘날 한국힙합의 사회문화적 기능과 위치가 무엇인지 이해하는 것이다. 이를 위해서<쇼미더머니>를 한국힙합의 표본으로 삼아 시즌 3부터 시즌 10까지 발표된 모든 음원들을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 오늘날 한국힙합에 내재된 욕망과 저항이 무엇인지 파악하고, 계승과 변화의 관점에서 과거와 비교하여 그것이 어떠한 의미를 지니는지 고찰해보았다. 그 결과 오늘날의 한국힙합은 다음과 같은 사회문화적 차원의 의미를 지니고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 한국의 언더그라운드 힙합은 독립적인 정체성을 주장하고, 자아실현을 추구하는 ‘태도’로 계승되고 있다는 것이다. 둘째, 한국힙합은 공적 담론을 위한 수단에서 개인적 담론을 위한 수단으로 변모하였다는 것이다. 셋째, 자본 및 물질만능주의가 저항의 대상에서 추구의 대상으로 옮겨졌다는 것이다. 본 논문이 한국힙합과 관련된 발전적인 담론 형성에 기여할 수 있기를 바란다. The purpose of this paper is to examine the aspects of desire and resistance inherent in Korean hip-hop. And to understand the current socio-cultural function and position of Korean hip-hop. For this purpose, <Show Me the Money> was selected as a sample of Korean hip-hop. And all the songs released from season 3 to season 10 were analyzed. Through this, I tried to understand the desire and resistance inherent in today's Korean hip-hop. And compared with the past from the point of view of 'inheritance and change', and examined what it means. As a result, today's Korean hip-hop has the following socio-cultural meaning. First, underground hip-hop in Korea has been handed down as an ‘attitude’, claiming an independent identity and pursuing self-realization. Second, Korean hip-hop has changed from a means for public discourse to a means for personal discourse. Third, capitalism and materialism have shifted from the object of resistance to the object of pursuit. I hope that this thesis can contribute to the formation of a progressive discourse related to Korean hip-hop.

뉴 노멀 시대 기독교 유튜브 콘텐츠의 기능과 가능성 - 국내 크리스천 1인 미디어 채널을 중심으로

본 논문은 기독교 유튜브 콘텐츠의 현황과 기능을 파악하고 뉴 노멀 시대 유튜브 플랫폼의 기독교적 가 치와 활용을 성찰하는데 목적을 둔다. 연구의 대상으로는 1인 미디어 형식의 채널을 선별하였으며, 이를 능동적 수용자론을 기반으로 한 미디어 연구 방법론을 적용하여 수용자들의 문화참여 양상을 분석하였다. 그 결과 현재 기독교 유튜브는 공감과 동일시를 통한 신앙적 정체성 강화, 문화매개를 통한 기독교의 사회적 인식 변화, 성도 간 기독교 정보 공유의 장 형성에 기여하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 반면 유튜브의 기독교적 활용에 대한 입장 차이, 비생산적 토론의 역효과, 컨버전스 현상의 미확산 등의 한계점 또한 발견할 수 있었다. 결론적으로는 일반 성도들의 문화참여 확대를 위한 기성교회 및 기독교 기관들의 지원, 신학교와 개교회에서 이루어지는 콘텐츠 리터러시 교육의 활성화가 필요함을 주장하였다. 코로나19 상황이 극복된 이후에도 유튜브 및 1인 미디어의 기독교적 활용은 지속적으로 논의되어야 할 것이다. This study aimed to identify current state and functions of Christian YouTube Contents and look into Christian values and use of YouTube platform in new normal era. Personal Media format channels have been selected as study targets and participation in culture aspects of users have been analyzed by applying media research methodology based on active user theory. As a result, it has been found that Christian YouTube channels contribute to strengthening religious identity through sympathy and identification, change in social perception of Christianity through cultural means, and forming stage of sharing Christian information among believers. On the other hand, limitations including differences in standpoints regarding using YouTube in a Christian manner, reverse effects in unproductive debates, and stagnation of convergence phenomenon have also been identified. In conclusion, this study argued that support by existing churches and Christian organizations for expansion of Christians’ participation in culture and invigoration of contents literacy education being conducted at seminaries and churches are necessary. Even after the termination of the COVID-19 pandemic, using YouTube and MeMedia in a Christian manner have to be discussed continuously.
