        급변하는 정보화 사회를 겪은 우리 세대들은 세대간 정보화 격차 등 사회적 문제를 해결해야하는 과제를 안고 있다. 새로운 세대를 Digital Native 라고 부르는 것에서 알 수 있듯이 사회가 디지털화에 빠르게 적응해가는 반면, 소외되기 쉬운 계층인 노인들에게는 그 적응력이 우려되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 사회적 분위기와 함께 노인이 인터페이스 기기를 편리하게 사용하기 위한 디자인을 검토하는 것을 목표한다. 이를 위해 노인을 인지능력과 학습능력이라는 두 가지 측면에서 고찰하고 사례화한다. 본 연구에서는 구체적인 디자인적 문제해결방안을 제안하는 과정에 연구가치와 의의를 둔다. The generation that underwent a variant information-oriented society should solve a numbers of social problems like digital divide. As people know as young generation called digital native, the society has become being deeply informatized. Otherwise the elderly has become worried their isolation and adaptability. With the social issue, a study has the purpose that developing handiness interface design for senior citizens. It considered the elderly cognitive and learning characteristics by precedent studies. This study has a significant role in that not only suggesting design solution for senior citizen but also establishing specific guideline of user interfaces with the right case.

        저자들은 갑상샘과다증 환자에서 원위 신세관 산증을 진단한 1예를 경험하였다. 갑상샘과다증 환자에서 저칼륨증에 의한 근육 마비가 발생한 경우 증상 호전 후에도 저칼륨증이 지속된다면 다른 원인을 감별해야 할 것으로 생각한다. Distal renal tubular acidosis is characterized by a decrease in net hydrogen ion secretion from renal collecting tubules. The most common causes of distal renal tubular acidosis in adults are autoimmune disorders, such as Sjogren syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, and rheumatoid arthritis. Compared to other autoimmune disorders, the concurrence of renal tubular acidosis and autoimmune thyroid disease is extremely rare. We report a patient who presented with hypokalemic paralysis associated with Graves` disease and distal renal tubular acidosis. (Korean J Med 69:S915-S918, 2005)

        목표 및 제약사항과 요구사항 간의 일관성 표현을 위한 척도에 대한 연구

        올바른 요구공학의 수행은 프로젝트 성공에 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있지만, 추출된 다수의 요구사항을 분석하기 위해 많은 비효율성이 발생하고 있다. 그러므로 추출된 요구사항이 프로젝트 목적에 적합한지 판단할 수 있는 수단이 필요하다. 추출 단계에서 요구사항의 적합성 여부를 판단하기 위해, 본 논문은 프로젝트의 목표 및 제약사항과 소프트웨어 요구사항 사이의 일관성을 표현할 수 있는 척도를 제안 하고, 제안된 척도에 대한 계산식과 해석 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 회의 예약 시스템 및 소음원 위치 추정 시스템의 샘플 시나리오를 통해 제안된 척도의 타당성을 검증한 결과, 제안한 척도를 통해 요구사항의 일관성을 정량적으로 표현할 수 있음으로 나타났다. 이러한 검증 결과를 통해, 제안된 척도는 추출된 요구사항의 일관성을 이용하여 요구사항의 적합성 여부를 판단할 수 있는 기반을 제공할 것이다. The performing properly "Requirement Engineering" plays the important role for making a success of project; however, many inefficiencies are occurred due to analyzing many requirements elicited. Then, there is the necessity of techniques to decide whether requirements appropriate or not. To decide them at software requirement elicitation phase, our study proposes metrics for representing the consistency between objectives/constraints and requirements, techniques for calculating expressions of them and interpreting the calculated results. We validate our metrics with sample scenarios of "Meeting Reservation System" and "Nosie Source Location System". As the result of validation, our metrics might provide foundations for selecting appropriate requirements.

      • 풀지르코니아 수복물의 실용성과 전망

        지르코니아 폴리크리스탈은 (Y-TZP) 다른 치과용 세라믹에 비해 기계적 강도와 파절저항성이 우수하다. 지르코니아 기반 세라믹은 캐드캠 시스템을 바탕으로 고정식 수복물 제작에 성공적으로 소개되어 왔다. 이는 고정식 수복물을 위한 금속 구조물의 임상적 대안으로 제시되었다. 지르코니아 수복물의 가장 흔한 합병증은 상부 도재의 파절이다. 다른 옵션은 고도로 반투명한 지르코니아를 전부지르코니아 고정식 수복물로 사용하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 전부지르코니아 수복물의 장점, 지르코니아 수복물의 임상적용, 지대치 삭제, 대합치 마모, 지르코니아와 레진시멘트와의 접착, 그리고 기공소와의 의사소통에 관하여 보고하였다. Zirconia polycrystalline (Y-TZP) showed better mechanical properties and superior resistance to fracture than other conventional dental ceramics. Zirconia-based ceramics have been successfully introduced into the clinic to fabricate fixed dental prostheses (FDPs), along with a dental computer-aided/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) system. It has been clinically available as an alternative to the metal framework for fixed dental prostheses (FDPs). The most frequent clinical complication with zirconia-based FDPs was chipping of the veneering porcelain that was affected by many factors. Another option was full-contour zirconia FDPs using high translucent zirconia. Full-contour zirconia FDPs has many clinical advantages but it caused concern about the wear of antagonist enamel, because the hardness of Y-TZP was over double that of porcelain. However, many articles demonstrates that highly polished zirconia yielded lower antagonist wear compared with porcelains. In this article (1) advantages of full zirconia restorations, (2) clinical applications of zirconia restorations, (3) abutment preparation, (4) surface finish of zirconia restoration and antagonist enamel wear, (5) bond of zirconia with resin-based luting agents, (6) communication in clinical & lab.procedures for full zirconia restorations are reviewed.

        Kano 모델과 통계 기법을 이용한 요구사항 분류 및 협상을 위한 정보 생성 기법

        요구사항 추출 활동은 다양한 이해당사자의 요구를 요구사항으로 추출하고 협상을 위한 정보를 생성하는 사전 준비 작업이다. 그러나 현재 고객으로부터 요구사항 수집을 위한 기법은 다수 존재하고 있으나, 요구사항 분류와 협상을 위한 정보 제공에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 요구사항을 분류하고, 협상을 위한 정보를 식별하는 기법에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구는 요구사항 분류를 위해 Kano 모델과 통계 기법을 활용하였으며, 협상을 위한 정보를 생성하기 위해 요구사항과 문제의 관계를 고려하였다. 제안한 기법에 대한 시뮬레이션, Rough Set Theory, 사례 검증을 수행하여 제안한 방법의 타당성을 검증하였다. The requirement elicitation is the task of eliciting requirements from needs of stakeholders, and preparing for information for negotiation. However, there are methods for gathering needs, but there is no specific method for classifying them, generating information for negotiation. Therefore, To solve the problems, this paper proposes a method to classify requirement and to generate information for negotiation. The proposed methods use Kano model, statistical technique, and identifying relationship between requirements and problems within scope. Finally, we validate the proposed method on simulations, Rough Set Theory, and case study of model.

        의치세정법

        Proper hygienic care of removable dentures is an important means of maintaining a healthy oral mucosa on denture wearers. Denture cleansing is often poor due to improper mechanical and the inefficient chemical cleansing of dentures. Dentists and patients should realize that microbial plaque on dentures may be harmful to both the oral mucosa and the patient's general health. This literature review was aimed to evaluate materials and methods for cleansing dentures and to discuss different means of keeping dentures plaque-free. A routine denture cleansing regimen should be designed to remove and prevent reaccumulation of microbial plaque and also to remove mucin, food debris, calculus, and exogenous discoloration. The combined use of chemical and mechanical cleansing is highly recommended for patients to clean their denture effciently.

        MAGNETIC OVERDENTURE

        Magnet는 수십년전에는 치과영역에 간혹 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 rare earth magnet의 개발이후로 총의치나 국소의치의 유지와 안정, 심미성을 위해 많이 사용되고 있다. 자석유지장치의 장점은 단순하며, 의치의 변위시 자동적 재안착이 쉽고, 잔존치근에 측방압을 적게 가하는 점, 장치의 재조정이 필요없다는 점, 다른 유지장치에 비해 상대적으로 저렴한 점등이 있다. 임상에 적용시 특별한 술식이 필요치 않으며 치주적으로 지지상태가 충분치 못한 치근이라 하더라도 의치의 지지와 안정에 사용할 수 있어 임상에 널리 적용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. The stability and retention of mandibular complete denture have been a continuing problem for dentists and patients. Magnets have been investigated or used in clinical dentistry as retentive aids. The obvious advantages are that these attachments do not need spacial equipments or require frequent adjustment of replacement with use, and they likely transmit less lateral forces to the abutment.         자하차약침(紫河車藥鍼)의 MIF 활성 억제를 통한 LPS 유발 류마티스성 관절염의 치료 효과

        Objectives : This study is to evaluate Effect of Inhibition Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor(MIF) activation by Hominis Placenta Herbal Acupuncture(HPA) on Rheumatic Arthritis(RA). Hominis Placenta is the placenta of healthy human, which is vital-strengthening medical stuff. In recent years, Hominis Placenta applied to chronic diseases because it makes us more resistance to diseases. Therefore it is supposed that HPA is effective on RA, a kind of autoimmune disease. When RA is induced, MIF is activated, too. MIF affects the process of inflammatory disease including RA. Methods : In order to investigate the effect of Hominis Placenta extraction on MIF(early RA inducing cytokine) and MMP(Matrix Metallo Proteinase)-9 mRNA expression by means of Reverse Transcriptase- Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR). In this study, we investigated the effect of Hominis Placenta extraction on MIF(early RA inducing cytokine) and MMP-9 mRNA expression by means of RT-PCR. Besides we investigated changing of MIF in synovial membrane and, Interleukin-6 receptor(IL-6R)-$\alpha$(pro-inflammatory cytokine), Signal transducers and activators of transcription(STAT)-3, MMP-9 after treating mouse, which is artificially attacked with RA, with HPA on its $ST_{35}$, LE201 in vivo. Results : 1. As a result of treating Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-stimulated Raw246.7cell with HPA, MIF(RA related cytokine) and MMP-9 mRNA expression is reduced in vitro. And this reaction is concentration-dependatant. 2. In synovial membrane of the mice treated with HPA, inhibition of MIF, IL-6R-$\alpha$, STAT3 & MMP-9 activation is observed in vivo. Conclusions : From the above results, it might be suggested that HPA mitigate tissue damage originated from RA, because it intercepts the early process of by inhibition MIF activity.

        Copy-milled Celay In-Ceram 전부도재관의 파절강도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to compare the fracture resistance of copy-milled and conventional In-Ceram crown. Four groups of ten uniform sized all-ceramic crowns were fabricated. In-Ceram Spinell and In-Ceram Alumina crowns were fabricated as control group, Celay In-Ceram Spinell and Celay In-Ceram Alumina crowns were fabricated as test group. All specimen were cemented on stainless steel master die with resin cement, and stored in $37^{\circ}C$ water for 1 day prior to loading in Instron testing machine. Using a steel ball at a crosshead surfed of 0.5mm/min, the crowns were loaded at $30^{\circ}C$ angle until catastrophic failure occurred. The results obtained were as follows : 1. With the value of $984.8N{\pm}103.67N$, the strength of Celay In-Ceram Alumina crowns had a significantly higher fracture strength than conventional In-Ceram Alumina crowns ($876.2N{\pm}92.20N$) (P<0.05) 2. The fracture strength of Celay In-Ceram Spinell crowns($706.3{\pm}70.59N$) was greater than that of conventional In-Ceram Spinell crowns($687.4{\pm}90.26N$), but there was no significant difference(P>0.05). 3. The In-Ceram Alumina crowns had a significantly higher fracture strength than In-Ceram Spinell crowns in both methods(P<0.05). 4. Ther order of fracture strength was as followed : Celay In-Ceram Alumina, In-Ceram Alumina, Celay In-Ceram Spinell and In-Ceram Spinell crowns

        수종 지르코니아 세라믹의 굴곡강도에 관한 연구

        Statement of problem: Increasing demand of esthetic restorations made lots of kinds of ceramic materials. Among them, zirconia has been being focused by many dentists. But, mechanical properties of zirconia were still unclear. Purpose : The purposes of this study were to analyze the flexural strength of various zirconia ceramics which had been currently used for clinic i.e., In-Ceram Zirconia(Vita Zahnfabrik, Bad $S\"{a}ckingen$, Germany), Celay Zirconia(Vita Zahnfabrik, Bad $S\"{a}ckingen$, Germany) and CAD/CAM Zirconia (Adens Zi-Ceram. Seoul , Korea). Material and methods: The four point bending test(ASTM Cl161) was used to measure the flexural strength of a specimen before and after circular heat treatment and fatigue loading. Results : 1. The average value of flexural strengths of CAD/CAM Zirconia, Celay Zirconia, In-Ceram Zirconia in dry condition were 806.5 MPa, 669.9 MPa, 605.6 MPa, respectively. There was a statistically significant difference in strength among the types (P<0.05). 2. After thermocycling, the average flexural strengths of CAD/CAM Zirconia, Celay Zirconia, In-Ceram Zirconia were 791.2 MPa, 604.2 MPa, 605.4 MPa, respectively. CAD/CAM Zirconia showed statistically significant higher strength(P<0.05). The others showed no significant difference after thermocycling(P>0.05). 3. After fatigue loading in wet condition. the average flexural strengths of CAD/CAM Zirconia, Celay Zirconia, In-Ceram Zirconia were 806.0 MPa, 674.9 MPa, 601.7 MPa, respectively. There was a significant difference in strength among the types(P<0.05). 4. There was no statistically significant difference in strength of the specimens according to experimental methods except for before and after thermocycling in Celay Zirconia(P>0.05). Conclusion: Besides high esthetic quality, zirconia had sufficiently high mechanical strength.
