        사내커뮤니케이션과 구성원 정서적, 자주적, 변화참여 열의와의 관계 연구

        본 연구는 현대 경영에서 중요시되는 소통과 그 동안 커뮤니케이션학에서는 잘 다루어지지 않았던 열의(engagement)의 개념에 주목하여 사내커뮤니케이션과 구성원 열의와의 관계를 통합적으로 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 실무 종사자 약 300여 명을 표집하여 서베이 연구를 실시하였으며, 본 정량적 연구결과를 보강하고 변인간의 관계를 심층적으로 이해하고자 사내커뮤니케이션과 밀접한 직무를 수행하는 국내 유수 기업의 홍보, 인사, 기업 문화 담당 실무자 11명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행했다. 연구결과, 사내커뮤니케이션의 차원과 구성원 열의의 세부 변인 간에 밀접한 영향 관계가 나타났다. 기업의 가치관(경영이념)에 대한 구성원의 이해가 높을수록 구성원은 기업에 대한 소속감, 애착감이 높아지는 상관관계가 나타났으며, 업무상황에서 개인의 커뮤니케이션 능력과 구성원의 역할인지가 높을수록 업무에 대한 의미감과 자신감이 높게 나타나는 정(+)적인 관계를 발견할 수 있었다. 또한 조직 변화 시기에 구성원의 지지와 참여를 이끌어내기 위해서는 커뮤니케이션 캠페인 활동이 필수적이며, 이를 통해 성공적인 변화를 안착할 수 있음이 드러났다. 본 연구는 그동안 다양한 용어와 개념적 접근으로 혼재되었던 열의(engagement)를 종합적으로 고찰하여 한국형 구성원 열의를 설명하고자 시도했던 첫 연구라 할 수 있다. 특히 구성원 열의를 자발적이고 능동적인 개념에 주목하여 3가지 차원(정서적 열의, 자주적 열의, 변화참여 열의)을 도출하였다는 점에서 현대 조직 구성원의 특성을 반영하여 열의에 대한 새로운 논의를 이끌어냈다. 또한, 실무적으로도 사보제작 및 사내방송을 통한 일방향적인 커뮤니케이션 전술의 한계를 벗어나 구성원의 열의를 증진시키는 데 기여할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 콘텐츠 및 전략을 논의하였다. The purpose of present study is to identify relations of internal communication (sharing the values, clearness of work communication, communication campaigns) and employee engagement(affective, independent, change-participation will in change situation). The major findings of the study are summarized as follows: First, there is a direct correlation between sharing the values and affective employee engagement. Especially, employees’ understanding of CEO’s philosophy is significantly associated with employees’ membership and organizational identification. Second, the clearness of work communication has positively related to independent employee engagement in work circumstance. In particular, through the open communication at work, personal communication ability and knowledge of working role are considerably associated with perception of work meaningfulness and job confidence. Third, communication campaign has positive effect on employee change-participation will in organizational change situation. This study has a significance owing to looking into the relations between communication and employee engagement in multiple levels. It focuses on not only the specific conditions related to employee’s job satisfaction or citizenship behaviors but also participation will in organizational changing situation. Also, this study strongly concludes that internal communication factors need to be considered in order to increase the level of employee engagement and improve the work effectiveness.

        Ischemia-Related Changes in Galanin Expression in the Dentate Hilar Region after Transient Forebrain Ischemia in Gerbils

        <P>Although galanin (GAL) protects hippocampal neurons from ischemic damage, no study has examined ischemia-related changes in endogenous GAL in the hippocampal dentate gyrus. We investigated the chronological changes of GAL, well-known as the potassium channel opener, expression in the dentate gyrus at various times after 5 min of transient forebrain ischemia in gerbils. A few GAL-immunoreactive (IR) neurons were found in the polymorphic layer of the sham-operated group. Three hours after ischemia-reperfusion, the pattern of GAL immunoreactivity was similar to that of the sham-operated group and the number of GAL-IR neurons and immunoreactivity were highest 12 h after ischemic insult. At this time, GAL-IR neurons in the polymorphic layer showed strong GAL immunoreactivity. Thereafter, GAL-IR neurons and immunoreactivity significantly decreased in the dentate hilar region. Four days after ischemic insult, GAL-IR neurons were not detectable. In addition, the results of a Western blot study showed a pattern of GAL expression similar to the immunohistochemical changes. GAL protein content also was highest 12 h after ischemia. In conclusion, the increased expression of endogenous GAL in the dentate gyrus after ischemia is related to response to the ischemic damage.</P>

        Finding key vulnerable areas by a climate change vulnerability assessment

        <P>Extreme climate events such as typhoons, heat waves, and floods have increased in frequency with climate change. Many municipalities within the Republic of Korea (ROK) have experienced damage from these events, necessitating countermeasures. Vulnerability assessment has been suggested in the implementation of a national plan for reducing damage resulting from climate change. Thus, in this study, we assess the vulnerability of the ROK and identify key vulnerable municipalities in support of the national adaptation plan. We create a framework for assessing the vulnerability of all 232 municipalities of the ROK with respect to 32 items in 7 fields. The framework regards decision makers' comprehension and availability of data as important factors. We assess the vulnerability index of each municipality by using variables of climate exposure, sensitivity, and adaptation capacity. The weights of variables are determined by the Delphi method. We used the representative concentration pathways 8.5 climate scenario to reflect future climate exposure for the vulnerability assessment. From the analysis, vulnerability maps are prepared for the 32 items of 7 fields, and key vulnerable municipalities are identified by aggregating the maps. The distribution of vulnerable municipalities changes with the future climate conditions. These maps provide a scientific and objective basis for the ROK government to establish adaptation plans and allocate resources. The ROK government can utilize the results to identify the characteristics of highly vulnerable areas, and municipalities can use the results as a basis for requesting support from the national government.</P>

        Decidualized cutaneous endometriosis infrequently arises in the absence of pelvic disease. It is described in which the histologic features included cytologic atypia, circumscription of endometrial epithelial cells with glandular or cystically dilated space, mononuclear cells within and around the endometrial nodules, and accompanied myxoid change. This histologic pseudomalignancy is not common and be misinterpreted as metastatic carcinoma or malignant tumors arising from soft tissue due to location of nodule and histologic feature. We have experienced two cases of myxoid change in decidualized cutaneous endometriosis in the abdominal scar following Cesarean section, which is presented with a brief review of the literature.

        The Roles of the Government in Developing "Sport for All Movement" in Korea: From Intervention / Control to Accommodation / Support

        This study attempts to figure out the roles of the government in developing ``sport for all movements`` which from intervention/control to accommodation/support. It discusses the relationships between the development of sport for all and the governmental roles in Korea in terms of political, economic and societal changes. It points out that the governmental intervention and control were the basic orientation of sport-policies when the civil sectors of society and local autonomous administration were underdeveloped and the political regime was authoritarian. With the development and democratization of the civil society and politics, however, this study stresses that non-governmental organizations and local autonomous governments tend to take on the responsibility for the sport for movement. With regard to societal changes, the roles of the government should be more toward accommodation and support rather than intervention and control. This study argues that the expansion and growth of civil sectors will increase the diversification, effectiveness, and efficiency of the sport for all movement and that the increase in the functions and roles of the local governments will help to mobilize the local resources and community-based sport for all movement. Finally, it suggests the strong partnership relationships between the civil sectors and the government, and between the local and the national governments based upon mutual trust and cooperation.

        사염화탄소 투여 흰쥐에서 간섬유화 진행에 따른 Propranolol 의 약동학적 지표들의 변화

        Background/Aims : This study was designed to determine the effect of hepatic fibrotic severity on pharmacokinetics of propranolol in CC1q - treated rats. Methods - 1 mL/kg of 10% CC14 in olive oil was injected intramuscularly to rats twice weekly for 4, 6, 8 and 10 weeks, respectively (n=6). Control (n=6) was a sham - injected equal dose of olive oil for 10 weeks. After intravenous bolus injection of 2 mg/kg propranolol to rats, the serum propranolol concentrations were analyzed for 4 hours at various time points by a HPLC - fluorimetric system, and pharmacokinetic parameters such as Co, MRT, AUC, Vdss, tl/2(p) and CLp were determined. Then, a small amount of hepatic tissue was obtained and subjected to determination of the hepatic 4 - hydroxyproline content, which confirmed the hepatic fibrotic severity. Results : The serum concentrations of propranolol at 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 hours were significantly increased in CC1q-treated rats (p$lt;0.01). In proportion to the duration of CC4 treatment, Co and AUC were significantly increased, and Vdss and CLp were significantly decreased (p$lt;0.001). But MRT and t1/2(β) were not significantly changed. The hepatic 4 -hydroxyproline content was gradually increased in CC4-treated rats (p$lt;0.001). Conclusion - Gradual changes in pharmacokinetic parameters of propranolol were seen to be dependent on the hepatic fibrotic severity. We suggest that gradual dosage modification, according to their hepatic fibrotic severity, is necessary for many drugs administered to patients with chronic liver disease.(Korean J Hepatol 2001;7:181-188)

      • 자동차 칵핏 모듈용 플라스틱 소재의 열화 동특성 평가

        플라스틱 소재는 온도, 습도 및 자외선 등 다양한 환경의 영향으로 인해 기계적 물성변화가 심하기 때문에 체결부의 견고함이 느슨해지고 형태의 변형에 의해 부품간의 마찰 등을 유발하여 잡음이 발생하게 된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 자동차 칵핏 모듈에 사용되는 다양한 플라스틱 소재에 대해 온도변화에 따른 동 특성시험을 통해 유리전이온도, 저장탄성계수, 손실계수 등을 측정하여 상온 및 열화조건에 따른 물성변화를 파악하였다. 시험결과, 온도가 높을수록 저장탄성계수는 감소하고 손실계수는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. Engineering plastics are used in instrument panels, interior trim, and other vehicle applications, and the thermo-mechanical behaviors of plastic materials are strongly influenced by many environmental factors such as temperature, sun light, and rain. As the properties change, the mechanical parts creating unexpected noise. In this paper, the dynamic mechanical property changes of plastics for automobiles are measured to investigate the temperature effects. Visco-elastic properties such as the glass transition temperature and storage modulus and loss factor under temperature and frequency sweeps were measured. The data were compared with the original ones before the aging to analyze the behavior changes. As results, the temperature was increased, the storage modulus was decreased on the other hand, loss factor is slightly increases.

      • 인삼을 이용한 가공방법 개발과 효능검증

        본 연구는 인삼의 가공방법을 개발하고 제품을 다양화하기 위한 기초 자료를 확립하고자, 우리나라의 전통주인 약주로 증자한 후 홍삼의 일반성분과 ginsenoside의 함량을 분석하고 갈색도 및 탁도의 변화를 알아보았다. 또한 항암효과를 검증하였던바 그 결과를 보고하고자 한다. 1. 백삼과 홍삼, 증자 횟수별 인삼의 갈색 변화를 보기 위해서 각 인삼의 60% 에탄올추출물의 갈변의 측정 결과 갈변의 전구물질과 중간생성물 및 fufural, 갈색계의 색소, 탁도 모두 증자횟수가 증가 할수록 값이 증가하였다. 그리고 백삼, 홍삼 A1는 3가지 항목에서 모두 비슷한 경향을 보였으며, 상대적으로 A3에서 높은 값을 보였다. 2. HPLC상으로 total ginsenoside의 함량을 측정한 결과 백삼 28.20mg/g, 홍삼 421.10mg/g이고 A1~A9에서는 46.10~76.80mg/g으로 홍삼과 백삼보다 증자 횟수가 증가 할 수록 total ginsenosied 함량이 증가하였다. 3. HPLC상에서 분석한 증자 횟수별 인삼의 ginsenosides(G-Rb₁, -Rb₂, -Rc, -Rd, -Re, -Rf, -Rg₁, -Rg₂, -Rg₃)의 함량변화는 G-Rc, -Rd, -Re는 1회 증자한 A1에서 함량이 증가 하다가 증자 횟수가 증가 할수록 다시 함량이 감소하였으며, G-Rg₂, -Rg₃는 증자 횟수와 비례하여 함량이 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 4. 인체유래 간암세포(Hep3B)에서의 항암효과 검증실험에서는 물, 60%에탄올 추출물을 각각 1000ppm, 2500ppm, 5000ppm으로 처리 한 후 세포 증식 억제율을 확인하였다. 백삼은 모든 처리군에서 미미한 증식억제 효과가 있었으나, 홍삼은 60%에탄올 추출물 5000ppm에서 54.52%, A9에서는 96.28%의 현저한 세포증식억제 효과가 있었다. A9가 Hep3B에 대해서 백삼과 홍삼보다 세포 증식 억제율이 더 높은 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 약주를 이용해서 증자한 홍삼이 백삼이나 일반홍삼보다 총 사포닌, 진세노사이드의 함량이 증가하였고, 기능과 효능이 증강된 것으로 확인되어 우수함이 입증되었다. 또한, 홍삼정과, 절편정과 등 제품의 다양화와 품질개선에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 향후 증자 방법, 압력, 온도, 및 약주 등의 제조 조건에 따른 지속적인 연구가 요청된다. This study takes place to establish basic data to develop various ginseng-processing methods and products. It analyzed components and quantity of ginsenoside in red ginseng after brewing with the traditional medicinal wine as well as the brownness and impurity level changes, and verified anti-oxidization and anti-cancer effects. The following is the founding of these analyses. To examine the changes in the brownness of white and red ginseng, premonitory materials of 60% ethanol extracts were examined As the result of these examinations, all of the values of examined matters premonitory materials, mid products, Fufural, coloring matters and impurity level were increased as the brewing continued. And the brownness level for white and red ginseng was similar in Al and the values were relatively high in A3. The total Ginsenoside on HPLC was 28.20㎎/g for white ginseng and 42.10㎎/g for red ginseng. The quantity of total Ginsenoside was increased as the brewing continued as 46.10∼76.80㎎/g was shown in A1∼A9. To see the quantity changes of Ginsenosides(G-Rbi, -Rte, -Re, -Rd, -Re, -Rf, -Rg₁, -Rg₂, -Rg₃) contained in ginseng on HPLC, the quantity of G-Rc, -Rd, -Re were increased in Al the first brewing and decreased as the brewing continued. The quantity of G-Rg2, -Rg3 was increased proportionate to the number of times for brewing. In an anti-cancer test in liver cancer cells(Hep3B) extracted from human body, each of water and 60% ethanol extracts were processed with 1000ppm, 2500ppm, and 5000ppm and checked the multiplication restrain rate. All of the processing groups in white ginseng have minimum multiplication restrain rates, but red ginseng has 54.52% at 60% ethanol extract 5000ppm. At A9, 96.28%) of cell multiplication restrain effects were shown. Comparing Hep3B to A9, white ginseng has higher restrain effects than red ginseng. As seen in the above results, the reinforced red ginseng using the medicinal wine has higher total saponin and ginsenosides, as well as with increased functions and effects leading the superiority. And it is possible to use Red Ginseng Jung Kwa; Jung Kwas with flower pattern imprinted, and expect to increase the opportunities to use the extracts. Later, when brewing the pressure, temperature, and medicinal wine can be examined to continuous studies.

        인덕터의 DC 바이어스 특성을 고려한 대용량 DC-DC 컨버터의 손실계산

        It is necessary to accurately predict converter losses for optimized design of a high-power DC-DC converter. The losses of switching devices and inductor among the elements of the converter take significantly greater proportion. The current ripple will be determined by the size of the inductance and this inductance value varies depending on the DC amount of inductor current. As the inductance changes according to load current, the change influences not only the inductor loss itself but also the total converter loss. In this paper, for more accurate design of a bi-directional DC-DC converter for 30㎾-class energy storage system, more accurate computational model is proposed considering inductance variation according to the load current change. The inductance changes using variable magnetic cores are verified and converter efficiency is tested through simulations and experiments.
