The purpose of this study was to estimate the proportion of user charges out of total treatment costs and to investigate the occuring status of the charge of non-benefit service. The data were collected from 6 hospitals in 3 cities (Seoul 2, Incheon 3, Shihung 1), which containing 1,752 discharge-bills of discharged patients insured by health insurance. The data were analyzed after standardization of the items of non-benefit services. The result are as follows; 1. the average percent of the cost-sharing of discharged patients was 38.1%(benefit : 15.5%, non-benefit : 22.6%) and the proportion of the cost-sharing due to non-benefit services was greater than that due to benefit services. 2. The occurrence rate and the occurred number of non-benefit services were different among hospitals and showed characteristic occurrence rate in individual hospitals. 3. In acute appendicitis, the characteristics of the occurrence rate and the occurred number of non-benefit services by individual hospitals was similar to those of hospitals. It suggest that the hospitals intentionally applied non-benefit item to patients in order to increase their profit. These findings suggest that the burden of cost-sharing is still high especially due to non-benefit services, so it is necessary to extend the coverage of insurance benefits and to develop management system for the appliance of non-benefit services. Regarding the discharge-bill, all service charges should be included in the bill.

This study aims at analysing the relationship between housing and external space on the basis of Le Corbusier"s houses and his "Five Points of a New Architecture". As applications of the external space in housing are diversified, the boundary becomes unclear and the external space alters ways of using the internal space. The transformation of housing style that was set off by social problems from the start of the modern architecture enhanced the roll of the external space in housing. The technological improvement at that times increased the relationship between living space and light, ventilation, and the outside air. The premodern housing style that had separated the internal space from the external by walls was overcome in the modern housing transformation. The Five Points of Le Corbusier had a great influence on history of architecture and became a basis for the transition into the contemporary housing. By analysing the Points in regards with external space, the followings will be understood: the background of the interpenetration of the interior and the exterior and the roll of external space in each Point. This will explain the alteration of the boundary in housing and extend availabilities of the external space. To achieve this, this research evaluates each Point closely in regards with Le Corbusier"s houses. In addition it reveals that the external recognition which is implied in Five Points can be disclosed. This study is also dedicated to explore "Five Points and the notion and features of external space", "the formation methods of external space within housing" and "the relationship of external features within Five Points".

This study clarifies how the alteration through the inflow of the external space can be assimilated to the internal space. The inflow of the external space into the internal space is in contemporary architecture already widely accepted. For this purpose, ways of the inflow will be classified at first into three types: ‘open space’, ‘semi open space’ and ‘closed space’. Then these will be divided in turn, by applying them to the plan, into several subtypes according to the particular open space. The features of surface, in which not only the physical but also the nonphysical relation such as the permeability of glass are considered, should be analysed. To grasp the features of the influence of the inflow of the external space, following things will be illustrated: ways of space division, ways of demarcation, the relational structure between spaces, ways of the inflow and the relation of the inflow elements to space characters. Therefore the relation between the internal and the external space, ways of controlling of the inflow elements and utilization plans will be revealed. This analysis about the influence of the inflow of the external space can be applied as a manual for designing contemporary houses in respect of the logical relation of causality.
The Role of Autoantibodies in Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathies
( In Seol Yoo ),( Jinhyun Kim ) 대한류마티스학회 2019 대한류마티스학회지 Vol.26 No.3
Idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIM) are a heterogeneous group of autoimmune muscle diseases with systemic involvement. Patients with IIM present with varying degrees of muscle disease, cutaneous manifestations, and internal organ involvement. The diagnosis and classification of IIM is based primarily on the classification system composed of clinical features, laboratory value and muscle biopsy. In addition, the identification and characterization of myositis-related autoantibodies can help diagnosis and classification. Recently, many studies have also demonstrated that the physician can define the clinical syndromes, establish treatment strategy and predict outcomes based on the patients’ myositis-specific autoantibodies (MSA) and myositis-associated antibodies (MAA) profiles. MSAs are found exclusively in IIMs and facilitate the identification of subsets of patients with relatively homogeneous clinical features. MAAs are frequently found in association with other MSA; however, they may also be detected in various connective diseases. (J Rheum Dis 2019;26:165-178)
Case Reports : Osteonecrosis of the Humeral Head after Cerebral Angiography
( In Seol Yoo ),( Chan Keol Park ),( Young Kim ),( Seung Taek Song ),( Si Wan Choi ),( Jin Hyun Kim ),( Seong Wook Kang ) 대한류마티스학회 2014 대한류마티스학회지 Vol.21 No.1
A 79-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital for shoulder pain. A physical examination revealed a tender right shoulder with limitation of active, and preservation of passive, motion. She had undergone a cerebral angiography with coil embolization two months prior to admission. After the procedure, she was presented with pain in the right upper arm and shoulder. Due to persistent shoulder pain, an MRI of the shoulder was performed, and osteonecrosis of the humeral head was detected. We present a case of osteonecrosis of the humeral head after cerebral angiography.

This study is an analysis of the formation and characteristics of the space recreation through the internalization of the external spaces in a residential facility. The modern society showed a distinct privatization of the territories through the privacy and the increase of nature-friendly desires promote the use of natural factors in architecture and variable use of glass to create a non-materialistic shapes. The complex internalization of the external spaces suggests a new architectural space through diversity and exclusivity of the internal space. The external spaces that became internalized physically maintains the external characteristics and shows a differentiated shapes of the existing internal space, but the space organization in the middle performs as the overlapping space, visual flow expansion, and penetrating gap, spatial walls, and closed-off space as a neutral role. These spaces show the internalization characteristics of the external spaces, such as non-physical changes of shape, transition and changes of materials, visual openness, and introduction of external factors through shape, characteristics, senses, and abstracts. Such a phenomenon analysis integrates the relationship between the internal and external spaces and realizes the expansion of the internal space areas to reflect the diverse modern architecture as well as suggesting the methodology of the ample space utilization using the external spaces.
