      • Historical Development of Korean Judo through the Life of Kim, Jung-Haeng

        This study examines how South Korean physical education has been evolved through the life of a great contributor. Kim, Jung-Haeng made great contributions as both an educator and administrator in modern Korean sports history. The research method chosen to best serve this study was the recorded in-depth interview qualitative in nature. To be more specific, the authors took a closer look at the entire life of a participant through in-depth interviews and participatory observation process to see how his influenced the movement and development of Korean physical education and sports society. From a sports-based anthropological point of view, the authors intended to secure data by mobilizing in-depth interviews and of participating officials and enhance the completion of research based on various media and literary materials. The analysis of this study was based on James P. Spraddley’s (2016) theory using taxonomic analysis and domain analysis to guide the entire research process. Through these procedures, Kim, Jung-Haeng’s life was analyzed regarding two significant facets (i.e., academic circumstances and athletic field/industry). For this study, efforts were made to preserve the records of clubs dedicated to the development of Korean sports. More detailed findings from this in-depth interview are presented throughout this study.

      • 국내 데크작업의 생산성 증대에 관한 연구

        The use of plates have gone on constantly increasing the slab system of the steel structures in construction field but the productivity of deck plate installation has constantly declined because of the lack of coordination, fragmented nature, and queuing time. This paper provides models for analyzing the complex cause and effect relationships that may lead to a loss of productivity in construction. The purpose of this study is to suggest the methods to improve the productivity and reduce the idle time of the deck plate installation through work sampling, crew balance, work sequence evaluation, and Extend simulation. The model introduced in the paper will provide a new approach to evaluating occurrences of productivity.

      • 대단위 병렬컴퓨터 시스템 노드구조 설계를 위한 워크벤치(SKYLAB)의 개발

        Building the simulation environment of massively parallel computer systems has been recognized as a better approach over the experimentation on real machines to study extensively their architectural behaviours at a minimum cost. In this paper, we introduce a parallel processing workbench SKYLAB being implemented on DE C5000/25 and SPARCI workstations for design of node architectures featuring optimal organization for massively parallel processing. For the through analysis of the features of architectures in mind, the SKYLAB comes with thress major components: the compilerbackend translating single-threaded codes into their equivalent multithreaded codes, the node architecture emulator incopperating target CPU for program execution, and the graphic use interface for easy interpretation and expedating the analysis of the statitistics from the simulation runs. The design experience of the node architecture of the DAVRID multithreaded parallel processing computer using the SKYLAB examplifies how much effictively to make experiment on parallel simulations using this integrated toolset.

      • 건설 클레임의 예측모델에 관한 연구 : 턴키프로젝트 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to identify those attributes that affect a construction project, and to construct a model to predict construction claim in Turn-key construction projects. Data for the model development were collected using forty questionnaire surveys. This study developed a model and the likelihood of construction claims was modeled using logistic regression. People, process, and project issues play a role in predicting the likelihood of Turn-key construction claims. In this paper, the theoretical framework for predictable factors is first presented. This is followed by the research methodology. The results of the relevance of the attributes as tested in the fieldwork are then presented and discussed. Next, the Logistic regression model development is described, followed by model validation. The final section discusses the limitations of this paper and concludes the study. The essence of this study is that claims in Turn-key construction projects can be predicted by using variables.

      • 반도체 메모리에 사용되는 전압발생기의 펌핑 커패시터 개선

        In semiconductor memory, the kinds of voltage generator are high voltage generator, negative voltage generator, drain voltage generator and etc. The relevant circuits supported voltage generator, are clock generator, sense amplifier, voltage regulator and etc. The voltage generator consists of MOS diodes and MOS capacitors. To get the out voltage with sufficient charge, the MOS capacitors are big size. These MOS transistors can be adapted only on the EEPROM process. Thus, in this study, we designed stacked metal capacitor. This capacitor is small size bat can get capacitance. This capacitor is designed to comb type using metal-line and poly-line. The size of designed capacitor is 208×52 ㎛2 and the capacitance is about 4pF. The stacked metal capacitor can get much capacitance of 5~6 times than single plane capacitor. Also this capacitor will be easy adapted in sub-micro process technology of semiconductor memory. And this capacitor can be adapted on all memory process.

        다단토양층을 이용한 하수처리에 관한 연구

        The sewages produced from small villages, rural community, drinking water reservation area and park which doesn't have sewage piping system can be caused a serious water pollution at the restricted areas. The objective of this research was to suggest an economical and effective sewage treatment method by investigating the removal of the organics, nitrogen, and phosphorus in the multi-soil-layering reactor. Soil, natural zeolite, and iron slag were used as a supporting media of multi-soil-layering in this research. The purpose of natural zeolite addition was to maintain the consistent ammonium exchange capacity by providing a sequential environment, and that of iron slag addition was to remove phosphorus by adsorption. Continuous experiment of lab-scale single-soil-layering (S-1), multi-soil-layering (S-2), and mixed-soil-layering (S-3) methods were studied to compare and optimize three different types of the reactors. The organic removal efficiencies showed more than 90% in all three reactors. While S-1 and S-3 reactors showed about T-N removal of 31%, 45%, respectively, the average T-N removal efficiency of the S-2 reactor represented an 87%. In conclusion, that results suggest that the multi-soil-layering reactor could be effectively utilized as a plant for treatment of small village sewage.

      • Au를 공침한 SnO₂후막센서의 가스 감응 특성

        High selective and sensitive thick film type methane gas sensors were fabricated and their sensing characteristics for various hydrocarbon gases were investigated. Raw material, SnO_(2)/Au, prepared by coprecipitation was even grain size. SEM, TEM, BET and XRD analyses were carried out for investigation of surface morphology and crystalline structure. The thick film devices using the above materials exhibited high sensitivity to methane gas at the operating temperature of 400°C. The sensitivity of SnO_(2)/Au+Pd thick film devices to methane gas was higher than that to the other hydrocarbon gases such as iso-butane and propane. The optimal adding amounts of Au and Pd were 1wt.% and 3wt.%, respectively. The sensitivity, S, is defined as {(R_(A)-R_(G))/R_(A)}><100, which R_(A) and R_(G) are resistance in air and that in the gas ambient, respectively.

        항균성 펩타이드인 Mastoparan B의 살조효과

        Mastoparan B (MPB)는 벌독으로부터 정제된 양친매성α-helical 구조를 취하면서 14개의 아미노산 잔기로 구성된 염기성 항균성 펩타이드로서 여러 가지 생물막과 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 우리 나라 연안의 적조 (HABs, harmful algal blooms)를 일으키는 4종의 적조생물 (Alexandrium tamarense, Chattonella catenatum)에 대한 MPB의 살조효과를 조사하였다. MPB의 4종의 적조생물에 대한 살조효과는 31.3㎍/㎖에서 세포의 lysis또는 ecdysis와 같은 형태로 현미경으로 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한 MPB는 C. marina 및 C. polykridorides에 대해서 A. tamarense와 G. catenatum보다 더욱 강한 살조효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 MPB의 HABs에 대한 살조효과연구는 새로운 살조물질을 개발하기 위한 자료가 될 것으로 생각된다. Mastoparan B (MPB), an antimicrobial cationic peptide isolated from the venom of the hornet Vespa basalis, is a basic amphipathic a-helical peptide composed of fourteen amino acid residues. In this study, we have investigated the algicidal effect of MPB against hatmful algae blooms (HABs) casative Alexandrium tamarense, Chattonella marina, Cochlodinium polykrikoides and Gymnodinium catenatum. The algicidal effect of MPB showed in the concentration of 31.3 ㎍/㎖ to 500 ㎍/㎖ against 4 HAB species and observed cell lysis or cell ecdysis by microscopy. MPB reacted more sensitive to C. marina and C.polykrikoides than A. tamarense and G. catenatum. The algicidal study of MPB against HABs will provides much insight into development of new algicidal substances.

      • 사이클론 내부의 유동특성에 관한 연구

        For manufacturing the small-type incinerator with collecting performance of high efficiency, the experimental study was carried out with considering cyclone characteristics, tangential velocity, radial velocity and pressure of the internal cyclone. The model cyclone consisted of slick acryl was made for similarity and data of tangential inflow velocity were acquired by using a vinyl particle as a working fluid. The results obtained from the experimentation are summarized as follows : 1. Tangential velocity of internal cyclone increases as the size of particle become bigger 2. Pressure is maximum value at the wall of cyclone and decreases toward the center of cyclone. 3. The difference of pressure between maximum and minimum value is increased as the size of particle become bigger.
