        統一新羅時期 眞骨의 獨占官職과 昇進過程

        This thesis invegtigated the ratio where Sijung(侍中) had become the Sangdaedung(上大等). The ratio where the Sijung(恃中) is promoted to the sangdaedung was high in latter period more than middle period of the Silla(新羅). This means that political importance of the Sijung increased in latter period of the Silla. Also at the official inauguration rank against the posts of the Samgussgi jiggoanji(「三國史記」職官志), this thesis tried to observe the central high posts of the unified Silla(統一新羅). From Daeachan(大阿餐) to Taedaegakgan(太大角干) was only appointed to be Jingol(眞骨). In view of official inauguration rank, we know that Jingol possessed the Sangdaedung, Sijung, Byonngburyong(兵部令), Jobu교ong(調府令), Geungsungjujagjeungryong(京城周作典令), Sachengoangsaseungjengkemhashin(四天王寺成典衿荷臣), Changburyong(倉部令), Yebu교ong(禮部令), et cetera. Therefore political situation in the Unified Silla was operated by Jingol. On the basis of the Samgugsagi jiggoanji, the highest official posts where the official inauguration rank were Sangdaedung, Byonngburyong, Joburyong, Yeburyong, Naeseungsashin(內省私臣). If we consider the official inauguration rank, these official posts were highest official posts of the Unified Silla. Consequently, the official posts which were able to inaugurated as Sangdaedung was Byonngburyong, Joburyong, Yeburyong, Naeseungsashin.

        Computational study on dynamic pressure in a swash-plate axial piston pump connected to a hydraulic line with an end resistance

        Time-varying pressure produced in a cylinder chamber of an axial hydraulic pump is closely associated with various crucial issuessuch as system noise emission, swash-plate control, lubrication in sliding parts and etc. In this paper a computational study was performedto investigate the dynamic behavior of the cylinder pressure considering a general system of a piston pump, a hydraulic line, andan end resistance. Combined lumped and distributed parameter model was used, and led to successful fitting with existing experimentaldata obtained from a pump/line/resistance system which included a pressure relief valve in series. Using the developed tool, the effects ofseveral dimension and operation parameters were investigated assuming that the end resistance was a simple orifice valve. The calculationresults, depicted in both time domain and frequency domain, showed that the harmonics of the dynamic pressure and their amplitudesvaried with line size capriciously. It was also shown that the harmonic of maximum pulsation amplitude changed in a periodic wayas rotating frequency increased. Lastly, the pulsation amplitudes increased with the increase of discharge pressure proportionally with nochange of the harmonics.

        401年(廣開土王 10年)-404年(廣開土王 13年) 동아시아의 정세와 高句麗의 동향

        Goguryo(高句麗) was facing a chance to take advantage of the new era. during 401 A. D.~402 A. D., Goguryo(高句麗) and Later-Yan(後燕) shared a common border. At this time, the ruler of Later-Yan, Moyongsung(慕容盛) was killed by the revolt. Moyonghee(慕容熙) ascended the throne. The royal authority in Later-Yan was shaken by the revolt. Internal insecurity in the Later-Yan gave advantage to Goguryo. A great change occurred in the East Asia in 402 A.D. Power dynamics in the East Asia was divided into Northern Wei(北魏) and Later-Qin(後秦). And Jou-Jan(柔然) had sided with the Later-Qin in a military alliance. Later-Qin and Northern Wei fought a fierce battle from may to October in 402 A. D. Jou-Jan supported Later-Qin in the militarily at this time. In May A. D 402, Goguryo attacked Sukgoon(宿軍) in Later-Yan. The governor of Pyungju(平州), Moyonggui(慕容歸) of Later-Yan fled, abandoning the castle. Later-Yan did not strike back to Goguryo in A. D 402. And Goguryo attacked Later-Yan in november A. D 404 once more. Because Later-Yan was going through a political confusion at this time. Moyonghee built giant garden and palace. People of Later-Yan suffered the tyranny. The decline of Later-Yan appeared during Moyonghee's reign. What's more, Later-Yan was not connected with Later-Qin and Jou-Jan. Later-Yan was isolated in the East Asia. These situations leads to the triumphs of Goguryo. 이 논문은 401년(廣開土王 10年) 부터 404年(廣開土王 13年)까지 동아시아의 정세 속에서, 고구려의 동향과 대처를 분석했다. 이를 위해, 고구려와 국경을 접한 後燕의 정지척 정세와 後燕과 北魏와의 관계, 後秦과 北魏의 전쟁을 살펴보았다, 또한 한반도에 있던 百濟 · 新羅의 관계를 규명하면서, 倭 의 帶方지역에 대한 침입을 검토하였다. 다음은 논문의 중요한 내용이다. (1) 401년-402년에, 북중국의 강자인 北魏에 대해 後秦과 柔然이 대결하는 상황이 전개되었다. 이러한 정세 속에서, 고구려는 402년 5월에 후연의 宿軍을 공격해 함락시켰다. 이 때, 북위는 후진 · 유연과 전쟁을 하고 있었다. 따라서 후연은 적대국인 북위를 의식하지 않고 전쟁을 할 수 있는 환경이 되었다. 그럼에도 후연은 고구려에 대해 반격을 할 수 없었다. 이 점은 후연의 내적인 혼란에 기인하는 것이었다. 후연은 401년 8월, 慕容盛이 시해되며 심각한 상황에 처해 있었다. 또한 후연에서는 402년 11월, 石城令 高和가 반란을 일으켜, 궁전이 약탈당했다. 결국 401년-402년 후연의 내정 혼란은 고구려가 숙군 성을 공격해 차지할 수 있는 주요한 배경이 되었다. (2) 403년에 한반도에서는 백제가 신라를 침공하였다. 이에 따라 고구려는 주적인 백제에 대한 경계수위를 낮출 수 있게 되었다. 또한 403년-404년에, 後燕主 慕容熙는 龍騰苑을 만들고 逍遙宮을 지으며 민심을 잃고 국력을 피폐시켰다. 더욱이 404년에 있은 모용희의 遊畋으로 백성들이 고통을 받았으며, 士卒로 호랑이와 이리에게 죽은 자와 凍死者가 五千餘人인이었다. 고구려는 이 틈을 타, 다시 404년 11월에 후연을 공격하였다. 결국 고구려의 공격은 후연주 모용희의 실정과 깊은 관련이 있었다. 이런 상황에서, 고구려는 404년에 帶方지역(帶方界)에 침입한 倭를 궤멸시켰다. 이것은 고구려가 서북쪽에서 일어난 후연의 혼란과 한반도에서의 백제· 신라 간의 대립으로 인해, 그 군사력을 왜 격멸에 집중시킬 수 있었기 때문이었다.

        컨테이너터미널 트랜스퍼 크레인의 배정 및 이동경로 최적화 모델

        As the excessive competition between container terminals has been deepening, not only productivity, but also cost economic of the terminals has been raised. With regard to this, the competitiveness of the terminals is limited because of inefficiency operation of transfer crane(T/C) which needs large amount of energy consumption. Therefore, it is possible that the improvement in the T/C operation leads to saving cost for resources and energy as well as increasing the productivity of the terminals. This study provides ‘the K-Means Clustering based Optimized Decision Model for Transfer Crane Operation', referring to ‘RFID & RTLS based Port Logistics Initiative' of Ministry of Land, Transportation and Maritime Affairs and estimates the efficiency through simulating. 최근 컨테이너터미널 간의 경쟁이 심화되면서 생산성 측면뿐 만 아니라 비용경제성 측면에도 관심이 부각되고 있다. 특히, 에너지 소모량 및 장비투입 규모가 큰 트랜스퍼 크레인 부문에 대한 비효율적인 작업요소가 컨테이너터미널 경쟁력 제고에 있어서 걸림돌이 되고 있으며 이에 대한 개선은 인적, 물적 운영비용의 절감과 함께 생산성의 향상에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 국토해양부 주관으로 진행 중인 ‘RFID를 활용한 RTLS 기반 항만물류효율화 사업'을 통하여 제공 가능한 컨테이너터미널 반ㆍ출입 대상 컨테이너의 시간적 가시성을 토대로 트랜스퍼 크레인의 배정 및 이동경로에 대한 클러스터링 기반 최적화모델을 제안하고 시뮬레이션 기법을 통하여 기대효과수준을 확인하였다.

        신규 열병합 발전 플랜트 전력계통 안정화장치(PSS)의 실계통 파라메터 튜닝 연구

        Due to the global environmental issue to reduce carbon dioxide emission, combined heat and power (CHP) plants have widely been installed adjacent to load pockets. This kind of CHP plant typically consists of a gas and a steam turbine. Because of inherent complicated structures for the combined power plant, the application of power system stabilizers (PSSs) is not easy. Because it is important to set the parameters of PSSs installed in both sides without any negative impact. Careful consideration of possible interaction with the stabilizers installed in Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) and Steam Turbine Generator (STG) should be needed. In the paper, the whole procedure of PSSs tuning for the newly constructed CHP plant(569MVA) is proposed starting from data setup for tuning the parameters based on raw data provided by manufacturers to field test for performance verification of tuned PSSs

        저 차원 Hankel 구조를 이용한 PMU 데이터 복구에 관한 연구

        Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) provide synchronized phasor measurements at much higher sampling rate than that in the traditional Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. Several synchrophasor-based algorithms and techniques have been and continue to be developed for real-time operation applications such as state estimation, stability analysis, disturbance detection, dynamic security assessment etc. However, synchrophasor data quality limits the incorporation of synchrophasor-based applications into control room operations environment and processes. The goal of this project is to develop methods that can improve synchrophasor data quality by recovering missing data reliably and efficiently. Data recovery refers to methods that estimate the values of missing data in the synchrophasor streams. Recently, modeless missing data recovery methods have been developed, that exploit the low-rank property of the spatial-temporal synchrophasor data blocks. A spatial-temporal synchrophasor data block can be considered as a matrix that is constructed by the measurements sampled at consecutive time instants with each row denoting the measurement of one certain channel across time. By exploiting the low-rank property of synchrophasor data matrices, the missing data recovery can be formulated as a low-rank matrix completion problem. The low-rank matrix completion problem has been extensively studied in the past few years and several algorithms have been developed to recover a low-rank matrix from partial observations. In this study, synchrophasor data analysis has been combined with low-rank matrix completion theory to develop a missing synchrophasor data recovery technique and tool.
