        The prevalence of PPNG among pretreated gonorrhea cases isolated at the STD clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul has been studied and reported annually since 1981. In 1991, 123 strains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 58(47.1%) were PPNG. In 1992, 98 starains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 51(52.0%) were PPNG. In all, 109(49.3%) strains were found to be PPNG among 221 strains isolated between 1991-1992. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul showed increased tendency till 1989, thereafter, it has been stationary or slightly decreasing.

      • 특성화 대안학교 학생들의 메타인지 수준과 학업성취도간의 관계

        이 연구의 주요 목적은 특성화 대안학교1) 학생들의 메타인지 수준이 학업성취도와 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 밝히고자 하는 것이다. 메타인지는 학교학습에서 학업 성취를 신뢰롭게 예언할 수 있는 변인으로 작용하고 있으며 훈련 가능하고 조작 가능한 새로운 인지 특성이라는 점에서 최근 관심이 증대되고 있다. 또한 본 연구는 일반 인문계 고등학교 학생이 아닌 특성화 대안학교 학생들을 대상으로 연구했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 선행 연구들을 살펴보면 특성화 대안학교와 관련하여 학교생활만족도, 운영 실태나 인식에 대해 연구한 내용들은 많으나 특성화 대안학교 학생들의 메타인지 수준과 학업성취도에 대한 연구는 부재한 실정이다. 연구자가 대상으로 한 특성화 대안학교는 대안교육을 지향하며 인간의 존엄성을 소중히 여기는 성교육, 개인의 잠재력을 계발하는 특기교육을 실시하고 학교 운영과 교과목 편성이 자유롭고 토론식수업이 가능한 소규모 학급으로 입시 위주의 획일화 교육을 지양하는 학교로서 공동체 교육을 통해서 교육목표를 실천하고자 하는 학교이다. 연구대상은 질문지 방식으로 D고등학교 학생 73명을 대상으로 메타인지 수준을 측정하기 위해 MSLQ검사지를 이용하였고 학업성취도는 사회과 학기말 고사를 사용하였다. 연구 결과 학습자들의 메타인지 수준이 높을수록 학업성취도가 유의하게 높았다. The main purpose of this study is to uncover relation between level of specialized alternative school students' meta-cognition and their academic achievement. The interest in meta-cognition has been interested because it has new controllable cognitive features it has predicable and variable reasons in school learning. This study focusing on special alternative school students, not on general school student, is significant. Actually, there have been already many studies for atisfaction measurement, realities of management and awareness on special alternative school, but there are few studies for relation between level of special alternative school students' meta-cognition and their academic achievement. This target school rejects conformity focused on college entrance. It aims at alternative education and has small classes which make the students cherish the dignity of man, got a good education which can develop individual potentiality, adjust their schedule freely, and have free discussion in their class. And it also tries to practice its educational objectives by teaching community spirit. I selected 73 students in D high school as objects of this study. To measure their's meta-cognitive level, I used MSLQ test as questionnaire and final term social studies test for their academic achievement. Its result shows that students who have higher meta-cognitive level get higher academic achievement.

        사이버대학의 교수자 지원체제의 중요도와 실행도에 대한 조사 연구

        정보통신기술의 발달로 인해 급속히 확장되고 있는 사이버대학의 성패를 좌우할 수 있는 대표적 요인으로 질 관리가 중시되고 있다. 사이버대학에서 e-Learning을 실행에 옮기는 e-Learning 교수자들은 질 관리의 핵심 요소이다. 이에 본 연구는 문헌 연구를 통해 e-Learning 교수자의 역할과 그를 수행하기 위한 사이버대학의 교수자 지원체제의 구성요소를 도출하였다. 이를 활용하여 9개 사이버대학의 교수자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시, 교수자 지원체제에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 분석하여 사이버대학의 질적 향상을 위한 교수자 지원체제의 방향과 지침을 제공하였다. 연구 결과 교수자 지원체제의 중요도는 모든 영역에서 높게 나타났고 실행도는 학습자 평가 지원 영역이 가장 높게, 보상 시스템 지원 영역이 가장 낮은 실행도를 나타냈다. 모든 영역에서 중요도와 실행도는 유의미한 차이를 보였으며 ‘중요도-실행도 분석’ 결과 보상 시스템 지원, 교수자 연수 지원, 코스 운영 지원 영역이 집중적으로 관리되어야 하는 영역으로 나타났다. 집중 관리 항목으로는 교수자 연수 지원 영역에서 e-Learning 및 사이버대학의 이해, 교수 설계, 효과적인 사이버 강의 기법, 상호작용 촉진법 이해, 사이버 수업 운영 항목이 나타났다. 코스 운영 지원 영역에서는 학습자 질의 응답과 사무 보조, 진도 및 학습 관리를 담당하는 조교 지원 항목이, 보상 시스템 지원 영역에서는 보상과 인센티브 항목이 나타났다. The quality management is emphasized for the success of cyber university which is expanded rapidly through applying the information technology. For the cyber university the e-Learning instructor who implements the e-Learning is the core factor of the quality management. The objective of this study is to provide the direction and guideline for the instructor support service for the quality improvement of the cyber university. The role of e-Learning instructor and the elements of the cyber university instructor support service supporting this role are clarified through pre-study. The importance, presence of the cyber university instructor support service and the differences between importance and presence of the cyber university instructor support service are surveyed and analyzed through collecting the answers of prepared questionnaire. The results of this study are summarized as follows: Firstly, the importance of the cyber university instructor support service is highly expressed at all aspects; the most important elements are evaluation and the interaction is lowest evaluated. Secondly, the survey result of the presence of cyber university instructor support service can be summarized by; the highest presence is evaluation and the lowest is reward system. Thirdly, the importance is highly evaluated than the presence on every element of the cyber university instructor support service and meaningful differences are surveyed. The importance is recognized comparatively highly recognized than the presence. Fourthly, the analyzing result of importance-presence analysis matrix shows that reward system, instructor training and course are the most important elements.

        The College of Engineering was specialized to have a sole function for supplying technical high school teachers in 1977 and referred to as the College of Industrial Education according to the Government's policy. The economic impact mainly due to the oil-crises caused a severe problem to this college, namely discrepancy of supply to demand scale. Accordingly the number of student enrollment was to be fluctuated from 479 in 1979 through 800 in 1979 and 900 in 1980 to 430 in 1981. And the engineering departments have been attached to this Engineering Education College since 1981. These circumstanses met singnificant inefficiency in facility operation. This program aims at providing an overall relocation of the college facilities and preparing the practical system to make the joint-operation possible taking into account circulation, academic stream, budget, maintenance, etc. However this study could not get optimal spacing but some trade-off, considering the current situation.

      • 사회과에서 학습자의 메타인지 수준이 학업성취도에 미치는 효과

        This study had an object to inspect the effect of meta cognition level come up to on learner’s learning attainment in social studies class. The general idea of Meta cognition for Knowing about one’s comprehension while one’s studying. Then examined this for better classwork. Meta cognition includes all of these processes. It’s based on constructivism. And it is a notion that is helping an active study. And comprehension level is a common goal as education reform plan. Because that would make an excellent addition which makes for the competition power security in the future. Therefore, if you analyze a Meta cognition level and a comprehension level, you can develop your abilities (self control ability in complicated situation, recognize by self control develop study efficiency). All of these processes show these are important things in social education text books. In this study, investigated thoroughly about the Meta cognition and social affairs division looked out a recent result before took this survey. It was surveyed about Meta cognition level in natural lesson situation. Then, we proved relation between their comprehensions (which was taken by each of their mid-term tests results) and their Meta cognitions through a statistical program, SPSS win 12.0. I choose 100 students in each school, then randomly selected except people who were not fitness of the test. We hypothesized dependent variable is a record of social studies, independent variable is Meta-cognition level, and variable of control is their characteristics This survey was taken from June, 2006 to July, 2006. First, the researcher explained the survey’s purpose and tenors to the schools, then got their agreements to do the Meta cognition test. We used mid-term test’s result in social studies education. As a result of this study, Meta cognition level affect learning attainment. 본 연구의 목적은 고등학생을 대상으로 메타인지 수준이 학업성취도에 미치는 효과를 밝히는 것으로서, 연구목적에 따라 "학습자의 메타인지 수준이 높을수록 학업성취도가 높을 것이다"라는 연구가설을 설정하였다. 연구가설을 검증하기 위하여 2006년 6월~7월까지 약 두달간 자료를 수집하였으며, 고등학교 2학년 학생 100명을 임의로 선정하여 교사의 지도아래 설문조사를 실시하였다. 가설을 검증하기 위하여 종속변인은 학업성취도(사회과 성적), 독립변인은 메타인지 수준, 그리고 통제변인(학습자 특성)으로 성별, 부모의 소득수준과 학력으로 이루어진 분석모형을 구성하고, 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 메타인지 수준이 학업성취도에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설은 채택되었다. 입시라는 현실적 여건에서 학생 자신은 물론이거니와 교사와 학부모 모두 학습자의 학업성취도에 대하여 민감한 상황에서 메타인지 전략을 통한 교육적인 처방을 통하여 학업성취도가 높아질 수 있는 가능성을 확인하는 계끼를 마련했다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

        식품영양학 전공자를 위한 인턴십 교육 프로그램 개선방안

        This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of current dietetic internship program. The survey sample was dietetic practitioners who were charged with a training for dietetic students. The questionnaire requested information about demographic information, experience of guidance for the dietetic student, self evaluation as trainer, fortification items in university education, and difficulties of the internship program. Data was analyzed using SAS for windows(version 6.12), Descriptive statistics were used such as means. standard deviations. frequency distribution and percentages. Comparison of mean differences was analyzed using t-test and ANOVA. Participants identified how effective the current internship program was. Result indicated that the effectiveness was not high(2.81), and under 29 years old age group, under 6 years work experience group. and contracted foodservice group had positive opinion of the program significantly. Under 29 years old age group, evaluated themselves as a good trainer. The results revealed that respondents wanted to be fortified the practical training courses in school curriculum.

Special attention was given to the fracture line and eruptive pattern of lower third molar in the fracture of mandibular angle region. 81 cases from oral surgery department of the Dental Infirmary of the Dental College of Yonsei Univ. were used for the study.

      • 초등학교 체력검사 제도에 관한 교사의 인식도 연구

        This study is to analyze the actual condition of examination of physical strength for elementary students, understand the problems and present materials for improvement 417 persons are selected optionally for this study, who are 346 elementary teachers, 28 public officials, 33 managers for physical education, and 10 physical education teachers, and their education carieer, level급지and scale of each school and their sexes at also ignored. The research was carried out by questionnaire which asked about 7 domains, which were teacher's opinion about elementary school's examination of physical strength, its contribution, appropriateness of examinatorial items, deletion and addition of items, items' relianc, fair administration, and previous questions for effective management Questions were determined in the background of previous studied, and theory, and also examined by a professional adviser. Answering to questions took 5 steps responsive method and description together. In the course of analysis, no answering was excluded, and the significance of probability frequency distribution was tested by Chi-Square Test(Expected or Equal) to check out answering characteristics, while significance level was over 95%. After all, I carry to the following conclusion. 1. Objects were affirmative about the need of examination of physical stength and the examinatorial grade's reflection to physical education's pactical grade and they also agreed to reflect the grade with 50% below, practice the test in September in common currency. They thought the testing criterion in each item is unsuitable. 2. Physical examintion contributes to understand his(or her) own physical strength, but it doesn't stimulate the recognition of physical activities and motives effectively. Its contribution is low to the tested person's physical strength, improvement of health and physical condition, the qualitative advancement of school work, participations to social physical activities, and betterment of leisure time. 3. The appropriateness of 100m run, raising up upper body and 600m run is high, that of chinning exercise, chin-up with the arms crooked is above normal, but the adquacy of jump from the original place is normal, that of throwing is beneath normal. 4. From their responses, the current number of physical examination's item is adequate, and they recommended items for fexibility, balance as additional items, while pointing 600m long run, chinning excercise(chin-up with the arms crooked) as eliminative items. 5. What has the best reliance in elementary physical examination is raising up upper body and then 100m run, and the most important factor to decrease reliance is bad measuring methods. The reliance of testing facility is low. 6. Objects think that inspectors make fair evaluation, but to minute, standardize the facility and norm is required urgently and the view to tighten supervisory system is dominant. 7. The previous tasks for effective running of elementary physical examination system is to repair facilities and they suggested developing objective measuring methods, replenishing equipments and practice in advance.

        미세유화약물송달시스템을 이용한 로바스타틴의 생체이용률 향상

        A self-microemulsifying drug delivery system (SMEDDS) was developed to increase the dissolution rate, solubility, and ultimately bioavailability of a poorly water soluble drug, lovastatin. SMEDDS was the mixtures of oils, surfactants, and cosurfactants, which emulsify under conditions of gentle agitation, similar to those which would be encountered in the gastro-intestinal (GI) tract. Various types of self-emulsifying formulations were prepared using four types of oil (Capryol 90, Lauroglycol 90, Labrafil M 1944 CS and Labrafil M 2125), two surfactants (Cremophor EL and Tween 80), and three cosurfactants (Carbitol, PEG 400 and propylene glycol). The efficiency of emulsification was studied using a laser diffraction size analyzer to determine particle size distributions of the resultant emulsions. Optimized formulations selected for bioavailability assessment were Carpryol 90 (40%), Cremophor EL (30%) and Carbitol (30%). SMEDDS containing lovastatin (20 mg and 5 mg) were compared to a conventional lovastatin tablet (Mevacor^? , 20 mg/tab) by the oral administration as prefilled hard gelatin capsules to fasted beagle dogs for in vivo study. The area under the serum concentration-time curve from time zero to the last measured time in serum, AUC_0→24h, was significantly greater in SMEDDS, suggesting that bioavailability increase 130% and 192% by the SMEDDS, respectively. The self-emulsifying formulations of lovastatin afforded the improvement in absolute oral bioavailability relative to previous data of lovastatin tablet formulation. These data indicate the utility of dispersed self-emulsifying formulations for the oral delivery of lovastatin and potentially other poorly absorbed drugs.
