How to obtain the point of connection between feminist philosophy and the sociology of the response? This is only possible through the sociology of the response, which is the most insightful and courageous methodology requiring the disruption of the field of thought. This sociology allows us to leave the soliloquy to lead to an intellectual conversation. First, I try to compare the difference in the use of the notion of culture in post-structural thinking and cultural pragmatism. Secondly, I focus on the plasticity of culture which implies the inter composition between agent and culture. Thirdly, the notion of narration as the axis of unification and ordering, of the development of successive and linear temporality, is part of rationalism. But the modality of narration for the social minority is the way to face the limit of the hegemonic and rational modality of narration and the creation of the new symbolic order. 페미니즘 철학과 사회학이라는 두 학문의 이질적 접속면은 어떻게 도출 가능한 것인가? 이는 응답의 사회학이라는 가장 예리한 지성의 두드림을 통해 직조 가능하다. 왜냐하면 응답의 사회학은 지성의 작업물들을 깊이에 천착한 독백의 장이 아닌 대화의 망 위로 옮겨놓도록 하는 지형 변동의 역량을 갖추고 있기 때문이다. 첫 번째로 필자는 이러한 응답의 사회학의 자장에서 초월적 심급이자 미리 주어진 남근 질서로서의 문화개념이 어떻게 문화 화용론적 관점의 문화 개념과 충돌을 일으키고 의미론적 차이를 보이는가를 탐구하고자 할 것이다. 두 번째로 문화 화용론의 관점에서 문화 개념의 유동성, 재조합성, 활용 가능성에 주목한 후에, 문화와 행위자 간의 상호구성력 또한 살펴보고자 할 것이다. 세 번째로 이해가능한 일관성과 통합성의 축이자 순차적 시간성의 전개도면으로 서사 개념을 접근하는 것이 여전히 합리주의적 세계관의 연장선 안에 있는 것이자 사회적 다수자의 관점임을 비판할 것이다. 왜냐하면 소수자들의 서사양식은 기존의 주류적 서사 양식의 무능성을 직면시키는 일임과 동시에 기존의 상징체계의 내파이자 새로운 상징체계로의 이행을 촉진하는 것이기 때문이다.

음악동화 만들기 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 음악교수내용지식과 유아음악교육에 관한 개념도 특성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 그림책을 활용한 음악동화 만들기 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 음악교수내용지식과 유아음악교육에 관한 개념도 특성(깊이와 밀도)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 G지역의 4년제 대학 유아교육과 학생 20명을 대상으로 16주에 걸쳐 그림책을 활용한 음악동화 만들기 프로그램을 진행하였으며, 음악교수내용지식(윤지영, 2014) 측정과 유아음악교육에 관한 개념도 작성을 프로그램 진행 전과 후에 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 음악동화 만들기 프로그램 실시 전‧후 예비유아교사의 음악교수내용지식에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 음악동화 만들기 프로그램 실시 전‧후 예비유아교사의 유아음악교육에 관한 개념도 특성(깊이와 밀도)에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 창의적 음악경험은 예비유아교사의 음악적 지식 구성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여주었으며, 이는 예비유아교사교육과정의 기초자료로서 시사점을 가진다.

전문가집단(CoP)의 지식공유 영향요인에 관한 연구:J대학병원을 중심으로

This article examined how medical experts share their needed knowledge focusing on J National University Hospital. First, as independent variables, personal factor, external factor, working factor, technological factor, cognitive capital factor, and organizational factor, drawn through preceeding research analysis, and dependent variable, relationship with knowledge transfer are empirically analyzed and complemented by in-depth interviews with some surveyees, doctors, nurses and clinicians. The result is that the surveyees think important in knowledge sharing factors by the order of cognitive capital factor, organizational factor, external factor, and technological factor. Specifically, the higher their teamwork and voluntary cooperation are, the better knowledge transfer happens, and the experts in the targeted hospital consider rewards essential in knowledge sharing. This suggests that the leader should administer the professionals‘ knowledge sharing with both financial and internal rewards, such as a sense of achievement, and helps them use the knowledge flown through on․off-line networks in successfully curing their patients. Through our in-depth interviews, it is confirmed that the knowledge sharing system of J Hospital is largely built, and the reduction in expense is regarded very important. Accordingly, the leader should enable his or her experts to create and share high-quality knowledge along with the activation of on․off-line networks. 이 논문은 J대학병원을 대상으로 의료전문가집단의 경우 지식을 공유하는 데 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 먼저 선행연구와 관련문헌 검토를 통하여 독립변수로는 개인적 요인, 외부적 요인, 업무적 요인, 기술적 요인, 인지적 자본요인, 조직적 요인을 도출, 종속변수로는 지식이전성과와 관계를 설정한 후, 통계분석을 실시, 심층면접을 통하여 보완하였다. 그 결과, 인지적 자본요인, 조직적 요인, 외부적 요인, 기술적 요인의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 먼저 팀워크와 자발적 협력이 높을수록 지식이전의 성과가 높았으며, 다음으로 보상요인이 중요시되고 있었다. 이는 대학병원의 조직특성을 고려한 금전적인 보상과, 성취감의 경험과 같은 내적 보상을 통한 균형적인 접근의 필요성을 시사하고 있다. 특히 외부의 전문학회 및 전문가와의 온・오프라인 교류를 통하여 유입된 지식을 환자의 치료에 효과적으로 활용 가능하도록 하는 조직차원의 노력이 요구되고 있다. 심층면접 결과, 기술적, 업무적으로 지식공유를 위한 시스템이 상당부분 구축되어 있음을 확인하였다. 아울러 지식공유에 있어서 비용절감이 중요시되고 있다는 사실을 알게 되었다. 이는 J대학병원의 최고관리자가 온・오프라인네트워크의 활성화와 함께 질 높은 지식의 창출과 공유가 가능한 조직의 환경을 조성하는 방향으로 리더쉽을 발휘해야 함을 의미한다.

치아 발생과정에서 Smad4의 역할

Purpose: Smad4 is a central mediator for transforming growth factor-${\beta}$/bone morphogenetic protein ($TGF-{\beta}/BMP$) signals, which are involved in regulating cranial neural crest cell formation, migration, proliferation, and fate determination. Accumulated evidences indicate that $TGF-{\beta}/BMP$ signaling plays key roles in the early tooth morphogenesis. However, their roles in the late tooth formation, such as cellular differentiation and matrix formation are not clearly understood. The objective of this study is to understand the roles of Smad4 in vivo during enamel and dentin formation through tissue-specific inactivation of Smad4. Methods: We generated and analyzed mice with dental epithelium-specific inactivation of the Smad4 gene (K14-Cre:$Smad4^{fl/fl}$) and dental mesenchyme-specific inactivation of Smad4 gene (Osr2Ires-Cre:$Smad4^{fl/fl}$). Results: In the tooth germs of K14-Cre:$Smad4^{fl/fl}$, ameloblast differentiation was not detectable in inner enamel epithelial cells, however, dentin-like structure was formed in dental mesenchymal cells. In the tooth germs of Osr2Ires-Cre:$Smad4^{fl/fl}$ mice, ameloblasts were normally differentiated from inner enamel epithelial cells. Interestingly, we found that bone-like structures, with cellular inclusion, were formed in the dentin region of Osr2Ires-Cre:$Smad4^{fl/fl}$ mice. Conclusion: Taken together, our study demonstrates that Smad4 plays a crucial role in regulating ameloblast and odontoblast differentiation, as well as in regulating epithelial-mesenchymal interactions during tooth development.

확장된 기술수용모델을 적용한 인터넷전문은행 재이용의도에 관한 연구

The rapid development of digital environment and the combination of pin tech technology have brought a big change to the financial transaction system. This study investigated the influence factors of the intention to reuse Internet Primary Bank for adult consumers who actually used Internet Primary Bank in Korea in 2017. Through the review of previous studies, the effect of four variables of perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, service quality and social influence on consumer satisfaction and reuse intention was examined by applying the 'Extended Technology Acceptance Model'. For data collection, a total of 220 copies were used for analysis, targeting adult consumers who had experience using Internet Primary Bank in 2019, targeting panels of professional online research companies. The hypothesis was verified through Structural Equation Modeling, and for the sophisticated hypothesis verification, the partial mediating model and the complete mediating model were compared to find a more suitable model. As a result, the complete mediating model was found to be more suitable (2=121.632, RMSEA=0.024, CFI=0.992, TLI=0.983, SRMR=0.062). As a result of the verification of the research hypothesis, that on the positive influence between the four preceding variables of perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, service quality, and social influence and consumer satisfaction were all confirmed to be significant. In particular, service quality had the highest influence, and consumer satisfaction was confirmed to play a mediating role between four antecedent variables and intention to reuse. This study has its significance in that it has conducted academic verification on the theory in that it can understand the experience of actual consumers by applying the Extended Technology Acceptance Model to the intention of reuse of the Internet Primary Bank, a new financial technology. In addition, through empirical verification of factors affecting consumers' intention to reuse and satisfaction using Internet Primary Bank, it is considered that it provided direction for effective policy proposals on the reuse plan of Korean Internet Primary Bank. In addition, the results of this study can be used as a basis for marketing data of Internet Primary Bank and related organizations. 디지털 환경의 급속한 변화와 핀테크 기술의 발전은 금융거래 시스템에도 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 본 연구는 2017년 한국에 등장한 인터넷전문은행을 실제 이용한 성인소비자들을 대상으로, 인터넷전문은행 재이용의도의 영향요인에 관하여 탐구하였다. 선행연구의 고찰을 통해 ‘확장된 기술수용모델’을 이론적 기반으로 하여, 지각된유용성과 지각된편의성, 서비스품질 및 사회적영향의 네 가지 변수들이 소비자만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 자료의 수집을 위해서 온라인 전문리서치 업체를 통해 실제 인터넷전문은행을 이용한 경험을 가진 성인 소비자들을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 총 220부가 실증 분석에 사용되었다. 가설의 검증은 구조방정식모델링을 통해 진행하였으며, 정교한 가설 검증을 위해 부분 매개 모델과 완전 매개 모델의 적합도 지수를 비교하여 좀 더 적합한 모델을 찾기 위한 단계를 거쳤다. 검증 결과, 완전 매개 모델이 보다 적합한 것으로 확인되었고(χ²=121.632, RMSEA=0.024, CFI=0.992, TLI=0.983, SRMR=0.062), 지각된유용성과 지각된편의성, 서비스품질, 사회적영향의 네 가지 선행변수와 소비자만족 간의 긍정적 영향에 관한 가설들은 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 네 가지의 변수들 중에서도, 서비스품질이 가장 높은 유의성을 나타내었으며, 소비자만족 변수는 지각된유용성, 지각된편의성, 서비스품질, 사회적영향의 선행변수들과 재이용의도 간에 매개변수의 역할을 하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 새로운 금융 기술인 인터넷전문은행의 재이용의도에 대해 확장된 기술수용모델이라는 이론적 모델을 적용하여, 실제 소비자들의 경험을 이해하였다는 점에서 학문적인 의의를 가진다. 또한 연구의 결과를 통해, 소비자의 관점에서 인터넷전문은행 재이용의도에 관한 영향력을 확인할 수 있었으며, 인터넷전문은행의 마케팅 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 인터넷전문은행의 재이용 방안에 관한 정책적 방향성을 제공하였다.
