        취약계층 권리보호에 관한 고려요소와 지향점 : 통합 지식관리시스템 구축을 중심으로

        우리 공동체를 위한 좋은 복지를 위해서 취약계층의 권리보호 대한 촘촘한 정치망이 필요한 시점이다. 한편, 인터넷혁명 및 IT기술의 발달은 모든 제반영역에서 혁명을 이끌 수 있는 원동력이 되고 있다. 따라서, 여러 생활영역에서 취약계층의 낙오방지 시스템으로도 작용할 수 있는 수요자 중심의 통합 지식관리시스템의 구현이 중요하다. 본 연구는 취약계층의 실질적인 권리보호를 위하여 사각지대, 중복누수방지를 위 한 통합 지식관리시스템 구축을 위한 고려요소와 미래 지향점을 고찰하였다. 우선, 기존의 좁은 개념의 테두리를 벗어나 여러 생활영역에서의 취약계층에 대한 개념의 확대와 이에 따른 입법유형화 필요성을 제시하였다. 다음으로, 수요자 중심의 원스톱 통합서비스의 제공 및 사례관리화, 전자문서기반의 지식관리와 모든 주체가 참여할 수 있는 지식관리시스템의 중요성을 강조하였다. 그리고 시스템 구축 시 고려사항으로 기술적인 관점에서 모바일 중심의 표준화・구조화・자동화 등을 언급하였다. 한편, 권리실현을 위한 취약계층의 권리성 강화와 구제수단을 법적으로 살피면서, 개인 서비스를 위한 여러 법률에 흩어져 있는 취약계층의 내용을 수요자의 입장에서 통합법으로서의 제정필요성을 강조하였다. 큰 틀에서 취약계층 권리보호 통합법안은 여러 사회생활영역의 취약계층의 인권과 복지 및 권리 실현의 실효성・수월성을 확보하고, 통합 개인화 서비스를 통한 복지효율화를 도모하는 것을 주요 내 용으로 담아야 할 것임을 제시하였다. 궁극적으로 아직까지 취약계층의 권리보호가 미흡한 상황에서 수요자 중심의 법적・제도적・기술적・종합체계적인 정치망 지식관리시스템을 구축・고도화하여 취약계층의 보호시스템이 제대로 작동되는 것을 지향방향으로 제시하였다. It is a time that we need a tight political network to protect the rights of vulnerable groups for good welfare for our community. However, the Internet revolution and the development of IT technology are driving the revolution in all areas. Therefore, it is important to implement a consumer- centered integrated knowledge management system that can function as a fall prevention system for vulnerable classes in various living areas. This study examines the factors and future directions for building an integrated knowledge management system to prevent blind spots and duplicate leaks in order to protect the actual rights of vulnerable groups. First, it proposed the necessity of extending the concept of vulnerable groups in various living areas beyond the narrow boundaries of existing ones and to formulate legislation accordingly. Next, it emphasized the importance of the provision of one-stop integrated services and customer-centered case management, the knowledge management based on electronic documents, and the knowledge management system that can participate in all subjects. In addition, the mobile-centered standardization, structuring, and automation are mentioned from the technical point of view as a consideration in system construction. On the other hand, while looking for the means of strengthening the rights of vulnerable groups and realizing the right of remedies for the realization of rights, it emphasized the necessity of enacting contents of vulnerable groups scattered in various laws for personal service as an integrated law from the viewpoint of consumers. In a large frame, it proposed that the integrated legislation on the protection of the rights of the vulnerable class should contain the main contents such as securing the human rights, welfare and the realiztion of the rights of vulnerable groups in various social life areas along with promoting welfare efficienc through integrated personaliztion service. Ultimately, in the situation where the protection of the rights of the vulnerable groups is still insufficient, it suggested that the protection system of vulnerable groups should be operated properly by building and improving the client-centered legal, institutional, technical, and comprehensive systematic political network knowledge-based management system.

      • Weight Training과 Plyometric Training이 순발력 향상에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of the 8weeks' weight training and plyometric training upon the development of power ability. The subjects for this study consisted of 30 high school students. Two groups for this study were divided, one was weight training group (N=15), the other plyometirc training group(N=15). In the Weight training program the subjects practiced a total 5 resistance exercises with the 60% maximal muscular strength including 3 minutes rest. Plyometirc training program consisted of single foot side-to-side, tuck jump heel kick, 1-2-3 drill, standing long jump with sprint, single leg hop and depth jump to prescribed height ankle hop The test items for this study were 50m dash, vertical jump and standing long jump. The pre and post records of 3 test items were compared at the 5% significance test to evaluate the effect of two training programs. The results were as followings. 1.There was no significant difference in the 50m running between the weight training group and the plyometric training group. 2.There was significant difference in the vertical jump between the weight training group and the plyometric training group(p〈.05). Plyometic trianing group marked higher records than weight training group. 3.There was no significant difference in the standing long jump between the weight training group and the plyometric training group.

      • n-CdS_(0.46)Se_(0.54)/p-Cu_92-x)S_(0.46)Se_(0.54) 이종접합 태양전지의 제작과 그 특성에 관한 연구

        승화방법에 의해 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 성장하여 결정구조를 조사하고, Van der Pauw 방법으로 Hall effect를 측정하여 carrier density의 온도 의존성과 mobility의 온도 의존성을 조사하였다. 성장된 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 치환반응하여 n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 이종접합 태양전지를 제작하였다. Spectral response, 전류-전압특성 및 전력변환 효율을 조사하여 그 결과로부터 개방전압은 0.48V, 단락 전류 밀도는 21mA/㎠, fill factor와 전력변환효율은 각각 0.75와 9.5%를 얻었다. CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal was grown by a sublimation method. The crystal structure and the temperature dependence of carrier density and mobility of CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal were studied. Heterojunction solar cells on n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 were fabricated by the substitution reaction. The spectral response, the J-U characteristics and the conversion efficiency of the n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells were studied. The open-cricuit voltage, short-circuit density, fill factor and conversion efficiency of n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells under 80mW/㎠ illumination were found to be 0.48V, 21mA/㎠, 0.75 and 9.5%, respectively.

        환경 친화적 Bi-황동의 응력부식균열에 관한 연구

        The purpose of the present investigation was to study the stress corrosion cracking (SCC) properties of environmentally friendly Bi-brasses in Mattsson's solution (0.05M copper sulfate and 0.5M ammonium sulfate, pH 7.4) at room temperature. Three unleaded brasses with Bi content ranging from 1 to 3 wt% and a conventional leaded brass for comparison were investigated. The effect of Bi on SCC of unleaded brasses was studied through polarization test, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM, energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and slow-strain-rate test (SSRT). Potentiodynamic polarization studies indicated that the corrosion resistance of Bi-containing brasses was improved as the content of Bi, which showed a passivating characteristic in Mattsson's solution, increased. The Pb- and Bi-containing brasses presented an inductive behavior on impedance data in low frequency region at the open-circuit potential (OCP). Such behavior could be attributed to the adsorption process on the alloy surface. The observed dezincified layers after SSRT should be particularly good initiators of SCC as they could induce tensile stress. As the content of Bi increased, the thickness of dezincified layer and the volume fraction of preferentially attacked Β phase decreased, therefore, SCC resistance of the Bi-containing brasses was improved.

      • 韓國 妊婦의 TORC H病原體에 關한 抗體 保有에 關한 硏究

        During the recent 15 years, there was a significant changes in the incidence of viral infection in pregnancy. In addition, TORCH agents are the most prevalent microbes among them, and their infections during pregnancy, either primary or recurrent, may affect the feauses in utero and the neonates at the time of delivery. Although we have achieved some progress in controlling them in the view point of prevention and treatment, but it is still insufficient. The purpose of this study is to determine the baseline prevalence of antibodies for TORCH agents during various stage of pregnancy in Seoul, Korea. From 92 asymptomatic pregnant women, 92 single serum sample were taken and examined the antibodies for TORCH agents by ELISA (C.M.V., R.V., H.S.V.) and H.A.I. test (Toxoplasmosis). The followings are the results. 1. The prevalences of antibodies to each of the TORCH agent were 1.08% for toxoplasma, 93.47% for C.M.V., 71.73% for R.V. and 84.74% for H.S.V. 2. The prevalences of antibodies for C.M.V. and R.V. were much higher in the term pregnancy group compared to early pregnancy. This findings suggest some evidence of vulnerability to viral infection during pregnacy. 3. The prevalences of C.M.V., R.V. and H.S.V. antibodies were in parallelism with the increasing age of women. Almost all women over 30-35 years had C.M,V., R.V., H.S.V. antibodies. 4. In multiparous women, the prevalences of antibodies for TORCH agents were higher than that in nulliparous women. 5. In the women with history of previous fetal wastage, the prevalence of TORCH antibodies were higher especially for C.M.V. compared with women without past history of previous fetal wastage.

        This study tried to reconsider the connecting order of the Twelve Main Meridians thought to be reasonable until now, on the commonsensical level of "the principles of reason" with the motive of taking off the bad habit of "the indolence" that we had made academic researches without the question of "why". In this study, the model was suggested for the purpose of being explained in the sides of the kinetics and the structure. And this study tried to obtain the prehension of the reality through the reason of "one-two-One". This study tried to reason about the most suitable structure of the connecting order with several theory on the assumption that we only knew the distribution of the Twelve Main Meridians, with the bearings and mean of the connecting in the Twelve Main Meridians excluded. I reflected present conditions that the reality of the Meridians wasn't made clear and proposed to design a model and made every effort to investigate the model vastly from the structural and kinetic relations of the model to the physiology and circulation of the Qi(vital energy) of human vital pheonomena. Chapter 3 provides the theory needed to understand the connecting order of the Twelve Main Meridians, as follows : "Pyo Bon Jung Qi"(標本中氣), exterior and interior of the body(the structure of "Yeo Hwan Moo Dan"(如環無端) through these theories), three rings made by "Kyo Sang Hap"(交相合), and "Yuk Hap"(六合) of the Twelve Main Meridians, "Jang Boo Sang Tong"(臟腑相通). In chapter 4, the connecting order of the Twelve Main Meridians is reconsidered from the sides of the Five Elements. From the theoretical investigation, I could reach to the object of this study about the connecting order of the Twelve Main Meridians and the theoretical "reasonability" : that is, the present connecting order of the Twelve Main Meridians is very reasonable.

      • 디메틸설폭사이드에서의 고분자량 아크릴로니트릴 중합체 및 공중합체의 합성과 그의 섬유에로의 응용

        To obtain polyacrylonitrile of high molecular weight (>1,000,000) under optimum solution polymerization condition in dimethylsufoxide, which has very low chain transfer constant, using an azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator, we examined the effect of water content in reaction mixture, and the concentration of monomer and initiator on the conversion rate and polymer properties. As a result, homo PAN with Mw=1,330,000 and about 12% of conversion was prepared under the condition of[AN]=7 mole/1 and[AIBN]=6.0x10-4 mole/1 at 50℃. Copolymers with AN and other vinylic monomers such as methyl acrylate, itaconic acid, and acrylamide, having considerably high molecular weight were also prepared under similar condition. These polymer solutions after direct dilution with DMSO were suitable enough to be applied to high strength fiber formation by dry-jet-wet spinning technique. Tensile strength was improved more than twice as high as that of common acrylic fiber used as apparel.

        꽃송이버섯 균사배양적 특성

        꽃송이는 약산성인 pH 5에서 생장이 가장 빠르다. 꽃송이는 MEF배지에서 가장 잘 자란다. 다음은 MES, MEI, YMF, YMM, YMT, YMB, YMI, MEA, PDA순으로 잘 자랐다. 꽃송이버섯은 종합미네랄을 0.2% 첨가하였을때 균사생장이 가장 좋았고, 0.2%보다 많거나 적을 경우 균사생장이 약해진다. 꽃송이버섯의 생육에는 무기염류(minerals)로서 P, K, N, S등이 비교적 다량(약 100~500mg/)으로 요구되며 그외에도 미량원소로서 Fe, Zn, Cu, Mo, Co, Mn, Cl등이 필요하다. 꽃송이버섯은 비오틴을 0.1% 첨가시 균사생장이 가장 좋았고 이보다 많거나 적을 경우 균사생장이 약해진다. 꽃송이버섯은 티아민을 0.1% 첨가시 균사생장이 가장 좋았고 이보다 많거나 적을 경우 균사생장이 약해진다. 꽃송이버섯은 Fructose을 2% 첨가시 균사생장이 가장 좋았고 이보다 많거나 적을 경우 균사생장이 약해진다. It shows that there is the fastest growth of S. crispa in the weak acid pH5. Also, it shows that S. crispa has the best environment in the MEF media. The next desirable one was as in this array: MES, MEI, YMF, YMM, YMT, YMB, YMI, MEA, PDA. The best fungi-growth of S. crispa is shown within the 0.2% addition of multi-mineral. The slow fungi-growth of S. crispa is shown within as the opposite. The phisical growth of S. crispa has a absolute need of comparatably large amount of P,K,N,S etc as inorganic minerals. In addition of that, as a minor element, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mo, Co, Mn, Cl etc are should be included. The best fungi-growth of S. crispa is shown within the 0.1% addition of biotin. The slow fungi-growth of S. crispa is shown within as the opposite. The best fungi-growth of S. crispa is shown within the 2% addition of fructose. The slow fungi-growth of S. crispa is shown within as the opposite.

      • 녹용이 치주인대세포의 세포주기조절에 미치는 영향

        Cervi Parvum Cornu(CPC) is that the young horn of deer family and has been traditionally used as a medicine in Eastern. The purpose of present study was to investigate the effects of CPC on cell cycle progression and its molecular mechanism in human periodontal ligament cells (HPDLC). In cell proliferation assay, 1 ng/ml, 100 ng/ml, 1 ㎍/ml and 10 ㎍/ml of CPC were used, all treatment groups increased the cell growth. Maximal cell proliferation was observed in cells exposed to 100 ng/ml of CPC at 4 day, and 10 ng/ml and 100 ng/ml of CPC at 6 days. S phase was increased and G1 phase was decreased in the group treated with 100 ng/ml of CPC in cell cycle analysis. The protein levels of cyclin D1 were not changed, but the levels of cyclin E, cdk 2, cdk 4 and cdk 6 were increased. The protein levels of p21, pRb were decreased as compared to that of control group, but the levels of p53 was not changed in the cells both treated with CPC and untreated. These results suggested that CPC increases the cell proliferation and cell cycle progression in HPDLC, which is linked to an increased cellular levels of cyclin E, cdk 2, cdk 4 and cdk 6, and decreased the levels of p53, p21.
