      • RISC 프로세서의 파이프라인 처리방식에 관한 연구

        In the world of high speed computers, there are two main design philosophies-parallelism and pipelining. Pipelining is an effective method for reducing interchip communication while increasing performance. In this paper, we examine the pipeline handling strategy of RISC processors such as RISC Ⅱ, R2000, SPARC RISC CY7C600, and MC88100 in order to design MJU-DLX RISC in the future. Throughout the investigation, we determine the number of stage, number of register, and. control mechanism. Then, specification of MJU-DLX RISC has been presented for the future development.

      • n-CdS_(0.46)Se_(0.54)/p-Cu_92-x)S_(0.46)Se_(0.54) 이종접합 태양전지의 제작과 그 특성에 관한 연구

        승화방법에 의해 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 성장하여 결정구조를 조사하고, Van der Pauw 방법으로 Hall effect를 측정하여 carrier density의 온도 의존성과 mobility의 온도 의존성을 조사하였다. 성장된 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 치환반응하여 n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 이종접합 태양전지를 제작하였다. Spectral response, 전류-전압특성 및 전력변환 효율을 조사하여 그 결과로부터 개방전압은 0.48V, 단락 전류 밀도는 21mA/㎠, fill factor와 전력변환효율은 각각 0.75와 9.5%를 얻었다. CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal was grown by a sublimation method. The crystal structure and the temperature dependence of carrier density and mobility of CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal were studied. Heterojunction solar cells on n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 were fabricated by the substitution reaction. The spectral response, the J-U characteristics and the conversion efficiency of the n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells were studied. The open-cricuit voltage, short-circuit density, fill factor and conversion efficiency of n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells under 80mW/㎠ illumination were found to be 0.48V, 21mA/㎠, 0.75 and 9.5%, respectively.

        习齋李昭应的义兵精神与性理说硏究

        화서학파는 화서를 중심으로 당시의 시대정신을 고민하고, 성리학의 문제인 심설 등의 문제를 강학하고 토론하였다. 먼저 이들의 척사의리는 춘추의 대일통사상에 근원하는 것으로 존주尊周를 중시 했다. 결국 이러한 시대정신은 민족의 자긍심을 높이고, 아울러 역사적 위기상황에 직면해서 외세에 대응하는 저항의 원동력이 되었다. 화서의 사상을 계승한 습재 이소응의 척사의리정신은 항일의병투쟁으로 계승되어 일제에 의해 국권이 침탈당함에 있어서는 국권을 회복하기 위한 초석이 되었다. 이소응의 성리설은 이기론, 심성론의 근본철학과 경세론인 실천사상으로 크게 나눌 수 있고, 이들은 전체가 하나의 일관성 있는 체계를 이룬다. 습재에게 있어서 유학사상으로 가장 중요한 이론적 과제는 심설이었다. 습재의 심설을 통한 도학적 의리정신은 도덕적 주체성을 확보하고자 하는 당시 시대의 정당성이었다. 또한 습제 이소응은 의리정신을 발휘하여 서양의 야만적인 침략에 적극 대응할 것을 주창하였다. 따라서 습재 이소응의 의병정신과 성리설(심설)은 이론과 실천이 병행된 논의구조라고 할 수 있다. Centering Hwaseo region, Hwaseo school was concerned about the spirit of the times at the time and studied and discussed Hsin-sul which is the same theme as Sung Confucianism First of all, their loyalty to the expulsion of wickedness cherished honor of Ju尊周 as it was rooted in the thought of the guiding principle of Confucius in writing the Annals. Eventually this kind of the spirit of the times exalted people's pride and became the motivating energy that promoted resistance against the foreign forces in the historical crisis. Seupjae's spirit of the expulsion of the wickedness inheriting Hwaseo's thought was succeeded to the loyal troops movement against Japanese forces and became a cornerstone that helped restore the national right in times when it was ravaged. Lee, So-Eung's Sung Confucianism can be broadly divided into the basic principles and the atmospheric force of nature, theory of mind as the basic philosophy, and theory of administration as a thought for practice. All of these are comprised of a consistent system as a whole. To him, one of the most significant theoretical tasks as Confucianism thoughts was Hsin-sul. His moral philosophical spirit of loyally through Hsin-sul was a justification of the times that attempted to obtain moral subjectivity. Also Seupjae Lee, So Eung, exercising the spirit of loyalty, advocated the direct confrontation against the barbaric invasion of the Western.

      • LSF의 우선순위 역전을 해결한 실시간 스케쥴링 전략

        LSF scheduling policy involves the Priority Reversal which reverses the scheduling order of real-time tasks. The slack time of the task currently running isn't decreased under LSF. If the task is preempted by a task newly arrived, therefore, its slack time can become longer than those of other tasks with lower priority. This Priority Reversal can make the task with higher priority miss its deadline. In this paper, we propose a new real-time scheduling policy, Consistent_LSF guarantees consistently the scheduling order of current real-time tasks without regard to any new task. The preempted tasks are maintained in a separate stack and are scheduled earlier than the tasks with lower priority. We evaluate the performance of Consistent_LSF through experiments. The results reveal that Consistent_LSF misses deadline less than LSF across all ranges of system load.

      • n-CdS:Co/p-Si Heterojunction 태양전지에 대한 연구

        n-CDS:Co/p-Si heterojunction solar cells, fabricated by chemical bath deposition method of CdS:Co on single crystal silicon substrates, are reported. The structural, spectral response and V-I characteristics of n-CdS:Co/p-Si heterojunction solar cell studied. The open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current and fill factor of the n-CdS:Co/p-Si heterojunction solar cell was 0.35V, 29mA/cm^2 and 0.54 under 80mW/cm^2 illumination condition and the conversion efficiency was 5.48%.

        학습용어 설정을 통한 국어교과서 진술의 개선 방안 연구

        이 글은 국어교과서 학습활동의 진술이 안고 있는 문제를 학습용 어의 설정을 통해 해결하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위하여, 학습용어 설정의 필요성과 방안을 논의하고, 개념 정의를 통해 학습용어를 설정한 다음, 국어교과서의 학습활동에 적용하였다. 이 글에서는 국어교과의 학습용어를, 내용을 이루는 개념 중심의 학습용어, 국어교과서의 제재 안내와 활동 안내와 관련된 학습용어, 학습활동에서 요구되는 활동 중심의 학습용어로 범주를 세우고 각각에서 필요한 학습용어를 다루고 개념을 논의하였다. 개념 중심 용어에서는 통일성 응집성 일관성 문제 해결 과정, 표지, 필자, 독자와 예상독자, 내용 조직, 짜임과 내용전개 방식을 논의하였고, 안내 관련 용어에서는 자신, 글쓴이와 작가, 비교와 대조, 토론과 토의, 구분과 구별, 판단과 평가, 정답과 모범답안과 예시답안, 감상문과 비평문, 요약과 메모, 물음과 질문, 느낌, 그림과 표, 추측과 예측과 상상을 검토하였다. 마지막으로, 활동 중심 학습용어에서는 파생접사 ‘-하’가 교착하는 표현하다와 이야기하다의 의미와 용법, 청유형 문장 종결과 의문형 문장 종결의 의미와 용법, 어미의 형태와 관련된 의미와 용법을 논의하였으며, 쓰다와 적다, 작성하다와 정리하다, 생각하다의 의미와 용법을 다루었다. This paper investigated the problem of learning activities statement in Korean Language Textbook(KLT), and explored the solving method of it through word-for-learning. For that, this paper established the words by defining the meaning of it, applied them to KLT for its usability and KLT's improvement. Therefore, this work intend to develop students' language competence of Korean Language(KL), and improve efficiency of KLT. This paper the words under the three categories, ⑴concept-based the words, ⑵guidance-based the words, and ⑶activity-based the words. The concept-based the words are related to the contents of KLT and KL Curriculum, and the guidance-based the words are connected to the statement leading students to activities and goals in KLT. The activity-based the words are involved in making clear statement of learning activities in KLT. Specifically, derived words by a suffix to mean 'doing(-Ha-)' are used only original meaning as nouns :Express to Expression but

      • 노랑제비꽃 자생지의 생육환경과 토양환경간 상관성

        This study was carried out to offer the raw data of floricultural resource by scientific analyzing the growth and soil environment in Viola orientalis habitat, and establish the ecological characteristics in developing the relative model. In the results of soil factors analysis, there showed that acidity was pH 5.1, organic matter content of 9.1 %, available P₂O_(5) of 40.6mg/kg, exchangeable K^(+) of 0.2cmol^(+)/kg, exchangeable Ca^(2+) of 3.5cmol^(+)/kg, exchangeable Mg^(2+) of O.8cmol^(+)/kg, cation exchange capacity(C.E.C) of 13.7 cmol^(+)/kg and electrical conductivity(EC) of 0.4dS/m. The growth characteristics were surveyed that height was 12.4cm, leaf width of 2.5cm, leaf length of 3.0cm, flower width of 2.5cm, peduncle of 2.3cm and chlorophyll of 38.5pg·mg^(-1).

      • n-CdS/P-Si Heterojunction 태양전지 제작 및 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

        CdS thin films were deposited by chemical bath deposition method. The CdS thin films have simple cubic structure with lattice constant 5.818 A and polycrystalline with orientation (111), (220) and (311). n-CdS/p-Si heterojunition solar cells are fabricated, depositing n-CdS thin films on p-Si substrates with orientation (422) by chemical bath depositing method. Under 80mW/㎠ condition the parameters for the typical cell were as followed; open circuit voltage V_oc=0.53V, short circuit current I_sc=11.3mA, fill factor FF=0.35 and conversion efficiency η=2.62%.

      • 일 고등학교 학생들의 건강증진행위와 관련요인

        Background and Objectives: Little is known about the health promoting behaviors of adolescence. The purposes of this study were to identify healthUpromoting behaviors of high school students and to explore the predictors of their health-promoting behaviors. Method: A crossUsectional study was conducted. Data were collected from 751 students in a technical high school located in G city using a structured questionnaire. Results: High school students in this study practice health promoting behaviors relatively well. Among 6 dimensions, students reported the highest score on the interpersonal relationship dimension and the lowest score on the health responsibility dimension. Of 751 respondents, 26.2% was current smokers and 64.6% was current drinkers. Health-promoting behaviors were predicted by selfUeff'icacy, family support, school life adaptation, and gender. Students who reported higher self-efficacy, higher family support, and higher school life adaptation practice more health promoting behaviors than their counterparts. Moreover, boys reported higher health promoting behavior scores than girls, Conclusion: Health promotion programs to increase health responsibility of high school students are need to be developed. There were great needs to develops tobacco cessation and drink control programs. More studies are needed to identify predictors of high school students' health promoting behaviors.

      • 용액 성장법에 의한 CdS 다결정 박막 성장과 특성에 관한 연구

        Polycrystal films of CdS had been grown by chemical bath deposition. The lattice constants of the grown CdS polycrystal were measured to be a_0=4.1364 A and C_0=6.7129 A. The electron carrier concentration and hall mobility were measured by Van der Pauw method at room temperature and their values are 4.57×10^22m^-3 and 2.14×10^-4m²/V.S respectively. Photoluminescence spectrum produced green emission t 5140 A.
