경부 긴장 이상은 강직성 사경이라고도 하며 불수의적으로 목의 근육이 수축된 상태를 말한다. 경부 긴장 이상은 원발성 원인과 이차적인 원인에 의해서 발생할 수 있는데, 이차적인 원인에는 외상, 뇌졸 중, 뇌염, 종양 등이 있을 수 있어 이러한 증상이 있는 소아를 진찰 시에 면밀히 살펴 보아야 한다. 이 증례는1달전부터 시작된 오른쪽 사경을 가진 6세 남아에 대한 보고이다. 환아는 사경의 반대 쪽으로 경추 회전시 통증을 호소하였으며, 신체진찰 및 신경학적 진찰상 이상 소견이 관찰되지 않았다. 방사선 사진 시행하였으나 이상 소견 없었으며 증상 지속되어 뇌 및 척추 자기공명영상 시행하였으며 검사상 경추 부위에서 수뇌종양이 관찰되었다. 수술시 시행한 생검의 조직학적 검사상 원발성 저급 신경교종으로 진단되었다. 환아는 응급 수술을 통해 증상이 호전되었으며 이후 방사선 치료를 추가적으로 받았으나 후유증 없이 생활하고 있다. 이 증례를 통해 본 보고에서는 환아와 같이 사경이나 목 부위 통증과 같은 흔하게 볼 수 있는 증상을 가진 환자를 진료할 때, 검사자가 주의 깊게 접근하여 중증의 원인을 놓치지 않고 환자에게 좋은 예후를 줄 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 강조하였다 We report a case of 6yearold boy who presented with a 1month history of neck pain, rightsided torticollis, with no neurological deficit on physical examination. Computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain and spine revealed an expansive intramedullary tumor in the cervical spine. Histopatho logic examination of the biopsy specimen revealed primary lowgrade glioma. This highlights the importance of physician’s vigilance when diagnosing patients with common chief complaints such as torticollis and neck pain in order to avoid missing possible severe causes and to ensure patient management and prognosis.

Purpose:The purpose of study was to investigate effects of dual task balance training on balance and activities of daily living(ADL) in Stroke patient. Methods:The purpose of study was to investigate effects of dual task balance training on balance and activities of daily living(ADL) in Stroke patient. Results:The results of this study were summarized as follows: There were significant improvement in balance and ADL following the training in experimental group, There were significant improvement in a part of balance following the training in control group, whereas there were no significant improvement in ADL following the training in control group. There were significant difference following training in both groups in balance and ADL. The level of statistical significance was <05. Conclusion:Based on the results of this study, dual task balance training have an effects on balance and ADL in stroke patients.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Graphene has attracted widespread attention for supercapacitor applications thank to their excellent conductivity, mechanical flexibility, chemical stability and extremely high specific surface area. Here, all-graphene-oxide-supercapacitors were developed from two reduced graphene oxide (rGO) films as electrodes and one graphene oxide (GO) film as separator. The supercapacitors were then treated with 4M sulfuric acid at temperatures around 80 °C. By this treatment, the sulfuric acid molecules were physically intercalated into both rGO and GO films, which were confirmed by significant decrease intensity of characteristic peaks of sulfuric acid in Raman spectra. These sulfuric-acid-intercalated GO films can function as both quasi-solid-state electrolytes and separators. The average capacitance values measured at 100 mV s<SUP>−1</SUP> of the thermally wetted supercapacitor at 84 °C is improved 93.7 times higher than that of the as-prepared all-graphene-oxide-supercapacitor. The maximum capacitance of 266 F cm<SUP>−3</SUP> is obtained at scan rate 10 mV s<SUP>−1</SUP> for the thermally wetted supercapacitor at 84 °C. To the best of our knowledge, this is the highest specific capacitance that has ever been reported for a graphene oxide-based supercapacitor. Importantly, being in a quasi-solid-state, the energy storage performance of supercapacitors are persistent over several thousand cycles, making it very much unlike other carbon-based supercapacitors.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Quasi-solid-state all-graphene-oxide-supercapacitors were developed for the first time. </LI> <LI> Thermal wetting of the supercapacitors with H<SUB>2</SUB>SO<SUB>4</SUB> around 80 °C produces quasi-solid-state. </LI> <LI> A large volumetric capacitance of 266 F cm<SUP>−3</SUP> at a scan rate of 10 mV s<SUP>−1</SUP>. </LI> <LI> Energy storage performances of the supercapacitors are persistent over several thousand cycles. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
