에니어그램 집단상담이 대학생의 대인관계능력 및 자아존중감에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 에니어그램 집단상담이 대학생의 대인관계능력과 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 부산광역시에 소재한 D대학교 학생들이며 최종적으로 본 연구에 참여한 학생은 22명이다. 이들은 학생상담 센타 주최로 공고된 ‘대인관계 증진을 위한 에니어그램 집단상담’이라는 공고문을 보고 자발적으로 참여한 학생들로 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 11명씩 무선배치되었다. 본 연구에서 설정한 가설을 검증하기 위해 사용된 측정도구는 집단상담을 실시하기 전 대인관계능력 검사와 자아존중감 검사가 이루어졌고, 집단상담은 매 회 120분, 주 1회로 10회 과정으로 이루어 있다. 집단상담을 실시 후 대인관계능력 검사와 자아존중감 검사가 이루어져 하위요인별로 채점하였다. 또한 에니어그램 집단상담이 대학생의 대인관계능력과 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위하여 사전․사후 검사에서 얻어진 점수를 근거로 각 가설에 따라 평균, 표준편차를 구하고 집단 간의 평균차 유의성을 알아보기 위하여 t-검증을 실시하였다. 이러한 절차를 통해서 얻어진 결과를 통하여 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 에니어그램 집단상담에 참여한 집단은 참여하지 않은 집단에 비하여 대인관계능력에 대한 접수가 유의미하게 나타났으므로 에니어그램 집단상담은 대학생의 대인관계능력을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 에니어그램 집단상담에 참여한 집단은 참여하지 않은 집단에 비하여 자아존중감의 하위 영역인 일반적 능력에 대한 점수가 유의미하게 나타났으므로 에니어그램 집단상담은 대학생의 자아존중감의 일반적 능력을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 에니어그램 집단상담에 참여한 집단은 참여하지 않은 집단에 비하여 자아존중감의 하위 영역인 사회적 능력에 대한 접수가 유의미하게 나타났으므로 에니어그램 집단상담은 대학생의 자아존중감의 사회적 능력을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 알 수 있다. 넷째, 에니어그램 집단상담에 참여한 집단은 참여하지 않은 집단에 비하여 자아존중감의 하위 영역인 학교적 능력에 대한 접수가 유의미하게 나타났으므로 에니어그램 집단상담은 대학생의 자아존중감의 학교적 능력을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 알 수 있다. 다섯째, 에니어그램 집단상담에 참여한 집단은 참여하지 않은 집단에 비하여 자아존중감의 하위 영역인 가정적 능력은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이 점은 자아존중감의 가정적 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 집단상담의 효율적인 방안이 요구된다.
A Study on the Scene Change Detection Algorithm Using Adaptive Threshold

The video scene change detection technology is a basic technology to build an efficient video retrieval system. Dividing video file into shots is called video segmentation and detecting a cut which is the changing point of scene to video segmentation is called scene change detection. In this paper, we apply the average value of the differences between frames after the scene detection as the threshold value. In our work, the rapid scene change detection method based on the DC coefficient and the macro block type shows a good performance with 83.3% of precision rate by using the luminance information of the scene in i frame and for the gradual scene change detection, our algorithm recorded 85.7% of recall rate in scene change by using the difference value of color histogram.

본 논문에서는 특징 추출 분석, 관심 영역을 추출하기 위한 몇 가지 종래의 이미지 전처리 방법과 K-means 클러스터링 및 이미지 분할방법을 통해서 얻어진 결과를 정상적인 세포와 비정상 세포를 추출하는 기법을 제안한다. 그 결과 97.8% 분류로 우수한 성능을 보여주었다.
Intrauterine tamponade using Bakri balloon catheter during cesarean section for placenta previa

Since 2009, our institute has been applying Bakri balloon for intrauterine balloon tamponade as a first choice to reduce undesired hysterectomy for postpartum bleeding. The aim of this study was to analyze the efficacy of intrauterine tamponade using Bakri balloon catheter during cesarean section for abnormal placentation. Retrospective review of the medical records of patients who had underwent elective cesarean section for abnormal placentation between Aug 2009 and July 2010 was performed. The surgery and insertion of the Bakri balloon catheter were performed by a single qualified operator (JYK). Bakri balloon was applied when a bleeding over 500 mL and tachycardia were noted during the surgery. A total of 72 patients (low-lying 18, previa partialis 10, previa totalis 44) underwent cesarean section for abnormal placentation during the study period. Forty patients (55.6 %) required intrauterine balloon tamponade during cesarean section due to postpartum bleeding from the low uterine segment, of which 72.7 % of cases was placenta previa totalis). And immediate hysterectomy was performed in 2 patients (2.8%) due to profuse bleeding. Of those who received the Bakri balloon uterine tamponade, 30.2 % (13/40) required additional treatment such as bilateral uterine artery embolization (11/40) or hysterectomy (2/40) to achieve complete bleeding control. No material mortality or balloon related complication was encountered. Intrauterine tamponade using Bakri balloon was efficient in managing postpartum bleeding following cesarean section for abnormal placentation to avoid hysterectomy.

<B>ABSTRACT</B><P>A microbial community analysis of forest soil from Jindong Valley, Korea, revealed that the most abundant rRNA genes were related to <I>Acidobacteria</I>, a major taxon with few cultured representatives. To access the microbial genetic resources of this forest soil, metagenomic libraries were constructed in fosmids, with an average DNA insert size of more than 35 kb. We constructed 80,500 clones from Yuseong and 33,200 clones from Jindong Valley forest soils. The double-agar-layer method allowed us to select two antibacterial clones by screening the constructed libraries using <I>Bacillus subtilis</I> as a target organism. Several clones produced purple or brown colonies. One of the selected antibacterial clones, pJEC5, produced purple colonies. Structural analysis of the purified pigments demonstrated that the metagenomic clone produced both the pigment indirubin and its isomer, indigo blue, resulting in purple colonies. In vitro mutational and subclonal analyses revealed that two open reading frames (ORFs) are responsible for the pigment production and antibacterial activity. The ORFs encode an oxygenase-like protein and a putative transcriptional regulator. Mutations of the gene encoding the oxygenase canceled both pigment production and antibacterial activity, whereas a subclone carrying the two ORFs retained pigment production and antibacterial activity. This finding suggests that these forest soil microbial genes are responsible for producing the pigment with antibacterial activity.</P>
