지역사회중심의 여가기술교수가 정신지체인의 볼링장 이용하기 기술 수행에 미치는 영향

Effects of community-based leisure skill instructionon the bowling performance of adults with mental retardation 이 연구는 특수학교 교사들의 역할 스트레스를 직무탈진의 선행요인으로 설정하여 직무탈진과의 관계를 규명하고, 나아가 역할 스트레스가 사회적 지지에 미치는 영향을 통해 사회적 지지가 역할 스트레스로 인한 직무탈진을 중재할 수 있는지에 대한 효과를 검증하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 이 연구에서는 2004년 교육청에 등록된 강원도와 경기도 소재 정신지체 공립 특수학교 6곳에 재직 중인 초중고등 특수교사 241명을 대상으로 전수조사 설문을 실시하였다. 순회교사 및 전공과를 포함한 비담임을 제외한 총 206명의 설문 응답자 중 201명의 최종 유효 표본을 획득한 다음, 일원변량분석, t-검증, 중다회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 일련의 연구과정을 통해 이 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 역할 스트레스, 직무탈진, 사회적 지지에 대한 집단간 차이 검증에서 연령이 낮고 경력이 낮은 교사일수록 사회적 지지를 더 받는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 역할 스트레스 하위요인과 사회적 지지의 관계를 분석한 결과 역할 갈등이 낮은 집단은 가족지지 특히, 사회적 지지의 유형에서 정서적 지원을 많이 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 역할 스트레스 하위요인 중 역할 모호성에 의해 스트레스를 가장 높게 받고 있으며, 역할 갈등은 개인적 성취감 결여와 탈 인격화에, 역할 과부하는 정서적 탈진에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회적 지지와 직무탈진과의 관계에서 가족과 동료의 지지는 개인적 성취감 결여에 영향을 주며, 낮은 상사의 지지는 정서적 탈진에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.<주제어> 지역사회중심의 여가교수, 볼링장 이용하기 기술, 지역사회중심 교수, 성인장애인 프로그램

이 글은, 내가 대중예술 연구에 이르게 된 과정을 회고하는 글이다. 우선 어릴 적 문화적 환경과 대학 시절의 예술 관련 체험, 그리고 진보적 예술문화운동의 경험을 서술했다. 나는 1980년대부터 1990년대 초에 이르는 예술문화운동을 경험하면서 많은 학술적 아이디어와 태도를 습득하게 되었다. 그리고 이것들은 1990년대 말부터 본격화된 나의 대중예술 연구에서 독특한 연구방법론을 정립하는 데에 기초가 되었다. 이 글은 나의 연구가 형성되고 발전되는 과정을 밝힘으로써, 대중예술 연구방법론에 대한 특별한 관심과 성찰을 유도한다.

장기처방약의 조제방식에 대한 일반인의 선호도 조사 : 분할조제 관점에서

Background: This study examined the public’s perceptions of repeat dispensing as one of the measures to reduce the harmful effects of long-term prescriptions in Korea. Methods: From January 11 to 25, 2021, an online survey was conducted for adults using convenience sampling. A self-developed questionnaire was used. Results: There were 310 respondents, of which 228 (73.5%) preferred repeat dispensing. When considering the additional fee payment, 188 (60.6%) preferred repeat dispensing, and 54 (67.5%) out of a total of 80 chronic disease patients preferred it. It was confirmed that there was a difference in the willingness to repeat dispensing considering the additional cost depending on whether the patient had a chronic disease and the distance from home to the nearest pharmacy. As a result of subgroup analysis for patients with chronic diseases, frequency of outpatient visit, number of prescription days, method of packaging pharmaceuticals, and distance from home to the nearest pharmacy were identified as variables that could well predict the willingness to repeat dispensing considering paying additional fees. The preference for repeat dispensing may vary depending on conditions such as additional cost range, frequency and period of prescription use, disease and patient characteristics, so a careful approach is necessary. Conclusion: It is necessary for the government to consider the introduction of repeat dispensing with interest in the public demand.

간호대학생의 대인관계 유능성, 공감능력, 의사소통능력이 노인차별에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study examines the influence of interpersonal competence, empathy, and the communication ability of nursing students on ageism. Methods: This was a cross-sectional descriptive design study comprised 201 nursing students. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire for nursing students selected by convenience sampling in Busan. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were applied for statistical evaluation of the data. Results: Results of this study revealed a statistically significant relationship between ageism and interpersonal competence (r=-0.34, p<.001), empathy (r=-0.57, p<.001), and communication ability (r=-0.41, p<.001). Multiple regression analysis showed that the factors influencing ageism were empathy (β=-0.53, p<.001) and major satisfaction (β=-0.29, p<.001). Conclusion: Our results indicate that to improve the concept of ageism among nursing students, it is necessary to develop and apply educational intervention that strengthens empathy and increases major satisfaction.

경락마사지와 발반사마사지 병행 프로그램이 스트레스와 자연살해세포의 활동량에 미치는 효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a combination program of meridian massage and foot reflexology on stress and natural killer (NK) cell activity in adults. Methods: This study is a quasi-experimental research usingone-group-pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the study were 42 adults in T city. Stress level was assessed with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse rate, and serum cortisol level. The data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 17.0 program with descriptive statistics and Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The period of this study was from January 4 to July 11 of 2008. The program was performed three days per week, two hours per session. Results: The degrees of perceived stress were significantly different while objective stress levels were partially different between pre- and post-program. The NK cell activity did not show a significant difference between before and after the program. Conclusion: This study suggests that combination of meridian massage and foot reflexology may be an optional nursing intervention to reduce subjective and objective stress in adults.

사회주의 여성성의 역사적 계승과 문화 이데올로기 -『인간문제』와 「길’동무들」의 상호텍스트성을 중심으로 -

This study examined the intertextuality of 『the Human Matters』written by Kang, Kyeong-ae, a female author who worked in Gando in the period of Japanese colonial rule and 「Companions」written by Kim, Byeong-hun in the period of the Chollima movement when North Korea aggressively established its socialist system. The study investigated how one author's efforts to introduce the theory of women's emancipation of socialism was modified and passed down in North Korea. Kang, Kyeong-ae's critical realism developed into social realism in Kim, Byeong-hun's works. After all, the author's individual sporadic efforts were aggregated under the government's direction. That is, 「Companions」accurately reflect the reality of North Korea in the 1960s where ideology on women was included in the government's systematic education on ideologies given to the public. Kang, Kyeong-ae's non-mainstream recognition and literary activities perfectly satisfied the North Korean government's intention to inherit resistance against the Japanese rule carried out by Kim, Il-seong's Joseon Gwangbokhoe in the 1930s which is represented by the spirit of Cheongsalli. However, the leadership's intention to shift intellectuals' consciousness of socialism into the public's consciousness after the resistance was also involved.
