      • Co/Mn/Br계 촉매상에서 p-자일렌 액상산화반응의 공정변수에 관한 연구

        Liquid phase oxidation of p-xylene using molecular oxygen has been carried out on the Co/Mn/Br-based catalyst system in acetic acid as a solvent. Process parameters(total pressure, partial pressure of oxygen and temperature) and kinetics of the reaction were studied as a basic study in the viewpoint for the development of new catalyst system and process. The total pressure above 20atm and the partial pressure of oxygen above 5atm were required to keep the reactant in the liquid phase and to overcome the mass transfer limitation of oxygen. The oxidation rate conversion were increased with increasing reaction temperature to the 100∼190℃ range. For a given initial concentration of p-xylene, the oxidation rate and the apparent activation energy were found to be of first-order and 4.24 ㎉/㏖, respectively. The effect of the third components added to the Co/Mn/Br catalyst was also studied. It was found that Ni is only a good additive that can promote the catalyst performance.

      • Human Chorionic Gonadotropin(HCG)에 의한 넙치, Paralichthys olivaceus의 배정효과

        넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)에서 호르몬 처리에 의한 효과적인 인공산란 연구의 일환으로 human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)에 의한 성숙 넙치에서의 spermatocrit법에 의한 배정(spermiation)효과를 연구하였다. 안정된 spermatocrit치를 위한 정액의 분획조건은 12,000rpm, 30분간의 원심분리가 적절하였으며 spermatocrit(Y)는 정자밀도(X)와는 Y=1.14X-10.04(r=0.91, P<0.0001, n=50)의 관계식을 나타내었다. 정자밀도는 21.5∼98.4×10??정자/㎕정액으로 12∼95%의 spermatocrit치에 해당하였다. 성숙넙치의 정액생산은 1,000IUHCG/㎏BW의 주사시 24시간후에 가장 높았고(7.46㎖/㎏BW), 낮은spermatocrit치(63%)와 낮은 정자밀도(67.4×10??정자/㎕정액)수준과 일치하여 정액점도는 매우 낮게 나타났다. 이와같은 낮은 정액점도는 HEG처리에 의한 정소의 수화(hydration)에 기인된 것으로 여타 lobular형 정소에서의 호르몬 처리시 결과와 일치하였다. 48시간후의 HCG처리군과 대조군간의 정액생산, spermatocrit치 및 정자밀도에서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구결과 성숙넙치의 배정은 spermatocrit법에 의해 명확히 판별될 수 있으며 HCG는 본 종에서 배정을 효과적으로 촉진시킬 수 있음이 나타났다. For the evaluation of hormonal control of sperm in cultured fish a method to quantify the spermiation response of mature flatfish to hormonal therapy is described. Spermatocrit was determined after 30 min. in centrifuge condition of 12,000rpm. Sperm density was estimated by a standard hemacytometer method. However, sperm density can be predicted from spermatocrit since their relationship is linear as described by the regression equation, Y=1.14X-0.04(r=0.91, P<0.0001, n=50), where Y is spermatocrit and X is sperm density. Sperm density levels ranged from 21.5 to 98.4×10?? spermatozoa per ㎕ milt corresponding to spermatocrit values of 12 to 95%. Milt production by mature flatfish was highest(7.4ml per ㎏ body weight) at 24h after injection of 1,000IU of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) per ㎏ body weight and coincided with low spermatocrit(63%) and sperm density(67.4×10?? spermatozoa per ㎕ milt) levels. No significant differences was appeared in milt production, spermatocrit and sperm density between control and HCG-treated fish at 48h after HCG injection. These results demonstrate that spermiation in mature flatfish can be reliably evaluated by a spermatocrit method and that HCG is effctive in stimulating of spermiation in this species.

        The detailed thermal-hydraulic behavior of the reactor coolant system is analyzed using the best-estimate thermal-hydraulic analysis code, MARS2.1. The analysis is performed in case of the loss of shutdown cooling system accident during charging operation. The related thermal-hydraulic parameters such as core damage are defined, and quantitative occurring time after the accident for these thermal-hydraulic parameters is provided based on the thermal-hydraulic analysis results. The analysis is performed for the Yong-Gwang nuclear power plant units 5, 6 which are Korean standard nuclear power plants.

        고압전류 감전자에게서 나타난 말초신경병증 증례보고

        Background: With increasing industrial development, opportunities are growing to contact electricity in the workplace or home. Therefore, the risk of electrical accident has been increased gradually. In general, electrical injuries involve the extremities and result in amputation or severe disability of limbs. Delayed spinal cord injury and peripheral neuropathies following electrical accidents are extremely rare. Case report: A 32-year-old man with 10 years working experience at a CRT-monitor manufacturer with repetitive exposures to high voltage current visited our hosipital. He complained of left leg weakness and atrophy, and intermittent pain. The symptoms were progressive. Other symptoms occurred such as nocturia, hesitancy, and weak urinary stream. We examined the patient and conducted EMG, L-spine MRI, neurometer test, isokinetic strength test, and physical examination. The results showed neural injuries due to anterior horn lesions or compression of the left femoral nerve pathway, with a consequent diagnosis of neurogenic bladder.

      • 팔체질침을 이용한 반월판 관절경부분절제술 환자의 치험례

        슬관절은 지속적인 압력을 받거나 충격때문에 동작범위의 한계에 이를 때 손상받기 쉽다. 반월판 파열 환자는 일상생활에 지장을 주는 동통, 정복되지 않는 잠김, locking이나 giving way가 자주 일어나는 경우, 지속적인 신전제한이 있을 때 수술의 적응증이 된다. 반월판 파열 환자의 재활에 있어서 관건은 대퇴사두근의 근력과 ROM의 회복이다. 팔체질침 시술후 반월판 부분절제술을 시행한 환자가 동통의 강도와 동통 재발의 감소, ROM의 개선, 전반적 상태면에서 체침이나 MPS 시술 때보다 더 나은 경과를 얻었다. Knee joints are apt to be injured when they are over the limit of ROM by continuous pressure or impact. The patient of meniscus tear has to be operated in case that he has the symptom of knee pain obstructive to daily life, unreducable locking, frequent locking or giving way, continuous extention limit. In the rehabilitation of the patient of meniscus tear, the key is the progress of musculi quadratus femori's power and ROM. After 8 constitutional acupucture therapies, partial menisectomy patient has the better process about decrease of pain intensity and relapsing pain frequence, development of ROM, general condition more than general acupucture or MPS medical treatment.

      • 정맥내 통증자가조절법을 이용한 Nalbuphine-Ketorolac과 Butorphanol-Ketorolac의 술후 진통효과 비교

        This study aimed to compare analgegic efficacy, satisfaction score and side effect of nalbuphine-ketorolac and butorphanol-ketorolac by using intravenous patient controlled analgesia(IV-PCA) for postoperative anlgesia following a gastrectomy for stomach cancer. Ninety patients who had undergone gastrectomy for stomach cancer under general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups. Each group recieived nalbuphine 50mg with ketorolac 150mg(Group 1, n=45) and butorphanol 5mg with ketorolac 150mg(Group 2, n=45) by using IV-PCA during postoperative 48hrs. Assessments for pain with numerical rating scale(NRS), and side effects were evaluated at 2hr, 6hr, 12hr, 24hr, 36hr and 48hr after the operation. There were no significant difference in NRS for pain during rest, but Group 2 requested significantly greater amount of supplementary diclofenac during first 24 hours. Side effects were higher Group 1 in pruritus, nausea and vomiting and Group 2 in sedation, nausea and vomiting. This study suggests that adding ketorolac with intravenous nalbuphine or butrophanol in using an intravenous PCA can decrease analgesics requirement and improve analgesic property without the major morbidity like respiratory depression, but needs for the careful observation and treatment on the side effects like nausea. vomiting, pruritis and sedation...

        관여도에 따른 광고 메시지구조에서의 양상(modality) 효과와 광고프레임별 영향력 효과

        본 연구에서는 기존에 진행되어온 양상(modaity)에 대한 연구를, 광고 메시지 차원에서 시각적 및 청각적 요인의 영향력에 대한 소비자들의 태도 및 행동적 변수의 영향력을 측정하여 수행하였다. 이를 위해서 제품 관여도를 조절 변수로 사용하였으며, 광고 메시지를 프레임별로 접근하여 각각의 프레임에서의 두 요인의 역할과 영향력에 대해서 평가하였다. 연구결과, 청각적 요소가 시각적 요인에 비해서 소비자들의 태도 및 행동적 변수에 대한 영향력에 더 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 15초의 광고시간동안 시계열적인 프레임으로 구분하는 경우에 단계별로 시각적 요인과 청각적 요인의 광고 영향력이 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 15초의 광고시간동안 시계열적인 기승전결에 따른 4단계 프레임으로 구분하여 분석하는 경우에, 단계별로 시각적 요인과 청각적인 요인의 광고 영향력이 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 양상(modality)에 따라서 광고 메시지의 초기단계에서는 시각적 요소가 강하게 작용하는 시각적 초기효과를 나타내었으며, 후반으로 진행될수록 청각적 최근효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 방송광고 구조에서 초기에는 시각적 초기효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 방송광고 구조에서 초기에는 시각적 초기효과(visual-primacy effect), 후반에는 청각적 최근효과(auditory-recency effect)의 패턴으로 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다. The stepwise effect of visual and auditory element of advertising message toward consumer's attitude and behavior is illuminated on this research. For the purpose of revealing this modality effect, the advertising stimulus is framed by 4 stages, according to the Korean traditional plot theory, as is identified on the narrative structure. Also, the product involvement is adopted as moderate variable, In summary, the result shows auditory element is predominant to the visual element on the context of advertising, especially, it affects attitude and behavioral variables such as liking, understanding and purchase intention. For the short time of 15 seconds, there resides plot in the advertising narratives, also. this phenomenon of visual-primacy effect and auditory-recency effect is revealed.

        정상 인체피부섬유모세포종에 대한 벤조산의 독성효과

        Objective : The aim of this study was to evaluate cytotoxic effect of benzoic acid on normal human skin fibroblast cell line , Detroit 551. Methods : The cytotoxicity was determined by colorimetric assays such as MTT assay or XTT assay. The microscopy was carried out to observe Detroit 551 cell line. Cells were incubated with various concentrations of benzoic acid in CQ incubator controlled with 37 c for 48 hours. Results : The cytotoxic effect of benzoic acid on Detroit 551 did not show a positive significance at 50 uM and 100 uM benzoic acid by MTT assay or X T T assay compared with control. MTTB and XTTg were 900.6 uM and 974.6 uM, respectively. In microscopic study, Detroit 551 treated with benzoic acid showed a slightly decreased cell number, while the morphological changes of cell was not showed. Conclusion : Above the results, the cytotoxicity of benzoic acid was midtoxicity on normal human skin fibroblasts cell line. Detrit 551
