        시간의 흐름에 따른 핸드폰의 품질동태성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 선행연구에서 조사된 핸드폰의 고객요구속성을 Kano 모델의 품질특성에 적용하여 시간의 흐름에 따라 어떤 변화가 있는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 고객들의 새로운 요구속성이 나타났는지도 함께 살펴보고자 한다. 많은 문헌과 선행연구에서 나타나고 있는 시간에 따른 품질특성의 이동이 매력적 품질에서 일원적 품질로 일원적 품질에서 당연적 품질로 변화하는 진부화(陳腐化)현상이 나타나는지도 함께 살펴보고자 한다. In this study, previous research (Sung-Uk Lim, 2004) surveyed in customer demand for mobile phones the quality characteristics of properties applied to the Kano model, the flow of time, depending on whether any changes will be discussed. In addition, our customers" new requirements will be examined along with the property map appeared. The movement of time-dependent quality characteristics appeared in many previous studies Obsolescence Phenomenon - from Attactive Quality Element to One-Dimensional Quality Element, from One-Dimensional Quality Element to Must-Be Quality Element - may appear be examined together.

        An emphasis should be placed on the food the children will have in their pre school days. The lack of its, nutrition cannot lead them to their sound social life. With respect to this fact, we have made an nutrions analysis and research on the actual conditions carried out by the kindergartens. Our study can be shortened as follows: 1. A milk diet has fulfilled Calory, Protein, and Calcium with the children. 2. Fruits may be a desirable food. 3. Instant Food is not desirable for the children. 4. Teachers themselves should develop an eating manners by showing an example. 5. Cooperation with the institutes concerned is required for the education of nutrition.

        蟠蔥散의 適應病理와 臨床活用에 關한 小考

        蟠蔥散은 《太平惠民和劑局方》에 收載된 이래, 胃腸, 少腹(下腹部), 前陰, 子宮 等의 虛寒(虛冷)性 症狀과 少陰人 裏寒證 等에 應用되고 있다. 蟠蔥散을 投與한 患者 106例를 對象으로 性別 및 年齡分布, 投與量, 處方構成, 症狀의 頻度 및 症候 分析을 한 결과 總 患者中 女子患者가 男子에 比하여 월등히 많았고, 投與 分量은 成人은 20貼 以內가 가장 많았으며 症狀의 頻度는 腹痛(右側下服痛, 小腹痛, 胃酸痛, 産後腹痛), 生理痛, 腰痛, 過敏性腸症候群, 不姙, 冷帶下順으로 나타났다. 本 方의 適應症은 虛冷에서 오는 疝氣作痛을 비롯해서 胃腸疾患, 胸脇背項에 連한 拘及痛, 小腹이나 外腎의 腫刺痛, 婦人의 子宮系疾患等으로 要約할 수 있으며, 特히 少腹冷痛과 四象 體質中 少陰人의 裏寒證에 效果的이었다. To use effective application of Ban Chong San(BCS) effectively, bibliographical study of BCS and clinical evaluation of BCS on distribution of sex, age, frequency of treatment and changes of symptoms of 106 patients treated with BCS from 1997. 9. 1. to 1997. 12. 31 at my clinic. The result were summarized as follows. 1. Among total 106 patient, a number of women and men were 90 (85%) and 16(15%) respectively 2. The number of children was 8.(7.5%) 3. Approximately, BCS was administrated to the adults for 10 days, 20 chups. 4. Chief symptoms were abdominal pain right abdominal pain, lower abdominal pain, stomachache, postpartal abdominal pain, menstrual pain, lower back pain, hypersensitive intestine syndrome, sterility, leucorrhea. 5. BCS can be effective in stabbing pain, gastric disease, terrible pain, connected chest back, stabbing pain of lower abdominal region or kidney region and uretus disease of women : induced by cold.

      • 폐가스에서 황화수소 제거를 위한 바이오필터/광촉매반응기 시스템의 활용

        Transient behavior of biofilter/photo-catalytic reactor system was observed to eliminate hydrogen sulfide from waste air at its four sampling ports. The biofilter was packed with a eqivolume mixture of granular activated carbon(GAC) and compost as packing media on which Thiobacillus sp. IW was inoculated and was fixed. The biofilter/photo-catalytic reactor system was run for eight stages of operation under various operating conditions. As a result the removal efficiency began to decrease from 100% after the inlet load of hydrogen sulfide surpassed ca. 100 S-g/㎥/h and was finally continued at 60%. The maximum elimination capacity of biofilter/photo-catalytic reactor system was ca. 130 S-g/㎥/h.

      • 12-O-Tetradecanoylphorbol-13-Acetate에 의한 HL-60 세포 분화유도중 Vimentin 유전자 전사조절에 대한 AP-1의 역할

        Purpose: To gain insight on the role of AP-1 in transcriptional regulation of vimentin gene during differentiation of HL-60 cells by 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA), the levels of vimentin mRNA and AP-1 have been investigated with Northern blot hybridization and DNA mobility shift assay. Materials and Methods: HL-60 cells were grown in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal calf serum and antibiotics in a humidified 5% CO_2 at 37℃. Total RNA was prepared by a modification of the method of Karlinsey et al. Northern blot hybridization was performed by the method of Virca et al. EcoRI fragment of pVIM-GEM was used as probe for vimentin mRNA. DNA mobility shift assay was performed by the method of Lim et al. End labeled DNA probe(Upper strand, 5'-CGCTTGATGAGTCAGCCG- 3') for AP-1 binding activity was mixed with nuclear extracts in a 20 μl reaction volume containing 300 mM KCI, 60 mM HEPES, pH 7.9, 25 mM MgCI_2, 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 60% glycerol, and 2 ㎍ of poly[dI-dC]. Results: TPA increased vimentin mRNA levels, with maximal stimulation reached at 24 hr. The level of vimentin mRNA was induced in proportion to the concentration of TPA. TPA-induced vimentin mRNA was almost reduced by actinomycin-D pretreatment. TPA-induced stimulation of vimentin gene was completely reduced by staurosporin pretreatment. In DNA mobility shift assay, AP-1 newly appeared at 24 hr during TPA-induced differentiation and was almost not detected after the pretreatment of staurosporin. Conclusions: These results suggest that the induction of vimentin mRNA during TPA-dependent differentiation in HL-60 cells may be mediated by protein kinases C signal transduction and AP-1 is important to transcriptional regulation.

      • 담낭종양에서 CD24의 역할

        CD24 is a small heavily glycosylated glycosylphosphatidylinosito-linked cell surface protein, which is expressed in hematologic malignancies as well as in a large variety of solid tumors, It appears to function as a ligand of PUselectin, an adhesion molecule that is present in activated platelets and endothelial cells. The authors aimed to evaluate CD24 protein expression in adenoma and adenocarcinoma of gallbladder to correlate to clinicopathologic data. The staining- was evaluated as stainability (negative, weak-, moderate-, strong-positive) and staining' patterns (membranous vs. intracytoplasmic) for statistical analysis. A highly significant association of cytoplasmic CD24 expression with adenocarcinoma compared to the adenoma of gallbladder was demonstrated. The present study demonstrates that CD24 was abundantly expressed on adenocarcinoma rather than on adenoma, but it was not statistically significant, Interrelation between the stainability or intracytoplasmic staining of CD24 and lymph node metastasis was not statistically significant. The authors conclude that CD24 is involved in tumorigenesis of gallbladder mucosa and intracytoplasmic expression of CD24 is an important molecular marker for malignant transformation.

      • 대전대학교 기숙사 식당의 급식만족도 조사

        This study aimed at examining the foodservice satisfaction on dormitory restaurant by gender, age, college. The subjects of the study were 236 students living in the dormitory of Daejeon University. The survey was conducted between June 4 to June 12, 2002. The data was collected by survey and- was analyzed by SPSS package. The evaluation of the foodservice satisfaction by gender, showed that answers of the most students were below average. Generally, male students were more satisfied than females. The evaluation of the foodservice satisfaction by age, showed that younger students were more disatisfied than older students. The results suggest that food preference of subjects should be considered in meal planning and various cooking method should be utilized to enhance taste of foods for better foodservice. The management of the foodservice will be made efforts to improve the quality of foodservice on the basis of these results.
