Purpose: NCS(National Competency Standards) is a systematic organization of knowledge, skills, and literacy required for performing tasks in industrial settings. This research aims to search for keywords that are important to us and to present key directions of education for the fourth industrial age in the future. Methods: The systematic classification system of NCS was investigated and the classification code structure was analyzed. Among them, the frame and structure analysis of the classification code of quality was analyzed using R-program. Results: This study grasped the quality classification situation of NCS and suggested improvement plan from the operational aspect of the fourth industrial revolution era. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study suggested the idea of education direction of SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in the era of the 4th industrial revolution by understanding NCS which reflects Korean characteristics.

본 연구는 선행연구에서 조사된 핸드폰의 고객요구속성을 Kano 모델의 품질특성에 적용하여 시간의 흐름에 따라 어떤 변화가 있는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 고객들의 새로운 요구속성이 나타났는지도 함께 살펴보고자 한다. 많은 문헌과 선행연구에서 나타나고 있는 시간에 따른 품질특성의 이동이 매력적 품질에서 일원적 품질로 일원적 품질에서 당연적 품질로 변화하는 진부화(陳腐化)현상이 나타나는지도 함께 살펴보고자 한다. In this study, previous research (Sung-Uk Lim, 2004) surveyed in customer demand for mobile phones the quality characteristics of properties applied to the Kano model, the flow of time, depending on whether any changes will be discussed. In addition, our customers" new requirements will be examined along with the property map appeared. The movement of time-dependent quality characteristics appeared in many previous studies Obsolescence Phenomenon - from Attactive Quality Element to One-Dimensional Quality Element, from One-Dimensional Quality Element to Must-Be Quality Element - may appear be examined together.

This paper presents a spare ordering policy for preventive replacement with minimal repair. To analyze the ordering policy, the failure process is modeled by a non-homogeneous Poisson process. Introducing the ordering, repair, downtime, replacement costs and salvage value, we derive the expected cost effectiveness as a criterion of optimality when the lifetime and lead times for the regular and expedited orders are generally distributed random variables. It is shown that, under certain conditions, there exists a finite and unique optimum ordering time which maximizes the expected cost effectiveness. A numerical example is also included to explain the proposed model.
요세푸스의 갈릴리인 이해를 바탕으로 예수의 갈릴리인 정체성 다시 읽기 : 요한복음의 인종-종족 문제를 중심으로

본 논문은 요한복음에 나타난 예수의 갈릴리인(Γαλιλαῖος) 정체성을 요세푸스의 눈으로 새롭게 해석하고자 한다. 유대 역사가인 요세푸스에 따르면 갈릴리인 정체성은 고정적이라기보다는 유동적이다. 특히 이런 특징은 갈릴리인이 유대인 그리고 사마리아인과 교류하는 과정에서 잘 드러난다. 고대 사회에서 갈릴리인의 복잡한 인종-종족 정체성을 상세하게 기술한 요세푸스의 작품은 거의 동시대에 집필된 요한복음을 이해하는 데에 있어서 깊은 통찰력을 제공한다. 본고는 요세푸스의 갈릴리인에대한 다양한 기술을 충분히 탐구한 이후에 먼저 요한복음에 나타난 여러 종족들, 즉 갈릴리인, 유대인, 사마리아인, 그리고 로마인 사이의 역동적인 관계에 주목하고자 한다. 그다음 본고는 이를 토대로 예수의 갈릴리인 정체성을 보다 예리하게 해부할 것이다. 요한복음 전체에 걸쳐 갈릴리인 예수의 인종-종족 정체성은 유대성(Jewishness)에 기반하면서도 다른 인종-종족과의 관계에 따라서 다소 변동적인 것으로 나타난다. 결론적으로 본고는 요한복음 속 갈릴리인 예수의 인종-종족 정체성이 유대성에 중심을 두면서도 유대성과 비(非)유대성의 경계선을 넘나드는 사회· 문화적인 구성체임을 주장하는 바이다. This essay is an attempt to reread Jesus’ Galilean identity as mirrored in the Gospel of John through the lens of Flavius Josephus. In the eyes of Josephus, a first-century Jewish historian, the identity of the Galileans is malleable rather than static, especially in their interactions with Judeans and Samaritans. The underlying assumption is that race-ethnicity is a social and cultural construction across spatial and temporal constraints. Drawing on Josephus’ variegated representations of the complicated identity of the Galileans in antiquity, the essay undertakes to explore the ethnic dynamics between Galileans, Judeans, Samaritans, and Romans in the Gospel of John with a focus on Jesus’ identity as a Galilean. Overall, Jesus’ racial-ethnic identity revolves around his Jewish identity. At the same time, however, it is also changeable according to his dealings with other racial-ethnic groups. It is, therefore, my contention that Jesus’ Galilean identity is a social and cultural construction which switches back and forth between Jewishness and non-Jewishness.

After 6 Sigma administration is introduced in domestic in 1997, many corporations are utilizing by survival strategy and method of administration reform. This is applied in all field that this led to R&D from service industry by the next. Success factors by each field was studied and announced applying in various types of business. The Korail and Korea Post, the Ministry of Environment and various public corporation and governmen and municipal office are introduce and utilizing 6 Sigma administration by innovation method present.<BR> But, research about success factor that special quality of public sector is considered up to now was almost no. This treatise analyzed 6 Sigma’ success factors and effect relation to public corporation.

대부분 제품 우위를 갖고 있는 제품의 성공요소에 관한 연구를 바탕으로 보다 구체적인 측정값을 이용하는 연구를 실시하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 한국 시장에서 성공한 새로운 제품의 차원을 조사 분석하였다. 특히 차원의 기능, 미학, 경제성, 안전성, 사용성, 신뢰성 브랜드 이미지 등으로 분류를 위하여 앙케이트 조사를 통해 새로운 제품 개발의 방향을 제시하였다. Many researches have concluded that product advantage or superiority is the most important factor for the commercial success of new products. However, the specific dimensions of product advantage have not been studied as yet. In order to examine the determinants of new product success, Winning products in Korean market are analyzed. As results of the analysis, the determinants are classified into function, aesthetics, economy, safety, usability, reliability, brand image, assurance, distribution channel, advertisement, DEF(design for the environment). Besides using the data of reference, this study augmented the data set through questionnaire survey to marketing professor in University. The results of this study would be a cue to the future direction of new product development and to management of exist product.

Joint optimization of preventive age replacement and inventory policy is considered in this paper. There are three decision variables in the problem: (i) preventive replacement age of the operating unit, (ii) order quantity per order and (iii) reorder point for spare replenishment. Preventive replacement age and order quantity are jointly determined so as to minimize the expected cost rate, and then the reorder point for meeting a desired service level is found. A numerical example is included to explain the joint optimization model.
