      • 당뇨 및 고혈압 환자를 위한 보건소 운동교실의 효과

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of exercise program of public health center on diabetes and hypertension patients. The participated subjects was 11 diabetes patients and 12 hypertension patients, respectively. The exercise was consisted of 10 min. of stretching and 20 min. of aerobic exercise and 20 min. of exercise for muscle strength for 3 months. The obtained results were as follows: The total cholesterol concentration, post prandial glucose level and systolic blood pressure of total subjects was significantly decreased compared to before the exercise started(p<.05). In diabetes patients. post prandial glucose level was significantly decreased compared to before the exercise started(p<.05). In hypertension patients. the value of systolic blood pressure after exercise was significantly decreased compared to before the exercise started(p<.05). From these results, it was suggested that exercise program of public health center improved the condition of diabetes and hypertension.

        연마방법에 따른 탄성의치의 표면거칠기와 Candida albicans의 부착율 변화

        연구 목적: 본 연구는 탄성의치 제작 시 주로 사용되는 polyamide를 수종의 연마방법을 사용하여 처리 후 Candida albicans의 부착정도와 표면거칠기를 비교하고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 25×15×2 mm 크기의 polyamide 시편을 4군으로 나누어 연마재를 사용하여 기공용 lathe 연마하는 방법(기공실내 연마방법)과 각기 다른 2종의 실리콘 포인트로 진료실내 연마하는 방법, 그리고 실리콘포인트 연마 후 pumice로 연마하는 방법으로 처리하였다. C. albicans의 부착성을 평가하기 위해 5×106 CFU/ml의 C. albicans 현탁액에 시편을 2시간 동안 침적하였고 5회 수세처리 후 한천배지에서 배양하였다. 그리고 주사전자 현미경(JSM-5900, JEOL LTd., Tokyo, Japan) 촬영을 시행하였다. Profilometer (Surf-pak; Kawasaki, Japan)를 이용하여 표면거칠기를 측정하였고 통계처리를 위하여 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 일원변량분석으로 비교 분석하였고 사후검증은 C. albicans의 부착성 검증을 위해 Scheffe test를 시행하였으며 표면조도검증을 위해 Tamhane’s T2 test를 시행하였다(α=.01). 결과: 최대 거칠기 값을 보인 군은 2단계의 연마용 버를 사용한 것으로 0.32 ㎛±0.10 값을 나타냈으며, 가장 낮은 거칠기 값을 보인 것은 tungsten carbide를 사용하지 않고 기공용 lathe로만 연마를 한 군으로 0.02 ㎛±0.00의 거칠기 값을 나타냈다. C. albicans 부착 실험에서는 기공용 lathe만을 이용한 연마방법이 가장 적은 부착수를 보였으며 다른 세 군과 유의한 차이가 발견되었다(P<.01). 결론: 표면거칠기 및 미생물 부착능 실험 결과 기공실 연마만을 시행한 경우 유의하게 낮은 거칠기 값과 부착율을 보였다. Pumice로 추가 연마한 군은 진료실연마를 시행한 군에 비해 낮은 거칠기 값을 보였으나 C. albicans 부착에 있어서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(P>.01). Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of 3 chairside polishing methods and laboratory polishing methods on surface roughness and C. albicans adhesion of polyamide denture base. Materials and methods: Using contact profilometer, the surface of polyamide specimens (25×15×2 mm) was studied after conventional polishing without finishing and after chiarside polishing with 2 chiarside polishing kits and chairside-pumice polishing following finishing with tungsten carbide bur. To evaluate the adhesion of C. albicans, C. albicans suspension was overlayed on the test specimen. And the specimens were incubated for 2 hours. Imprint culture method was achieved and counted the colony on the agar plate. Polished polyamide were evaluated using a scanning electron microscope. The statistics were conducted using one-way ANOVA and in case of difference, Scheffe test and Tamhane’s T2 test were used. Results: Surface roughness (Ra) of surfaces polished with 2 chairside polishing kits had higher than conventional polishing and pumice polishing. The highest roughness value was 0.32 ± 0.10 ㎛, and the lowest was 0.02 ± 0.00 ㎛. The adhesion of C. albicans on the specimens polished with chairside polishing group and pumice polishing group were increased than conventional polishing group (P<.01). Conclusion: Conventional laboratory polishing was found to produce the smoothest surface and the lowest adhesion of C. albicans. Two groups polished with Chairside polishing kits were similar with respect to surface roughness. Surface of the specimen polished with pumice is significantly smoother than 2 chairside polishing groups, but the result of C. albicans adhesion is that group polished with pumice was similar with 2 chairside polishing groups (P>.01).

      • 신고리 지역 기상관측을 통한 계절별 대기안정도 특성분석

        In this study, we analyzed the characteristics of atmospheric stability to investigate local environment change at an atomic power plant in Gori region. The used data was obtained from field observation of major meteorological variables such as wind direction and speed, air temperature, relative humidity, and solar radiation using AWS (Automatic Weather System) in Gori region from February to September in 2003. As a result, when strong northerly winds (more than 4~6 m/s) and weak northwesterly winds (2~3m/s) blow, atmospheric stability was neutral and stable from winter to spring, respectively. Atmospheric stability (neutral) in summer was similar to that in two other seasons (winter and spring), but it was stable for weak southwesterly winds (2~3 m/s). Finally, atmospheric stability was neutral for strong winds (over 4~6 m/s) in fall without respect to wind direction, while that was stable for very weak winds (less than 2 m/s).

      • 국민건강증진을 위한 보건소 운동사업의 효과에 대한 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of exercise program of public health center for health promotion. The participated subjects was consisted of 12 middle-aged female classes and 18 elderly classes. Before the exercise program started, we examined health history questionnaire and physical activity questionnaire. The exercise was consisted of stretching, folk dance. The obtained results were as follows: In the elderly class, the circumstance of waist. hip and W/H was significantly decreased compared to before the exercise started(p<.05). In addition, the systolic blood pressure of elderly class was significantly decreased compared to before the exercise started(p<.05). In middle-aged female class, there was similar trends to elderly class in spite of no significant difference. From these results. it was suggested that exercise program of public health center for health promotion was contribute to health promotion and quality of life.

      • 흰쥐에 있어서 납과 카드뮴이 Hepatic Microsomal Electron Transport System 활성도에 미치는 영향

        In rats treated with lead nitrate and cadmium chloride we observed a change of he level of hepatic microsomal protein, cytochrome P-450 and ??, and electron transport system for P-450 dependent reaction. The contents of microsomal protein, P-450 and b5, and activity of NADPH-cytochrome C(P-450) reductase were decreased according to the dosage of lead nitrate and cadmium chloride. On the other hand, the activity of NADH-cytochrome ?? reductase was increased according to the dosage of lead nitrate and cadmium chloride. These results suggest that the content and activity of cytochrome dependent mono-oxygenase may be dependent on specificity of substrates, and electron transport occurred through two pathway, that is, NADPH-cytochrome C(P-450) reductase and ?? reductase but NADH-cytochrome ?? reductase was mainly act as a mobile carrier so-called second electron carrier.

      • 중첩 방전을 이용한 CO₂레이저의 동작 특성 : 다중펄스 중첩을 이용한 long 펄스형 CO₂레이저의 펄스 형상 제어 Pulse shape control of pulse CO₂laser using multiple-pulse superposition

        본 연구에서는 PIC 원 칩 마이크로 프로세서 기술을 접목시켜, 저전압 측에서 2단 또는 3단의 회로를 능동적으로 중첩시킴으로써, 다양한 펄스폭을 가지는 고전압의 펄스형상을 만들었다. 이렇게 만들어진 다양한 중첩펄스를 현재 산업용 및 의료용으로 많이 사용되고 있는 CO2 레이저에 적용하여 각 단의 스위치의 트리거 지연시간에 따른 레이저 빔의 출력 특성을 고찰하였다. 그 결과 다양한 펄스폭을 가지는 레이저 빔을 얻을수가 있었고 특히, 3단 중첩회로에서 스위칭 지연 시간을 변화시킴에 따라 얻어진 레이저 펄스폭은 최소 약 4ms였고 최대 약 10ms였다. In this study, a variable pulse length, high duty cycle Pulse Forming Network(PFN) is constructed by time sequence. The power supply for this experiment consists of three switching circuits. Each switching circuit uses 2 mesh PFN, a charging circuit, a HV leakage transformer, and bridge rectifier on each transformer secondary. The PFN elements operate at low voltage and drive the primary of HV leakage transformer. The secondary of the transformer has a full-wave rectifier, which passes the pulse energy to the load in a continuous sequence. We investigated laser pulse width of pulsed CO2 laser as various delay time among three switching circuits. As a result, we can obtain various laser pulse width from about 4 to 10ms.

        Nutritional value and in situ degradability of fruit-vegetable byproducts and their feeding effects on performance of growing Hanwoo steers

        Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate nutritional value and in situ degradability of fruit-vegetable byproducts and their feeding effects on performance of growing Hanwoo steers. Methods: Nutritional value and in situ degradability of cabbage, Chinese cabbage and fruit-vegetable byproducts were assessed. In vivo feeding trial was also performed for 12 weeks. Thirty-six growing steers were randomly allocated into three groups according to body weight (BW) and age in 12 pens (4 replications/treatment) and assigned to one of the three dietary treatments: control (byproduct 0%), FV-B (fruit-vegetable byproduct 20%), and CA-B (cabbage peel 15% plus Chinese cabbage peel 15%, total byproduct 30%). Results: The crude protein contents of cabbage, Chinese cabbage and fruit-vegetable byproducts were 18.69%, 20.20%, and 10.07%, respectively. Concentrations of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) were higher in cabbage (22.31%) and Chinese cabbage (28.83%) than fruit-vegetable (13.94%). Higher concentrations of non-fiber carbohydrate were observed for fruit-vegetable (66.72%) than cabbage (44.93%) and Chinese cabbage byproducts (24.69%). The effective degradability (ED) of both dry matter (DM) and NDF for fruit-vegetable byproduct (DM, 84.69%; NDF, 85.62%) was higher (p<0.05) than cabbage (DM, 68.47%; NDF, 55.97%) and Chinese cabbage byproducts (DM, 68.09%; NDF, 54.22%). The DM intake was not different among treatments because the amount of feed was kept constant according to the BW of growing steers to prevent overweight during the growing period. The average daily gain during the whole experimental period was not different among treatments (1.26, 1.25, and 1.34 kg/d for control, FV-B, and CA-B). The ED of both DM and NDF degradability of the total mixed ration (TMR) diets were very similar among treatments. Feed conversion ratio during the whole period showed no significant difference among treatments. Conclusion: This study demonstrates that fruit-vegetable and cabbage byproducts up to 20% and 30% (as fed basis), respectively can be included in TMR diets for growing beef cattle.

        미생물연료전지가 전력생산에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 상호관계 분석

        미생물 연료전지(MFC: Microbial Fuel Cell)는 미생물을 사용하여 유기물의 산화에서 전기를 일으키는 장치이다. 현재 MFC는 많은 곳에서 연구되고 있으며 신재생 에너지로도 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 기존의 연구에서는 전력생산에 영향을 미치는 각각의 요인에 관련된 연구가 많이 진행되었으나, 요인들의 상호관계에 관한 연구는 많지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 MFC를 개선하기 위해 전력의 생산을 좌우하는 요인을 조사하였으며, 요인들의 상호관계를 효율적으로 증명하기 위해 새로운 반응조를 제작하였다. 실험을 통해 얻어진 데이터를 기초로 MFC에서 전력생산에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였으며 이를 바탕으로 하폐수처리 시스템에 MFC를 적용하여 하폐수처리 및 전력을 생산한다는 새로운 개념의 에너지생산 하폐수처리 시스템을 제안하였다. Microbial fuel cell (MFC) is a device to produce a electricity from the oxidation of organic materials using microorganism. Recently many researchers have been studying MFC which is focused as regeneration energy source. Previews studies have focused every each factor that influence the production of electric power. However they didn't study a lot about the correlation among the factors. In order to improve the MFC, we analysed the factors which influencing the generation of electric power of MFC. Also, we made a new compartment to verify the correlations among the factors efficiently. Based on the result obtained from the experiments in the laboratory, we analysed the factors and we suggested a new concept of waste water treatment system to produce electrical energy during the treatment of waste water.

      • 딥러닝 기반 기상위성 데이터를 이용한 익일 태양광 발전량 예측

        최근 탄소 중립 정책으로 기존 전력 계통에 신재생에너지의 투입이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 계통 설비 및 운영에 있어 신재생에너지를 이용한 발전량 예측 기술이 중요해졌다. 신재생에너지의 발전원은 바람, 태양과 같은 기후 요소이기 때문에 시간 및 지형에 따른 시공간적 특징이 있다. 따라서 정확한 예측을 위해서는 발전소 특정 위치에 대한 기상정보가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 예측 성능 향상을 위한 방안으로 기상위성 데이터를 이용한 익일 태양광 예측 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이는 국내 태양광 발전소의 위도, 경도 정보와 거의 일치하는 기상 정보를 이용하는 것으로 간단한 딥러닝 구조만으로도 예측성능을 크게 향상할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안한 태양광 예측 알고리즘이 이용률 10% 이상 (낮 시간대)에서 5%대의 예측 오차율을 보였으며, 발전소들을 군집화하여 예측한 결과 3%대의 예측 오차율까지 달성하는데 성공했다.
