        도말층 존재 유무에 따른 One-step 접착 시스템의 미세인장결합강도

        The purpose of this study were to evaluate the microtensile bond strength of one-step adhesives according to various dentin surface treatments and to observe the interface between resin(Z-100^™) and dentin under SEM. In this study forty-five non-caries extracted human molars and three adhesive systems were used : All-Bond 2(AB), One-Up Bond F(OU), AQ-Bond(AQ). : In group 1, 2, 3, AB was used and tooth surfaces were treated by smearing(S), ultrasonic cleansing(US), etching(E) respectively. In Group 4, 5, 6, One-Up Bond F was used and tooth surfaces were treated as the same way above. In Groups 7, 8, 9, AQ Bond was used and tooth surfaces were treated as the same way. Each specimen was prepared for microtensile bond testing, and were stored for 24hrs in 37℃ distilled water. After that, microtensile bond strength for each specimen was measured. Specimens were fabricated to examine the failure patterns of interface between resin and dentin and observed under the SEM. The results were as follows; 1. The results(mean±SD) of microtensile test were group 1, 25.69±4.31MPa; group 2, 40.93±10.94MPa; group 3, 47.65±8.85MPa; group 4, 36.98±9.14MPa; group 5, 39.66±8.45MPa; group 6, 43.26±13.01MPa; group 7, 25.07±4.2MPa; group 8, 30.4±4.74Mpa; group 9, 33.61±7.88MPa. 2. One-Up Bond F was showed the highest value of 36.98±9.14MPa in dentin surface treatment with smearing, and there were significant differences to the other groups(p<0.05). 3. All-Bond 2 was showed the highest value of 40.93±10.94MPa in dentin surface treatment with ultrasonic cleansing, but was no significant difference to One-Up Bond F(p>0.05). 4. All-Bond 2 was showed the highest value of 47.65±8.85MPa in dentin surface treatment with etching(10%phosphoric acid), and there were significant differences to the other groups(p<0.05). 5. All-Bond 2 was showed the highest value of 47.65±8.85MPa in dentin surface treatment according to manufacture's directions, but was no significant diference to One-Up Bond F(p>0.05). 6. AQ Bond was showed the lowest microtensile bond strength with various dentin surface treatment. and the were significant differences to the other groups(p<0.05).

        대학병원 임상병리사의 감정노동 및 직무만족도와 소진의 관련성

        본 연구는 대학병원에 근무하는 임상병리사들의 감정노동, 직무만족도, 소진수준과의 관련성을 파악하고자 대전광역 시에 소재한 4개 대학병원에서 근무하고 있는 임상병리사 145명을 대상으로 2013년 4월 10일부터 19일까지의 기간 동안에 표준화된 자기기입식 설문지(self-administered questionnaire)를 이용한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실 시한 결과, 소진에 영향을 미치는 변수들의 설명력은 인구사회학적 특성 및 건강관련행위특성변수가 투입됨으로서 21.7%의 설명력을 증가시켰고, 다음으로 감정노동 하위변수가 투입됨으로서 16.8%, 직무만족도 하위변수가 투입됨으로서 8.2%의 설 명력을 증가시키고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과로 보아 소진에 영향을 주는 변수로는 감정노동이 직무만족도보다 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 임상병리사들의 감정노동에 대한 관리가 필요하다고 사료된다. The present study examined the relationships of emotional labor, job satisfaction and burnout in medical technologists working at university hospitals. The study subjects were 145 medical technologists and health information technicians working at 4 university hospitals. The investigation was conducted using a standardized self-administered questionnaire from April 10-19, 2013. As a result of hierarchical multiple regression, the socio-demographic characteristics, health-related behavior factors, job-related factors, emotional labor and job satisfaction were selected as significant variables and related variables affecting the level of burnout. The descriptive power of these variables(socio-demographic characteristics, health-related behavior factor) was 21.7%, especially it can be seen that emotional labor and job satisfaction variable input 16.8% and 8.2% increase explanatory power respectively.

        홍삼물추출물이 고콜레스테롤 식이로 유도된 고콜레스테롤 혈증에서 간 기능 회복에 미치는 영향

        고콜레스테롤 혈증은 힘줄의 지방축적, 피부, 간비대, 췌장염 및 심장 발작 등과 같은 여러 가지 병리현상을 나타낸다. 본 연구는 홍삼 물추출물(홍삼정)이 고콜레스테롤로 식이된 마우스의 간 기능 회복에 대하여 연구하였다. 고콜레스테롤 사료를 2주 동안 식이 한 후 홍삼물추출물(홍삼정)을 투여용량 100,300,500 mg/kg, b.w으로 경구 투여하였다. 마우스군을 6개 군으로, 즉, 정상군(AIN-2WK), 고콜레스테롤 4주 식이군(CHOL-4WK), 고콜레스테롤 2주 식이 + 정상식이 2주군 (CHOL-2WK) 그리고 고콜레스테롤 2주식이 + 정상식이 2주 및 홍삼 물추출물 투여군( R1OO, R300, R500) 으로 나누어 실험하였다. 1. 홍삼 투여군의 간 무게 및 총 지질의 양은 고콜레스테롤 4주 식이군(CHOL-4WK) 및 고콜레스테롤 2주 식이군 (CHOL-2WK) 비하여 현저하게 낮았다. 그러므로 홍삼 물추출물은 효과는 고콜레스테롤 식이한 생쥐의 간의 비대 억제함을 알 수 있었다. 2. 콜레스테롤 2주 식이군(CHOL-2WK)은 고콜레스테롤 식이군(CHOL-4WK)에 비하여 총 콜레스테롤 및 HDL-콜레스테롤이 유의적으로 감소하였다. 이러한 감소 효과는 홍삼 물추출물 투여에 의하여 더욱 강화되었다. 3. 고콜레스테롤 4주 식이군(CHOL-4WK)은 정상권(AIN-2WK)에 비하여 유의하게 간 중성 지방이 감소하였으며 콜레스테롤 2주 식이군(CHOL-2WK) 및 홍삼 물추출물 투여군은 유의하게 증가하였다. 이결과로 볼때 정상식이 전환 및 홍삼 투여가 간기능을 정상화 시킴을 알 수 있었다. 4. 홍삼 투여군에서 지질과산화의 수치가 현저하게 감소하였다. 이러한 결과들은 홍삼 물추출물은 고콜레스테롤혈증이 유발된 마우스에서 간의 지질 대사 및 간 기능을 증진시킴으로써 비만의 식이요법 및 고콜레스테롤 혈증에 유용할 것으로 생각된다. Hypercholesterolemia is associated with many pathological states such as fat deposit in the tendon and skin, hepatomegaly, pancreatitis and heart attack. The present study was focused on the effect of Korean red ginseng water extract (RGWE) on the recovery of hepatic function that was deteriorated in high-cholesterol diet fed mice. Mice were divided into 6 groups; normal diet group (AIN-2WK), 4 week-high-cholesterol diet group (CHOL-4WK), 2 week-highcholesterol + 2 week-normal diet group (CHOL-2WK), 2 week-high-cholesterol + 2 week-normal diet + RGWE treated group (R100, R300, R500). RGWE treated group received normal diet and RGWE at daily doses of 100, 300, 500 mg/kg b.w. for 2 weeks after the 2 weeks feeding of high-cholesterol diet. The results are as follows: 1. The hepatic weight and total hepatic lipid weight were markedly lower in RGWE treated group than those in the CHOL-4WK or CHOL-2WK group, indicating that ginseng inhibited hepatic hypertrophy. 2. Total hepatic cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol in normal diet conversion group (CHOL-2WK) were significantly reduced compared with the high cholesterol group (CHOL-4WK). The lowering effect was significantly reinforced by RGWE administration. 3. Hepatic triglyceride level of CHOL-4WK group was markedly lower than that of the normal group (AIN-2WK). However, the level was significantly increased in CHOL-2WK and RGWE treated group. The result indicated that ginseng administration and diet conversion exert nonnalizing effects of hepatic function. 4. The lipid peroxide levels in RGWE treated groups were markedly lower than CHOL-2WK group. These results suggest that Korean red ginseng water extract can be useful as a dietary supplement for the treatment of obesity or hypercholesterolemia by improving lipid metabolism and hepatic function.

        홍삼 사포닌이 수태중인 흰쥐의 항산화 효소활성에 미치는 영향

        수태는 많은 신체적인 기능들의 높은 에너지 요구 및 산소요구량 증가로 인하여 생리적인 변화를 수반한다. 때문에 산소 섭취량 및 이용이 증가하여 산화적인 스트레스의 증가를 기대할 수 있다. 수태중에 발생되는 free radical에 대하여 홍삼 사포닌 투여가 간 항산화효소의 활성에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 수태중에 superoxide dismutase(SOD)의 활성은 전반적으로 감소하는 경향을 나타냈으며, 사포닌 투여군은 대 조군에 비하여 유의한 변화가 관찰되지 않았다. 그리고 glutathione peroxidase(GPX), gluthatione reductase(GRD)와 catalase의 활성도는 수태중에 감소하는 경향을 나타냈으며, 반면에 사포닌 투여군은 대조군 비하여 GRD 및 catalase의 활성도에 유의한 변화를 나타냈다. 사포닌 투여군의<br/> GPX의 활성도는 대조군에 비하여 감소하는 경향이 다소 적게 나타났다. 수태중 대조군의glutathione-S-transferase(GST) 활성도는 항상성을 유지하기 위해 증가하는 경향을 나타냈으며, 사포닌 투여군도 대조군에 비하여 이 효소의 활성도가 더욱 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 분만 후 대조군 및<br/> 사포닌 투여군은 정상수준으로 회복되었다. 수태와 같은 생체변화에도 불구하고 수태한 흰쥐의 간 항산화 효소활성에대한 사포닌의 영향은 산소독성에 대하여 모체간을 보호해주는 생리적 항상성의 적응메카니즘에 의하여 조절되는 것으로 보인다 Pregnancy is a physiological state accompained by a high energy demand of many bodily functions and an increased oxygen requirement. Because of the increased intake and utilization of oxygen, increased levels of oxidative stress would be expected. So we observed the activities of the hepatic antioxidant enzymes from rat treated with total saponin from the red ginseng against free raicals produced in pregnant rats. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the control group was slightly decreased during pregnancy, and SOD activity in total saponin treated group was not<br/> observed any siginificant change compared with the control group. The activities of glutathione peroxidase (GPX), glutathione reductase (GRD) and catalase in the contol group have shown the decreasing tendency during pregnancy, whereas the activities of GRD and catalase in total saponin treated group showed significant increased tendency compared with the control group. GPX activity in total saponin treated group was slightly decreased tendnency compared with the control group. The activity of glutathione-S-transferase (GST) in the control group was increased to keep the state of<br/> homaeostasis tendency in pregnant rats. On the other hand, the activity of GST after total saponin treament was increased than control group. Activity of all enzymes in the contol group and total saponin treated group recoverd the normal level after delivery of rats. In spite of the physiological changes in vivo, the inflaunce of total saponin on activaties of hepatic antioxidant enzyme in pregnant rats seems to be regulated the biological homeostatic adaptation mechanism which protects the maternal liver aganist oxygen induced toxicity<br/> Key words : Saponin, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase, gluthathion peroxidase (GPX), glutathion reductase(GRD), glutathione-S-transferase (GST)

        급성 납중독된 흰쥐의 이물질 대사효소의 활성도에 관한 연구

        In rats treated with lead nitrate and/or red ginseng extract mixture we observed a change in the level of hepatic cytochrome P-450 and electron transport system for P-450 dependent reaction, and a content of zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP) and hemoglobin (Hb) in whole blood. The contents of cytochrome P-450 and b_5, and the activity of ECDEase, AHHase and NADPH-cytochrome C (P-450) reductase were slowly decreased according to the dosage of lead nitrate. On the other hand, the activity of NADH-bs reductase was increased according to the dosage of lead nitrate, but in case of treatment with red ginseng mixture, this enzyme activity was slightly decreased. In whole blood, the contents of hemoglobin and ZPP were not shown any critical change but lead content increased according to dosage of lead nitrate. These results suggest that content and activity of cytochrome P-450-dependent monooxygenase may be dependent on specificity of substrates and exposure duration.

      • 수태가 Cytochrome P-450과 P-450 관련 효소들의 활성도와 유도성에 미치는 영향

        To clarify the characteristics on hepatic microsomal xenobiotics metabolism in non-pregnant female rats compared with the changes observed during pregnancy of rats, the activities and inducibility of cytochrome P-450(P-450) and its related enzymes in rat liver were measured. The content of P-450 and ??, and the activities of P-450 dependent arylhydrocarbon hydroxylase(AHH) and ethoxycoumarin deethylase(ECDE), and NADPH-reductase and NADH-cytochrome ?? reductase were increased during preganacy of rats treated with 3-methylcholanthrene(MC). Pregnancy did not result from the induction of any specific P-450 isozyme. The inducibility of P-450 by 3-MC was similar to that of non-pregnant rats, and MC has caused the induction of only P-450 c isozyme. These results suggest that although P-450 content was slightly increased overall xenobiotic metabolizing ability of microsomal mixed function oxidase and the inducibility of P-450 and its related enzymes by administration of MC are not significantly changed during pregnancy in SD rats, the homeostatic reaction of an organism for the xenobiotic metabolism was preserved and activated.

      • 흰쥐에 있어서 납과 카드뮴이 Hepatic Microsomal Electron Transport System 활성도에 미치는 영향

        In rats treated with lead nitrate and cadmium chloride we observed a change of he level of hepatic microsomal protein, cytochrome P-450 and ??, and electron transport system for P-450 dependent reaction. The contents of microsomal protein, P-450 and b5, and activity of NADPH-cytochrome C(P-450) reductase were decreased according to the dosage of lead nitrate and cadmium chloride. On the other hand, the activity of NADH-cytochrome ?? reductase was increased according to the dosage of lead nitrate and cadmium chloride. These results suggest that the content and activity of cytochrome dependent mono-oxygenase may be dependent on specificity of substrates, and electron transport occurred through two pathway, that is, NADPH-cytochrome C(P-450) reductase and ?? reductase but NADH-cytochrome ?? reductase was mainly act as a mobile carrier so-called second electron carrier.
